Oh, JSF. It's an independent film. You'll be lucky if anyone even knows what the hell it is, LoL. That's why I live indie flicks though... they go where no blockbuster films dare to go.

Let your soap flag fly!

Oh, I'd DIE if anyone ever knew!

You have NO idea how hard it was one time when my best friend (girl) asked a guy friend of ours who watched soaps, "Do you watch 'PASSIONS?!"

I just sat there, so sad and mute and in PRISON!! I'm a prison to My "PASSIONS" and I hate it!!!

But alas, it must be this way...:(

Yes, I do. I'd LOVE to have all of "Golden Girls" on DVD (it's a grea show -- most hilarious sitcom, bar none) but I KNOW my friends would grow suspicious.

Suspicious of what?

Think about it, Brandeis.

GG has a certain following, as I understand it, that tends to be homosexual.

Now, if I owned EVERY boxed set of GG, and a friend came over, stereotype or not...well, I think you get the idea.

Just hide it like a porn stash.

Getting back on topic...

Highlight the following text to see a little movie spoiler: *** she ties him to a table and castrates him as he's fully conscious, then grinds his testicles up in the garbage disposal ***

I tried disguising it as best I could, LoL.

JSF, you're breaking my heart. I wish you didn't have to hide it but I know what it's like. Take care. At least you can be OUT here. It will get better for you, I promise.

I read it. And that is disturbing. I like the sound of the movie, but now I wonder, could I own something THAT disturbing on film? Like I said, "Passion of the christ" makes me feel guilty just to see it in the DVD jacket on my shelf! I question whether this other movie would have similar, negative psychological affects.

Oh, Brandeis. I'm not "in" in that way.

I mean, some may think I'm in denial, but that's fine.

I think I just have tastes that may be construed a certain way that isn't how I would prefer to describe myself, individually.

Take a risk. It's good. And not nearly as bad as it sounds... it's the whole "your imagination is worse than reality" sort of thing. You don't see much at all.

I agree (I'd better write more, right?) In many ways it's more of a "filmed play".

I think I just have tastes that may be construed a certain way that isn't how I would prefer to describe myself, individually.

Do tell!

Hell. I'm a lesbian and I'm agonizing over an affair that just endeed with a guy.

And I'm a man who changes his sexual orientation every other day. :)

I did that when I was young.

Well maybe I'm still doing it to some degree. I knew I could never fall in love but he said he just wanted some fun. So did I. Then I found out he thought he was "changing a a lesbian" and there was some kind of wager wih his cronies.

What a tool.

I just told everyone how small his penis was and how pathetic he was in bed. Not that I was any better skilled, but I didn't have his kind of agenda.

Ellen Page won Best Actress from the Austin Film Critics Association, the only best actress award of the award season not won by Helen Mirren.

She really should have been nominated for an Oscar. Judi Dench or Kate Winslet could have stood to not get a nod one year.
