Actor cops to a speeding charge stemming from a DUI arrest

Shemar Moore"Criminal Minds" star Shemar Moore has been fined and given probation after copping a no contest plea on Friday (June 22).

Charges against Moore were filed on Friday morning stemming from the actor's June 1 arrest in Los Angeles.

The 37-year-old "Young and the Restless" veteran was pulled over for speeding on Santa Monica Blvd early in the morning. At the time, the officer reported Moore "displayed signs of alcohol implairment and a DUI investigation was conducted." Moore blew a .08 blood alcohol level, exactly California's legal limit.
