In their reports, I mean... They show some weird ratings called VIEWR 2+... According to them, Desperate Housewives had an 8.0 rating and 22 650 000 viewers... Anyone?

First number multiplied by 1000 gives you total viewrs. The other one is a rating point. But Desperate Housewives didn't have an 8.0 rating, it was 13 or something similar.
