Everyone I know of thinks that P&G stopped the practice of wiping in either 1979 or 1980. 1987 would be so totally different. But, I'm sure it's true that even when they began to keep a one-off here or there could be missing.

Once I paid for someone to get a cafeteria worker's uniform so they could take a job. Were to be paid back out of their second paycheck. Never saw a bit of it. Another time I loaned a friend a sizable amount & 4 months later they paid me back in full.

It was my impression that hadn't begun yet. If it has, then, that's different. Of course, drinking alchohol could make his drug not work effectively.

I posted it here because I was concerned about it but in that post I indicated suspicion. I have now deleted or dismantled. I frankly have not had any time. Sometimes it is that way. Great. That is something you could have posted here.

I know & I remember. So many things we agree about. But these two? Uh, no. However, I consider not agreeing with soap fan friends to be a hallmark of that kind of friendship. With AW there was Vicky/Lisa, Vicky/Marley, Kathleen/Frankie. With DAYS there was Real Roman/John & also Kim: Shane or Steve. Disagreeing is ubiquitous and also half the fun! The way you are about them is the way I am about Joss. Unlike many I do not dislike her but I would never call myself a fan either.

I find it fascinating when anyone is not in Maura's thrall! I loved her Carly Tenney-Snyder on ATWT but to me Ava Jerome is the part Maura was born to play. I do like it better when she has good writing & she didn't have it for most of the last year. But, now, whatever the heck she is up to, I am enjoying the ride.

As far as I am aware, simply hordes of fans saw it coming, from several weeks back!

And, that is a thing! So it's interesting. Long ago & far away MW despaired that she'd never win an Emmy. Because she preferred playing everything very very nuanced. And, all of her actor friends were telling her she'd have go much more "out there" to ever win the statue thing! So, somehow she found her way to playing nuanced most of the time but then really flinging it out there on occasion. And, as we know, it worked for her.

Well, maybe it's just me, but I think Maura is totally aware & that it is completely by intent. Also brilliant.

I'm quite sure you are correct in that, but to me it is more & that more is worse. These so-called spoilers have a tendency to be disturbing to fans & there is no basis in reality for them. You've got group #1 which is just people making stuff up. Then group #2 takes that "information" one step further by making things up about it & then, this latest, is group #3 repeating the process. So it begins with little or no "truth" & takes it 3 generations & then calls them "spoilers". And, some fans post these.

That is that they take published spoilers & then make things up. The content they publish & this content, which is said to be derived from them, can only be considered as suspect.

But, that is not what happened! What he said was that he wouldn't hit her because she is a woman & he doesn't hit women. It was actually a declaration of chivalry. IOW, a good thing to do - and also to say. Gloria Monty may have been & done many things but she is not someone women would hold up as a defender or caretaker or advocate for & about women. Hell, she wouldn't even give Jane Elliot a $50 raise! Nor would she nominate her for the Emmy she got. (Monty's secretary called Jane & told her how to nominate herself!) Hate her new 'do!
