  1. I would jump for joy if Don Jr. would get indicted. Trumps head would explode.... and then he'll throw his own son under the bus to save himself. Just you watch.
  2. To be honest with you, a big chunk of these people are just too stupid to know the difference. They voted for Trump because they are angry that theyv'e been "forgotten" (Michael Moore is spot on) , but the reason they have been forgotten, and don't have jobs, is that they just don't have the intelligence to ascend in society.
  3. Geez... they get more nerve every day. Using someone's song without permission at their stinkin rally, and all the while demonizing every OTHER person from that part of the world. It just gets worse every day. It's all up to turnout. If every one on our side turned up to vote, the Republican party would disappear. http://www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/2017/05/12/black-voter-turnout-fell-in-2016-even-as-a-record-number-of-americans-cast-ballots/
  4. Perhaps their creative teams just weren't that good. Roddenberry had no issue cranking out 29, then 26, then 24... which ended up being the standard for a season all through the 70's. I think the Conners is a good, watchable show. Will it last? Who knows, They went on for a while with Valerie Harper in the Hogan Family. Roseanne has always been a loose cannon, and yes, I understand she may have been under the influence of medication, and I seriously would not think Valerie Jarrett is black by looking at her (She's just partly).... but why would her outbursts surprise anyone? After all, she was in a mental institution for a while in the 60's! Tom Arnold has said himself that she was NOT like that when they were married, and it obviously points to some serious mental illness issues as far as he's concerned.
  5. Certainly nobody is beating down Scott Baio's door! LOL I don't think that 3 name whoever the hell he is is gonna have anyone check for him.
  6. That Dodge City thing is a HUGE mess. The bimbo that decided to move the polling location said she did so because of construction, except we find out there IS NO CONSTRUCTION. It's just a complete blatant attempt to keep Mexicans from voting. She's essentially another Kim Davis
  7. Michael Cohen has dropped a November bomb. Thrilled to see it, although none of these revelations surprise anyone about Trump. I'm tempted to do it myself. That is a very good observation. They basically are finding things to feed their crazy. I know social media has totally changed my opinion of the American public. About half are complete imbeciles.
  8. This year we had the largest single year deficit increase in the country's history. Trumpers seem to just ignore it, along with everything else.
  9. This just proves one thing... Hollywood is a cesspool of backstabbing and debauchery.
  10. Thank you so very much, for judging me from your throne in your mother's basement... Kaiserian in all your beauty rare. Bingo. It makes it so much more difficult for the true victims.
  11. He isn't... nor am I... blaming women as a whole. It's blaming the men who do these things, and the women in the past who have been willing participants, not the women who are victims. Sorry, but women who are willing participants are NOT victims, and they have helped create this "monster" that the TRUE victims get caught up in. It's a vicious cycle, really. These men are emboldened by the sluts who sell themselves for roles, and then they think they are entitled to get away with it all the time as a matter of course. It needs to be stopped from both directions. Now the music festival thing... that's whole nother kettle of fish. The women aren't willing participants, so the blame is 100% at the feet of the men.
  12. Ian McKellen hit the nail right on the head. http://deadline.com/2017/12/ian-mckellan-sexual-harassment-women-kevin-spacey-1202229600/
  13. Oh, I'm sure he had the button, but I've seen people right and left jumping on that, acting like he had to ability to trap women inside a locked office with the button under his desk, which is just not possible. Why would you be scared if your boss locked the door? I would assume he wanted to talk about something important and didn't want interruption. If I were "scared" of being alone in a locked room with my boss, I wouldn't be working there. Period.
  14. These stories about Matt Lauer and the door lock button do not wash. There's no way any woman could be trapped in a locked room with him with no escape, all she would have to do is manually open the door.
  15. My main point was that if a woman does it, there is no actual outrage, and everyone thinks it's funny and cute, including the men that it happens to. And I won't lump things together like that, just like I wouldn't lump a shoplifter in with an armed robber, or someone who would steal a car.
  16. All these things make one's head spin. You knew of a casting couch, but didn't dream it was this HUGE. Of course, there is large amount of double standard around as well, because women can do it, and nobody bats an eyelash. I think people are also lumping someone whistling, or pinching someone's butt in with stuff that's truly heinous. I mean, someone pinching your ass should not be some big deal unless you've got serious emotional problems.
  17. I think it's also about him trying to throw some raw meat to his followers, because his poll numbers are tanking so badly. They are tearing it apart like a bunch of jackals. I literally saw 2 people on newsfeeds today say that trans people should be "exterminated"... and that was the exact word they used. I then looked one of them up on our state casenet site, and found he was arrested 3 times for domestic battery. No surprise there. This is what we are dealing with.
  18. As the elder statesman of comedy....
  19. Too bad there is nobody to take his place.
  20. Holy mother of crap.... they're not even trying to hide it anymore. You want to talk emboldened? http://www.nydailynews.com/news/politics/king-alt-right-full-nazi-bannon-lands-white-house-job-article-1.2882385
  21. If they wanted, they could try to build up a tourism industry, like Arkansas has, but some of those people in that video just astound even me, and I've seen a lot of hillbillies. One has to ask, does the country owe a job at a living wage to someone who has not even bothered to learn to read? The thing I've noticed about all these people, is they are uneducated, and simply had "jobs", none of them really had a CAREER, just mindless, repetative factory or mine jobs, it seems like these areas never developed a well rounded economy, it was just "settlers" depending on a couple of industrioes, and when technology moved on, they couldn't.
  22. This piece really says it all: https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/video/2016/oct/12/west-virginia-donald-trump-supporters-mcdowell-county-poverty-video?CMP=share_btn_tw
  23. I know. He's such a candy ass. The Jeff Sessions appointment is probably about the most dangerous thing he's done so far. Watch this, it's got Jane Pauley and the full report from March 17, 1986. It's best to see these things in their entirety for those who are too young to have seen it first hand.
  24. That hits the nail RIGHT on the head. I told a former co-worker on facebook when she mentioned voting for Trump that she was voting against her own best interest, she had JUST retired, and I told her that her vote for Regan 35 years ago is the reason she is paying taxes on her social security TODAY. There was silence. Carl, I disagree with you about democrats not chasing rural voters. Bill Clinton won these voters quite handily in 1996, it's not hard to do, all you do is don't position yourself as an elitist (Bill Clinton had this "Bubba" persona) and leave their guns alone, and you'll get them. I want you to consider this: In my county, Hillary only got 27% of the vote, and in 2012 Obama got 42%. Much of these people are stupid as hell, and easily manipulated, Democrats need to use that to their advantage. These low information voters brought EVERYTHING they had and still were only able to win the electoral college, and only by a razor thin margin. The demographics are against them, it won't take much to bury them.... but that means black voters have to turn out (although the closing of polling places has made that much more difficult) and millenials need to stop using their vote as a statement, and be pragmatic for once in their lives.
