April 25, 200718 yr Author Member Anyway, did ANYONE attend the "Passions" producer chat TODAY?!! No, but I found it for you to read. http://blog.nbc.com/passions/
April 25, 200718 yr Member Oh, my word! Death wishes over being kicked off the "Passions" board?! Wow. Well, unless, unless it ALSO got you suspended from all NBC forums, including, of course, "Days of Our Lives." Then I could definitely see why you'd be so pissed! It's just too extreme! Yeah, banned from all NBC boards. I'm really not that upset about it, though... I hate the NBC forums for both Days/Passions. I'm just in a bad mood and want to kill anyone who gives me even the slightest reason, LoL
April 25, 200718 yr Member No, but I found it for you to read. http://blog.nbc.com/passions/ thanks, nass, but unless I missed a page, that was a LAME interview! Nothing enlightening or even entertaining. I mean, who CARES what his (forgot his name) day is like?! Giveus secrets! Spill!!! Ugh.
April 25, 200718 yr Member Come on people! Did any of you find it even remotely suspicious that so much lingering activity has continued to happen with regards to the show? Continuing daily promos, sweepstakes and partnerships with Elizabeth Taylor, actors still being sent out to various events, meeting fans and signing autographs, and the list goes on and on. All this activity and the soap was officially "cancelled" months ago! We now know why all this activity continued. Edited April 25, 200718 yr by Vanguardian

It's a really even partnership.

The show really is getting good again, and it appears to be PHENOMENAL on Thursday, as anyone who spotted "those pics" in the spoiler thread KNOW, lol. I mean, some crazy, amazing [!@#$%^&*] is about to go down and i just want the show to regain its lost million viewers (show high) to experience the greatness! This show DESERVES more than a 1.5 right now. that's SICK!

This show DESERVES more than a 1.5 right now. that's SICK! It'll probably be amazing on DirecTV. Just imagine what kinds of things they'll be able to get away with. Seriously. IMAGINE. They can go places with stories like no other soap has dared to go, so long as they're not afraid of alienating the viewers carried over from NBC. And if the show airs in seasons, like most other primetime programs, you'll likely get a finale to a big story at the end of each season -- that is, if it makes it to the end of season one, LoL. If Passions is cancelled on DirecTV, it'll likely not have a final episode. It'll just disappear. So let's hope that its final airdate on NBC gives viewers some sort of closure and payoff, to give the majority of fans something to remember it by. I hope that the show moving on to DirecTV doesn't water down the network finale, because fans of the show DESPERATELY deserve a great one. Edited April 25, 200718 yr by Kenny

I hope that the show moving on to DirecTV doesn't water down the network finale, because fans of the show DESPERATELY deserve a great one. That's my biggest worry; that now it seems the show will be picked up, NBC fans may not get a "real" finale. Who knows, it could appear that things ARE resolved on the final episode on NBC and then, in the last minute, something crazy and batshit happens or Theresa wakes up in a mental ward or something just REALLY off the wall happens to let you know it was all compromised in some way, and then Tabitha does one of her looks in the camera and somehow tells viewers to follow the story to DirecTV. Perhaps she's eating popcorn or something with Endora while watching the shocking "final" moment in her bowl and then the bowl says, with stereotype organ musci in the background, "What's going on with Theresa? Did all of Harmony's residents really have a happy ending? Tune in --- whenever --, different "Passions" time, different "Passions" channel!" It gives a nod to history (when the the pendulum nearly killed Kayguel in 2001 and they did a similar ending, only with "same Passions time, same Passions channel" and it also lets people know the story advances and things aren't what they seem. OH, GOD!!! I don't want that, lol. Please don't get ideas JER, if you read this. PLEASE give payoffs on NBC and start things fresh on DirecTV.

Yes, the show CAN get away with a lot more! Dear GOD, PLEASE stay with the show, Galen and James! I may not be able to see the show (or I may, who knows), but at least I could download from the porn sites the inevitable FULL FRONT NUDITY screencaps!!!! OH, YEAH, BABY!
April 25, 200718 yr Member We may not get a finale on NBC! Please don't say that! Don't even think it ! lol. Seriously, though, I think we'll get one, but with this news, I'm TERRIFIED that JER will screw fans over in the last 30 seconds -- literally! Just to hook 'em to go to DirecTV.

April 25, 200718 yr Member ...and Passions will forever be known as the show with a commercial as the final scene, LoL Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!! Anyway, back to the risks we can take: We could actually SEE NudeChad topping Vincent! lol. Something to look forward to, eh?!

I seriously doubt they'd do full frontal nudity, the 101 Directv channel is pretty much geared towards tweens, teens, and maybe people in their early 20's.....

Hey, I have no idea how DirecTV operates. I don't know what channel "Passions" would air on. Who's to say it wouldn't be adult? (Okay, it's my wishful thinking since I've been dying to see James Hyde in real action -- the Playgirl pics were too watered down, FYI). So, let me dream.
