Gwen and Ethan are not together because Gwen(thanks to the fact that Liza Huber got pregnant in real life) finally woke up and left Ethan for the ball-less jerk that he really is. It was dark, so Theresa thought he was Jarred. Meanwhile, Gwen and Jarred came in and were in shock. The furious Gwen divorced Ethan and decided to leave town.
