I get the feeling it has something to do with her propelling the Dimera plot. I think the baby is going to be EJ's because I have a feeling Sami's baby will be a centerpoint to all this. And I'm not talking about, everyone thinking it's Lucas', but it turns out to be EJ's down the line. From the get-go, I want everyone to know that EJ is Sami's baby's father.
