  1. Basically Bradley Bell gave us all an opportunity to see real class exhibited by an actor who just had unexpected shite thrown all over her career & she just shines. What a lesson.
  2. Well, going by your reckoning they were right to include Anne Heche, who died Aug. 11, 2022. And NO NAncy Frangione! By god, whoever decided not to include Cecile deserves big trouble. I have heard that there is a longer version of the IM segment which may be played for the Creatives and MAY end up on YT. So, we'll see about that. It was flat out wrong of them to double highlight Tyler & leave others in the dust. We really did. And while I appreciated the Tyler Christopher tribute and the multiple references to Sonya Eddy, I wanted others -- like Billy Miller and Jaclyn Zeman -- to be given the same respect. That didn't happen. Nick Benedict Nancy Frangione !!! David Jacobs! Peter White Bob Miller Costuming legend Lara Parker??? I truly hope this supposed longer version does exist.
  3. SIGH, big sigh, if Bill Bell Sr., were alive & not impeded by Alzheimer's, my god, just think of all of the differences that there could be ... there might be 6-8 soaps in existence & they all might be streaming, really streaming & they might all have their own identities, ... this is just too depressing. I cannot go on.
  4. Well, we lost our former Most Beautiful with Nadia's departure. She's not Gina Tognoni, but sure Kate needs younguns.
  5. People keep asking me about people from EON in the IM. No one from EON died last year. Ann Flood & Donald May both passed in 2022. It's okay. Hard to remember.
  6. Still winter in Illinois & Jude was a preemie, cabin fever would've been best.
  7. I can just envision this amazing corporate dance where Bill Bell Jr. would, with a phalanx of security guards, throw Bradley out of the office! Add that into your fantasies!
  8. I bet she would do it, too! One thing she is, is game to try things. If you read her memoir one of the things you learn about her is just how many times she moved out of her comfort zone to try something different!
  9. At the conclusion I found myself saying how glad I was that it wasn't a Vegas or web production & then thought that I was really saying that we know it could have been worse. Hmmm. I was amazed that Valentini seemed like he was on some kind of downers!!! Not for the 1st time I thought too much time was spent on visuals of the singers during the IM. And why was Anne Heche included when she died Aug. 11, 2022? Plus, Pat Robertson? Are you kidding me?!! Then, my predictions, geeze I got two right! Guest & Writing. Alley Mills looked fantastic but her footwear was alarming. Francesa James, can I say she looked amazing! As is often the case I was disappointed that DAYS was shut out. Only because I really thought 3 actors had nailed their categories - Billy Flynn, Cary Christopher & Stacy Haiduk. So they make up this years' THEY WUZ ROBBED! for me. But, so was Melissa Claire Eagan!
  10. Thanks for that information. I am sure there were others appropriate to be cut because of significance. It's just natural. I did think they spent too much time on visuals of the lovely singer & that time could have been spent honoring a few more. However, on the whole it was good. One thing though ... Pat Robertson?! Are you effing kidding me?! The only reason he appeared at 9 am eastern for years was because he put it in the contract when he sold the channel.

  12. Her ink is great & that's a great dress beautiful color! f
  13. They made the most beautiful, dynamic duo!
  14. Oh, yeah, my mistake, I was thinking Caroline & Shawn. Not paying attention. And, yes, Queen Dee is the star of the show now, and she has been for ages but she wasn't originally. Before, there was Julie & Susan. Denise Alexander was once the highest paid actor in daytime. And, Pat Falken Smith was paid an absolute fortune to create Roman. And other Bradys & Stefano. The show was also an ensemble. I just saw an interesting poll, who was the better performer Lucci or Dee. Dee won by an amazing landslide. Of course she would win but I was surprised by how much. I honestly have no need to be schooled about Deidre Hall.
  15. More to the point she was a daughter-in-law to them. She didn't have to be "like" something she wasn't.
  16. Gotta say she is showing herself to be a class act in the way she is handling this! As for Bradley, does he not want to have fans?
  17. And both could be said to fail because neither delivered their best. Heavy with irony.
  18. Finally! Someone speaks about the elephant in the room! Why do people think she had the convenient clause in her contract that no one could fire her but NBC? Right, she expected to be fired!
  19. I also thought we had a brief glimpse of the Evanses at some point. But it certainly was not much! Last week I was listening to an audio only interview from BITD with RKK. He said his first gig was as a stand-in on Miami Vice & then he got promoted & his second gig, also there, was as a background actor. He said it taught him so much, that the biggest part of being an actor in TV is sitting around waiting & it taught him to have patience.
  20. Oh, sorry to duplicate. BTW, yesterday, Queen of Dimeras, on UglyX posted several scenes of Stacy's where some were from reels & others were just in tribute. I think about 7 scenes in all.
  21. So we had Week 1 Daily Script - scab content & then we had Week 2 of that, which was also Week 1 of all the rest - scab content And, that week, this one we're just completing today, has really seemed different to me, narratively. I've never before experienced knowing this much about strike time. I'm appreciating it.
