3 years for something like this, is truly insignificant. It's not like they were some scholarly text. They were pop culture & product tie-ins, and yes, there was history involved but certainly not to be considered an exhaustive study of the show.

Well, having the couples dancing was a good finale element. But, the final moment was Paul Rauch putting his cigar out on the floor, which was really awful. Well, no, they didn't have money in general. When you know they had to move so many from contract to recurring & you know that they had almost everyone take an across the board pay cut ... And, you consider the caliber of actor they did bring on, a clear picture is painted, if you see what I mean.

If you haven't caught her Canadian CITY LIGHTS interview, you need to! So candid & her sense of humor on view. Until last year I'd never seen even one episode of it but my mother was a huge fan & she could not stop laughing at that storyline. She laughed until she cried. And, this was a veteran of NBC soaps & not at all her usual reaction. I've just barely made a dent in the book but I'm still excited. I waited for the kindle & I think I might have bought the first one.

Wheeler waited, overlong IMO, for Peter Simon to return when she should have recast Ed & moved on with story, although I object to part of said story. And, to try to get Peter Simon she even got Courtney Sherman Simon to try to talk him into it. At any rate, yes, what you've said is consistent with what happened.

But, Derek, to me was a problem from jump & still is one. I've seen zero improvement & they added maybe he is photophobic or photo-averse but if he is then why did he agree .... and, of course it just doesn't fit because firemen are always supposed to be 🔥🔥🔥which he definitely is not, plus during the somewhat odd documentary he had trouble with basic Q&A. So, it's like what in heck is going on with that character but he's not interesting enough to care. I figure there might be hope for Martin. If not, no big deal. However, I am very concerned that Smitty, when he found out what Martin had said to a potential employer said that he shouldn't have done that & then smiled. NO! Smitty should have been furious. But, I thought they were good with their kids. I mean talking to them & interrogating them. Last but not least I like Andre with Dani & see no need for some questionable flirtation with Ashley.

Sometimes I find Kristen very entertaining. Ideally, to me, she would not be on all the time, though. I think the character suffers greatly from being overexposed. When she was in & out of prison at least that gave some breaks.

It was not a waste of either Carly's time or Jason's time & no one else's time matters. And, the message was coming from not only the best person to deliver it but literally the only person Carly was likely to hear it from. Felicia? Even her brother Lucas? But, frustrated Jason talking to frustrated Carly in her kitchen, one afternoon, yes, then & there, with the two of them, then it became possible. The dialogue yesterday between Jason & Carly was replete with history & with promises. What's great about Ric so far this tenure is his treatment of other people, which is exactly what his problem was in the past. Then he treated multiple people badly. Now he's treated no one badly.

Anyone else wonder what Bill's blood pressure runs?
