The kid thing and your age in relation to your kids does throw the characters off... Eric was in grade 12 in Jan 1970 when AMC debuted--by that Summer she was discussing if she should go to college etc (I have 2 eps from that summer). So when Susan was 23 she was playing a 17-18 year old which means in my book Erica should be 5-6 year syounger than Susan's age which is 60--61 this Dec. So mid 50s yeah
