I also echo everyone's sentiments toward you Rain1. You are a welcomed asset to the SON community. Since AMC has eliminated the breakdown position, what are Amanda L. Beall and Addie Walsh doing to contribute to the process? I've seen them pop up occasionally with a script since the strike, but they, along with Jeff as script editor, are listed everyday.

Amanda and Addie are listed daily because they signed on as Associate Headwriters. They're currently writing scripts. The editor is credited daily because he/she edits all the scripts.

Apparently Michelle committed the unpardonable sin of asking E&B one too many questions. The Emperor and the Empress aren't wearing any clothes, but you're not supposed to notice.

It is really unfortunate that AMC lost Michelle Patrick, truly unfortunate. I am eager to see if Pratt brings anybody in. As others have stated, he is known for very crisp dialogue.

Its kind of sad, but excellent at the same time that IMO AMC's two best script writers are the two newest to the show, Kate Hall and Joanna Cohen.

It was noticed fairly early in the game, but JHC fought tooth and nail to keep them and was devastated by their firing. Figures.

Headwriters almost never write scripts. Dialogue is the domain of the scriptwriter.

Okay. How secure is JHC? 'Cause making a replacement there is another route to possible salvation...if Frons allows it. My guess is that JHC is popular, in part, because of her role as "cost-cutting queen" at PC.

Indeed, I keep wondering when we'll learn that they have figured out how to do 12 months of AMC in 6 months of production time.

The price of JHC's "cost-cutting" will be felt most keenly when AMC is cancelled because no one's watching it anymore. If she's so concerned about costs, why did she agree to install a bar (yes, folks, a bar) in Jim Brown's office?
