The reason it may have happened and it didn't get rectified immediately, is bc I have not been as active with the board these last couples of months as I would have liked to be. Anytime I received a phone call from a staff member, I immediately called our technicians and they had it up within moments. Anytime things like this happens, please do not hesitate in emailing me.
