I totally agree. I loathed Rachel's descent. As a character I thought she deserved much better. I feel the same way about Jessica and Marty but at least Marty brings the lols. I really took to Daphnee Duplaix because Rachel had been so poorly recast and I felt she was the closest to bringing the character back full circle.

I wasn't gonna say nothin but *makes two finger eye-to-eye gesture*... when he first went exploring with his hair my mom said his little twists looked like "mouse titties".

Love that pic of Kirk dipping Ellen with The Sherry-Netherland rising out of her neck. The building on the far right is the Helmsley Park Lane. Just think, Leona may have been peering down from her penthouse watching the little people have their little photo shoot.

Great pics! Kitty Kelly looks so elegant seated in the church. I never really picked up on the physical resemblance to Rae, kind of subtle read between the lines thing.

I have probably mentioned it in this thread already but I have a GL episode from the early '90s where Joel Fabiani fills in for Michael Zaslow as Roger. His scenes are with Sherry and Beverlee.

Okay, thanks! I definitely remember when DHC took over and his subsequent guest spots when he would have a phone conversation with Erica. Maybe I did see Lacey but mentally lumped her in with Caroline, who knows. IIRC, DHC was on while Larkin was playing Clay on Loving but for some reason I want to say that that really had no bearing on why DHC was cast, like Larkin wasn't interested in returning at the time and we wouldn't see him again until Garden Party Heaven.

And for how long did Lacey Chabert play Bianca because I do not remember her at all save for a pic of her and Susan all hugged up. I remember Caroline and Gina but I have no recall of Lacey in between. Must have been during a school year when I didn't catch AMC often enough.

Robin looks sensational there and I have always thought that Viki looked so matronly. Yeah I was thinking Joe too but second guessed myself as he bled into the Clint years.

I wonder who was getting married in that oft-used pic of Viki and Dorian in the church.

My thoughts exactly, I agree with everything you said. She is gorgeous and something about that red pillow against the blue velour and the peach chair in the back... back when color tv was still kinda new and appreciated. Is that Llanfair and Ernest Graves Victor on the desk?

I wonder if that pic of Dorian and Victor is from their original s/l. A lot of photos from that set have seemed to survive showing up in various books and magazines. In the oltl scrapbook is a pic of Dorian as seen above talking to a very imperious looking Viki in a large black fur coat undoubtedly discussig Victor. I feel like that pic says so much about their relationship if you read into it a little. Dorian and her jealousy of Viki... the kind of woman she wanted to be, and became.

I have seen Linda with that hair before but totally did not recognize her there. She looks like FMB. And I thought Brynn was a guy.

I don't remember which thread this came up in several months ago, but that's actually a South African soap by the same name. I *thought* I had the Africa channel too but I don't. I really wanted to see it.
