1. Just makes it that much easier to do other things with my day. While I like a lot of what's happening on the show now better than I might have a year or two ago, there's still nothing to celebrate. Freeing Sam from Jason might be the one golden accomplishment of this team, and the jury is still out on that one. A few great scenes between the vets doesn't change anything.
 2. Awe…. Tony, Bobbie and BJ into the Brownstone. I think that was my favourite set of all times. EDIT Saw the hallucinations with Luke from yesterday. Tracy and Anna are by far the best part of this. Love that even in his delirious state, Luke's sub-conscience knows Lulu sides with Tracy.
 3.
That's a great interview, Hooked. Yeah, it's the same stuff as always, but this time around it sounded so upbeat and positive. She usually sounds very intelligent and pragmatic, but not upbeat.

I don't think I'd want her on another soap, though. I'd like to see more Prime Time appearances.

 4. It's about time Luke had a head injury. How many times has he been knocked on the head in the past 5 years alone? Didn't she already do an interview about empty nest and working when so many others aren't anymore? Can't they come up with other questions for her? Nice that she's still being interviewed, but surely something else can be discussed.
 5. Haven't watched, but was this a typical smart woman/smart woman conversation where they bounce ideas off of each other then come up with the probabilities, or was this an "after-the-fact" realization? Still saying the most interesting side to this "triangle" is Anna/Tracy.
 6. Thanks everyone! I had a great birthday. Hope you are all enjoying your 4th!!!
 7. Sweetie, there are enough nitrates, salt, and other chemicals in hot dogs that they will keep for a long, long time - skin or no skin
 8. Well….. they are the most intelligent characters together. But after that, yeah it's pretty random. Wonder if they are going to make Spinelli a Q. Could be interesting and perhaps bring some entertainment back to have Tracy and Spumoni together again.
 9. ^^ also Tracy may have initiated the kisses, but it didn't take Luke long before he was eating her face off I think Tracy has waned Luke back - and that's been on/off for years as well. But I do agree that working together pushed her to say it out loud. As usual Tracy is coming off as being needy, but to be fair they are painting Luke giving mixed messages. This whole story is a tight-rope walk and so far TPTB's feet are slipping on the wire.
 10.

That's funny...

 11. Share away. Trust me, we Canucks are laughing our heads off that the neo-cons in the US think they will fare better here as "Obamacare Refugees". EDIT: Frak, just saw the new opening and it's a picture of Luke, Anna and Patrick.
 12. Just have to share this…..
 13.
^^^ Exactly. Tracy doing idiotic, thoughtless things to hurt the person who hurt her is totally in character. Tracy trying to pin a murder rap on someone is totally OOC.

Now in Tracy's 'weak' defence, Luke did say he was going to get rid of AZ for her because he wanted Tracy happy, and with all the other lies Luke has told her, how can she be sure telling her he didn't kill AZ was the truth. So there's the out clause. Tracy never said she witnessed anything.

As you say, hopefully Lulu understands this completely and will figure out what really happened. Whatever happens, I hope to God TPTB don't end LuNacy on this point. I will be more than pissed.

 14. this is going to come back and seriously bite her in the ass... BTW, what's going on with the IL at DD? I can't get in as a guest anymore
 15. According to one soap site, that happened today. I haven't watched yet to confirm.
 16.

The idea of the triangle doesn't bother me as much as a potential re-write of the LuNacy story. Yeah Luke is a jerk and he's missed a whole lot of opportunities to be the man Tracy needs him to be, but no one can argue the fact that they truly, deeply love each other (many try to argue it, but 7 years later the fan base is actually increasing, not decreasing). To say that Luke merely "cares" for Tracy undermines the love the two have shared. That's my point of nausea.

 17. LOL, that's funny. That's what we get with so many Tracy names on here.
 18. You didn't see her there? The final attitude with Anna? The shoving the candle into her glass? I saw it in spades. I don't want the hateful-bitch-on-wheels for no reason, nor the vendictive-ruin-everything-for-herself person either, but there was definitely some Tracy 'tude going on at the end.
 19. Wow, yeah Tracy was in the house, and TraLu was beautiful. Tracy: Your father is one of a kind Lulu: So are you Wonder what comes next. The interweaving of the three women and Luke shows it's far from over. This puppy is just getting started.
 20.
^^ good to hear. I understand Lulu's loyalty is to Luke first and TPTB are trying to strengthen those ties, but I'm too much of a LuNatic to accept Lulu ever wanting Anna over Tracy. TraLu has always been a thing of beauty.

 21. I haven't watched the Daytime Emmy's for years, but it would have been nice to hear TG acknowledging JE again. What's that, three times now? Glad he won, although I think it's time for him to do an Oprah. Nice to see NLG and JJ win too. Baby Boy, I think that has been a common complaint. I don't think they did anything to acknowledge the end of GL or ATWT either. My question is, was it a 2hour long Vegas commercial? No? Then it was a heck of a lot better than the last few years.
 22.
Tracy, Tracy, Tracy…. putting the blame on Luke? Wowza, you really know how to cut off your nose to spite your face.

Another spoiler I saw about Luke's return (not sure if it's Fall return or brief summer return) has him waking up from a coma to a 'special woman's voice', and not necessarily being truthful with that woman. No hint as to whom that might be. Seems like they are throwing every soap cliche they can at this little triangle, when in reality the only thing that will make it work on any level is the actors who bring a blend of humour, sadness, hope and insecurity to their roles.

 23. There's a set-up for fail, but I'm still not convinced it's the ultimate fail. I don't think this story will work well until Tracy feel unsure of herself and has to really look at why she and Luke should be together. Right now I'm not getting anything from Tracy along the lines of genuine affection for who Luke is as a person, and perhaps we never will, but there is a huge hole in their relationship that has never been filled. We all have the early LuNacy to go on and know how wonderful that connection can be, but the last number of years haven't shown that depth of compassion with any consistency. And the other missing element is Luke's attraction to and appreciation for Tracy. I understand that right now the writers are trying to establish Luke's interest in Anna (and thank God we will be spared sex scenes for them), but they have to start building the LuNacy side from Luke's perspective also. Triangles only work if the person in the middle is genuinely struggling, and right now what we have is a traditional Tracy situation, where she wants the man and the man wants someone else.
 24. Today's conversation between Tracy and Anna was okay - Anna certainly understood what she and Luke are doing is wrong - but I'm not thrilled that they are painting Tracy so oblivious and certain of Luke's return. Feels like a set-up for a fall.
 25. I didn't say they were exploring the relationship, just that it was a smart connection to use in this context. Monica is more of a bitch than Tracy ever wanted to be, and I'm not interested in seeing her pinched face pretend interest in a woman she's been quite cruel to over the years. Alice is a subordinate, and it's not unheard of for staff to hold confidences. (Not missing her either.) I get the sense that JI is a huge question mark for the show at this time, and why wouldn't it be? He let it be known he wasn't happy about being disregarded by the previous regime, then is wife dies suddenly and his own health is bad. DOOL dealt with Alice like this for years. She wasn't in a storyline but she was mentioned through conversation - far better than how GH dealt with Lila before AL died.
