I am going to a movie now with my friends to see PS I love you. I hear it is good for a good cry! I could use one now--ha ha. Just didn't want you guys to think I was off sitting in a dark room crying over TQ or slitting my wrists or something tonight and not chatting with you! JUST KIDDING! I will be home around 10 my time and will try to pop in! On a good news front...my husband just landed this huge account he was trying to get! And for my second good news...I found someone to watch my kids who is in college so we can go to Napa and San Fran on the 24-27th of January with his other client on a free trip! Maybe we will get a soap dish poster saying Tracy is leaving with Luke, but will be back in a few weeks and they will just pretend he is offscreen for the next couple months--good things come in threes right????

So funny. I was just emptying the dishwasher and my husband did that to me. I haven't watched today yet, but heard about it and was about to shoot him a look, but instead I just laughed! Oh yes...they are such a married couple! Yeah I am starting to really want Tracy to leave with Luke. But just to come back in a few weeks in the name of work!! As we were just talking about in the breakroom...no way Luke and Tracy would leave town if they knew lulu was kidnapped, so they must really leave next Friday! Still wonder what the Coleman scene is about. I have an idea for all of us...if TQ is indeed MIA with her hubby for a couple months...we need to try to keep the lovefest still going. How about a "Lunacy Vacation" ficathon or drabblethon??? Could be fun! We can speculate on the adventures they are having (and funny1 can write the smut part!!) Edit Your editing skills might get a bit rusty the next couple of months! You might have to start making videos again to keep them sharp!

I let this sit a while and now I am looking at it a whole different way. It makes total sense that TG would be sayng that if they give him something he wants and worth doing, he will come back and do it. If not, he will come back briefly for a stint to wrap up his story. I am sure TG is set for life moneywise and much prefers living in Amsterdam anyway to LA. Why would he want to keep playing Luke if there is going to be nothing meaty to do. I am sure playing bickersome with Tracy is not either of their idea of fun. I think it also makes sense that if this stuff is all true, that he and JE probably did go talking to TPTB wanting to maintain the integrity of their characters. They probably didnt' want luke running off on her again after they had built their relationship up. I am sure she is financially okay too and is a smart cookie. Neither one of them want to go down with a sinking ship. Maybe she wants to do other things and not be tied down to getting crappy stupid stuff thrown at her once in a blue moon. So bottom line is...we all wanted them to get to a point where they love each other for real. They are there and if it means them leaving happy together, then I am all for that. I just hope some other soap scoops up Jane and we can watch her somewhere else. Bottom line..we are all JE fans..as she is Tracy. I would watch her with any character she portrayed. So I am glad that (again if it is true), that she is leaving or cutting back on her terms, not getting some pink slip to recurring and being portrayed in the press as not worthy, etc. like JZ. Or being talked about given the ax like SD. Like Lainey said last night in the breakroom...TG has a damn great agent who has negotiated him the sweetest deals ever! Maybe TPTB will give him what he wants as far a story goes. Maybe they won't. But whatever the case, I am gonna enjoy today, tomorrow and whatever we get of Tracy next week and Luke. At least maybe we will get a good vacation send off scene!

I know Stace--it is HUGE on soapdish. I don't know what happened, but I sort of like that it is so BOLD and IN YOUR FACE TRACY!!!!!!!!!!!! This was from soaptown USA site: Best Use of a Dead Character: Alan as Tracy's conscience. We were not only heartbroken when Alan died of a heart attack, we were just plain mad about it. How dare this show axe the much-loved Stuart Damon after so many years? After hearing he would be returning as a ghost, we were still grumpy - and skeptical - but the show proved that heaven really can be a place on earth. Alan, stuck in afterlife limbo, parked himself in his favorite chair and only appeared to Tracy - and the results were rip-roaring hilarious. Soon the family was forced to lock Tracy in a mental institution because she couldn't stop "arguing with the furniture," but those arguments were some of the most entertaining scenes we've watched in quite some time. Alan is Tracy's conscience and voice of reason (and a hysterical voice at that) and never fails to get the real points across. May the haunting continue. Gonna go watch your video now Stace. I just came home from a brunch at my friend's house, and have to go back now and pick up her old desk she is getting rid of to stick in my guest room/office. So far so good with no nap. OMG...the worst NYE ever! Why you ask...cause like a complete and total moron I took two Mucinex D at midnight with my antibiotic not realizing or bothering to read the ingredients that it was sudafed basically. I woke up after an hour with my heart racing and wired. Nobody was on the thread. I checked. I must say, I was most appreciative for soapdish last night because it is a live thread and I was on there literally from 3am til 7am. AT least there was some interesting stuff being said on there from some fan club groupie or something. Been trying to go back to sleep ever since to no avail. Now I am afraid to nap today or i will be up all night again! OY! I did write another whole fic in my head this morning for the three hours I laid in bed trying to sleep. Now I just gotta get it down on paper. Hopefully it will be better than the last one--I've gotten kind of rusty! I am supposed to be at a brunch in 9 minute and am sitting in my robe--too scared to even drink coffee for fear I will be wired all day. I am not a fun, morning person without at least two cups of coffee! Nancy--I used your TQ avatar on soapdish. It came out huge! Bigger than most and close up! I didn't mean for it to come out so big, but oh well... I am off to the doctor with my son in a bit. I hope Tracy is the only one who doesn't convict luke...so it can be a hung jury and he gets to live--ha ha! Maybe she is the one holdout! If the glove doesn't fit, you must acquit--or whatever that line was from the OJ trial! Edit I LOVE doctors who just will call in antibiotics for ya on the phone! I just called my internist's office cuase I know I have a sinus infection brewing and she is like no problem what is your pharmacy number! Hopefully I will start feeling better now by tomorrow.
