Season 9 has been better than S07-08 so far, there's a breath of fresh air in the show. I'm a tad worried about how long they can keep this up, but so far they're doing great. Sean Hayes is the best performer so far, Megan Mullally is not far behind. I guess I'm in the minority of liking Will and Grace; they're not the most entertaining, but I don't dislike their scenes.

The throwbacks to earlier seasons were delicious, it was one big walk down memory lane while slowly progressing the story. I won't go much into detail because most of you covered everything that made this episode work. Now a week of waiting is upon us. :'D

The special worked. Aside from aging it was as if no time has passed. I wish they'd have a throwaway line about the finale being Karen's hallucination.

S9 was very lovely! I don't care that most of their money was gone; the story was there from the beginning. The new arrivals (Sable, Monica) fit in well and didn't exactly have enough time to reach their full potential, Monica especially. Not enough Alex, of course, just about enough of Krystle. The standout, of course, was Fallon. Some of the others just stood in place (Jeff, Sammy Jo, Adam) but it wasn't that much of a problem. I didn't miss Steven one bit. I won't get into the 'Reunion' thing much as it was quite disappointing for me, especially after a decent final season.

Oh wow, it's been 20 years. I wonder what Sunset Beach would have looked like by now if it had survived (in an alternate universe where soap operas aren't a dying genre).

Just started the final season, and two episodes in it is already better than quite a few of the prior seasons.

Wow, Season 7 really is all over the place. It's like they couldn't get an idea to stick for more than a couple of episodes. I'm 19 episodes in, and we have barely finished with the oil leases and Blake's amnesia when suddenly Kristina got ill and Adam (who barely had a story) is now being blackmailed by that senator. I could go on for quite awhile about what I think is wrong with the season, but I think I'll just finish the season as soon as possible. Hopefully season 8 is better.

Maybe that would have been a better option. IMO she was was wasted on Dynasty. Anyway, I'm currently watching 2x10, and it's true that The Colbys are slightly more entertaining this season than Dynasty 7. I find Frankie And Bliss to be just as boring (if not more) than in Season 1. You can find mistakes in several other characters, but it's entertaining, I suppose. I'll see how the rest of the season turns out.

This Dana chick seems a vast improvement (over Kirby) in a few scenes I've seen her in with Adam. Also, Alexis and Dex are still hot in the beginning of S7.

Started Season 7 a few days ago (along with The Colbys Season 2) and it will be interesting to see the differences (or similarities) between the two. I'm up to episode 4 of each. So far it's quite obvious the new Amanda doesn't fit. Meanwhile, it's good to see Wayne Northop again, but I'm not sure they'll be able to do much there. If I remember correctly, he had a lot of promise in the beginning but nothing came of it. Sammy Jo and Ted McGinley's character appear to be separated in a world of their own, Steven is just background filler so far, along with Adam, Dominique and a few others. I'll hold off on commenting until I'm further along in the season.

I remember taking care of the episode guide during Season 2, and the shock of Sasha Alexander's departure, then wondering if the show could outlive JAG. I never thought it would reach Season 13. Sadly, I stopped somewhere during Season 6, and I don't think I'll ever watch everything, but tuning in occasionally is not a waste of time. However, Weatherly's departure will hurt the show, IMO, unless Gary Glasberg has something up his sleeve.

I liked Jon Snow, but do not care much about his death, and I have a feeling we haven't seen the last of him. Cersei was great as always, and I'm waiting anxiously to see where the Tyrells end up. Ramsay Snow needs to die asap. Overall a great season for me.

I agree, it was a decent ending.

It's a fitting end; I would have preferred to have it happen in the finale, though.

Good for them; any true fan probably loves this. I know I'd love it if one of the shows from my childhood had a chance like this. That said, I won't be watching since I never could get through an episode of the show without switching to another channel.

The only downside to watching the leaked episodes is waiting 4 weeks to continue the story.

Personally, Season 4 has been a good ride for me, so I can't agree with any of the comments, but I do understand where you're coming from. I hope it ends with this seasons, and I'll remember it as a good show that got lost in Season 2, but otherwise provided me with good fun.

Up to date and... I'm worried about what the remaining 9 episodes will be about. I do have to say though―it's a very entertaining season so far. Charlotte's exit was very welcome; Daniel's wasn't. Louise shows a lot of promise and she's fun, while Margaux needs to exit ASAP. I'm on the fence as far as Jack is concerned, he's usually boring for me. I would've loved to see Emily and Daniel end up together in the end. We'll see what they do with David next. I'm not really sure if I liked his story or not. And yes, the new cop we could all do without. Emily and Victoria remain the best part of the show.

It disheartens me to see these comments. I'm four episodes into the new season and it's quite promising so far.

Rewatching the catfight. It reminds me so much of how I loved Annie and her 'enemies.' Her scenes with Olivia were particularly good after Annie had married Gregory.
