All I know is what was said, the usual, schedule conflicts. I really hated it. I wanted to see him in those particular dramatic beats. The only way I know the show is invested in L&L2 Redux is the flashbacks. Taking old show & doing modern digitizing is costly so we know they have more than a passing interest in the couple. And may I just say the use of those flashbacks has been one high point, so well done. Slow dancing back then, then today. Just perfection. Ric is fun but he has no chance. And, of course, the writers' quote, "foundational" to our view of the current show.

Talking about PM is to me predictably a sad discussion. However, at least 2 things that he began continue and in a good way. Jason is not under Sonny's thumb as he once was. Carly for her part is no longer propping Sonny every scene. This movement began with PM but Korte has done her best to maintain that distance. Of course, the first fight between PM & FV was longer scenes. Korte has not continued them. Longer scenes are just gone. This is particularly of interest right now because it's been a year.

Ava had money of her own before she ever met Nik. I want to know what happened to that money? Speaking of Esme, I continue to wonder why did they tell her they were going to let her go in 6 months time? Who gives that kind of lead time & why?

Is this by any chance the YTer who goes by "Blake Marler". I ask because she is very good & she has so much good stuff. As a matter of fact, it has been suggested that she has the entire catalog that used to be "Bandstand Mike". Who if you recall had nearly all of the last decade of GL.

Living in the time we do live in & looking at the way things seem to be going in regard to LGBTQ+ characters & storytelling, it's true that things seem dire. If Frank at GH cannot see his way clear to tell a simple story of a gay teen being bullied for it, then, this to me is yet another problem at GH. It's bad enough that they have diluted stories of race, ethnicity, color. If that kind of disappearing of story is to apply to LGBTQ+ also then I truly fear for our soaps. That is one example. The example of DAYS is another question. Supposedly the diversity soap, where are the gay characters & gay stories. They had a remarkable opportunity in Challie, which they badly bungled. Recently I floated the suggestion that GH might give Kristina back a romantic life & wouldn't it be grand if she was in a triangle where it was Kristina, being a bisexual, with Blaze and also with Blaze's brother & this person I was speaking with mocked me, saying sure you think that DAYS couldn't do it justice but you think these writers at GH could?!!!

Jizzer is used on Twi/X. Admittedly I'm not there a lot but that doesn't mean I'm not aware of haters & agenda driven statements. My post was not an accusation. It was a rant. The part about Jake is taken from things these people say. I agree that the show is not killing Carly this week. That doesn't mean we don't watch the dramatic elements unfold. Jason & Danny have an excellent relationship but it would've been weird if he'd headed there instead of to the hospital. I have no idea what was supposedly word salad but when I make an apology it is genuine.
