September 5, 200718 yr Member Today I was watching Passions on Global tv and during the show a message scrolled across the screen 3 or 4 times saying that Passions will end this week on Global tv but will be available this fall on the Super Channel. I googled the Super Channel and it did list Passions as a part of its line-up starting sometime in October or November.
September 6, 200718 yr Member Is this Movie Central (for West Coasters) and The Movie Channel (for Ontario and East). I do know that Movie Central used to be called Super Channel back in the day, but definetly not anymore. My sister is a huge fan of PASSIONS and is absolutely devastated it is not going to be on TV in Canada.

September 9, 200718 yr Member The Super Channel will launch this October. It is from Allarco Entertainment (Google them). They've purchased the rights to Passions and many other specialty programs. The Allarco channels will be like TMN and Movie Central. I believe the launch date is October 19th. Apparently they will air all the un-aired Passions episodes (from September 17th until October 19th) when the channel debuts. More information will be announced. I'll post when I find out.
