Are you speaking objectively? Hall is so not the front runenr for that award. Women like Melody Thomas Scott, Crystal Chappell, Maura West, and Katherine Kelly Lang have had a more more lauded 2007 than Hall, and those women have a variety of tapes to submit. All Hall has is John's funeral stuff.

I don't see it about MTS or KKL, Maura West had some good stuff, but nothing that stands out for me besides the stuff at the cabin and that wasen't her best, and I don't know what CC has done this year.

Deidre has the death, the day after, the coming home from the funeral (the funeral wasen't the best stuff) and the talk with Belle. Then the confrontation with Stefano and the mansion stuff if that is eligable. It's not much, no, she wasen't on like all year until October. However, I don't see how you can beat the stuff from John's death. I love Maura West, but no. No way.

John's death stuff is very beatable, should Dee get a nomination, she has a chance, but she is not the frontrunner for that award. MTS has Nikki's marriage failure to submit, CC has Olivia failed marriage to Buzz to submit, KKL has the immediate aftermath of her rape to submit (a storyline that was handled badly, but she brought it). All of these female performances were much more lauded than Hall's stuff last year.

I agree with you Ryan, and that's probably why she won't be nominated. She didn't go the big, loud, shouting route, she went for raw, heartbreak and human. That, and she's on DAYS.

Martha for supporting IMO. Kathy Brier is awesome, and true, I haven't seen the scenes with Tommy and Todd, the on the run stuff with Marcie, but god, Martha Madison is just so goddamn good. The John death stuff wasen't her best IMO, I loved the post-Phelle sex stuff. It just brought this whole other dimension to Belle. I couldn't stand Belle, but god, Martha was fantastic.
