Since Zoe is technically still a man and hasn’t gone under the knife, a marriage between them would be legal, correct? If they did get married, who do you think would change their last name? Its a man that is linked to the social security number (and birth certificate) and that is what identifies you in this country. Bianca and Zoe can get legally married as a heterosexual couple in the eyes of the law, Bianca and Lena or Maggie...in one state.
