Okay so let's share what our worst birthday gift has been. Here is mine and you will not believe this:

A speeding ticket. It was on my 23rd (last year) and it was for going 45 in a 25. Yea that is speeding but man it was on my big day! :(

^i got pulled over on my bday for going 95 down the freeway in a 75. the cop let me go and told me happy b-day!

anyways... one time a friend bought me a binder. like a notebook binder for school. but i wasnt in school at the time.

Yea see I was hoping the cop would have seen on my license that it was my birthday that day but darn he did not. One time I got pulled over for tailgating but the guy let me go, probably because I had an American Red Cross thing on my bumper (at least I think! :))

95 MPH?! Wow we drive fast out here in Cali! I have to admit I have probably gotten up to that speed before and thankfully no accident

My worst birthday gift was a coloring book and crayons.

When I was 13.

I'm not EVEN going to say who gave it to me.

Needless to say, I don't talk to them anymore. <_<

yeah... i hate to admit it but 95 is nothing for me.

nothing?! To me it is dangerously fast. You SoCal drivers take it to the next level. NorCal is a little bit safer ;)

They had a magazine a couple years ago that did a survey on worst drivers in a state. Guess which state got picked with the worst drivers? California! And I can see why...out here they either go too slow or too fast.

Wow that is pretty bad. But I would take that gift over a speeding ticket any day ;)

oh no, i agree, i think its too fast. but the thing is, down here, esp on the 15 s to san diego, its the norm. thats the speed of traffic. im not trying to say its okay that i do it, but thats why i do it. and if i dont then ill get hit as my friend did the other day. even the slow lanes.

i do have a speeing issue tho. how i still have my drivers licence i dont know. in the past 3 years i have had 3 speeding tikets, totald one cars, and been in 4 other accidents. tho only one accident was my fault.

Arnold is going to revoke your license if you have one more mishap mister! :)

That sucks for your friend....sheesh talk about impatient driving.

actually, at one point i had like 6 or 7 points on my record. but i called and fought 2 and got them dropped and 2 others have fallen off over the past 2 months. so im safe... lolz.

but srsly... of all my accidents, only 1 was my fault...my first one. i rear ended someone on the 101 comming home from a hollywood party. other than that i ahve been cut off and clipped, twice. rear ended and pushed out of the way on the 15, and hit head on in a parking lot.

well another one was my fault, when i lvied in montana i slid ont he snow and hit another car.

other than that i have hit the handicap pole in walmasrt parking lot, a fire hydren at a aprt complex, and a few other things here and there.

so pretty much.. im an awful driver. but in the past 6 months no accidents, no being pulled over. so maybe im finnaly getting the hang of it.

Hey it happens. Sometimes you have a bad streak and then you learn so at least you are keeping yourself clean as of late. It took me five years before I got my first ticket (for carpool violation. Believe it or not, it is not a moving violation. I was shocked!)

It was this year. A friend of mine...who I thought he was forgot my birthday. A simple Happy Birthday would have been great. But he completely forgot. We argued about him forgetting my bday. And how an a$$ he was. So lets just say we feuded. We are not friends anymore!
