  1. Regarding Joe and Teresa...the man should fall on his sword, take responsibility for everything, claim he forged everything or threatened Teresa to do likewise 'or else'....Ultimately, he can't raise those girls alone, Teresa could, she's built of tough stuff. The charges against them are very serious. The only people to feel sorry for are their girls.
  2. THAT'S the one I was trying to remember. She didn't swear, didn't raise her voice, didn't cry...she just eviscerated Aviva in three sentences. And Aviva sat there dumbfounded. It was brilliant.
  3. That's how I see Sonya as well. I think she sees LuAnn as someone sensitive to her situation since she's basically lived it herself. And Sonya repeatedly read Aviva seriously a few times without flipping out or cowering, especially at that lunch of theirs where Sonya basically told Aviva she thought she was a bitch and didn't need her.
  4. There's a lot of filler in that face. I'm just not fillin her. She seems so angry and bitter. She was ice cold to Alexis, no prize herself, who appeared to be trying.
  5. Beverly Hills! Or watch Season One of Vancouver. Or Both.
  6. But Gretchen does harp on the same issue (Vicki cheating within her marriage) every time they fight. She has no new material. And it's material that Vicki has admitted to, repeatedly, for at least a season or two. That's my issue with Gretchen (aside from speaking like an illiterate tool), she beats a dead horse and it's become obsessive.
  7. Exactly. Neither one of them is a decent person. At least Vicki admits to her face work. See, I never remember Vicki claiming her marriage was perfect. Rather, I remember "My boobs want to come out and play...my love tank is empty...sometimes I do wish I was single."...she made plenty of statements throughout the years that inferred her marriage was on the rocks at all times.
  8. +1,000,000 It's like Jeana's on the show, quite frankly, because her influence is so felt. Lauri, Jeana, Vicki for Season 9? That would be must see.
  9. RHOOC: I don't see how anyone could see Gretchen 'owned' anything at that dinner, it was a pathetic mess and not one of them came off well. Gretchen can't speak ("Ezactly"), Vicki can't admit she thought Gretchen was gold digging trash right off the bat, and Lauri appears blissfully unaware that those who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones (since she cheated on George). And poor Lydia, she clearly hasn't seen RHOV. Canadian women DO fight on Whistler.
  10. Why fire Gretchen? Because she is as dense as a bag of sand and I cannot stand television being littered with morons like her.
  11. DaytimeFan replied to YRBB's topic in Off Topic Lounge
Off to Fox News where she belongs. Good riddance. Now she's irrelevant.
  12. RHOC Lauri is amazing. Yes, she's being a total cow spreading information about Vicki...but that's the gig. And she is flawless in doing it. Lauri and Jeana need to return next season. And it's time to fire Gretchen who is truly too dumb to live: "Do you know much about Canada?"
  13. Joan, summering in St Tropez aboard a friend's yacht. Not a bad life at 80.
  14. Let's get real here JackPeyton, Gretchen is a lying liar who lies. Vicki's a piece of work, but Gretchen is no better. The filming date is irrefutable and Heather has no reason to lie about that and make an ass of herself. Gretchen is angry, bitter and sleazy, she's learned from Slade. Absolutely. Ramona is the star of this show and anyone who thinks otherwise hasn't been paying attention. Bethenny burned herself out and Jill was eclipsed by the ensemble as a whole before imploding in failure. Ramona is a survivor. She is unsinkable. She makes the show. It'll be interesting to see how Sonja functions. When she's sober and together she can be amazingly effective, like when she laid down the law with Aviva at lunch after their trip to St Bart's...Sonja, sober, is calm, cool, collected and savvy. The problem is she's a mess if she isn't on her A Game. Ramona kept her ass in line.
  15. Vicki has layers, Tamra is one note (albeit a loud note that you can't ignore through the sheer anger of it). Ditto on missing Jeana. To me she was the Queen Bee of RHOC.
  16. Loved the RHOC 100 episode special. Lots of interesting views about the history of how the show started. And I liked how the Keough and Gunvalson kids got in on the action, as they well should. I also thought it interesting that the Housewives all said that they liked the show when it was organic and followed them, rather than created drama. The first seasons had that organic quality that has disappeared as other franchises exploded with organic drama, demanding all the other franchises follow suit. Most of all, I loved that the usual season ending guitar music played as all the Housewives discussed what they treasure about the show in the last segment, though Vicki lost me with "This is my baby, if I hadn't taken a chance there wouldn't be a RHOC"...because that just isn't true. Jeana Keough is friends with Scott Dunlop who created it.
  17. Good for her. My wife and I did the same thing.
  18. Jill Zarin looks terrible at Nene's wedding. That dress? That hair? The accessories? I really appreciate that Nene invited Kim. Nice to see two adults remember why they were friends in the first place.
  19. Kim was at Nene's wedding.
  20. You're only as good as the company you keep...Jill Zarin *and* Gretchen with the possibility of Vile Richards? Oh Nene, I expected better.
  21. Oh how I miss Jeana. The original 'Greek Chorus' Housewife. As much as Vicki is the 'face' when I think of OC, Jeana was the best embodiment of Orange County, it's excess and how the economic downturn decimated the place. If anyone should return, it's her.
  22. I just love it when someone whose honest and no bullsh*t is on Ellen...it makes Ellen SO uncomfortable and her fakeness just shines through and it demonstrates the difference between a REAL person and Ellen. Loving Wendy. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3H3hVLcbBic
  23. RHOOC Lydia read Slade's dumb ass beautifully. She had a response to every nonsensical justification he made. She ZINGED him with the "Now I see what you are"...brilliant. She was 100% correct about the Miss Piggy story. "He should check me out less and pay more attention to Malibu Beach Barbie"...thatta girl! Gretchen's attitude towards Lydia, Alexis and Vicki is extremely ugly. She has this tendency to laugh like a dumb hick and act incredulous when she's trying to be witty. And she fails. Gretchen just comes across as this angry, bitter, jealous, bitch. Laurie looked like a drag queen with that hard red lipstick. And she has the gall to act above Brooks when she 1) cheated on her husband and 2) associates with porn stars/strippers? She needs to get off whatever moral high horse she thinks she's riding on that ranch of hers. Brooks reminds me of the evil Teddy Bear in Toy Story, his bloated ass is just weird. That accent. It's just...smarmy. I thought Tamra handled him really maturely: "I got Brooks, what's next? Jim Bellino?" Tamra, trashy as she may be, is hilarious. Eddie can dance! Terri is a terrible dancer...and that was awesome to see. He and Heather are a great match. Finally, good for Alexis for surviving an episode.
  24. Pictures from Tamra's wedding. The current OC cast was there and it's interesting to note who were bridesmaids and who were not! http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-2342465/Tamra-Barney-weds-boyfriend-Eddie-Judge-lavish-California-ceremony.html
  25. Oh JackPeyton I disagree, season 1 of RHOC was the best, it has gone progressively downhill as producers have driven storyline.
