  1. Neither Camille nor Denise went on the trip as they were dealing with the fires.
  2. They definitely need to release a trailer. I suspect they're scrambling because the narrative of the show is probably a mess. Doing a trip with half the cast this late in the filming period is a dead giveaway that they think they don't have enough in the can to edit together a cohesive season. Likely. Though I enjoyed the original format like Season 1/2 of OC when the bulk of the show was following each woman individually. It was more honest and realistic.
  3. Very cool (and it was a good article in Vogue).
  4. I agree with all of this. Brandi definitely needs to go after this season. Her battle with Leanne is poorly founded and tired.
  5. LVP News...Word is, SHE'S OUT. https://themuse.jezebel.com/lisa-vanderpump-is-leaving-real-housewives-of-beverly-h-1830446780 https://www.eonline.com/news/987394/lisa-vanderpump-is-leaving-the-real-housewives-of-beverly-hills-after-season-9 One conflicting report from People Magazine: https://people.com/tv/lisa-vanderpump-not-leaving-rhobh/
  6. ATL I'm actually enjoying this season a lot. I don't mind Porscha in the leading capacity that she's currently in because I find her amusing. Her choking on the dress was hilarious. The guy she's with seems as greasy as a cheese pizza, but get those diamonds, girl! Nene is clearly living through a lot with Greg and he looks so unwell. Stage 3 colon cancer is so serious, I pray for them both. OC I can't believe next week is the season finale. Basically, nothing of any consequence happened this season! It went by really fast though, because it wasn't a hard slog of hellish storylines - this was a "light" season for OC and was generally easy to watch. I can't imagine the reunion will be much - if they stretch it into a three parter they are really kidding themselves at Bravo.
  7. Terrible for Camille, Tracey and Eileen. But they're going to Paris? Again? WTF are they doing repeating a group trip location?
  8. Kyle is painfully irrelevant and has been since Kim left/was fired because no storyline has actually ever been about her. Kyle only lets people see what she wants them to see. She's blatantly ignoring that her TV show was cancelled, that her stores have *allegedly* closed, and that Mauricio is being sued for quite a dramatic business deal gone awry. She enjoys the drama on those around her, so long as it only reflects saintly life onto her. The perpetual victim who I find generally unsympathetic.
  9. That is a thread worth reading. Sweet lord the fight against LVP has to be the stupidest I've come across on an RH franchise.
  10. Luann posted a montage on her Instagram of the "8 ladies" for season 11 and Jill and Barbara K are the two new ones!
  11. BREAKING NYC News @Cat @Gray Bunny @Taoboi @ChitHappens @NothinButAttitude @Cheap21 @Antoyne @alwaysAMC and everyone I'm too shook to type out: JILL IS RETURNING FULL TIME!
  12. DALLAS Great episode. The Leanne/D'Andra couch strike moment was dramatically shot. NJ A better debut than ATL. Melissa remains a total irrelevance but Margaret is still a highlight. Dolores was minimizing what Frank did. Misappropriating trust funds is a really serious thing.
  13. ATL was fine. Not exciting but not horrible. I missed seeing Sheree. OC was also fine. Seeing Tamra’s son after so many years was interesting. And I’ve never seen a plastic surgery segment I didn’t enjoy. From what I’ve read Vicki’s surgeon discovered several layers of filler that had not been absorbed and he removed them all to give her smoother skin.
  14. The thing about when Schwartz calls people out (as he seems to do with James in this season's trailer) is that he is averse to confrontation and averse to drama...so when HE is the one flipping out, you know the person 1) has it coming and 2) is going to have problems with everyone adjacent to Schwartz because although he's a flake and cheated on Katie (he's no saint), he is also not an assh*le. He is a nice guy and when the nice guy is willing to get scrappy, there's a reason for it. Agreed re BH. I want LVP to leave midseason like Jeana Keough did on OC. Let the rest of them destroy each other.
  15. Loved the trailer and can’t wait for its return!
  16. That was some piping hot tea Kathy spilled. WWHL has always seemed rehearsed and staged to some degree, but the phone calls were always the weirdest part. Nothing surprises me about this crap being rigged.
  17. I think Sonja was deserving of Best Comedic Performance - she always makes me laugh and smile. But agreed about Karen. She cannot be back on my television soon enough!
  18. They're all awesome except for Eva and Porscha - theirs are lame as hell.
  19. 'We'd like her to come back, work things out and film with the entire cast but she's said no.' LVP has called time on filming with the women per the Daily Mail: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-6316153/Bravo-exec-says-Lisa-Vanderpumps-future-RHOBH-uncertain.html
  20. DALLAS What a great episode. I'm loving this season. Mamma Dee's cooking class was like an FBI interrogation over meatloaf, doused in ketchup, served with a side of inspirational 700 Club evangelism. I agree with @Cat I think Stephanie and Travis are the real deal. Kameron's MiL...not sure what to make of her. Was she being sincere with D'Andra? It all seemed like a big veiled threat. I have to wonder why these women care about what a segment of high society things of them. As RuPaul once said: If they don't pay your bills, then pay them no mind.
  21. OC Easily the best episode of a lacklustre season. It was, essentially, an hour long fight. I didn't expect to identify with Tamra...but I did. Shannon is exhausting and being a friend to someone who indulges in their own pain ("I have a right to feel my pain!" was like nails on a chalkboard to me - Shannon revels in her pain) can be very wearing and very trying because they become emotional vampires. It's no surprise that Tamra snapped. She is a highly disciplined person and is able to push through the crap in her life (I'm not saying I admire Tamra because so much of what she does seems mean and spiteful and calculated) and I can see how she would find Shannon frustrating because she refuses to take help. Part of that may be down to the fact that Shannon either has clinical depression or she's in menopause (or both) and she can't see the forest through the trees. What I did think was admirable was Vicki admitting she used an anti-depressant during her divorce from Don. Not everyone would be gutsy enough to admit that given the stigma around mental health. I also thought Kelly handled everything quite well with Shannon because she could have flown WAY off the handle, but she kept it together. Vicki's dress, however, was tragic in every way imaginable. Shannon obviously felt attacked, but she is oblivious to how self involved she is and how easy her life actually is. Divorce sucks. Her marriage to David brutalized her. But she has her health, she has her kids, she has resources. Tamra is right about Shannon's penchant for making everything a catastrophe. I liked Gina and Emily. They're less jaded than the veterans and I think it's interesting to see two newbies not get slaughtered by Vicki. She hardly hazed them at all.
  22. And the rumour is that LVP is trying to bail out of the season and leave midway because of being "caught"...honestly she should just own it, show off the pair of shoes she bought with the money she got for selling the story, and go out in a blaze of glory, guns blazing. This franchise is such a flop and has been for years now.
  23. Absolutely. I hope she leaves too and doesn’t look back. I found the last two seasons of BH very draining, and the moment LVP is gone, so am I. I’d look forward to that. The foolish women should know that if she’s gone they’ll turn on each other.
  24. LVP isn't filming any of this group stuff...and she's just resigned as Editor in Chief of Beverly Hills Lifestyle magazine...I can't see how she isn't taking a Friend position as a way to exit.
  25. She hosts the upcoming group trip, so that's when she'll kick in. Renovating her house would probably have cramped her style because it's an IRL pain in the ass that consumes time.
