  1. Tip of the iceberg: http://diaryofahollywoodstreetking.com/lisa-wu-hartwell-exposed/
  2. Which was rich considering Sharon Lisa Wu Sweat Hartwell's past...
  3. Nene would lose against Lisa simply because Lisa would not engage her, that's how Nene wins her arguments, she is bigger (physically) and louder than anyone she goes up against so when they try to serve her, she is able to outshout them. Lisa has too much money, too much success and too much style to bother with that kind of nonsense. Checkmate, bitch. Love Live The Queen.
  4. Yep. That's why I have concerns about Nene's judgement, anyone whose friends with Splits...
  5. I think that's really fabulous for Nene, she has earned every cent, I just hope she is saving all that money, buying an affordable home and being wise for when the RH franchise is a thing of the past.
  6. Absolutely to all of this. I think what I find most frustrating is that there was no climax like Season 1 which had, I think, the greatest finale of all the RH franchises with Mary, Reiko, Christina and Ronnie all calling out Jody and publicly slamming her at lunch, not letting her get away with anything. In this finale there was no sense of accountability, nobody explained themselves, nothing was set straight, even Robin directly confronting Ronnie's lie about drugging her (Ronnie has admitted to the Vancouver Sun that Robin did not drug her) wasn't settled. I don't think we'll even know what happened between these women, if RHOV returns for a third season they'd need to dump Jody and Amanda and it doesn't seem like Ronnie would even return.
  7. No, it isn't that the women were resistant to shooting, what we saw in the last episode was the footage from the last week of shooting that followed the same schedule as Season 1...either Slice ordering only 10 episodes was a factor in the editing or something having to do with a friend of Mary's sending Jody "threatening" text messages played a role in what was shown. The ending was, in a word, abrupt.
  8. It was in Season 1, Season 1 was, for my money, perfect. The right mix of lightness and drama. Season 2, we saw who some of these women really are and the truth was ugly.
  9. RHOV... Well it ended in something of an anti-climax, most things were wrapped up in a bow and if Slice decides to change cities or cancel the show outright (though the ratings have been good) there will be a sense of finality. There will not be a reunion show this season, the director of the show, and the host of last year's reunion, announced. Ronnie is clearly ill. The road ahead for her children will undoubtedly be a hard one, especially her son Jhordan who has been her caretaker, it would seem, from birth. Ronnie appears to be someone afflicted with Borderline Personality Disorder. She destroyed any semblance of an image that she had from last season. She came off horribly this season and the word is she isn't interested in returning. Jody, quite simply, is also ill. But her affliction would be Narcissistic Personality Disorder. It's not even fair to say she's evil anymore because she's clearly not well. Even her daughter, Mia, didn't think Jody's behaviour was appropriate and said so. Her reaction to Mary's attempt to take the high road: "You have bad breath" demonstrates that Jody cannot handle being mature, she seeks attention, regardless of the repercussions. Amanda, Robin and Ioulia were relatively irrelevant this episode, as they have been, more or less, throughout the season. Ioulia is not going to fare well without her husband's money. An interesting note about Amanda's Kombucha Tea, it typically contains 1.5% alcohol...so her claims of sobriety? Not quite. No wonder she loved the stuff. Mary...well clearly Mary wins this season. She dumped a toxic friend, confronted an enemy, took the high road whenever possible and bagged herself a billionaire for a boyfriend. Team Mary all the way.
  10. Absolutely. Sharon Lisa Wu Milette Sweat Harwell can stay as a (alleged) cheap con artist out of the public eye.
  11. RHOV... Jody, Ronnie and Amanda are positively obsessed with Mary. Obsessed is the only adjective that properly sums up how they discuss, plot against and plan their lives around her. Jody, especially, comes off really poorly. Amanda's so basic, thinking she's clever when she's really thick as a plank, that she's irrelevant. Ronnie comes off so out of it (I laughed when she was comparing herself at the restaurant to being sober, she seemed lit even then, her words coming out garbled as hell) that I have to wonder what she thinks when she watches the show now, she's gone from Hero to Zero in the span of a season. Ioulia is a spoiled Russian princess who doesn't give a damn and just wants to party. I respect how she is very direct about everything, the reactions of the other Wives be damned. Robin is sweet and it's good to see that she finally got her act together about Mary. Next week's confrontation with Ronnie looks amazing. Just in case everyone didn't know, Robin worked as a sharp shooter in a men's maximum security prison in Texas before she moved to Vancouver...so she knows of what she speaks when she says to Ronnie "I'll come up to you any time I please when you're accusing me of breaking the law". Mary has truly been through the wringer with the coven. Next week...well let's just say things turn around for Mary and Jody comes off as a psychopath.
  12. Loved the RHOBH reunion because the gloves went off! Kim (Rambles) was a mess as usual and is positively marinating in her role as the gin soaked victim. Kyle (Splits) looked so ugly, melodramatic and nervous, as if she knew, at a moment's notice, everyone was going to turn on her...she had to settle for 3/5 remaining Wives to show their disdain. Taylor did nothing, I'll be surprised if she returns because, although she totally redeemed herself and was actually enjoyable to watch, she instigated nothing. Princess Brandi handled herself well. I'm glad she said Splits would be happy if Rambles fell off the wagon because I think she's 100% correct. Duchess Yolanda did very well shutting the Richards sisters down. Like a boss. I get the impression Andy doesn't really like her, I hope she gets another season because she was sublime. Her Majesty The Queen delivered the most delicious lines of the night as she concluded that Kyle is a lying, backstabbing bitch in the most elegant way possible.
  13. RHOV Tidbit Mary Zilba's music video for "Hero" is now up on Vevo so everyone can see it... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vmEBreD-LeQ
  14. I am 100% behind this theory. The Hamptons is a real draw for this series and it's clear Bravo wants to make the entire franchise (sans NJ which is hopeless) more upscale in terms of aesthetic.
  15. I understand why...because it became out of Kyle's control. Let's face it, Lisa is the one who pulled the plug on the friendship and she repeatedly gave Kyle enough rope to hang herself time and time again because she figured out how insincere Kyle actually was. Indeed, she was a part of assembling the cast and as Camille revealed in S1 even has points in the show. However, Andy hired Lisa before he hired Kyle, he says so in his book, Most Talkative, stating that once he'd found Lisa he knew he'd finally found the Joan Collins he'd been searching for and I'm sure from that moment onwards Kyle died a little inside.
  16. Because she's out-classed. There's no way she'll genuinely get along with someone like a Baroness, Kyle only likes people weaker than her.
  17. Baroness von Neumann has breast implants the size of watermelons, she'll fit right in on RHOBH if she's cast. Imagine how out of place Kyle will be...
  18. I would agree that the ones you've mentioned are perfect wives for the series because they're all very comfortable being used by production however production sees fit, but only a few of the women are truly good at the Housewives Game. Nene, Kim Z, and Queen Lisa are the ones who have really spun this show into success for themselves and longer term fame. They've been clever and have gone beyond the Housewives/Bravo brand. Gretchen, Tamra, Kyle...they're not quite clever enough to make make themselves independent of the Housewives brand. They've had many years to do it and they haven't managed it. Brandi, time will tell. Her book was an immense success and being a former model/Hollywood wife helps give her a sense of independence but we'll see if she can parlay that elsewhere.
  19. Nene & Kim, frankly, I'm glad they have finally made up, they were REAL friends and it's about damn time they figured that out.
  20. Jody's store was vandalized by an animal rights group who spray painted their initials on her store's front doors and then sprayed a noxious substance around the building. Jody blames Mary. Please notice how Jody justifies selling fur while also claiming she would never condone killing innocent animals: http://www.theprovince.com/entertainment/Real+Housewives+Vancouver+Jody+Claman+store+vandalized/8139712/story.html
  21. RHOV this week really popped off! The psychic is Char Margolis who, if she watched even 15 minutes of RHOV, could easily tell Ronnie what she wanted to hear. How embarrassing. Amanda's reveal that she'd been abused...well it was honest and sincere in the moment, but then her Talking Head interview reveals her to be as basic a dumb bitch as she could be. Ronnie claiming she and Mary were sexually involved for a one night stand was major, it's a pretty big bomb to drop. Mary vehemently denied it, which is her business, her children attend Catholic school, so I can see why, if it's true, she'd deny it. I wouldn't judge them either way but if Ronnie's lying about it then she's worse than ever...I'm tempted to think she's lying because she seems to enjoy discrediting Mary whenever possible. Then Jody acts like a total bitch to Robin, not once, but twice. But Robin, like a Texan badass, throws down: "COME AT ME WITH YOUR FEATHERS!" she boomed and it was delicious to notice Jody shut her filthy mouth and take a seat. Robin really shined this episode with how she handled Ronnie as well...Ronnie being a messy alcoholic who fell off the wagon with such ease. Ronnie is scary when she's drunk, yanking on Robin's arm and making a scene in public. Pathetic. And Jody has the gall to shame Mary at all? Nutjob.
  22. Alright, just finished RHOBH Reunion Part 1 Andy crucified Adrienne as he had all the women gab about how badly Adrienne screwed up by not showing up. Silly cow. The Richards Sisters gave it their all to go in on Yolanda...what a belly flop. Even with Lyme disease impairing her cognitive function Duchess Yolanda sliced and diced those silly slags in a million little irrelevant pieces. Taylor's behaving herself well. As is Princess Brandi. The Queen is presiding over this reunion as all the women clamour for her approval, which is amusing given the blow she dealt Kyle by bringing up how Kyle & Mauricio cultivate relationships in order to improve his real estate business, which is obviously true and has been something many of us have been wondering about. Heck, even Andy reiterated the question so Lisa could definitively knock Vile down a few pegs.
  23. I've seen the last episode just now, haven't seen Reunion Part 1, but I will tonight! Adrienne...good riddance to bad trash my dear. Who doesn't love a hair extension loving, fake tan wearing, diamante sparkling 50 something year old woman wailing at their anniversary party? What a loser. Her tagline this season was "Know your friends and show your enemies the door...fitting that she walked out of Lisa's door and onto a pink carpet to obscurity. Kim...as usual her contributions were light, she was probably feeling quite light as well as she berated Kyle for not digging up the garbage with Brandi that Kim forgave Brandi for ages ago (see how that doesn't make sense even when sober?). Kyle...vicious gutter snipe. The last frame of her was perfect: looking like an envious trout pout hag. Kyle is bitter and there isn't enough Botox in the world to make up for it. Taylor...if she doesn't come back next season she left on a high note, having a laugh, likeable, not being part of the drama and taking a big bite out of a piece of cake thanks to her legendary lips. I do hope she returns, she would be a positive addition thanks to her 'not quite divorced yet' boyfriend. Princess Brandi...she looked gorgeous, seemed so at peace with herself and had a quiet role in handing Faye her ass on a silver platter. Duchess Yolanda...stylish, no bullsh*t, if this woman is this much of a smooth operator when she was afflicted with Lyme disease imagine what she could do next season? I hope we see a return from The Duchess. Her Majesty Queen Lisa...fabulous. She WINS. She literally got the last word this season and rather than aggressively chuck Kyle and Adrienne for their evil ways, she said that she's over the both of them in the most elegant way possible, emphasizing how much better her life is than theirs and how grateful she is for it all. That's the thing with Lisa: she's grateful. She gets it. And she does it all while wearing one of the most breathtaking diamond necklaces I have ever seen.
  24. No, it's not. It's fabulous...
  25. Ronnie lost me at a very specific point in the episode. I had no issue with how Ronnie acted during the lunch with Mary, sure she was over the top, but she was getting things out and getting them on the table and so was Mary. It was messy, but it was also honest. I had no issue with Ronnie "sleeping on it" regarding her relationship with Mary. It's a 19 year friendship with a lot of baggage and so the decisions look a lot bigger than they actually might be, it's emotionally intense. I had no issue with Ronnie phoning her husband, listening to his advice and deciding to end/take a break/step back/whatever with her relationship with Mary. Everyone has the right to decide who is and who is not in their lives. I have a HUGE issue with how Ronnie told everyone she was done with Mary before she told Mary. And then to sit down at dinner, have Ioulia call it out and insist that Ronnie lay it out on the table (not Ioulia's business to do that, but it was also honest and transparent), and then reveal to Mary that she's done with her and insist that Mary "doesn't like her" and that she "feels that", having all the women sitting there (aside from Robin, but again who knows if she knew) know was the absolute peak of humiliation for Mary and that is the moment I concluded that Ronnie had lost me. It was low to openly humiliate Mary and torpedo their relationship publicly. And that is where she lost me, it was unforgivable.
