Okay so that montage looked really dramatic (unfortunately I'm in a public library with no headphones so I had to mute it) and I liked the scenes that I saw.

Overall I do agree that they they have a unique look. I'm not quite sure if its better than the US soap look but it does appeal to me. For example that Coronation Street scene looked very fluid and I actually enjoyed the fight.

Plus the Emmerdale scene was great too visually.

So if ATWT is going for that kinda look I won't be disappointed at all. And if it saves costs and keep ATWT on the air then its a good thing.

I think ATWT needs to bring Mark Collier back though. As much as I hated Mike I think it was because he was with Katie after leaving Jennifer. Plus his whole holier than thou attitude was really off putting. However he was definitely a ratings winner IMO. Most of the couples he was a part of had a LOT of fans.
