I don't understand why Todd is being such a bastard to his daughter. Him and Starr were always SUPER close, and under ordinary circumstances he wouldn't be her jailer, he'd be her father, and Blair sure as hell wouldn't be his doormat if she didn't agree with with he was doing.

However, Todd has always struggled with the genetic legacy of Victor Lord. While some of this is over the top, I can't imagine him just sitting back and giving Starr his blessing and a scrip for birth control pills. A lot of it is very much in character
