    Roxanne is looking at her new found parents Spencer and Leslie.
    Roxanne: Why are you here?
    Spencer and Les look at each other. Both nervous as hell to take the next step or say any words.
    Leslie: Do you think we can talk? There is a lot we need to talk about.
    Roxanne: You don’t say.
    Spencer: Can we please come in so we don’t have to do this in a hallway?
    Roxanne motions for them to enter her apartment.
    “So my apartment is better to do this in? You sure the ball last night wasn’t the time or place? Its one hell of a way to learn who my real parents are.
    Leslie: I know Roxanne and I’m sorry.
    Spencer: We are both sorry. We didn’t know how to tell you.
    Roxanne: So how long have you known? Is that why Leslie’s been stalking me acting all kinds of weird and crazy? And you too Spencer. You began to act strange too. You must have knew for a few weeks. So why didn’t you tell me sooner? Why did I have to learn my mother was a prostitute and my dad is the DA at a damn Ball for everyone to see? Why did you make me wait?” She says with tears in her eyes. Leslie has tears in her eyes as well and she walks over and tries to embrace Roxanne. Roxanne pushes her off.
    Roxanne: Don’t touch me!
    Leslie: Girl your not going to talk to me like that. I’m yo momma.
    Roxanne looks at Leslie.
    “Your silly” Roxanne then hauls off hits Leslie in the face with a closed fist.



    Episode 114: Reach out and TOUCH!

    Abby enters her mothers office. She sees her packing up her office.
    Abby: Mom what is going on? Why did you summon me here?
    Ashley: I have news to tell you. I thought you would care to know.
    Abby: Is it about Roxanne?
    Ashley; No. I’m leaving.
    Abby: Leaving what? Jabot?
    Ashley: No I’m leaving Genoa City. I’m going to Asia to take a position there. I need to get away from here. It’s too much drama. Besides we need some one strong in Asia as our sales in China are slipping due to the downward trend in the economy.
    Abby: So just like that. You’re leaving. What about Tucker?
    Ashley: Tucker and I are over. I gave him back the engagement ring. Abby you were right about him all along.
    Abby: That he’s a pig and an ass.
    Ashley: I want you to look after your Uncle Jack. Tucker is up to something.
    Abby: Mom I will. I’m going to miss you.
    Ashley: I’m going to miss you to baby.” They hug.
    “ Ok cant do this all day I have a plane to catch.”
    Abby: Already?
    Ashley: I have to or Jack will talk me into staying. In fact could you tell him for me.
    Abby: He’s going to be mad.
    Ashley: Tell him it wont be forever. I’ll be back. I just need time for me. Recharge my battery.
    Abby: I understand.“ They hug again. Both ladies wipes tears from their eyes. Ashley grabs a suitcase and leaves her office as movers grab the rest of her things.
    Ashley, looking back. “ Good bye Genoa City.” Ashley leaves Jabot for some place in Asia.


    At the Hospital. Ronan arrives to interview Chloe, Victoria and Billy. All three give him a hard time for their own reasons. Chloe, a bit ashamed she was the on the side woman in Billy’s life. She feels Ronan is judging her as he questions her. Billy also feels he is being judged as Ronan questions him about the affair with Chloe and the night Victoria came home. Victoria is a bit hesitant with giving Ronan details not that she’s ashamed, she’s scared. Chloe lost her baby from a tumble with her.


    Kay and Murphy are sitting in the living room of the Chancellor Mansion holding each other. They express how much they miss each other. They vow to make things work despite Kay still working at Newman. Murphy tells her the love he has for her out weighs any dislike he has about Newman. They kiss. She lays in his arms as they both watch the fire roaring in the fire place, enjoying the peace and quiet.


    Tucker meets with Devon for a drink at the Club. They sit at the bar. Tucker tells his son he just wanted to see him and make sure he was alright after what happened with Roxanne. Devon responds by saying he really hasn’t spoken to her and he thinks she just needs space. Devon then asks his dad how are things going for him. Tucker says things are getting better everyday. “Good” Devon says. They both take a drink together. Tucker then says “ Son I’m so thankful everyday that you have given me a chance to get to know you. Listen I still want to invest in your label. I understand you had a new star brewing.”
    Devon: I did but know that’s been blown out the water. It was Roxanne.
    Tucker: Ouch.


    　
    Back at Roxanne’s
    Spencer and Leslie are both caught off guard by Roxanne striking Leslie.
    Spencer: Now that is uncalled for.
    Roxanne then hauls off and hits Spencer in the face with a closed fist.
    Leslie: Bitch you hit me!
    Roxanne : I sure did. This is all phony. You two have your own agenda. I don’t need you in my life. You two waited weeks before you told me the truth. What kind of parents would do that? Not only that I had to find out in front of everyone, that you were a college slut. And you( looking to Spencer) You were her pimp! You two disgust me. An attorney and the DA. Are you kidding me?
    Leslie: You will never hit me again we must understand each other about that. I’m’ your mother. I can get you are feeling some type of way but you not gone haul off and be hitting me damn it! You can yell all you want but don’t put your hands on me. I got a bad temper too. Just like you. Just like momma.
    Spencer: That’s enough. This isn’t getting anywhere.
    Roxanne: This isn’t going anywhere. I don’t even know why you two are here. You didn’t want me when I was born why the hell care about me now? I been doing fine all this time. In fact I’m too old to be playing house. I had a singing career bout to take off and now with the expose of Leslie the College Tramp, that is over. You two have now stolen that from me. What did I do to deserve that?
    Leslie: Give us a chance to explain things. You don’t know the whole story. We made mistakes yes. Just hear us out.
    Spencer: She has a point Rox. Things were different back then. We were both young.
    Roxanne: Where did you get your excuse? It sounds like its from a movie. I don’t want any thing to do with you two. Never come here again! There will never be anything between us. Leslie here threw that out the window when she gave me up on me. Now get the hell on I’m busy!” Roxanne slams the door in their faces. Leslie is stunned as tears begin to form in her eyes. Spencer looks at Leslie and then holds her as they walk out the apartment building. Meanwhile Roxanne sits on her couch and grabs a stuff teddy bear and holds it tight as she lets her emotions go through tears.


    Back at the Hospital
    Ronan hangs up the phone and walks over to Victoria who is standing with her mother.
    Nikki: What’s going on Ronan?
    Ronan: Victoria Newman, I have to place you under arrest for the murder of Chloe unborn baby.
    Nikki is stunned.
    Nikki: This is outrageous! This was an accident. An act of passion.
    Victoria: Mom its ok. I’m going to fight this.
    Esther( walking out of Chloe’s room): Fight all you want. The fact is you killed my grandchild. In cold blood by throwing my Kate down the stairs. You Newman’s are crazy and this time your big money won’t stop your due justice. Just look at The Great Victor Newman. Rotting away in a cell.” Nikki walks over and slaps Esther.
    Billy: That’s enough. Is this all you Newman’s do? Your not making things better for Victoria.
    Nikki; Go to hell Billy!

    Ashley with Abby arrives at the hospital in the emergency waiting area. They walk over to Jack.
    Ashley: Jackie what happened?
    Jack: It seems Victoria went home from the gala and caught Billy and Chloe in bed.
    Abby: What?
    Jack: Yea crazy huh? Then Victoria attacked Chloe. Chloe lost a baby.
    Ashley: Chloe was pregnant?
    Jack: Yes. We all just found out. Apparently not even Billy and Chloe knew.
    Abby: That is awful.
    Jack: What was that scene with you and Roxanne and Leslie?
    Ashley: Roxanne has been harassing Abby. When I threatened to press charges on Roxanne, Leslie confessed she was Roxanne’s mother.
    Abby: That is insane. Who would have guessed it? I wonder how Devon is doing.
    Ashley: Abby leave it alone. That is the reason all this get stirred up in the first place.
    Abby: Mom you can’t be seriously blaming me for the fact Leslie is Roxanne’s mother and it came out at a big gala. Not to mention Leslie was a prostitute.
    Ashley: If you would have left Devon alone, knowing he was with Roxanne. None of this would have gotten to this point.
    Abby: I think maybe Roxanne should be thanking me. I did her a favor. If it wasn’t for me Roxanne would have never learned her mother is a prostitute.
    Ashley: It sounds to me you take to much joy in that. I don’t like how that sounds.
    Jack: Ladies, one crisis at a time. We are here for Billy.
    Ashley: Your right.
    Abby walks off.

    Leslie opens her door after she hers a knock. It’s Spencer.
    Leslie: Morning.
    Spencer: I wish it was good. I cant believe Roxanne learned we were her parents the way she did. Victor Newman strikes again.
    Leslie: With a damn DVD and once again Avery is behind it. I don’t get it with her. What does she have against me to keep hurting me? Where do we go from here?
    Spencer: We? The last time I followed your plan, my daughter learned you were a prostitute. And that I’m’ her father. I never wanted her to learn like that. Do you see what you ‘ve done? Did you ever stop to think about our careers? We are over.”
    Leslie: I thought I did what was best. I’m new at mother hood you know. I don’t know how to tell her. Don’t blame this all on me.
    Spencer: Leslie grow up. It’s time to take responsibility. What the hell are we waiting for? I’m not wasting another minute.” Spencer begins to leave her apartment.
    Leslie: Where are you going?
    Spencer: Where do you think I’m going, to see our daughter.
    Leslie grabs her coat and purse and says “ I’m coming too.”


    GC Memorial
    Billy walks out of Chloe’s room and over to the waiting area. Victoria approaches him
    Victoria: I think we should talk.
    Billy: You do? Now you want to talk? You should have thought of that before you attacked me and Chloe.
    Victoria sucker punches Billy in the jaw.
    “You scum Bastard. I walked in on my husband having sex with another woman in our home. IN OUR BED! How did you want me to react?
    Billy: My child is dead because of you.
    Victoria: Something you put into motion. You decided to be unfaithful. I was in Japan recovering from scars and burns to my face and what were you doing? Getting it on with Chloe.
    Billy: Victoria, we could have talked.
    Victoria: You’re right. You called have picked up a phone, or sent me an “IM”, skyped me or something to let me know you were throwing our marriage away. But you didn’t have the balls to do that. You snuck around instead. And I caught you with your pants down. So if anyone is to blame for your child being dead blame yourself and your on the side bitch!
    Jack walks over.
    “Victoria, watch your tone. I lost something too you know. My niece or nephew.
    Victoria: What is wrong with you two? So Billy’s adultery gets a free pass because he killed his child!?
    Nikki walks over to Victoria.
    Jack: Nikki, Victoria is out of line.
    Nikki: Jack you really got some nerve you know. Billy cheated on my daughter. Now it seems you two are trying to make it her fault.” She turns to Victoria. “ Come on honey let’s get some coffee. I don’t want to be around these pigs right now.”
    The two walks off.
    Jack: Nikki wait. Let’s talk about this.
    Billy: Jack I’m sorry man.

    Paul walks up to Jack.
    Jack: What the hell are you doing Paul? Your in my way. I need to talk to Nikki.
    Paul: Can’t let you do that Jack. Nikki needs some space. Why don’t you give her that?
    Jack: Is this your way of keeping me away from Nikki? What is going on Paul you want Nikki for your self?

    Tucker walks over to Jack and Paul with a gloating smile on his face.
    Tucker: Trouble in Paradise Jackie.
    Jack: Tucker you wont get away with this.
    Ashley: Your right. Tucker I need to speak to you now!” She says walking up to them. She grabs him and pulls him aside.
    “What the hell are you doing to my brother?
    Tucker: Sorry darling your brother and I are at war. We had a difference of opinion and now he’s after what I want. I can’t allow him to win.
    Ashley: Oh let me guess Newman. It’s so old and im so over it. You have no respect for me or my family at all. I just don’t matter to you. The only thing you seem to care about these days is Harmony with Neil and Newman. I’ve had it Tucker. It’s over!: Ashley takes her engagement ring off and throws it at Tucker and then storms off.
    Jack walks up to Tucker. “ It seems you have more trouble in paradise then I do. “Taker” Jack says as he chuckles and walks off.


    　
    Kay is in the Chapel. She is praying to God for Chloe and Billy. She feels a hand on her shoulder and she turns around and sees its Murphy.
    “This is where you managed to hide out at?
    Kay: Yes. I could not handle all the media. Then to hear young Chloe lost her baby. Billy cheated on Victoria. It’s all so terrible. I care about all of these people.
    Murphy: I know you do Kay. But we need to worry about you.
    Kay; What are you talking about? I’m just fine.
    Murphy: You say that but look at what you are going through, running Chancellor and Newman, now worrying about Chloe, Billy and Victoria, being harassed by the media. it’s a lot for one to take. You don’t ever think you ought to slow down?
    Kay: Or is this an attempt to get me to let go of Newman?
    Murphy: Not at all Katherine. I love you. I care about you. No one is going to look after you like I am. I miss you. A lot. And I want you back. I love you Katherine.”
    Kay smiles at him.
    “I’ve missed you too.” They hug.
    “And you know I am a bit tired. It’s so much going on. It’s as if some one tipped off the media. I mean how in the hell did they know about this story so damn fast?
    Murphy: That’s a good and question and I have a hunch Tucker is behind it.
    Kay: Tucker? Why would he do that to me? It doesn’t make any sense.
    Murphy: Katherine you’re not going to like this but Tucker is trouble. He is up to something.
    Kay: Jack told me the same thing.
    Murphy: I don’t know what he’s got planned but he just has this sinister way about him these days.
    Kay: I’ll have to talk to him.


    Roxanne is in her apartment relaxing on her couch, looking on her ipad looking over online coverage of last nights disastrous ball. She can see her picture is posted with most of the stories she’s come across. She’s disgusted and throws her ipad down. She then gets a knock on her door. Thinking it could be Nate or Devon for some much needed TLC, she has a smile when she first opens the door. But that smile turns into a frown when she looks at her new parents, Leslie, the ex prostitute and the District Attorney Spencer Walsh.
    Roxanne: Why are you here?

    Esther is over the moon with grief abut the news of Chloe not making it.
    Olivia: I’m sorry let me be more clear. Chloe is alive. But she was pregnant and lost the baby.
    Billy is stunned. He walks over to Olivia “ Pregnant? We lost the baby?”
    Olivia: I’m so sorry Billy.
    Esther walks over towards the Newman but is dead set on Victoria.
    “Are you happy? You killed an innocent child. I just want to know what Chloe’s baby did to you for you to kill it?.
    Nikki: Esther get a hold of yourself. Vicki is not a killer. No one knew she was pregnant. Looks like Billy didn’t know either. And let me remind you none of this would be taking place if your daughter and Billy would have used some common sense.
    Esther: That child Chloe was carrying didn’t ask for any of this. I know my Chloe messed up but that baby didn’t deserve this. And I swear to God I’m going to make you pay Victoria. Your last name and big money won’t get you out of this. The almighty Newman‘s. You can join your father in jail“. Kay comes over and consoles Esther.
    Nikki turns to Victoria: Are you ok?
    Victoria: Mother no.” She says with a tear in her eye.
    “I killed a baby. I killed an innocent baby.”

    Episode 112: Did Victoria kill Chloe?

    Jack pulls Billy aside.
    “How are you holding up? I know this is rough.”
    Billy: It’s all surreal. Jack I swear I never meant for any of this to happen. And of all things Chloe was pregnant again. What have I done? I knew it was wrong to sleep with her while my wife was in Japan. I’ve really made a mess of things.
    Jack: It’s ok Billy we are going to get though this as a family.
    Billy: Jack tell me how do I tell my daughter that daddy’s wife killed her baby brother or sister?” Billy’s eyes water up. Jack embraces him.


    Meanwhile Tucker arrives at the hospital but keeps a distance from everyone. He sees Jack and Billy hugged up. He then sees Nikki huddling with Victoria.
    Tucker: Lets keep Jacko busy.” He pulls out his cell phone.
    “Hello Paul. Its me Tucker man. Listen I know this is out the blue but listen, there’s been an accident and I think Nikki could really use you right now. Why don’t you get down here and show her your support.”
    Paul: Thank you Tucker. I’ll be right there.” Tucker smiles and makes another call.
    “Iris its me Tucker. I got a huge scoop regarding the Newman’s Abbot’s and Chancellor’s. Why don’t you send a team over here and get in Kay’s face. Its perfect timing.
    Iris: Damn! I haven’t fully staffed my Genoa City office yet. I can send a team out with in the hour.
    Tucker: Ok you better hurry. If you make it here on time it will be an exclusive for Cory Publishing. No other media is here yet and I gave you the first heads up.
    Iris: Thank you. This is turning into a great partner ship.
    Tucker: Agreed. “ He hangs up.
    “Let’s see how Kay and Jack handle what I throw at them.”


    Rafe’s Penthouse. Rafe takes a sip of his scotch he’s poured himself and sits at his desk. He’s bummed out he’s been lied to by Scotty. He shakes his head. Then he hears a pounding at his door.
    “Rafe open this door its Scotty. I’m not leaving until We talk!” Scotty then bashes his door even harder. So hard neighbors have to open up their doors to see all the commotion.
    Rafe: Damn it Scotty. “ He swings open the door.
    Rafe: What the hell is the matter with you I have neighbors?
    Scotty: I know. I knew if I was loud enough you would let me in.
    Rafe: Well you are here what? What do you want? To keep lying to me Ted and or Scotty.
    Scotty: Look I’m sorry I lied. No wait. I’m really not. I don’t want my mother to know my business. I don’t want her to know I sleep with men too.
    Rafe:” Too” What does that mean?
    Scotty puts his head down.
    “I have a girlfriend back in Paris.”
    Rafe: Unbelievable. Not only did you lie to me about your name now you are cheating on your girlfriend with me. What did I do to you for you to do this to me Scotty? I’ve never lied to you about anything about me. All I get from you is lies. This is over Scotty. This is going no where. I don’t want to share my bed or heart with a liar. Get the hell out!”
    Scotty: No Rafe. I’m not going any where. I love you and you are going to hear me out.


    Back at the Hospital.
    Esther( to Olivia):Can I see my daughter Please?
    Olivia: Esther I must warn you she’s in a coma. She lost a lot of blood after she fell. The head trauma is severe.
    Kay: But she is going to make it right?
    Olivia: I don’t know. We have been unable to detect brain activity. It’s still early. We are hoping for a full recovery.
    Esther: Oh my God. Esther” gets weak in the knees and Kay grabs her.
    Olivia: You can go in and see her.
    Esther walks over to Chloe’s room. The sight of Chloe on the hospital machines breaks Esther’s heart. She walks over to her and holds her hand.
    Esther; You feel so cold.” She pulls up some covers over Chloe’s arms.
    Kay walks over to Chloe’s other side. She holds her other hand.
    “You fight Chloe. You have a little girl that is waiting on you to come home. You snap out of this coma you hear!”


    Out side the room.
    Victoria: Mom what do I do now?
    Nikki: Darling we just need to pray. I wish your father was here. Have you seen him since you arrived back in town?
    Victoria: No. I left Glo Worm and began to look for Billy. Mom I never meant to kill anyone.
    Nikki( holding her) I know. We didn’t know Chloe was pregnant.


    Back at Rafe’s
    Rafe: Ok talk. The floor is yours.
    Scotty: I don’t want my mother to know I like to sleep with men. I don’t want to make it a big deal out of it. And I left Paris to get away from Vandalynn. She’s super annoying and clingy.
    Rafe; So you rather string her along and play with peoples emotion for your personal gain?
    Scotty: No. I’ve fallen in love with you.
    Rafe: You’re a joke You don’t now what love is. You use that word to smooth things over. I’m no fool Scotty and certainly older and much more mature than you. We have nothing. I will never trust you.
    Scotty walks up to him and kisses him. Rafe pushes Scotty of him.
    Rafe: Get the hell out NOW!” Rafe walks over to his door and opens it.
    Scotty: Please Rafe. Don’t throw me out. Don’t give up on us. I’m not going to. I refuse to. I’m going to show you how much you mean to me.”
    Rafe: Then do it from the other side of this door.
    Scotty finally leaves Rafe’s penthouse.


    Paul arrives at the hospital. He walks over to Nikki.
    Nikki: Paul so nice to see you. How did you know I was here?
    Paul; Tucker called me. Said you might need a shoulder to cry on.
    Nikki: Oh I do. Something terrible happened.” Paul holds Nikki.
    Jack sees the scene of embrace and is not to thrilled as he remembers Paul and Nikki hugging at the party as well. Tucker then approaches Jack.
    Tucker: You don’t like that do you?
    Jack: What are you talking about?
    Tucker: Me calling Paul down here for Nikki. Nikki looks like she could use a friend and I doubt it will be you.
    Jack: You called Paul down here for Nikki?
    Tucker: This is war Jack. I’m going to destroy you and the beauty of it all your going to help me do it.
    Jack: I’ll see you at the gates of hell first.
    Tucker: As you wish.


    Then media out lets arrive in the waiting area and head over to Kay whom just emerged from Chloe’s room. Kay is over whelmed by question by Fox, CNN, and Cory Publishing to name just a few.
    Murphy watches Tucker watching the media surround Kay.
    He walks over to him.
    Murphy: You look almost thrilled that Kay is being bombarded by the media.
    Tucker: What gives you that impression old man?
    Murphy: Its written all over your face. The smirk on your face. I don’t now what your up to Tucker but I smell a rat. And I’m going to be watching you like a hawk. You better not try to hurt Katherine.
    Tucker: You might want to relax. That old age is giving you dementia.
    Tucker walks off.


    Billy walks into Chloe’s room. He sees Esther holding her hand.
    Billy: How is she doing?
    Esther: She’s fighting. My Kate is fighting.
    Billy: Esther I want you to know I love Chloe with all my heart and I never meant for any of this to happen.
    Esther: She lost a child Billy. Who is going to replace or repair that? How do you get past this? That wife of yours has got to pay. And I’m going to make sure she pays for hurting Chloe. Victoria Newman will not get away with this!

    Paramedics rush Chloe into the ER. Olivia runs over to her. Ronan walks in as well.
    Olivia: What do we got?
    Paramedic: Possible bone fractures, head trauma and extremely weak vitals.
    Olivia: Put her in OR one.” She then looks at Ronan.
    “What happened Ronan?”
    Billy then walks in. “It’s all my fault. Chloe may die because of me.”
    Olivia: Let me go take care of her.” Olivia leaves.
    Ronan walks over to Billy,
    “You’re really in a mess now. How could you do this to Chloe? Cheating on your wife with the mother of your child? Your wife was in Japan going through a severe ordeal and how do you support her? An affair?”
    Billy: Ronan who the hell are you? Grow some lips before you talk to me again. Now get the hell out my face.” Billy walks away to the chapel.


    Back at Glo Worm.
    Jack’s face is red as he looks at Keemo and Gloria.
    Jack: This is outrageous. I’m not going to stand for it. You and Gloria NEVER!
    Gloria: Keemo you never told me you were an Abbott.
    Keemo: I know. I sense you and my dad don’t get along?
    Jack: That’s an understatement of the century. She was married to your grandfather. Gloria is the reason my dad is dead. She ruined his company, his reputation. Gloria is a gold digging slut and I will never allow her to get her claws in the Abbott family again.
    Nikki: Jack don’t do this.
    Keemo: Watch your mouth Jack.
    Jack then gets a text. “Oh my god!”
    Nikki: What is it?
    Jack: It’s Billy. We got to rush over to the hospital.” Nikki leaves with Jack.
    Keemo looks at Gloria. She slaps him.

    Esther arrives at the hospital. She walks over to the nurse’s station
    “My daughter. Kate.. She’s been brought in. Is she ok?”
    Nurse: Last name?
    Esther: Chloe Valentine.
    Nurse: She’s in surgery with Dr. Olivia Hastings. We don’t know any thing yet.”
    Esther clutches her chest. Kay walks up to her and holds her.
    “My daughter. Who did this to her. What happened?”
    Ronan then walks over to her.
    Kay: Ronan can you tell us what is going on?


    Jack and Nikki arrive.
    Jack: That’s what we want to know.
    Billy then walks out from the chapel and sees the crowd gathering around Chloe’s room.
    They all run to him.
    Esther: Billy what have you done? What happened to Kate?
    Billy, with tears forming gin his eyes looks at all of them.
    “I messed up.”
    Esther: What!?” She slaps him. Then punches him in his chest.
    “What did you do to my baby girl Billy? I’ll kill you I swear to God! ” Everyone is stunned by Esters dramatic outburst. Kay tries to console her.
    Jack: Billy what did you do?
    Billy: Victoria walked in on me and Chloe.
    Kay: Shame on you Billy Abbott!
    Esther sinks to the ground in tears. “I told her to leave Billy alone.”

    Nikki: (to Billy)What are you saying? Victoria walked in on you and Chloe having sex?
    Billy: Yes.
    Nikki takes her purse and slaps Billy in the face with it.
    “You dirty Bastard! Your selfish. A rotten pig.
    Jack: Nikki please back off.
    Nikki: Your play boy brother betrayed my daughter. He hurt her. He is scum.
    Esther: SHUT UP ALL OF YOU! My daughter Is fighting for her life in that room. And all you can do is worry about who hurt who’s feelings. What is wrong with you people? You rich people have no real emotion, no real sense of life. Look at how petty you are being this very moment. We all need to be praying that Chloe makes it. If you can’t do that then I don’t want any one of you here.
    Everyone is stunned at Esther.

    Nikki walks off to call Victoria. Her voice mail comes on.
    “Darling I don’t know what is going on but I really need you to get to memorial.” She hangs up and then calls Nick. Nick tells her he is on his way.

    　
    Back at Glo Worm. Keemo rubs his cheek.
    Gloria: I cant believe this is happening. I’m engaged to an Abbott.
    Keemo: I had no idea you were married to my granddad.
    Gloria: Yea maybe you should have told me who you were. I knew Jack had a son but never knew his name or what he looked like. And its you. I can’t believe I’m in love with Jack Abbott’s son. This can’t be happening. What would your granddad think? I loved him with all my heart and when he died it nearly destroyed me. And how do I show my love to him? But sleeping and getting engaged to his Asian grandson.
    Keemo: I really don’t know what to say. I didn’t plan this. I didn’t know who you were. I never knew my granddad got remarried after Dina. I didn’t think it would be possible.Gloria I never meant for this to happen. I love you.
    Gloria: Please don’t say that to me. I’m getting sick to my stomach.” She leaves Glo Worm. Keemo calls after her.
    Jill then walks up to Keemo.
    “Well. Well well. You left me for Gloria. I thought you had better taste Keemo. Gloria is really the bottom of the barrel.
    Keemo: You know what happened between us. Jack didn’t approve.
    Jill: Jack isn’t going to approve of this engagement with Gloria either. I’ll be here for you.” She plants a kiss on his lips then leaves. Keemo just watches the door. He never expected his party to end up like this.

    Tucker having watched the entire scene walks over to Keemo.
    Keemo: Can I help you?
    “I’m Tucker McCall.”
    Keemo: Kay’s son. Ok nice to meet you. What can I do for you?
    Tucker: I could not help but oversee how your dad reacted to you and Gloria. I wanted to tell you I support you. I support true love. And it looks like soon you may need an ally against your dad. Here is my card. You’ll know when the time is right to use it. In the mean time I wish you luck with Gloria.” Tucker walks away as Keemo looks at the info on the card.
    Tucker: Check mate Jack. I’ll have your son on my team. And I’m going to really enjoy that.” He heads to the hospital to see what kind of damage he can do there.


    Victoria arrives at the hospital and walks over to her mother.
    Nikki: Darling what happened?
    Victoria: Billy cheated on me. I walked in and saw him and Chloe having sex in our bed. So I lost control mother. Something came over me I was so hurt and angry. With out even thinking I attacked Chloe. I blacked out, I don’t remember to much of what happened.
    Nikki holds her.
    “What a way to come back to Genoa City. To find out your husband is cheating on you.”

    Esther walks over to Nikki and Victoria.
    Esther: What the hell did you do to my Chloe?
    Victoria: It’s more like what she did to me. My family…. She was having sex with Billy in our home. OUR BED! That’s what your Chloe did.
    Esther: I told them to stop this.
    Nikki: Wait you knew about the affair? How long has this been going?
    Esther: It’ doesn’t matter. Victoria should have never put her hands on my daughter.
    Victoria: Your daughter should keep her legs closed to married men.
    Esther slaps Victoria. Nikki pushes Esther back. Jack intervenes as does Kay. Kay pulls Esther aside.
    Nikki: You better get your maid in order Katherine.
    Kay: Nikki she is upset. We don’t need your cheer leading and instigating. Everyone is hurt and stunned here. You calm down.
    Nikki: Hand Newman back to my family then go to hell!”


    　
    Then Olivia come out of the Operating Room. Everyone gathers round to hear news on Chloe.
    Olivia: I’m so sorry” She says as a tear forming in her eye.
    Esther breaks down and hollers out and cries her out.
    “NO!. Not Chloe. NO! God WHY?…. Why my daughter.”
    Everyone looks at Victoria. Billy is stunned as well.
    Esther looks at Victoria. “ You killed my daughter!!!”

Meanwhile Billy begins to holler out from upstairs as he tries to break free of the ropes. Victoria kicks over Chloe’s body. Then Ronan walks in. He look at Victoria standing over Chloe’s body.
    Ronan: Victoria, what happened? I got a call about screams coming from this house.
    Victoria: I caught this tramp having sex with my husband. We had a disagreement. Now I need a cigarette.” She coolly walks past Ronan.
    Ronan runs upstairs to see why Billy is screaming out. He sees Billy in a superman costume tied to the bed.
    Ronan: Billy what have you done?

    Leslie: Ashley you won’t be pressing charges on my daughter Roxanne.
    Spencer shakes his head. Roxanne and Malcolm look at Leslie.
    Ashley: Roxanne is your daughter?
    Leslie: Yes.” Leslie looks at Roxanne.
    Roxanne shakes her head at Leslie.
    Roxanne: You are tripping.
    Roxanne runs off. Devon follows.

    Malcolm approaches Leslie
    “Les what is going on?”
    Leslie: Malcolm it’s true. I just found out Roxanne is the daughter I gave up for adoption many years ago.”
    Malcolm: This is the secret you could not tell me? This is what has been eating up at you? Baby girl you could have told me” Malcolm hugs her. Then Spencer walks into his view. He pulls back from Leslie
    “Wait a minute. Did Spencer now about this?”
    Leslie turns away knowing the truth is going to piss him off.
    Malcolm: Ahh hell naw Les!! How does he get to know and I don’t. I’m the one loving you.”
    Leslie looks back at Malcolm as Spencer approaches the two.
    Leslie: Malcolm, Spencer is Roxanne’s father.
    Spencer: So now that you know you can lay off of Leslie. She’s going through a hard enough time as it is.”
    Malcolm is speechless leaning Spencer fathered Leslie’s child.


    Devon chases down Roxanne. Roxanne with tears in her eyes brushes Devon off.
    Roxanne: Leave me alone Devon. I don’t want to be bothered!
    Devon: Roxanne please don’t run off. I love you. We can deal with this.” Roxanne runs off into the edge of night and Devon stops chase. But what Devon doesn’t know is that Nate hasn’t given up on chasing Roxanne. Devon walks back into the party confused.


    Scotty is looking for Rafe, He walks out side and sees him. He approaches him.
    Scotty: Rafe I can explain.
    Rafe: Explain what? Tell me who’s explaining Ted or Scotty?
    Scotty: My name is Scotty Grainger. I told you my name was Ted because my mother doesn’t know I’m this way.
    Rafe: What way is that?
    Scotty: This Rafe. What you and I have. I love you.
    Scotty pulls Rafe to a side wall so no one can see them.
    Rafe brushes out of his hold.” I’m so pissed at you Scotty! How do you love me when the only thing you’ve done was lie to me from the first day we met!?”
    Scotty: I don’t want my mother to know.
    Rafe: I’m too old for this kind of game. If you can’t be who you are Scotty then I don’t want to be with you.
    Scotty: No please, Don’t say that Rafe. I need you. I love you.” Scotty plants a kiss on Rafe. Fenmore walks around the corner and see the two men kissing. Fenmore takes a picture of Scotty and Rafe kissing. Scotty and Rafe both look at Fenmore. Fenmore takes off running and laughing.
    Scotty: This can’t be happening.


    Back at Billy’s
    Ronan unties Billy. Billy puts his penis back inside his costume. He then runs down stairs to find Chloe. Ronan calls for an ambulance. Billy holds Chloe.
    “Oh my god. What did Vicki do?” Billy kisses her.
    “I love you Chloe and I’m so sorry. You can’t be dead. We have Delia.”
    Ronan can only watch the sad scene from the top of the stairs. He’s in shock and in disbelief. Is Chloe really dead?


    　
    Tucker is pulled away from the drama at the party with a phone call on his cell phone. It's Iris.
    Tucker: Good news darling’?
    Iris: Yes. Kay’s office has been repainted, and all the visual and audio recording equipment has been installed in her office.
    Tucker: So soon. I’m impressed. Now we can get his show on the road and take Kay out for good.” He hangs up with a huge smile on his face as he looks over at his mother.
    Tucker: Out with the old and in with the new.


    Avery then arrives at the party. She hands the DVD to a Glo Worm worker and gives her some instructions.


    Meanwhile. Nate has caught up To Roxanne.
    Nate: Slow down.
    Roxanne turns around. ‘What?”
    Nate: Come back to the party. We got to figure this out Rox.
    Roxanne: That Leslie, the person I thought was stalking me is my mother. Is this even true? Why did it come out like that?
    Nate grabs her and holds her tightly.
    Roxanne just cries.
    Nate: It’s ok. Let it out. I’m here for you. I’m not going anywhere.
    Roxanne: I don’t know what to do Nate. What if this is really true? Leslie my mother?
    Nate: Let’s go back and figure this out. Let’s get some answers. You can’t run from this. You may have found your real mother. Please come back to the party. I’ll be right by your side.
    Nate slowly walks Roxanne back to the party.


    At the party. Avery grabs a microphone and gets the attention of the party. Leslie takes a keen interest as does Spencer.
    Avery: I have a message from Victor Newman. He’s instructed me to play it here at the party.
    The lights are dimmed. Then a big screen TV comes on. Its Victor Newman himself.
    The party goers are stunned.
    Victor: I’d like to tell you a story. About a lovely lady, named Leslie.”

    As the video plays Nate and Roxanne arrive back at the party. Devon sees this and is not to happy at all. He walks over to them.
    Nate, Roxanne and the rest of the party look upon Leslie’s sexy past expose. As sexy stripper pictures are on the big screen they tell a story. The story shows Spencer as one of Leslie’s clients. Then we see a baby that Leslie gives up for adoption. Then at the end of the video is a DNA test. Stating Leslie and Spencer are Roxanne’s parents. The camera zooms onto the results for all to see. Genoa City is stunned. The video goes off.


    Leslie: Why Avery?
    Avery doesn’t say anything. She leaves the party.
    Roxanne is crying.

    The camera pans to the facial reactions of Leslie, Devon, Nate, Malcolm, Neil, Ashley, Abby, Spencer and most of all back to Roxanne.


    Gloria then grabs the microphone.
    “I have had enough of this outrageous show This party was to lift the spirits of everyone here in Genoa City. So It’s time I do just that. I have an announcement to make. If I may have you attention please.”
    Gloria spots Keemo in the crowd.
    Gloria: Keemo it’s time can you come up here?
    As Keemo makes his way to the podium to Gloria Jack wonders what the hell is about to happen.
    Gloria: Genoa City, I’d like you to meet the man who has helped make this night possible. My business partner and the love of my life and now my fiancée Keemo No Last Name.”
    Keemo laughs and speaks into the microphone and says Abbott. It’s Keemo Abbott.”
    Gloria: ABBOTT!!?
    Jack walks up to them.
    “What the hell is this Keemo?”
    Keemo: Dad meet my fiancée Gloria.
    Gloria and Jack look at each other in shock.
    Jack: Over my dead body!

Billy pops his head around Chloe’s breast which obstructed his view and is also stunned to see his wife. Billy is still tied to the bed from Chloe’s sex game.
    Billy: Vicki, your home. And your face.
    Vicki : I come home to this! This is the reason why I’ve barely heard from you!?”
    Chloe slowly gets off of Billy taking the cover with her exposing Billy who is wearing a superman costume with his manhood exposed half hard and still wet.
    Victoria: You have got to be kidding. In our home! Our bed.!" Vicki reaches behind the door and grabs a baseball bat. She begins to walk over toward Billy and Chloe.
    Victoria: Chloe, you are low class. Second class is more like it. What kind of mother are you? Having an affair with a married man. Where is Delia by the way? What is she doing while your hear being a cow slut with my husband? Soon to be ex husband. You a terrible mother shame on you whore!
    Chloe: Billy loves me. He’s’ going to leave you for me. Billy tell her.
    Billy: Maybe this is not right the time. Please untie me.” Chloe walks over towards Billy but Victoria takes a swing of her bat and knocks off a bed pole to prove to the cheating duo she is serious.
    Victoria: Don’t move you disgusting slut.
    Billy: Vicki just calm down
    Vicki then swings that bat at Billy and it lands right in his stomach. Billy cries out in pain. Chloe is horrified as she realizes Victoria is not playing games. She decides to creep towards the door way to make a safe exit. Victoria sees this and drops the bat.
    “Oh no you don’t you trampy home wrecker!" Victoria runs after Chloe as Chloe dashes out the door. Chloe trips on the sheets she had covering her. Victoria catches up to her and begins to punch her in the face. She then sits on top of her and keeps on punching her with right and left hooks to the face. Chloe’s face begins to bleed. She is screaming for her life. “STOP IT! STOP THIS MADNESS!!” Chloe yanks Victoria’s hair so hard it causes a creek in Vicki’s neck. Chloe takes her hands and pushes Victoria off of her. She gets back up to try and run down the stairs but Vickie on the ground grabs her foot and Chloe falls back to the ground.
    Vicki: I’m going to kill you, then Billy! “ She says crawling back on top of a naked Chloe.

    Episode 109: Victoria walks in on Billy and Chloe having SEX!!!!

    Katherine walks up to Devon and Roxanne. Katherine and Devon hug.
    Devon: It’s good to see you grandma.
    Kay smiles at him. “ You look lovely this evening Roxanne.:"
    Roxanne: Thank you Mrs. Chancellor but you know I couldn’t out do you.”
    Katherine: Oh stop it. Things going ok for the two of you? Devon how is the music label coming along?
    Devon: It’s going a lot better since I found America’s next super star.
    Kay: You don’t say. Don’t keep me in suspense who is it?
    Devon: Your looking at her.
    Kay: You mean Roxanne here?
    Devon: yes.
    Kay; I had no idea you had a voice young lady.
    Roxanne: I don’t think I do. But Devon seems to think so I guess we will see.
    Kay: I wish you two all the luck in the world and if you need anything you let me know.
    Roxanne: Thank you Mrs. Chancellor.


    Meanwhile, Neil and Harmony catch up to a fuming Ashley who was intent on confronting Roxanne.
    Neil: Ashley excuse me. I’m just trying to figure out why did you confront me about Roxanne.
    Ashley: Neil I know it’s Devon that is related to you. But Roxanne and Devon are having relations. And as Devon’s father I came to you. I don’t appreciate my daughter being assaulted by your son‘s girlfriend. I’m sure you would feel the same way about any of your children. Now if you will please excuse me.
    Harmony: No Ashley can you wait a minute please?
    Ashley is stunned Harmony stopped her She turns around and gives a disgusted look.
    Ashley: Yes what is it?
    Harmony: I just wanted to remind you that Devon is my son. Not at one point in our conversation did you acknowledge that fact and or even look at me when talking about my son. It’s obvious you have a problem with me. I want to know what it is.
    Ashley: Ask Tucker. He seems so found of you these days Harmony. Neil did you know that?
    Neil: No I didn’t.
    Ashley turns around and continues with her intent on confronting Roxanne with Abby in tow.


    Lauren with Scotty by her side arrives at the ball. Rafe spots him and is stunned to see “Ted” with his client Lauren. Scotty spots Rafe looking at him.
    “Damn it. Nosey ass. He’s going to figure everything out tonight.” Rafe gets up and walks over to Scotty. Fenmore also witnesses what is going on with Scotty and Rafe. Gloria approaches the two.
    Gloria: Lauren its good to see you again.
    Lauren: Gloria nice place you have here. I’m happy for you.
    Gloria: Do you know what will make me even happier?
    Lauren: If your going to start about Michael please Gloria I don’t want to hear it I don’t have time. We are going to divorce and that’s it. Nothing will change that.
    Gloria: You never know. But any who. I have some great news.
    Lauren: Do tell.
    Gloria: Not now. Later. I have a big announcement. Make sure you are here for that.
    Lauren: I’m intrigued, I will.
    Gloria: If you will excuse me I have to make sure the party is going ok.” Gloria walks away. Rafe walks up to them.
    Lauren: Rafe nice to see you. Meet my sons Scotty and Fenmore.”
    Rafe: Scotty?
    Ted/Scotty is speechless.
    Rafe: Nice to meet you both. Excuse me Lauren I have a call to make” Rafe leaves abruptly leaves. Scotty knows Rafe is mad.
    Lauren: That was really weird of Rafe.” Scotty wants to run off and explain things to Rafe but Scotty doesn’t want his mother to now he is carrying on a secret relationship with him.


    Ashley arrives to Roxanne and Devon.
    Ashley: Roxanne I want to know why you assaulted my daughter?
    Roxanne: Miss Abbott, how nice of you to come speak to me.You look lovely. You want to know what now?
    Ashley: Save the pleasantries.So obvious how phony you are. Why did you attack my daughter!?”
    Roxanne: Because Abby is a hating ass bitch who is plotting to destroy my life. She wants my man and now she wants to destroy my future.
    Ashley: This isn’t the first I’ve heard about you harassing my daughter.!"
    A crowd begins to form around the scene.
    Roxanne: I bet. I don’t hide how I feel about any one and I can’t stand your daughter. She’s a liar and a loser. She’s not innocent you know.
    Ashley: How dare you talk bout my daughter like this?
    Roxanne: Its easy. Ask her. She is the one that brought Harmony here in the first place to stop Devon from proposing to me. She wants Devon. I’m supposed to stand by and let her take what is mine. I love Devon so I will fight to be with him. Your daughter is a loser and I’m sorry you have to find out like this.
    Ashley: Where is your self respect and class talking to me like this. I’m going to press charges on you. You will not assault my child. You are going to jail.
    Leslie: I’m sorry Ashley that won’t be happening.
    Everyone is confused especially Malcolm.
    Ashley: Excuse me?
    Leslie: I cannot allow you to put Roxanne in jail. Its not going to work.
    Ashley: And why is that?
    Leslie: Roxanne is my daughter and Spencer is her father. No way in hell are you putting our child in jail!” Everyone is stunned having just learned Roxanne is the daughter of Leslie and Spencer. The ball comes to a complete halt.


    　
    　
    Back at Billy’s. Victoria is choking Chloe. Chloe spits in Victoria’s face.
    Chloe: How about that for your new face Bitch! You look like you needed moisture.” Chloe says after Victoria release Chloe’s neck to wipe her face. Chloe then decks Victoria in her face. Victoria gets off of Chloe to stand back up after being dizzy from the punch to the mouth. Chloe stands up too.
    “Such a shame Victoria. Look at that face. You just had it done. Now it’s a bloody mess.”
    Victoria wipes blood from her mouth. Vicki charges at Chloe again and grabs her head and begins to bash it into the wall. The force of the head crushing from Chloe’s head to the wall causes Chloe’s head to eventually crack the dry wall and bust her head through the wall. Chloe sinks her nails into Victoria’s face. Vicki scrams out.
    Vicki: Stupid Bitch! Why would you do that!? It took months for this face!
    Chloe: I’m just trying to defend myself. You’ve gone mad.
    Victoria: No Pig Slut, just trying to take the trash out of my house.
    Chloe: Billy is coming too. I got your man Bitch! Keep your hands off me or I’m going to press charges almighty Miss Newman. That’s what you’ll be again.” Chloe walks off. Victoria is still mad and runs up behind Chloe and chokes her from behind.
    “ Your going to pay for sleeping with my husband.” Then Victoria lets go of Chloe. Chloe begins to lose her balance near the top of the stairwell. Victoria gives a little push and Chloe falls, rolls and then tumbles down the stairs until she lands face down at the bottom. Blood immediately begins form a puddle underneath her head.

    Heather Tom returns to the role of Victoria Newman. That other actress who most recently played her has been let go.
    Victoria was written out back early in the series when she was caught inside the explosion at Sharon’s get out of jail party. Her face was severely burned than bandaged up. Well the bandages come off and Heather Tom’s Victoria returns home next week on Y&R.
    What does this mean for Victoria and Billy?

    Kristen Storms also joins the cast as Sheila Carter’s daughter Mary Carter. Mary goes by the name Vandalynn who is Scott’s girlfriend.How is Scotty going to react and where does this leave his gay relationship with Rafe.

    Brandon Beemer has been cast in the role of Noah. Noah is an upcoming storyline. Niah gets involed in the Carter family mess in a huge and shocking way.

    　
    Drucilla and Sheila are now on contract. Expect to see more of them as their story heats up as Sheila's daughter mary comes to town to shake things up

    And Sophia was let go a few weeks ago in an effort to trim the cast down.

    Nikki: Your brother is right my darling. You are more beautiful than ever.
    Victoria: You really think so?
    Noah: Of course Aunt Vicki.
    Vic: Look at you. All so grown up. Come here and give me hug.”
    Noah hugs Victoria as she looks at Nick. “Where is Sharon?”
    Nick: A good question.
    Their conversation is stopped when Kay walks over.
    Kay: Victoria you look wonderful darling its so good to see you back in town. I had no idea you would be here.” Kay gives her a hug.
    Nikki: Oh you just don’t stop do you Katherine.
    Nick: Mom please don’t start.
    Nikki: She is the one who started Nicholas by taking Newman away from you two. Now she comes over here as if she’s done nothing wrong. Bitch!
    Kay: Now Nikki that is uncalled for. Victoria is my God daughter. I have a right to see how she is doing.
    Nikki: A right? The right thing to do is to hand Newman back to my children where it belongs. Isn’t Chancellor enough?
    Victoria: Look let’s not do this. Lets have a good time. Please.
    Kay: Your right Victoria. I have class. With that said, I’ll leave you be. Welcome back Victoria.”
    Nikki: Did she just try to call me low class.
    Nick pulls his mother to another side of the ball away from Katherine.
    Nikki: I don’t care Nicholas. Katherine is going to pay for taking your legacy from you two. She has no right. I’ll stop you Katherine!

    Tucker, and Jack on opposites ends of the room both take a drink and enjoy the show with smiles on their faces. They then take notice of each other and size each other up.
    Jack smiles at Tucker as he approaches Katherine.
    Jack: Katherine there is something you ought to know about your son and what he is planning.” Kay and Jack both turn around and look at Tucker.
    The only thing Tucker can think is “ Damn you Jack.!”
    Kay: What is Tucker up to now?
    Jack: Your son is planning to unseat you from Newman and take Newman for himself.”
    Kay: I knew he was up to something. He will have Newman over my dead body!”

    At Billy’s. Chloe and Billy are laying in the bed holding each other.
    Chloe: Gloria is having her opening gala tonight. Do you think we should have went?
    Billy: No. I’m happy where I’m at. With the woman I love.
    Chloe: I love you to Billy. I’m so happy right now.” She kisses him then rubs her hand on his chest and admires her moment with him.
    Chloe: You know isn’t it about time your wife is due home from Japan. Have you heard from her?
    Billy: Why do you always like to talk about Victoria?
    Chloe: She’s due home soon. And you tell me your going to leave me for her. So I just want to make sure you are ready to do what you say you are going to do.
    Billy: Chloe I love you. Nothing is going to change that.” He kisses her then gets on top of her. He grinds on her getting her in the mood for love making
    Chloe: Billy I want you. Give it to me.” He smiles at her and then leans down to kiss her neck then works his way down to her breast as he slides her panties off.     Neil: Ashley, what is the matter?
    Ashley: This!” Ashley snatches off Abby’s glasses so Neil can see her black eye.
    Neil: Damn. What happened?
    Abby: Mom really? Did you really have to do all that?
    Ashley: Hell yes I did. Your son’s girlfriend did this to my daughter Neil. And she is going to pay.
    Neil: Roxanne did that to you?
    Abby: Yes.


    Then Devon and Roxanne arrive at the ball. They both look around to see who is there. They see a visibly upset Ashley with Abby talking with Neil and Harmony. They are all looking at them.
    Devon: Uh oh.
    Roxanne: Do you think they all know I beat Abby’s ass?
    Devon: You say that like you are proud of that.. And to be honest I say it was a tie. But to answer your question. Yea it looks like they know.
    Ashley with Abby in tow storms over to Roxanne and Devon. Neil and Harmony follow suite.


    Malcolm and Leslie arrive at the Ball. They don’t notice the upcoming drama about to unfold with Abby and Roxanne. They order drinks.
    Leslie: Gloria did a nice job cleaning up in here.
    Malcolm: I don’t know. I wasn’t here when the first Glo Worm was here. The only thing I know it was bombed and Lily was scarred from it.
    Leslie: How is she doing?
    Malcolm: She is good. She says she is almost done with her treatment. So she should be home soon.
    Leslie: That’s good to hear. I’m so glad you talked me into coming here. I feel great. I love you baby.” They hug.
    Malcolm: Let me get this dance girl. Show daddy what you can do on the dance floor.
    Suddenly Leslie has a flash back of her stripper days. Dancing nasty on a pole while Spencer throws 100 dollar bills at her. He would say “ Dance for daddy”

    As they Dance Spencer walks into the ball. He spots Malcolm and Leslie dancing. He walks over to the bar and grabs a drink. He continues to watch Leslie dance. He has a flash back in his mind of a time when they were together and she gave him a personal lap dance. He shakes his head to snap out of it.

    Rafe arrives at the party. He looks around for Ted but he doesn’t see him. He grabs a drink and sits next to Spencer.
    Rafe: Spencer how are you? The mighty DA that put Victor Newman behind bars.
    Spencer: It came with a cost. Victor is a vial man.
    Rafe: So I see. It made Leslie quit his case.
    Spencer: I know.
    Rafe: You do?
    Spencer: Look Rafe I can’t go into it right now. This Victor Newman mess is not done yet.

    Rafe: Does it have something to do with Avery?

    Olivia and Nate arrive the ball. The see a big crowd gathering up and they walk over to see what is going on. They get a look closer and see Ashley is about to confront Roxanne. Nate wonders what is going.


    Kay walks over to Tucker.
    Tucker: Am I to assume you and Jackie had a good conversation.
    Kay: In fact we did.
    Tucker: Let me guess, he told you I plan to unseat you at Newman to take Newman for myself.
    Kay: uh yes, that is correct.
    Tucker: Now you are here to see if it’s true?
    Kay: You’re a smart one tonight my son.
    Tucker: It’s lies. Jack is a liar. And a sore loser. Mother I told you I want peace with you. I want my family close.
    Kay: If it’s lies then why are you and Ashley separated?

    Victoria arrives at her home. She unlocks the door. She hears some odd noises coming from upstairs. She grabs a bat and creeps upstairs. Then she hears

    Gloria: Michael what is going on? Why are you here?
    Michael: Where the hell have you been Gloria? I was arrested days ago.
    Gloria: I’m sorry Michael. I was in Paris.
    Michael: PARIS! What is in Paris? Is this how your spending your insurance money?
    Gloria: No Michael calm down. My fiancée took me.
    Michael: FIANCEE!! Who is it?
    Gloria holds her up 24 karat ring.
    Gloria: Isn’t it beautiful?
    Michael: Beautiful, I had no idea you were even dating. I thought you were still mourning Jeffery.
    Gloria Jeffery was scum. He stole from me and lied to me.
    Michael: So who’s the unlucky man?
    Gloria: I’m not telling just yet. You can find out at my gala I’m having.
    Michael: What gala?

    Devon’s Studio. Devon is caught off guard as Roxanne is choking the life out of Abby. Devon runs over and tries to pry Roxanne off of Abby.

    Devon: Abby!
    Roxanne: I hate you Bitch!
    Abby: The feeling is mutual. You better never put your hands on me again! You thought I wasn’t going to fight back huh Bitch!? I will never record you Bitch. Your low class... Ghetto... No respect... Stupid Bitch! Devon I’m out of here!” Abby storms out.

    Spencer: We need to talk.
    Leslie: Come in.
    Spencer walks in
    Spencer: I saw Roxanne the other day.
    Leslie: What happened? Did you tell her we are her parents?
    Spencer: I couldn’t. Because you freaked her out.
    Leslie What are you talking about?
    Spencer: Our daughter thinks you are stalking her.
    Leslie: I mean I’ve seen her a few times. I just couldn’t bring myself to tell her. I just don’t know what to do.
    Spencer: That’s why I’m here. We need to figure this out and move forward. I cant keep this from her much longer. I want us to get to know her. Be a family.
    Leslie: A family? Roxanne is a grown woman.
    Spender: She is still our child. A child you never told me about. I’m extremely hurt and angry about that Les. How could you not tell me something like that? You didn’t give me any options or choices.
    Leslie: What were the options Spence. We were young. Both in law school I couldn’t afford a child. I didn’t want a child. I was trying to get my degree so I could make money.
    Spencer: Ok you did that. You got the degree to make the money. Why didn’t you ever seek Roxanne out? Or go back after her? It makes me wonder what kind of person are you.
    Leslie slaps him as Malcolm walks in being the door was never totally shut in the first place.

    Tucker walks into his penthouse. He has a smile on his face as he has a flash back in his mind about the meeting with is old flame Iris Cory of Bay City.

    Operator: About 24 hours sir. Thank you for being a customer of Chancellor Chemicals.
    Tucker: Thank you.” He hangs up. He thinks to himself “ Now I got the paint to make dear old mother go crazy. And I can get it all on film for the world to see” He smiles at his devious plans. His self appreciation comes to a halt when Ashley storms into his penthouse.
    Tucker: Ashley, what’s wrong you look upset. What is the matter?

    Avery walks into the jail having been summoned by Victor Newman.
    Avery: Victor I came here as soon as I could. How are you?
    Victor: I’m fine. Is their any word on my sentencing. Its been weeks now.
    Avery: No I have not heard anything. It is a bit odd. I’ll talk to Spencer at Glo Worm.

    Avery takes a deep breath. She thinks of her mission and is not to please with it. She’s already betrayed Leslie once now shes going to really twist the knife in the wound. Avery then thinks of her bank account. She smiles.
    Avery: I’ll get it done. Let me get going to Restless Style to meet up with your contact.
    Victor: Her name is Jazmine Hoover.

    At Tuckers.
    Tucker: You know what I’m doing?
    Ashley: Yes Jack told me. Your going to make a play for Newman yourself. You two had a deal now your backing out?

    Malcolm: The truth? What the fukk is he talking about Les? Tell me.” He says getting angry and grabbing her.
    Malcolm: What is going on? Talk to me.”

    Leslie looks into his eyes. “I love you too.” She has tears rolling down her eyes. She lays her head on his shoulder as he holds her.
    Leslie: Malcolm if you love me then I need you to trust me. Nothing is going with me and Spencer. And once I get it together I’ll let you know what is going on. I’ll be honest. There is something going on. But its not an affair with Spencer.
    Malcolm: Is Spencer involved?
    Leslie hesitates before answering . She wants to be truthful with Malcolm but she knows that he will be mad if she is honest. She does it any way.
    “Yes it has something to do with Spencer.”
    Malcolm takes a deep breathe.
    “This hurts Leslie. I need you. I’m going through Sophia’s death. Now I feel like you shutting me out. I’m lost with out you girl. I miss you.”
    They look into each other’s eyes.
    “I miss you too.” She kisses him. Then stops.
    Leslie: I’m tired Malcolm. I need time to myself to sort out the issues I’m having. But soon I promise you I’ll tell you what is going on. Just give me a little more time.
    He smiles at her “ Any thing for you” He gives her a peck on the lips and leaves her apartment.
    She stops him by calling his name. He turns back around to look at her.
    Leslie: I love you Malcolm. Thank you for being here and putting up with me. I appreciate that.” He smiles at her then leaves. She then plops on the couch and looks at picture of Roxanne. “ Soon I have to tell you. But when is the right time? How do I tell you?”


    Devon catches up with Abby at her place.
    Devon: Abby what just happened?
    Abby: Your low class ignorant Bitch attacked me. Didn’t you see that? I’m going to press charges.
    Devon: Abby please don’t do this. You did this. You wouldn’t record her. You investing in my label was a way to get with me isn’t it. Tell me the truth Abby? Roxanne already told me you would say no. She’s right isn’t she?
    Abby: Yes Devon. I wanted to spend time with you. I couldn’t think of no other way to do it. You don’t belong with Roxanne. She has no class. You saw that today. Devon I can love you better then she can.

    Victor: I trust you will be able to handle it?
    Kay: I will do my best. Soon the vultures will start to swim around Newman.
    Victor: You must do something drastic then. Something to give Newman a shot in the arm. And restore the value. Katherine I’m asking you to hold on. I’ll be out of here soon.
    Katherine: Dear God in heaven Victor. I hope its as simple as you claim it will be. I need help.
    Victor: I trust you Katherine.” He winks at her and then walks out the door to go back to his cell.
    Kay: Newman needs a miracle or it may cease to exist.

    Neil and Harmony arrive at the gala at Glow Worm hand in hand. Gloria greets them.
    Gloria:Thank you Neil and Harmony for coming out. I hope you like the New Glo Worm.
    Neil: Its very nice Gloria. I think almost better then the old one.
    Harmony: Thanks for inviting us Gloria. You look lovely.
    Gloria: Thank you.
    Neil and Harmony walk off to look at the place.
    Harmony: I really hope tonight goes off with out a hitch.
    Neil: Same here. The last big party we had here in Genoa City ended in bombs going off.
    Harmony: I hope nothing happens like that tonight.
    Neil: Let’s not even worry about that. We’ve been through so much the last few weeks let’s just enjoy the night.” Neil grabs Harmony’s hand and escorts her to the dance floor where they begin to slow dance to a slow jam. They look into each others eyes as they smile at one another.
    Neil: It feels really good being with you Harmony. It feels right.


    Gloria meets with Keemo in the back office. They kiss.
    Keemo: How does it look out there?
    Gloria: Everything is good so far. Guest are beginning to arrive.

    Meanwhile, Malcolm sits outside of Leslie’s Apartment in his car. He beeps the horn wildly before he calls her. She answers

    Malcolm: Yea. Put on a pretty dress and lets go out. I’m taking you out.

    Malcolm: I’m not taking no for an answer. We both been under so much stress these last few weeks we need to let our mind go just for one night. Lets clear our minds. It may even help you with your situation. It will do you some good. Come on Les. I’m not taking no for answer.
    Leslie: Fine Fine. Give me thirty minutes. Your lucky I just got out of the tub.

    Back at the Ball. Nick grabs a drink as Noah walks up to him. They hug.

    Keemo: A lot actually. I found the woman f my dreams.
    Jack: As long as it’s not Jill, I’m be a happy camper.
    Keemo: Trust me dad its no Jill. But we’ve been spending a lot of time together. Lately.

    Paul: Its ok. You had Victor’s trial to deal with.

    Tucker arrives at the gala. Katherine notices he arrives alone. She walks over to him.
    Katherine: Where is Ashley?
    Tucker: Mother, Ashley and I aren’t seeing eye to eye lately.” Tucker is immediately side tracked and gets angry when he sees Harmony and Neil dancing. Katherine can see Tucker is sidetracked. She looks in the direction her son is looking in and also sees Harmony and Neil dancing.
    Katherine: Do you have an issue with Harmony and Neil getting close?
    ‘The million dollar question” They both hear and they turn around to see Ashley.
    “Hi Katherine”
    Kay: Hi Ashley. Is this why you and my son are not doing so well?
    Ashley: It’s part of it. Tucker knows what he has done and is doing.
    Kay: And what is that?
    Ashley; Why don’t you ask your son?” Ashley leaves and walks over to Jack.
    Katherine looks at Tucker. “ You mind telling me what in the hell is she talking bout Tucker.?”


    　
    Then suddenly a familiar face begins to walk into the gala wearing a stunning red sparkling dress. The dress is show stopping and that’s exactly what happens. Nikki looks over to see why the music stops playing. She sees the woman in red.     Devon: I do. I found America’s next super star. She is going to jump start our label . You can get a return on your investment in my record label.
    Abby: Devon I’m happy for you. I know how long you’ve been waiting for this. Tel me where is she?
    Devon: You’re looking at her.
    Abby: What do you mean I don’t understand?
    Devon looks at Roxanne. Roxanne waves at Abby.
    Abby: Roxanne? You can’t be serious. This is your next superstar?
    Roxanne, walking out from the booth and approaches them.

    Jack walks into the lab where Ashley is working.

    Jack: Ash, he can’t be trusted. He’s not on our side, he’s out for himself.
    Ashley: Sure sounds like it. I’ll have a talk with him. But I tell you Jackie, I’m getting tired of Tucker and his bs. It’s getting real old.
    Jack: Ash what are you saying? Are you going to leave Tucker?

    Jack: Maybe you shouldn’t.

    In Bay City, Cory Publishing. Tucker walks into Iris’s office.
    He looks around.
    Tucker: You’ve done well for your self. How is old Rachel taking this?
    Iris: At this point I really don’t care. Cory is in my hands, the rightful owner. Daddy would be proud.
    Tucker: Good old daddy Huh? You sure do love him a lot.
    Iris: Watch your mouth about daddy. So what brings you here you said you have a contract for me to sign?
    Tucker: I do. I have a proposition for you. This plan will benefit Cory P as well as myself and my business goals.
    Iris: I’m intrigued.
    Tucker: I’m looking to unseat Katherine Chancellor as CEO of Newman.
    Iris: Katharine Chancellor. Isn’t that your mother?

    Tucker smiles. He pulls out the contract so Iris can sign it.


    Sheila Carter wearing a disguise walks into the Genoa City jail. She walks into the visiting room and awaits her guest. Daisy Carter walks in. Daisy is confused at first .
    Sheila: It’s me momma bear.
    Daisy: Mother! What are you doing here? I can’t believe you’ve come to see me.
    Sheila: I had to see my sugar bear. I understand you are getting out of here soon.
    Daisy: I am. I cannot wait. I can be reunited with Lucy. Have you seen her yet?
    Sheila: No but I plan to soon. Everything is going according to plan. Your sister Mary will be in Genoa City soon.
    Daisy: She knows what she has to do?
    Sheila: Of course she does. As soon as you get out I want you to not worry about a thing. I’m going to help you get your daughter. And we are going to get revenge on all the people that hurt us. That defiantly includes Phyllis.
    Daisy: Good. She led the charge to take everything away from me. And Lauren too.

    Abby: First of all my name is Abby.

    Abby: Devon you really ambushed me with this.
    Devon: This is a chance for us to get on the map Abby. You can get a return investment.
    Abby: I’m not worried about that Devon. I invested in your label for you.
    Devon: I don’t understand.
    Roxanne: She wants you baby. She invested in your label to be spend time with you. Now that you have a new star, me, she doesn’t want to jump on it. Here is proof on how selfish she is.

    “Tucker it’s me Jack. Listen I have a change in plan. We need to talk.”
    Jack: Come to Jabot then.
    Tucker: No Jackie, come to my place.
    Jack: I’m very busy Tucker.
    Tucker: So am I and if you want my support taking Kay out at Newman then you will get your ass here now!” Tucker hangs up. He is still thinking on the situation at Newman. He reads and in-depth article on The Victor Newman trial. He then places another call.
    “It’s good to hear your voice darlin. I just read you won Cory Publishing. How is that going Iris?”
    Iris: Tucker McCall. My its been a long time. It’s great to have my fathers company in my hands right where it belongs.
    Tucker: If it works for you it works for me. Listen you do all sorts of media and publishing stuff at Cory right?
    Iris: We certainly do, print, air, internet. We do it all.
    Tucker: That’s exactly what I want to hear. Listen I got a contract for Cory. I could use your services.
    Iris: I like to discuss business face to face.

    Devon: I hope she does. She’d be a fool not to. Roxanne your voice is amazing. I’m just mad you never told me you have talent like that.
    Roxanne: Well It’s no big deal. I’ve been singing all my life. My adoptive parents made sure I sang every Sunday in the church choir.
    Devon: She was a smart woman.

    Jack knocks on Tucker’s door. Tucker opens and invites him in.

    Tucker: I’m going to make a play for Newman myself. They are ripe for a take over.
    Jack: I thought we were going to take Newman out. Out of the picture. No more competition.
    Tucker: Yea and I been thinking it through. Newman has a long history. People our familiar with it and I’m not willing to let it die. Not to mention all the contacts. I think It’s salvageable and I can make a killing taking it over. Newman needs a man like me. I see Newman making money. Unlike you who wants to destroy it so Jabot can be dominate in the markets. Where does that leave me? Jabot, Chancellor and little old McCall Unlimited. It aint happening
    Jack: SO screw me in the process? Once Newman is out of the way then that leaves room for McCall to gain market sure.
    Tucker: That’s business. But you see. Once Newman is out the way Jackie, its going to be Jabot vs. Unlimited. So eventually we are going to be rivals. I think long term.
    Jack: No this is war. I’m not going to let you take over Newman. I’m going to destroy Newman. You won’t have a chance to get your dirty hands on it. What does Ashley say about your latest plot?

    Keemo: Yes, at this opening gala, we will tell the world, your family, and mine we are headed down the isle.
    Gloria: Oh great. Your family. I finally get to learn who they are?
    Keemo: You sure will.
    Gloria: Good I can’t wait to meet them so this mystery can end.” They leave the airport.

    Roxanne: I’m not sure but please don’t press the issue.
    Devon: I won’t. The only thing I want to press up is your lips.” He gives her another kiss.
    Devon: Listen I got some songs I want you to look over. I want to be prepared when we go to Abby.
    Roxanne, rolling her eyes” Oh God.”

    At Newman, in Kay’s office.
    Kay: I have to admit this is a bit much more then I can chew.
    Jill: So what are you saying?
    Kay: I’m thinking.
    Harmony: I’ll do what ever I can.
    Kay: Jill I want you at Chancellor. I need you to run it while I get things in shape here at Newman. I want you to keep the boat sailing over there. Nothing to radical. You can choose a number two person to work along side with you.
    Jill: Wonderful. I’m going to go over there right now. What are you going to do here?
    Kay: I need a number two.
    Jill: Who are you thinking of?
    Kay: I don’t know just yet. Harmony I want you to take notes were going to hire some one.

    Chloe knocks on Billy’s door. He opens it. He smiles at her.

    The Athletic Club. Devon walks in and grabs a set next to Malcolm.

    Devon: Nothing much man. I think I’m on the verge of greatness.

    Devon thinks back on seeing Roxanne and Nate hugging back at the Park.

    Jack and Nikki are also at the Club. At a table having a nice dinner.

    Nikki: I dazed in and out. The shock of Victor’s verdict is still heavy on me.
    Jack: I bet. I’m trying to take your mind off things. I’m trying to show you how great your life will be with me in it and not Victor. Nikki I love you.
    Nikki looks in his eyes. She smiles. “ I’ve come to love you again Jack.” They lean in and kiss one another.

    Keemo and Glo meet up at the New Glo Worm.
    Keemo: Are you ready?
    Gloria: I sure am. I can’t wait to see my new club.
    Keemo: Let’s go.” Keemo opens the door and walks inside. Gloria follows him. They are both amazed at how it came out.
    Gloria has tears in her eyes. Keemo notices and grabs her and spins her around in his arms.
    Keemo: What are those tears for?
    Gloria: It’s just so beautiful. All this is to good to be true.
    Keemo: All of what?
    Gloria: How you helped me rebuild my life after I lost everything. My son, my precious Kevin and my club. Now I have you and my club back. And I’m so happy. Kevin would be happy for me as well. Keemo I love you so much. You mean the world to me.
    Keemo: You mean as much to me.” They kiss.
    Gloria: Some times I think this is all to good to be true. Or there is some sort of catch.
    Keemo: Glo I love you and you love me. There is no catch. Now lets send out the invites to the gala and get this place decorated for the biggest ball Genoa City has ever seen.

    Olivia: I’m just being a mother. I realized I haven’t been paying you enough attention and I wanted you to know that I love you and you can tell me anything, you’re my son and I’ll support you no matter what.
    Nate doesn’t respond. He’s kind of inclined to tell Olivia what he did with Moses paternity results. Olivia notices the silence in the conversation.
    Olivia: Nate are you ok?
    Nate: Yea ma. I really want to know where this is all coming from.
    Olivia: Ronan.
    Nate: I knew it.
    Olivia: Is everything ok Nate? He thinks your hiding something regarding this mystery woman person. The same mystery woman who broke into my office and yours.
    Nate: Mother no worries. I have nothing to hide. Ronan is just thirsty with nothing else to do. Look I have something to do. I hate to be here on my days off.” He gets up and gives her a kiss. He then walks out her office. Olivia watches him walk away. She cannot determine if Nate is hiding something which makes her worry.
    Nate pulls out his cell phone to make a call.

    Episode 102: Devon Catches Roxanne and Nate

    At Malcolm’s. Malcolm is looking at the piece of clothing with Dru’s name engraved in it as Nick does the same.
    Malcolm: So you think Dru is alive and is the mystery person who’s is stalking Phyllis?
    Nick: Yes. Think about it. Wouldn’t it answer so many questions?
    Malcolm: I don’t know. If Dru were alive then the first thing she would want to do is see her family. Maybe some one set is making it seem Dru could be alive. Besides Sophia is dead because of this mystery woman. Dru could never do anything like that.
    Nick: Malcolm Sophia died only to avoid hitting Phyllis. The Mystery Woman wanted to kill Phyllis. Dru has an ax to grind I assume with Phyllis. Maybe She thinks Phyllis pushed her off that cliff at that photo shoot.
    Malcolm: This is so far fetched. What are we going to do about this?
    Nick: I’m thinking I want to keep this low key. I have to find Sharon.
    Malcolm: Maybe we go to Paul?
    Nick: Sounds good to me.


    At Newman. Harmony walks out of Kay’s office to read the following statement to the press.
    “I’m Harmony Hamilton and as press secretary for Newman Enterprises. I have an official statement from the CEO of Newman, Katherine Chancellor. While all of us here at Newman understand the nature of the verdict today, we want to give the Newman family privacy to deal with this ordeal. But Newman Enterprises is in the very capable hands of Mrs. Chancellor. With her long record of success at Chancellor Industries the business world should not need worry. That’s all.”

    Harmony: I’m not taking any questions. This press conference is over. Harmony walks back into the office.
    Kay: How did it go?
    Harmony: Ok I guess. Your health has come into question.
    Kay: My health? For heavens sake.
    Jill: Kay maybe they are right. Running Newman at this time is a daunting task. Newman is in a free fall. Do you really have the ability to turn Newman around while keeping Chancellor afloat.

    Avery goes to visit Daisy at the Jail.
    Avery: How are you?
    Daisy: Ready to be with my daughter.
    Avery: Good. I have some news. I have a trial date for you. We have just a few weeks to prepare.

    Avery: I was able to find that video you told about me about before. Where your brother video taped your aunt Mary abusing you and forcing you to do the things you did. That will speak volumes for you.

    Nate meets up with Roxanne at the park. They hug.
    What they don’t know is Devon is also at the park writing music on his laptop and is now watching them from a park table in a distance.

    Roxanne: It seems to be a routine for us.
    Nate: Look I need to talk. That damn cop went to my mother about me. Now he’s got my mother worried that I’m hiding something. Damn him. He is relentless

    Kay: I think it would be wise to put out some sort of statement.
    Jill gets a text alert from CNBC.
    “Oh No!”
    Kay: What is it Jill?
    Jill: Newman stock is in a free fall.

    Victor is stunned at hearing the words guilty. He looks at Avery with tears in his eyes.
    Avery: Victor I’m so sorry.

    Malcolm: The Newman verdict came in.
    Leslie: I know. And I’m glad it went down the way it did.
    Malcolm( walking in) : I don’t understand. You were just on his defense team.
    Leslie: I learned first hand that Victor Newman is a dirty sleazy bastard that will do anything he thinks will get him what he wants.
    Malcolm: What does that mean? Is this why you been tripping lately?
    Leslie: Trippin‘? Is that what I’m doing?
    Malcolm: Yea girl. That’s exactly what your doing. You won’t talk to me. We argue over nothing yet I find you and that Spencer having a very nice conversation up in here.
    Leslie: So what are you getting at Malcolm?
    Malcolm: I ain’t no dummy but if my math is right I put two and two together. And I got four.
    Leslie: Your dumb. You know that.
    Malcolm: Four is your affair with Spencer. You can’t even tell me that your sleeping with him. Just stringing me along. Why Les.? I thought we was better than this. I love you.     Leslie walks over to the door and opens it.

    In the Courtroom.
    Jack: Well today is one for the history books. Victor Newman has finally got what he deserve.
    Billy: It’s about time. I just wish dad was here to see this.
    Ashley: I’m sure he’s happy.
    Jack: Well back to reality I’m going to head over to Jabot. It time Jabot takes advantage of the coming crisis at Newman.
    Jack looks at a teary eyed Nikki as Nick holds her.

    Jack: I’ll talk to you guys later.” Jack leaves and Ashley and Billy follow suite.
    Nikki: I can’t believe this is happening. I was mad at your father yes but I never wanted this. Nicholas your father could die.

    Victor turns back and looks at his family as a tear rolls down his face. He closes his eyes and turns back around. A bailiff walks over to him and begins to escort Victor away.

    Nikki, running over to him
    “Victor I’m sorry. I love you.”
    Victor ignores her as Nick grabs his mother.
    Nick: Mom stop this.
    Nikki: What is Victoria going to say? I helped her father go to jail. This was not supposed to happen.

    At the Hospital. Ronan knocks on Olivia’s door
    Olivia: Ronan what a surprise. What can I do for you?
    Ronan: I hate to bother you at work Olivia but I had to come see you about Nate.
    Olivia: My son? What about Nate?
    Ronan: Has Nate ever kept anything from you before?
    Olivia: I don’t understand.
    Ronan: As you know I’m investigating this mystery woman case.
    Olivia: I do know that but I don’t understand what that has to do with Nate.
    Ronan: My gut tells me Nate is hiding something. Some how Phyllis was able to be kidnapped by his mystery person off his floor which lead to Sophia’s death and I think Nate has something to do with all of his.
    Olivia: Ronan I don’t know what to say. Why would Nate have anything to do with a mystery woman. Have you tried talking to him?
    Ronan: A few times. He gets very defensive which makes me think either he’s hiding something or not telling me everything. I’m thinking he’s scarred. So I was hoping you would be able to talk to him. I’m not trying to scare him and I think I did. I knows he’s a good young man. I’m just seeking the truth.
    Olivia: I see. I’ll speak to my son. Thank you for coming by Ronan.
    Ronan: Have a good day.” He then leaves. Olivia is bewildered by what Ronan just told her about her son. She wonders if she has not been paying close enough attention to Nate
    She picks up the phone to call him.


    Spencer walks into Crimson Lights. He order a coffee. He turns around and sees Roxanne. He freezes up. He pays attention to her features. Her hair her eyes. Her smile.
    He thinks to himself “ I have a stunning daughter that I never knew about. Damn it Leslie.” He really doesn’t know what to do or say. He walks over to her where she is having brunch with Devon. Devon and Roxanne both look up at him.
    Spencer: Hello you two. I thought I’d come over and say hi.
    Roxanne and Devon give each other a look and then look back at him
    Roxanne: Uhm, Hello Mr. Welsh.
    Spencer: No please call me Spencer.
    Devon: Everything ok Spencer? This is odd for you to be talking to us like this. Or at least going out your way to. This feels so awkward. Can you really tell us what is going on here.
    Roxanne: First Leslie and now you.
    Spencer: Leslie? What about her?
    Roxanne: One could say she’s been stalking me.
    Spencer: She’s not stalking you. I assure you of that.
    Devon: You sound so sure. How do you know? What is going on between you two?
    Spencer: I don’t know what you are talking about. I just came by to see how you two were. Sorry for interrupting. I have an appointment.” Spencer then takes off.
    Devon looks at Roxanne.
    Devon: Something’s is really off.
    Roxanne: It’s starting to creep me out.


    Nick knocks on Malcolm apt door. Nick opens. They give each a bro hug
    Malcolm: It’s been a minute bro. You looking good. What’s good? Oh wait. My bad. I heard about your dad.
    Nick: I know. I don’t know what to say. My dad is I guess finally paying for what he did to so many people for so many years.
    Malcolm: How the rest of the family holding up?
    Nick: My mom is a mess of course. I don’t know if you talked to Phyllis, but she’s in treatment to get her eyesight restored.
    Malcolm: That’s what’s up. I’ll have to go check her out.
    Nick: But how you holding up bro? Sophia’s death must of hit you hard?
    Malcolm: More than I knew. Plus me and my girl having issues its been a rough time.
    Nick: I’m sorry to hear. Listen I found something the other day and I didn’t know who to talk to or what about this. We been friends for a long time and I think I can trust you on this.
    Malcolm: This must be pretty big man. What’s up?
    Nick pulls out the piece of clothing he found at Sharon’s with Dru’s name on it.
    Malcolm looks at it and see Dru’s name. He then looks a Nick
    Malcolm: Where did you find this?
    Nick: Sharon’s.
    Malcolm: Do you think Dru is alive?
    Nick: That’s why I came to you. We need to find out if his is true. It would make a lot of sense if it was Dru. She maybe be he one behind stalking Phyllis and now Sharon is missing to.
    Malcolm: Damn, is Dru really alive?

    In the Jail. Avery meets with Daisy.
    Daisy:I though you forgot about me.
    Avery: No I haven’t I’ve been so consumed with Victor’s trial. I just got word his verdict is in so it will be over today. Then it will be time for us to help you get out of here.
    Daisy: Do you think it’s still possible?
    Avery: I wouldn’t be here if I didn’t think so.
    Daisy smiles. “ I can’t wait to see my daughter.”
    Avery: I’m pretty confident you will be able to see Lucy soon.

    Roxanne knocks on Nate’s door. He opens and she walks in . Nate gives her a hug.
    Roxanne: Nate what’s the matter? You sounded upset on the phone.
    Nate: It’s Ronan. He’s now harassing me about Sophia’s death. He’s keeps accusing me of hiding something.
    Roxanne: But you are. Nate I really encourage you to tell the truth. You cant play God with Moses’ life. You have to tell Malcolm that Moses is really his son. That’s not being fair to Moses. I think your being selfish if you don’t.
    Nate: Your right. How did I get caught up in this. I hate Malcolm. He didn’t deserve a child.
    Roxanne: That’s not your place to decide that Nate. You need to make things right. Look at you… you’re a mess. You will feel so much better.
    Nate: What is my mom and uncle Neil going to think of me. My career as a doctor. It will all be over for me.
    Roxanne: Nate all that doesn’t matter. You have to do the right thing. I would want to know who my real parents were. In fact I don’t think I could forgive any one for keeping me from my parents.

    Nate is extremely upset and as a tear coming down his face over the guilt he feels over what he’s done to Moses. Roxanne hold shim as they lay in the couch. She has tears in her eyes as well as she wallows in the fact she was given up for adoption.

    Nate: Thank you Roxanne. They hold each other.

But she stops and pushes him off her. She then leaves. Nate pours him a drink and thinks of Roxanne.. He’s frustrated.

    Olivia arrives at the Tack house. Nick answers the door.
    Nick: Liv, good to see you. I was about to head to court. My dad’s verdict is in.
    Olivia: Oh my. Well Nick I don’t know how it will turn out but I wish you and your family luck.
    Nick: Thanks Liv. Take care.” Olivia walks over to Phyllis.
    Phyllis:Hi Olivia.
    Olivia: Hi Phyllis, I have some great news for you.
    Phyllis: What’s that?
    Olivia: I’m here to take you to the hospital. Dr. Conrad is here in town on a surprise visit and wants to start the treatment to restore your eyesight.
    Phyllis: Today!!?
    Olivia: Right now.
    Phyllis: I can’t believe it. I’m going to be able to see again. I can see my baby girl.” She wipes tears of joy.

    In Verdon Lou. Sheila comes out from behind the curtain
    Dru:Tell us who you got back there?
    Sheila: Its not time yet.” She pulls out a cell phone.
    Dru: You ordering some food for us. We are hungry. I like chicken wings and get some ranch sauce. Sharon what you want girl?
    Sharon: Yes Sheila we haven’t eaten in days.
    Sheila: Good then.” She walks outside to have her conversation in private. Its an international call to Paris.
    “Hi, its momma bear.”
    Voice:Mother hello, how are things?
    Sheila: Momma bear has things under control. I think its about time for to come to Genoa City. The time is right to move onward with our plan.
    Voice: Good I can see my man.
    Sheila: You mean Scotty?
    Voice: Yes, He think I’m Vandalynn.
    Sheila: Good work Mary. Lauren is going to flip when she learns her son is in love with Sheila Carter’s daughter.

    Downtown Genoa City. People fill into the courtroom along with spectators of big media to hear the Victor Newman Verdict. Victor is brought into the courtroom in cuffs. He stops and looks at all the people’s faces that testified against him, Jack, Lauren, Billy, and Ashley to name a few. He looks at Katherine and smiles at her. She smiles back. Victor takes a deep breath. As he walks over to his seat.

    A local reporter begins to report on the story.
    Reporter: Today is the moment of truth. Will business Tycoon Victor Newman be found guilty of all the heinous crimes he’s accused of. From murder to insider trading and even kidnapping. We are about to find out in a few moments if The Great Victor Newman will walk out a free man.”

    Mathis walks in and looks at Victor’s Legal time. He only sees Rafe and Avery.
    Mathis: The last time we were hear I notice you were missing some of your legal time. The same thing this time. Is there a reason?
    Spencer looks at Avery with a grin.
    Avery: Your honor Leslie Michelson has resign from the case.
    Mathis: Damn. Part of your legal team bailed on you Mr. Newman. Could that be a sign of things to come?” He looks over to the jury foreman and puts his hand out for the verdict. The foreman hands it to Judge Mathis. Mathis opens the envelope. He looks up at Victor. Then back down at the verdict. He hands it back to the foreman.
    Mathis then looks at the jury: Did all of you agree to the verdict?
    The Jury: Yes.
    Mathis: The state of Wisconsin finds the accused Victor Newman















    GUILTY AS CHARGED ON ALL COUNTS!!” Genoa City is stunned!!..

    Episode 99: Sheila’s Mystery Patient

    Sheila’s Cabin in Verdon Lou. Dru wakes up on the cot. She is in severe pain. She can see Sheila sleep in a recliner with a gun in her hand and Sharon is sleep in a chair still tied up. Dru tries to move but the pain in her back is extreme. She suddenly screams at the top of he lungs. Sheila jumps up and in a reflexive reaction fires her gun in Dru’s direction.
    Dru: Bitch you tried to kill me again!
    Sheila: I was awoken to screaming. I have to react.
    Sharon: Sheila we are tied up there is no need for that gun.
    Sheila: Yes it is.
    They all hear a cough from behind the curtain that separates the room.
    Sheila: I have a patient to tend to.” Sheila disappears behind the curtain.
    Sharon: Who do you think is back there?
    Dru: I don’t know. Its some one Sheila doesn’t want us to see.
    Sharon: What could that mean?
    Dru: It must be a huge secret if even we can’t see who this mystery person is.

    At the Tack House. Nick is sitting in the living room putting Faith down in her crib. He looks at her beautiful face.
    “Where is your mother?” He sits back down on the couch and pulls out that piece of clothing with Dru’s name on it.
    “Something is not right. Dru can’t be alive. And Sharon went looking for her. This is crazy.” Noah then walks in. He sees the article of clothing.
    “Dad what’s that?”

    Nate gets a knock on his apt door. Nate puts some basket ball shorts on and grags a wife beater to put on as he answers. He’s not to thrilled to see Ronan.
    Nate: Not a cool way to start my day.
    Ronan: And I imagine it wouldn’t be for Moses either since he lost his mother.
    Nate: Are we on this again?
    Ronan: Yes sir. Sophia is dead and Phyllis was kidnapped all that doesn’t add up but I bet its connected.” Ronan invites him into Nate’s apt.
    Nate puts his beater on and closes the door.
    Nate: I don’t understand why you are here. I didn’t kidnap Phyllis.
    Ronan: But it did happen on your shift on your floor. You know I remember you and your mother both reported break in’s in your office. Phyllis’s files were stolen from your mothers’ office.
    Nate: Yea and that ain’t got nothing to do with me.
    Ronan: I don’t understand why you are being hostile. I’m not accusing you of anything. I’m just trying to get facts. Unless in fact you are hiding something.
    Nate: Ronan, this is really getting old. This is really whack.
    Ronan: I don’t trust you Nate. And I’m watching you.
    Nate: Get the hell out of my apartment.” Nate walks over and opens the door. Ronan stands there for a bit before leaving. Nate slams the door behind him.

    In Leslie’s Penthouse. She calls Rafe on his cell phone.

    Leslie: I really don’t know Rafe. But what I do know is that I’m resigning from the Newman Case and from the law firm.
    Rafe: Les please don’t do this.
    Leslie: I’m sorry Rafe. I have to do this. I’m not going to be beholden to Victor Newman. And I despise Avery so I can’t work with her or be in business with her.
    Rafe: Please the practice is still young.
    Les: Newman’s case really put a black eye on the firm Rafe. I’m ut. I’m about to take control of my life and face up to the things I need to do. And tell that Bitch Avery I’m coming for her. Talk to you soon Rafe.” Leslie hangs up and Rafe is stressed.

    In Tucker’s Penthouse. Ashley purse her a cup of coffee as Tucker walks out the bedroom and kisses Ashley on the cheek. She’s cold and pulls away.
    Tucker: What’s the matter Darlin’?
    Ashley: The matter Tucker? You can’t see what you did yesterday at Sophia’s funeral?
    Tucker: Ash no Ash. Please lets not do this.
    Ashley: I think we should. You clearly came off like a jealous ex when you saw Neil and Harmony embracing. What is going on? Do you have feeling for Harmony?

    Episode 98: Rafe and Scotty Make Love!

    Nate: Can I help you?
    Ronan: I’m hear to ask you a few questions the day Sophia was killed.
    Nate is not happy at all about the upcoming questions. “ I’m not sure I can help you.”
    Ronan: I want to know how a patient was able to be kidnapped from this hospital. This is your floor is it not?
    Nate: What are you implying?
    Ronan: I’m not implying anything. Are you guilty of something?
    Nate: No I’m not I’m quite busy.
    Ronan: Just as you were to busy the day Sophia was killed?

    Rafe goes to the Hungry Hearts bar to grab a drink and get away from his troubles of the past week namely Victor’ trial. He gets a beer. Scotty then grabs a seat next to him.
    Scotty: Hey sexy
    Rafe: Hey Ted. Its good to see you.
    Scotty: Is it? I have not heard from you?
    Rafe: I’ve been busy with Victor’s trial.
    Scotty: Is it over is it done?
    Rafe: Please no trial talk Ted. Let talk about you.

    Rafe looks at him and gives him a seductive look.
    “ Ted, I want you.”
    Scotty smiles at him. Scotty leans in and engulfs him in a passionate kiss.

    The City Jail. Spencer walks over to Victor’s Cell.
    Victor: What brings you by?
    Spencer: I wanted to know did you really think your black mail about my family would work?
    Victor: It will work. You may not see that now, but trust me in time I will be on the streets of Genoa City again and you Mr. Walsh are enemy number one.
    Spencer: I highly doubt that. You got too much time on your hands in this cell. You’ve resorted to creating fantasies in your mind.
    Victor: This is not over my friend. You will pay for not dropping this case against me.
    Spencer: What about Avery? Why did she betray Leslie?
    Victor: It doesn’t matter. I always get my way. And When I tell you I won’t be in here for long you better fear me when I get out.
    Spencer: You’re right. You won’t be in here for very long. I’m going to see to it, since you will be found guilty that we expedite your death sentence.
    Victor: It will never go that far. This trial is a farce. A Charade. A witch hunt conducted by you. It was unprofessional and unorthodox. To many conflicts of interest.
    Spencer: I’m the DA. Mathis is a great friend of mine. Trust me Newman, your going to die.”
    Spencer walks away. Victor smiles and sits back down on his cot.

    Rafe and Scotty walk inside his apartment. Scotty looks around
    Scotty: Its so nice here I wish I had my own place.
    Rafe: Oh you don’t. Who do you stay with?
    Scotty: My mother. I came here from Paris to help out my mom through her divorce.
    Rafe: Sounds like a client I know.
    Scotty realizes he’s talking to much. He doesn’t want Rafe to know Lauren is his mother.
    In order to change the subject he leans over to Rafe and kisses him. They embrace each other.
    They take their clothes off and they make love.

    Back at the hospital.
    Nate: Detective I’m not liking your line of questioning. I’m sorry Sophia is dead but I had nothing to do with it.
    Ronan: I never said you did.
    Nate: It appears you are implying I am.
    Ronan: Only a guilty man feels like that.
    Nate: This conversation is over. I’m busy.
    Ronan: I see. “ Ronan stares at Nate. He can see Nate is very uncomfortable.
    Ronan: Why are you sweating?
    Nate: Get out Ronan. I’m at work. I don’t have time for this. I got enough trouble with the hospital board over that incident. Now if you don’t mind, I have work to do and I’m sure you do. Like finding out who is really responsible for kidnapping Phyllis that lead to Sophia’s death.” Nate grabs a folder and walks out his office.
    Ronan: The doctor is hiding something.

    Rafe holds Scotty “Ted”
    Rafe: That was wonderful You were really great.” Ted sits up and looks at Rafe.
    Rafe: Is something wrong Ted?
    Ted: Not at all. Your so sexy. You have a great job, a nice place. I could see my self being with you.
    Rafe: Really?
    Ted: Yes. I’m happy when I’m around you. Its like nothing else matters.
    Rafe: Ted we‘ve been growing close the last few weeks. I have feelings for you as well. I told you from day one I’m looking for a relationship. Is this your way of telling me you want to be with me?
    Ted: Yes. Rafe I love you.” Ted leans down towards Rafe and kisses him again. Rafe stops him

    Rafe: I want to know who you are. I’m not going to keep this relationship a secret.

    Devon’s studio. Roxanne is in the singing booth as Devon records samples for Abby to hear. Devon is absolutely memorized by Roxanne’s voice. Leslie walks in. She knew Roxanne hangs out here with Devon. But she had no idea that her baby girl can sing. She listens to Roxanne sing “ It’s so hard to Say Good bye To yesterday.” Leslie has tears streaming down her face. She realizes what she gave up for a adoption. A beautiful and talented young lady. She feels nothing but regret for her actions in college. Roxanne open’s her eyes and sees Leslie crying. Roxanne stops singing and Devon turns around to see why. He sees Leslie. Devon and Roxanne look at each other in bewilderment. Devon steps out of the studio

    Episode 97 : Leslie, Spencer and their Daughter!!

    Spencer knock on Leslie door.
    She opens it.
    Spencer: Good morning
    Leslie: I don’t think its to good Spencer
    Spencer: We need to talk.
    Leslie: I bet. She signals him to come in.
    Leslie: Rafe told me you went on with the trial?
    Spencer: I did. I’m not going to let Newman black mail me.
    Leslie: I hope you are able to get him the death penalty for what he did to us.
    Spencer : I feel confident in that. Leslie we need to talk about our child.
    Leslie: Spencer what is there to say? I gave her up for adoption for my career. And now she is right here in Genoa City. Roxanne Parker. You know I saw her yesterday. She’s so beautiful.
    Spencer: Why didn’t you tell me we had a child? Why didn’t I have a choice in my daughters life?


    Back at Canes. Avery and Cane are sweating as she lies on his chest on the couch.
    Avery: That was so great. I really needed that. Its been a stressful week with Victor’s trial.
    Cane: I bet. How did it turn out?
    Avery: Well it’s over We just now got to wait for Victor’s verdict. And I must say it doesn’t look good for Victor. I sold out my friend for nothing. I’m a horrible Person Cane.
    Cane: You sold out your friend?
    Avery: Yes. Leslie. In an attempt to stop Victor’s trial he had me dig up some dirt on her. And I learned that she was a call girl and she produced a daughter with Spencer.
    Cane: Wow.
    Avery: I know. Victor tried to use that info to get Spencer to back down. But Spencer didn’t’
    Cane: I got to give Spencer credit for standing up to Victor. Not many people can do that.
    Avery: That’s what I should have done. Stood up to him when he asked me to betray Leslie.
    Cane: Then why did you do it?
    Avery: Good question. I was so caught up in the moment. I wanted to save Victor. Oh Cane I’m a horrible person. Here we are having an affair while your wife is in Japan and I just sold out my good friend. How did I get like this?
    Cane holds her. “ It will be ok.”


    Devon walks into his studio and is caught off guard when he hears a beautiful voice singing in acappella in the singing booth . He looks inside the room and see Roxanne singign with head phones on so she doesn’t realize he is in the room listening to her She continues to sing the song “ It’s so hard to say Good bye to yesterday” By Boyz 2 Men. The song goes off and she takes her head phones off.
    Devon: Roxanne, I never knew you could sing like that.
    Roxanne: Devon! You scared me. I’m sorry. I just wanted to pay homage to Sophia since her funeral was ravaged yesterday.
    Devon walks over and gives her a hug. “ Yes I know what Tucker and Malcolm did was messed up.”
    Roxanne: Well I dedicate my song to her.
    Devon: I want to know why you never told me you can sing like this. Your amazing.
    Roxanne: You think so?
    Devon: Yes can you sing something else for me?
    Roxanne: Oh Devon your being silly.
    Devon: No Roxanne. I think your great and I want to record you. You are the star I’m looking for to jump start my record label.
    Roxanne: Great I guess
    Devon: Abby will be happy I got a new artist.
    Roxanne: Oh I bet Abby will be happy. Does this mean you and I will be working together closely?
    Devon: It does.
    She smiles at him and then hugs him and gives him a kiss on the lips.

    Cane gets a knock on the door. Avery gets up to quickly put her clothes on
    Avery: Who is that are you expecting some one?
    Cane: No.” He looks out the peep hole and sees its Malcolm.
    Cane: It’s Lily’s real dad.
    Avery: Oh no just what I need. Leslie’s boyfriend seeing me over here.
    Cane: Just play it cool. Just say that you were leaving.
    Cane opens the door. He greets Malcolm. Malcolm sees Avery.
    Malcolm: Am I interrupting?
    Avery: No not at all I was just leaving.
    Cane: Avery was here to discuss the charges I filed on Neil.
    Malcolm: Yes those charges lead to Sophia’s death.
    Avery: Malcolm have you seen Leslie how is she?
    Malcolm: My girl is all messed up. That’s why I’m here to talk to my boy Cane.
    Avery: Ok then I’ll leave you to be. Bye you two.” Avery leaves.
    Cane after closing the door looks at Malcolm
    “ What’s up Malcolm? You want a beer?
    Malcolm: Naw I’m good. It’s Les man. She is keeping something from me. She wont talk to me. Something is up and I think It has something to do with this trial with Victor.
    Cane remembers what Avery just told him. How she portrayed Leslie.
    Cane: Have you tried talking to her?
    Malcolm: No bruh she wont talk.
    Cane: Malcolm if you really love her and care for her you will go to her and let he know you are there. Don’t leave until she tells you what is going on.
    Malcolm: I do love her. We been going through some things. Sophia’s death really hit me hard. I hate Neil for that. I haven’t showed Leslie the affection I should have been the last few weeks. I’m going to let her know she my girl and I love her.
    Cane: That sounds good.
    Malcolm: Thank you bro. How are my grand kids? Damn I just love saying that?
    Cane: Their in the nursery sleep.
    Malcolm: Alright bro, I’ll check you later.” Malcolm then leaves.
    Cane thinks about Avery betraying Leslie. He then goes to take a shower.


    Back At Leslie’s
    Spencer: Why didn’t you tell me we had a child Leslie?
    Leslie: We were so young Spencer. I had my goals you had yours. We didn’t deserve a child. I was a call girl and you were sleeping with call girls. We were not ready to raise a family.
    Spencer: Says who you? You never gave me an option. I decide that for my daughter. Now you made this decision by your self and I missed out on a chance to raise a child. And of all people to find out Victor did. It’s only a matter of time before the truth gets out.
    Leslie: Thanks to Avery.
    Spencer: Why would she do this?
    Leslie: Oh I plan to find out. I can’t wait to get my hands on her.
    Spencer: So Les what are we going to do? We have a grown child. A daughter right here in Genoa City. We need to decide what we are going to do about this.
    Malcolm then walks in Leslie’s Apt.
    “Do what about what? Spencer what the hell you doing here? What is going on here? Leslie you can’t even give me the time of day but you here all chummy with Spencer? is that how we doing it now? You cheating on my with Spencer?”

    Leslie with no make up on and a shower cap on her head ties up her bathrobe and opens the door for Rafe.
    Rafe: Leslie, I need answers. What happened during that court recess? Spencer is threatening to have Avery disbarred and he mentioned something about black mail.
    Leslie: Avery betrayed me. Without warning or cause.
    Rafe: How so? What does this have to do with Victor’s trial?
    Leslie: I have a past Rafe. I was a call girl and stripper in my college years.
    Rafe: Ok that’s not so bad. I don’t get how that effects black mail and Spencer Walsh.
    Leslie: Spencer was a regular customer of mine. In fact we briefly were together. We created a child. I gave it up for adoption.
    Rafe: Leslie I am so sorry. How did Victor find this out?
    Leslie: Avery had something to do with it.
    Rafe: It makes sense now. Victor tried to black mail Spencer into stopping the trial. But Spencer went on with the trial.
    Leslie: He did?
    Rafe: Yes. So what does that mean now?
    Leslie: I have no idea.
    Rafe: The trial is over, Lauren gave some pretty damning testimony that landed Michael Baldwin in jail.
    Leslie: It serves Victor right. I can’t believe he or Avery did this to me. I was trying to help him but Avery. - She pauses.
    Rafe: I can’t fathom her doing this. What does she gain by this?
    Leslie: The big payback!


    Episode 96: Sophia’s funeral produces Drama!

    The Church. Tucker approaches Neil and Harmony as they are embracing. Ashley is right behind him.
    Tucker: Here we are again. And at Sophia’s funeral. Neil I never thought you were that kind of man.
    Neil: hold up Tucker-” Devon stands up and gets in between the two.
    Devon: You guys need to chill. I don’t know what is going on but this is very disrespectful to Sophia and Moses.
    Ashley : I agree Tucker let’s grabs some seats.
    Tucker: No No, I’m not going any where. Sophia an extremely good friend to me. And I will not just stand here and let you two disrespect her like this.
    Harmony: Tucker ain’t nothing going on, You’re tripping.
    Malcolm who has been watching this scene unfold feels as though he can’t help himself but to take a jab at his brother. He walks over to Neil
    Malcolm: Another family Neil?
    Neil: Malcolm don’t start with me. This is not the time or place. My son is here.
    Malcolm: He should have my son but you took that away from me and now Sophia is dead.” Malcolm punches Neil. Nate and Olivia walk into the church and see the Winters brothers fighting. Olivia rushes over to them to join in with Ashley, Tucker and Devon to break them up. Harmony has Moses in her arms away from the fighting. The only thing on Nate’s mind is the fact he switched Moses paternity results to make Neil be the father and not Malcolm.
    Nate: Look at what I’ve done. Sophia is dead because of me now Malcolm and Neil are going at it. I set off a chain reaction by switching those paternity results.


    Verdon Lou. Sheila arrives back at her cottage. She walks into the room and see Sharon and Dru both dozing off. Sheila then walks behind the curtain that separates the room. She tends to a patient in a hospital bed hooked up to IV’s
    Sheila: Soon, things will be right for us. I’ll make sure of it.
    Dru then coughs as she wakes up. Sheila come out from behind the curtain.
    Dru: Who you got back there?
    Sheila: Another mystery person.
    Dru: Let me go. I need a hospital so I can walk again.
    Sheila: You won’t be doing that anytime soon. Not until I’m done with my own plan.
    Dru: You won’t get away with this.
    Sheila: Yes I will. I’ve already began to set you up. Oh wait I got something for you.
    Sheila pulls out a picture for Dru to see.” Just for you my Nubian Queen.”
    Dru looks at the picture and sees it’s a picture of her sister Olivia embracing Phyllis.
    Sheila: Your own sister is helping your enemy. How does that make you feel?
    Dru: It makes me feel like I want to break these ropes and get up to whoop yo ass.
    Sheila: Your so funny.


    Back at the Church Nate considers telling the Winters brothers the truth about the paternity results. He walks over to them and helps break them up fighting.
    Devon: This is insane.
    Roxanne: I agree it’s extremely disrespectful to Sophia’s memory and you all should be ashamed of your selves
    Malcolm: Neil I hate you!” He then walks away. Neil gets himself together.
    Ashley: Tucker speak your peace and then lets go. I can’t believe you acted like that with Neil and Harmony.
    Everyone takes their seats in the church. As the preacher begins to speak about the great soul of Sophia, it’s a bit too much for Nate to hear. He text some one in his phone.
    He looks at his mom.
    “I can’t do this” He gets up then leaves.


    Leslie’s Apt.
    Rafe: Les I’m so sorry this happened to you. Shame on Avery. Its disgusting to play with peoples lives like that. Leslie I’m going to stand by you through this. You cant count on me.”
    Leslie smiles and hugs him.
    “Thank you Rafe. I really appreciate that. Its been a tough 48 hours.
    Rafe: I understand. I’m got to go but call me if you need me.
    Les: Will do Rafe.” He leaves. Leslie’s mind then drifts into thoughts of her daughter Roxanne.
    “She’ so stunningly beautiful. My baby girl is right here in Genoa City.” Leslie bursts into tears again.


    Nate meets Abby at the Athletic Club. He walks over to her and gives her a deep and extended hug. He then lets go
    Abby: Wow what was that for?
    Nate; I really needed to see your bright smiling face. I’ve been going through some very dark things.
    Abby: I’m sorry about Sophia
    Nate: Me and you both. More than you will ever know.
    They order something to eat.
    Nate: It’s been a while since I’ve seen you. What’s new?
    Abby: Nothing really been trying to lay low as my dad is on trial.
    Nate: How did the trial go?
    Abby: I heard the trial went to the jury. So now we wait for the verdict.
    Nate: Is it true the DA is seeking the death penalty?
    Abby getting sad faced: Yes. It’ terrible. My dad is going to die.
    Nate: I’m sorry Abby. I’m here for you. Its such a relief to be around you. You really lift my sprits.
    Abby: That’s sweet. You smell very good. Your cologne is still on me. I like a man that smells good Nate.
    Nate: Do you?
    Abby: I do.
    Nate; Care for me to rub my smell on you some more?
    Abby: I don’t understand.
    Nate: Lets go into our own world Abby and escape all this drama with a dance. I look into your eyes and you look into mine and I hope we can become one.
    Abby smiles: That would be nice.” Nate stands up and grabs her hand and then they begins to dance to a slow sexy jam. Abby takes in Nate’s smell. Although she was and is hung up on Devon, she’s thinking maybe Nate could sweep her off her feet. She’s confused.

    Dru: But I’m paralyzed I need help.
    Sheila: Did you forget I’m a nurse?

    Sheila: I told you get revenge on Lauren and Phyllis and then set it up for you to take the fall then I’m going to put my far flung family together in Genoa City. The Carter Family will live among the Newman’s and Abbott’s.
    Sharon, waking up: Daisy in jail.
    Sheila: Shut up you sluts. I will have my way. I will seek freedom and prosperity for my family. It’s long over due. And whom ever chooses to get in my way will end up like Miss Sophia. She says with a chuckle…

    Episode 95: Lauren Exposes Michael for Perjury!!

    Judge Mathis Courtroom
    The courtroom is stunned after Lauren revealed Michael has committed perjury on the stand. Spencer looks at Victor then at Michael then back at Lauren
    Spencer: So your saying, your soon to be ex husband has lied under oath?
    Lauren: Yes he did. He knew the whole time what Victor was doing to Billy Abbott. That is the main reason I’m leaving him. I don’t want a man that could keep a father and his sick child apart . I don’t want my son raised by a man like that.
    Rafe: Objection your honor, the witness has an exe to grind.
    Lauren: How dare you? We are talking bout my family and what Victor’s crimes did to my family and the Abbott family. Victor has plotted and schemed against the Abbott family for years. And Michael had a starring role in everything.
    Mathis: Wow” He then looks at Michael “ This is not good for you sir.”
    Spencer: It most certainly is not. Your honor I want Michael taken into custody. After this testimony, the state rest it’s case. I call for a recess to obtain Michael Baldwin into custody.
    Mathis: Sounds good to me. I think I’ve heard enough. Does the defense wish to cross examine or call a witness.
    Victor shakes his head no. Avery stands up “ No your honor”
    Mathis: Great. I now hand the case over to the jury. Court is in recess. “ Mathis then pounds his gavel .
    Lauren walks off the stand.
    Michael approaches her “ How could you do this to me? Do you know what you just did?


    Nick unlocks the door at Sharon’s house on the Newman Estate. He see things are sort of disheveled. He looks on the coffee table and sees a note addressed to Nick. He reads it:
    Nick, the most amazing thing happen. Dru is alive!! She was here and she needs my help and I’m helping her. I’ll be in touch.” He then sees a piece of clothing with the name Drucilla embodied in it. Then Faith cries. Nick goes to grab her and holds his daughter.
    “Damn I cannot believe Sharon left her child like this. Dru alive? This is crazy.” He takes Faith and leaves".


    Back at the Court room
    Lauren: What I did? I never asked you to be Victor Newman’s Bitch!’ She then slaps him and walks out. Paul walks up to Michael
    “All the years I’ve known you Michael, I thought I knew you. I can’t believe you committed perjury.” He rushes off to be with Lauren. Michael is embarrassed. He looks up and sees Spencer smiling at him. Spencer closes his briefcase and walks over to Victor.
    Victor: You made a huge mistake. No one goes up against Victor Newman and wins.
    Spencer: I got news for you Newman. I just did. Your black mail didn’t work. And you will pay for this. I will see to it you get the death penalty. And as for you Avery I’m going to have you disbarred for your role in this. I thought you were a person of ethics and morale’s.“
    He then looks at Rafe : Good luck Mr. Torres.” Spencer than walks over to Michael.
    Rafe: I’m so confused. What blackmail? Avery why is Spencer threatening to have you disbarred?
    Victor: Never mind that ummmk. I’m facing death. My life is over. It’s really over. There is nothing I can do.” Victor frowns and stares of into space as a tear strolls down his face.
    Victor: Its’ over.

    Jack: Nikki you ready to go?
    Nikki who is looking at Victor doesn’t hear what Jack has said.
    Jack: Hello, Nikki? You ready to go?
    Nikki snaps out her daze. “Oh Jack I’m sorry. I just can’t believe Victor just lost this case. He may be facing the death penalty. After all these years, Victor always had a way out. This time he didn’t.
    Jack: He did this to himself Nikki.
    Nikki: Oh Jack please. I’m not in the mood for that. I have children with Victor. This is about them too. I have to call Nicholas and Victoria.” She begins to leave.
    Jack: I can come with you.
    Nikki: No thanks Jack.” Nikki just leaves and Jack is salty. He decides to make himself feel better by confronting Victor.


    The Church.
    Neil, and Devon joined now by Roxanne take a seat. The church begins to fill up. Malcolm then walks in. He looks at Neil and gives him a look of hatred. He walks up to Sophia’s’ casket. He talks to her
    “Sophia I’m so sorry. I should have never let this happen to you. This is Neil’s fault. And his selfish ways. Taking you from me and our son. If you was with me you wouldn’t be here right now. I love you Sophia. I always will.” He then wipes the tears from his face. He turns around and sees Leslie standing in the back of the church. He doesn’t know how to react to her considering their argument yesterday. Leslie keeps looking at Roxanne as she remembers Avery telling her that Roxanne was her daughter. Roxanne is frozen unable to move. Malcolm notices this oddness. He walks over to her. Neil can see Malcolm is looking strange and looks to where his eye sight is fixed on. He sees a tearful Leslies starring at Roxanne. Devon look up at Neil
    “Neil what’s the matter?"
    Neil: I’m not sure.” Devon and Roxanne turn to look to see what Neil is looking at. They both see Leslie. Roxanne is looks confused and wondering why this woman is starring at her.
    As Leslie looks into her daughters beautiful eyes the emotions are too much and she runs out the church before Malcolm can approach her.
    “Damn what is going on with her?” Malcolm wonders.
    Then Nick shows up with Phyllis walking on a cane.
    Nick: Malcolm, I’m so sorry for your lost.
    Malcolm; Thank you Nick. Phyllis good to see you out your wheel chair.
    Phyllis: Soon I’ll be able to see and it wasn’t like I was paralyzed I just had my knee caps bashed in. They are healing.
    Malcolm: Thank you for coming today.
    Malcolm walks inside
    Nick and Phyllis grabs a seat. Nick looks at Neil and he can only think of Sharon’s note and Dru. He then think’s of Dru’s shirt.
    Harmony then arrives. She walks over to Neil and hugs him.
    Harmony: Sorry I’m late.” Harmony then hugs Devon. “ Nice to see you again Roxanne.”
    Roxanne just smiles as she can only think of Harmony as the person who ruined her engagement trip with Devon thanks to Abby.
    Neil: Thank you for being here Harmony.” He hugs her again. Then Tucker and Ashley walk in the church. He sees Harmony and Neil hugging . He is not at all happy and its written all over his face. Ashley sees this.
    Ashley: Do you have a problem with your ex harmony embracing Neil?
    Tucker: Your damn right I do and I’m going to put a stop to this.” He walks over to them. Ashley is stunned


    Back at the Court.

    Spencer approaches Michael Baldwin.

    Michael: You can’t be serious
    Spencer: Of course I am.’ Then court police place handcuffs on Michael Baldwin.
    Spencer: Michael you are under arrest for perjury. I told you I would get you.” Michael is dragged out of court. He looks at Victor” You Bastard! You did this to me! I hope you burn in hell Victor Newman! Michael is hauled off to a cell. Spencer then looks at Victor smiles and walks off.
    Victor: I’m going to strike at all my enemies one last time before I die. I promise you that. Starting with Spencer.

    Lauren whispering to Paul: Let’s see how much of a man Michael isn’t.


    Episode 94: Will Michael incriminate himself on the stand?

    Tack house.
    Olivia knocks on the door “ It’s me Phyllis, Olivia”
    Phyllis: Come in Olivia.
    Olivia: Thank you. Its good to see you out the hospital.
    Phyllis: Yes I wish I could see my self too.
    Olivia: That’s why I’m here Phyllis.
    Phyllis: You’re going to help me get my eye sight back?
    Olivia: Yes I finally located a doctor who is willing to do the delicate procedure to restore your burnt out retinas.
    Phyllis smiles: Good I want to see for myself the psycho who is stalking me.
    Olivia has a flashback in her mind of the mystery woman breaking into her office and stealing all of Phyllis’s medical files.


    Chloe knocks on Billy’s door. He opens it up. He smiles and pulls her inside and kisses her.
    Billy: I’m so glad to see you. I’ve missed you.
    Chloe: Billy I’ve missed you too.
    Billy: I really need you right now after a stressful day at Newman’s trial.
    Chloe: How did that go?
    Billy: I think I did well. I did my part in putting that monster away.
    Chloe: Man on a mission. I used to love that about you.
    Billy: Do you?” He grabs her and kisses her again. They begin to take each others clothes off and make love on the couch.

    Back at Court.
    Michael: I’m quite fine Mr. Walsh. Can we get on with this?
    Spencer: My pleasure. ( he pauses and looks at Victor with a smile sending et another clue to Victor that he won’t bow down to him. He then looks back at Michael) Mr. Baldwin you were Victor Newman’s personal legal counsel correct?
    Michael: That is true.
    Spencer: And in that role you helped execute Victor Newman’s machinations.
    Michael: I’m not sure what you mean?
    Spencer: What ever Victor wanted, such as a take over at Jabot or if he wanted Billy kidnapped, you had a lead role in those events.
    Michael: I have no idea what you are talking about.
    Spencer: Let me remind you Mr. Baldwin you are under oath.
    Michael: I know that Mr. Walsh. And I’ve told you the truth. I have no idea what Victor did with Billy Abbott or if he did it. I had no part or knowledge of that.
    Spencer: What about insider trading?
    Michael: I have no idea. I was legal council for Victor for Newman Enterprises. Anything pertaining to that was my job. Things out side of that like this alleged kidnapping of Billy Abbott is out side the scope of my job requirements.
    Spencer: Is that how we playing it today Mr. Baldwin?
    Michael: Playing?
    Spencer: Mr. Baldwin this is not over sir. I’m going to launch an investigation on your involvement in Victor’s crimes. And If you lied today here in this court under oath, I assure you I’m going to prosecute you for perjury in addition to any other crimes you are covering up.
    Michael thinks of the mystery woman black mailing him to help her kill Phyllis.
    Spencer: No more questions your honor.
    Mathis: Does the defense wish to cross examine the witness?
    Rafe: Yes your honor.
    Rafe stands up and approaches Michael.
    Rafe: Mr. Baldwin as personal legal counsel to Newman Enterprises is it fair to say you spent a fair amount of time with Victor?
    Michael: Too much maybe. Holidays, birthdays, anniversaries. Victor called I was right there.
    Rafe: So you spent a lot of your time with Victor so how would Victor have the time to execute all these crimes the state is accusing him of.
    Michael is stunned by the question. He realizes he’s been careful thus far treading above water not incriminating himself. But he also knows Lauren is in the crowd listening to all his answers. The main reason he is divorcing him is due to the fact he can’t stand up to Victor and his role in Billy’s kidnapping. He also doesn’t want to help Victor out in any way for exposing him to Lauren. He feels its damn if he does and damn if he doesn’t
    Rafe: Mr. Baldwin, please answer the question. If you spent so much time with Victor how was he capable of committing all these crimes?


    The Tack house
    Phyllis: Olivia don’t get quiet on me. Tell me more about my eyesight restoration.
    Olivia: It will be done here in Genoa City. Dr. Conrad is flying in from Israel to conduct the risky operation.
    Phyllis: Wow Israel. How did you manage that?
    Olivia; It took awhile. But some networking helped.
    Phyllis: Olivia, thank you. That means so much to me. You don’t know what it means to me to be able to have some hope that I’ll be able to see again. See life, my daughter. Thank you so much Olivia” Olivia walks over to Phyllis and gives her a hug. Sheila is out side the tack house watching the scene of embrace. She takes a picture of the sisterhood scene.


    Billy’s House. Chloe lays in Billy’s arms on the couch.
    Billy: God that was great. I really needed that.
    She kisses him: You weren’t so bad your self.” She then sits up. He then does too. He looks at her.
    Billy: Chloe what’s wrong?
    Chloe: Look at us Billy? We are in the home you share with your wife having an affair.
    Billy: Chloe please no labels.
    Chloe: It’s to late for that Billy. This is more than good sex to me. What is going to happen when Victoria gets back from Japan? Is this over? Billy I can’t deal with that. I need you. I love you.
    Billy: You love me Chloe?
    Chloe: Yes I’ve told you that once before. This is more than sex to me. I listen to Delia every night crying asking why can’t her parents reunite Billy. Our daughter is involved in this too. She’s see how close we grown in the last few months. We can’t treat this as great sex any more. We have others to think about. Your wife, our daughter. We are being selfish. How long can we continue like this?
    Billy: Damn Chloe I wasn’t expecting all of that. You hit me with a bombshell.” He buries his hand in his face.
    Chloe gets up to begin to get dressed.
    Chloe: I don’t think we should see each other any more until you come to terms on what this is and what you want. I won’t go on like this Billy.” She then grabs her purse and leaves. He gets a beer from his fridge and sits back on the couch and takes a sip
    “What have I done” he says out loud. “ What am I going to do?”


    Back at the Court
    Lauren, and Victor continue to watch Michael commit perjury on the stand.
    Michael: I have no idea how Victor would have had time to commit all those alleged crimes.
    Lauren is shocked and disappointed. Victor smiles.
    Rafe: No more questions.
    Mathis: The witness may stand down.
    Lauren shakes her head at Michael.
    Spencer: Your honor, the state calls Lauren Fenmore to the stand.
    Lauren looking at Paul: I’m going to expose Michael for the liar he is. He lied on the stand and I’m going to make things fight for my sons sake.” She stands up and rolls her eyes at Michael as she approaches the stand.
    Avery whispers to Victor: Well Michael did us a favor but now his wife could ruin all of that.
    Victor: Let’s wait and see.
    Rafe: She’s going to expose Michael lies!
    Lauren is sworn in as Spencer approaches the bench.
    Spencer: You are married to Michael Baldwin?
    Lauren: Not for much longer. We are in the process of divorce.
    Spencer: Why is that Ms. Fenmore?
    Lauren: Because my husband is Victor Newman’s Bitch. And after today a liar.
    Mathis bursts out with laughter. “ Damn”
    Spencer: Michael Baldwin lied under oath?
    Lauren: he sure as hell did. He lied about everything.
    Victor bows his head and closes his eyes. Everyone in the courtroom looks at Michael Baldwin. Lauren has a victorious smile on her face.

    Judge Mathis stops looking at Spencer Walsh and down at his gold Rolex and then looks at Spencer again.
    Mathis: Sir are you ready to proceed, we don’t have all damn day?
    Spencer is in a daze, tuning out the Judge. The only thing on his mind are Victors words on instant replay. “”Spencer: You’re a joke Newman.
    Victor; no my friend You are. You see I know about your past.
    Spencer; My past?
    Victor: Your past with the lovely Leslie here.
    Leslie: Excuse me?
    Spencer: My past with Leslie?
    Victor: Allow me.” Victor pulls out the sexy photos of Leslie and Spencer to see. Then Victor points to a picture with Leslie and Spencer together.
    Leslie: What the hell is this Avery!?
    Spencer: You’ve got to be kidding me. SO now you’re going to black mail the DA with some phony photos? Now we can add these to the stack of charges that already face you.
    Victor: Mr. Welsh I assure these are not fake. In fact these are so real that you two had a child together. Leslie gave up for adoption to pursue her high powered legal career.
    Spencer: WHAT!? “ He says looking at Leslie in fact now confirming what Victors is saying is true.
    Leslie: Why? How did this all come about? What did I do? “ She then looks at Avery but Avery can’t look her friend in the face.
    Victor: No one will best me. Spencer I f want you two want to keep this nasty secret I suggest you drop this case against me. “”
    Spencer looks at Victor and Avery and Victor is looking back at him sternly. The courtroom begins to fill up and everyone notices something is very off. Judge Mathis pounds his gavel to get Spencer’s attention.
    Mathis: Are you on drugs? Mr. Walsh get with it sir.
    Spencer thinks of Leslie and his daughter. His life seems to flash before his eyes. He knows everything, his life, his career his reputation and now potentially his family is on the line by the next words he utters. He closes his eyes, takes a deep breath and looks at Mathis. He then looks Victor dead in his eyes
    “Yes your honor, I’m ready to proceed with this trial!”
    Avery is stunned. She looks at Victor who his frozen in is nature, looking dead at Spencer. The two have a stare down as Spencer approaches his side of the courtroom

    Episode 93: Will Spencer cave into Victor’s black mail?

    Back in the courtroom. Victor is enraged and sits down in his seat.
    Avery: whisper to Victor: So now what?
    Victor: Spencer Walsh is going to pay for what he just did I’m going to crush him.
    Avery: Was this your trump card?
    Victor: Indeed this is was my October surprise. Now I have nothing.” Victor has a tear form in his eye. Avery is just flabbergasted.
    Spencer: Your Honor the state calls Billy Abbot to the stand.


    Outside the courtroom Rafe walks up to Leslie
    Rafe: I’m sorry I’m too late, did Mathis start back up again?
    Leslie: I don’t know Rafe and I really don’t care.
    Rafe: Les what’s the matter? I can tell you’ve been crying.
    Leslie: Victor Newman is the problem. Victor Newman is a rotten ass Bastard and I hope he’s given the death penalty.
    Rafe: What? I don’t understand. What happened during our recess?
    Leslie; Ask that back stabbing bitch Avery!” Leslie then storms off. Rafe has a look of confusion on his face as he slips back into court.


    The Tack House. Phyllis is finishing up a cup of coffee. Nick sits on the sofa next to her
    Phyllis: Is Summer ok?
    Nick: Yes, she’s glad to have her mom back here.
    Phyllis: Is the sitter on her way?
    Nick: Yes Rosa will be here in a bit.
    Phyllis: So how is your dad’s trial going?
    Nick: It’s not good at all. I think this is really it for him. I think it’s all really all caught up to him.
    Phyllis: I hope Ronan can catch up to this stalker.
    Nick: I doubt that will happen with Dumbnan on the case.
    Phyllis: Don’t be like that Nick
    Nick: Don’t defend your lover to me Phyllis. Let’s not even get into it. You here your safe and I’m not going to let anything happen to you again. I’m going to find this stalker person my self.
    Phyllis : What do you mean?
    Nick: I got my own team searching around and investigating. But any way enough with that. So have you heard from Olivia regarding on restoring your eyesight?
    Phyllis: No that’s what I’m going to work on now soon as this trial is done. I’m gonna get my eye sight back so I can see for my self who’s been stalking me. I want to look the person in the eye who tried to kill me I know I know that voice. That voice that pushed me down the hill.
    Nick: Who ever it was is a truly sick and dangerous person. Sophia has died from it.


    Back at Court
    Billy has been sworn in. Spencer approaches the witness stand.
    Spencer: Mr. Abbott, you claim that Victor here,” he pauses and turns around and looks at Victor and even pointing at him, sending him a message his black mail didn’t work and he’s going head strong against The Great Victor Newman. “ had you kidnapped then blackmailed you to stay away from Genoa City.
    Billy: That’s right. The old man hates my family and especially me. He wants nothing more than to destroy my relationship with his daughter Victoria. So he had me kidnapped and held me hostage until I agreed to leave his daughter.
    Spencer: So your telling us Victor Newman kidnapped you to get his way?
    Billy: Not only that, he knew my daughter was sick with a bout of leukemia. He knowingly kept my sick little girl from her dad just to get his way.” Mathis and the court room are outraged. Mathis looks at Victor. Then at Avery
    “ Will your client be taking the stand. There’s been some nasty allegations mounted against him. Is he going to speak up for himself?
    Avery: Your honor this unorthodox.
    Mathis: And this is my courtroom ma’am.
    Spencer smiles at Victor: Your witness council
    Avery looks at Victor, she whispers in his ear
    “How do I counter this?”
    Victor looks at her.” I don’t know that’s what I pay you to do.”
    Avery: This is bad.” Avery stands up “ No questions your honor.” Everyone is stunned. Victor appears to be going down with out a fight.
    Mathis : Wow. This is not looking good for you sir. Call your next witness Mr. Walsh
    Spencer: The State Calls Michael Baldwin.


    Leslie walks into her apartment. She takes her trench coat off throws her brief case on the couch and pours herself a drink. She then gets a knock on her door.
    Leslie: GO away!
    Malcolm: What you mean go away it’s me!?
    Leslie: Go away Malcolm. I’m not in the mood and I don’t want to see you.
    Malcolm: What you mean you not in the mood Les open this damn door or I’ll break it down!?
    Les walks over to her door and opens it. Malcolm sees a drink in her hand and can tell she is distraught and has been crying. Her eyeliner has ran down her face.
    Malcolm walks in and holds her “Baby what’s wrong?”
    Les pushes Malcolm off her ‘ Don’t touch me!”
    Malcolm: Baby what is the matter? What aren’t you at Victor’s trial? Why are you drinking this time of the day?
    Leslie: What is it with you all these questions? Aren’t you supposed to be mourning Sophia? All of a sudden you’re worried about me. Malcolm just get the hell out.
    Malcolm: Wow Les that was a low blow. Even for you. What’s wrong girl tell me. I’m yo man.
    Leslie is fighting back tears as she thinks of her slutty past coming to light. A sluttty past that includes a daughter right here in Genoa City.
    “ Malcolm I can’t. please leave me alone. “
    Malcolm: I love you. I’m here for you. Talk to me. What’s going on?
    Leslie: GET THE HELL OUT MALCOLM! I told you already. Get the hell out.!” She tries to push him out the door.
    Malcolm: I see how it is. You keeping secrets now. You’re gonna shut me out. Why because I’m in mourning over Sophia’ death. I’ll leave Les. Maybe you can calm down and come back to reality. “ He leaves and she slams the door behind him. She lets go an explosion of tears a she sinks to the floor thinking of the daughter she gave up.


    Back at the courtroom Victor Newman’s wing man Michael Baldwin has just been sworn in. Everyone wonders in the courtroom how Michael is going to testify but no one one is more interested than Victor and Lauren. The real question will be is Michael going to incriminate himself, that’s the question Victor wants to know. Victor knows Michael did a lot of illegal things on his behalf. So in order to testify against him he will incriminate himself. Victor whispers to Avery : Let the games begin… He then winks at her

    Victor: how is this going to turn my trial around?
    Avery: Look closely. These pictures tell a story. Leslie was a stripper slash call girl in her college years. Its how she paid for school. But if you look real closely, one of her clients is none other that our D.A Spencer Walsh.
    Victor: My God.
    Avery: Yes and not only that, they had a child together and I think I know who she is.
    Victor: Do you?
    Avery: She’s right here in Genoa City. I think it’s Roxanne Parker!
    Victor is stunned.


    Episode 92: Leslie Michelson: Call girl and Stripper and Mother?!

    The Athletic Club. Neil and Harmony along with Moses are grabbing a bite to eat.
    Harmony: You know its nice to finally put something on your stomach after everything that has happened.
    Neil: You mean Sophia’s death.
    Harmony: I didn’t want to say anything.
    Neil: No it’s ok. I mean it still unbelievable. My son is going to grow up not knowing his mother. It’s going to be hard for him.
    Harmony: Yes I know. Have you talked to Lily?
    Neil: No. I haven’t told her anything yet. I don’t think this is the right time since she needs to focus on her own recovery.
    Harmony: She should be almost done soon right?
    Neil: I hope so.
    Harmony: Well Neil I thank you for letting me be here for you and allowing me to care for you in this difficult time.” She puts her hands on his and smiles at him and looks into his eyes. Tucker walks in the Club and see Harmony’s scene of embrace with Neil.


    Back at the Court House
    Victor continues to look at Leslie’s sexy photos. “ I must say she looks good.”
    Avery just frown having second thoughts on selling out her colleague.
    Victor: Spencer Walsh and Leslie have a secret child. This is certainly going to turn things in my favor.
    Avery: What is the next move?
    Victor: I want to see Leslie and Spencer now before this trial starts back up. I’m ready to go home and put my life back together.
    Avery: Ok I’ll see what I can do.


    In Verdon Lou. Sharon looks at Dru.
    Sharon: Dru do you really think I’m a bad mother?
    Dru: Girl I really can’t say. But what I will say and ask did you really sleep with all those men? Brad, Adam, Billy, and Jack?
    Sharon: It wasn’t like that.
    Dru: That is not the Sharon I know. We just need to focus on getting out of here and getting back to our families.
    Sharon: You should have thought of that before you decided to impersonate Sheila Carter of all people to get revenge on Phyllis and now because of that Sophia is dead.
    Dru: Sharon girl you giving me a head ache. Stop talking and try to break free from them ropes and go see who is behind the curtain. This so called mystery patient. Maybe he or she can help us.
    Sharon begins to try and wiggle out the ropes that bound her to the chair.


    Meanwhile. Sheila is at Sharon’s cabin on the Newman estate. She leaves a note for Nick. She then leaves a piece of Dru’s clothing on the floor and leaves.
    Sheila: Now I can turn the table on Dru and make Sharon look like she left town to chase Dru. There goes that. Now lets go have some fun with Lauren”


    Back at the Court House

    Spencer: You’re scum Newman.” he says before walking out chasing after Leslie.
    Avery: This doe not feel right Victor. I betrayed Leslie and now an innocent child is in the mix. This is not right.
    Victor: No one will take me down and I certainly won’t go down with out a fight. Mess with me and it won’t end pretty.


    Back at the Club.
    Tucker approaches Neil and harmony
    Tucker: My best friend is barely in the ground yet and here you two are getting all cozy.
    Neil: Tucker back off my son is here.
    Tucker: Your right Moses is here. Your son with Sophia. But it seems you got him a new mommy already.
    Harmony: Tucker you got it all wrong. Don’t come over here tripping.
    Tucker: Oh is that what I’m doing. I rather be tripping then disgracing my son and my son’s mother.
    Neil, standing up: Now that is enough!” As Neil is about to swing on Tucker Harmony gets in the way.
    Tucker: That’s real nice Neil. You said your son was here. What you getting all worked up for? Truth hurts doesn’t it?
    Harmony: Tucker get out of here.
    Neil: Get the hell out of here Tucker!
    Tucker: Yea, my food is ready so I’ll go. Shame on you two.” He then turns around and leaves.
    Harmony: Neil I’m so sorry.
    Neil: No maybe Tucker is right. What are we doing Harmony?


    Outside the courtroom. Spencer walks up to Leslie
    Spencer: How in the hell did Newman find out?
    Leslie( wiping tears) I don’t know I think Avery has something to do with this.
    Spencer: A child Les? Do we have a child?
    Leslie can’t even look at him and she thinks of her past, giving her daughter up for adoption. He spins her around. “ Answer me do we have a child together?
    Leslie closes her eyes not wanting to tell Spencer the truth. She doesn’t want to hear the truth herself. Knowing she gave her own child up for adoption for a high powered legal career. She takes a deep breath and is about to answer but then Judge Mathis walks into the courtroom and pounds his gavel. Spencer takes a deep breath and walks in the courtroom.
    Mathis: Can we resume Mr. Walsh?
    Victor and Avery both turn and look at Spencer to see what his answer is going to be. Is he going to continue the trial on Victor Newman or turn away and cave into Victor’s threats.
    Mathis: Mr. Welsh I am waiting sir. Are we going to resume?
    Spencer can only take a deep breath.

    At the court House. Jack walks off the witness stand after Judge Mathis has called for a brief recess, Billy, Ashley, and Traci follow Jack out side the courtroom.
    Traci: Jack are you ok?
    Jack: I’m ok Tracy. A little hard reliving all those memories. I didn’t think I’d choke up like this.
    Ashley: Jackie it’s ok.
    Billy: Damn right it is because now finally Victor is going to pay for all his devious crimes against our family.
    Jack: You go that right. After all these year I finally get to see the old money bags behind bars, He wont be able to do anything. He won’t be able to do a damn thing once I get my hand on Newman.

    Inside the courtroom. Nick and Nikki look at each other.
    Nick: Mom are you ok today was pretty intense with Jacks testimony?
    Nikki: I’m fine son. Thinking of the child Jack and I lost it makes me wonder what could have been. They both look over at Victor.

    Avery, Leslie and Rafe huddle around Victor.
    Avery: I think we can all agree Jack’s testimony was very damaging to us.
    Victor: Jack is a show boatist. He’s a drama queen.
    Leslie: Even so he gave quite a performance.
    Rafe: We need some type of hail mary to turn this tables right now. Its looking we are losing this case.
    Victor looks at each one of his legal advisors carefully.
    “I am Victor Newman I will get out of this. Avery I want to meet with you personally.” Rafe, Avery, and Leslie all look at each other.
    Avery: You two grab some lunch or something. I’m going to see what Victor wants.

    Leslie leaves and pulls out her phone to call Malcolm.
    Rafe then to also leaves.
    Avery: Ok Victor what’s up?
    Victor: I have an idea.



    Episode 91: Victor forces Avery to betray Leslie

    Dru: Bitch I’m paralyzed?!” Dru says as she tries to move her legs.
    Sheila: Yes you are. It serves you right. Your to wild and out of control. You had to be neutralized. Not only that you have to pay for tricking people into thinking the mystery woman was me. Your mighty clever. Does your best friend know what you were up to all these months?
    Sharon: What does she mean Dru?
    Dru: I came back to get revenge on Phyllis.
    Sharon: How long have you been back in town?
    Dru: About 3 months.
    Sharon: 3 months!? Have you seen your kids or Neil?
    Dru: No It wasn’t time yet. I had to destroy Phyllis first.
    Sheila: And it almost worked except Sophia died instead.
    Sharon: Oh my god Dru what is going on what did you do?
    Sheila: Dru is responsible for Sophia’s death.

    Back in the court room
    Victor: I want you to dig something up on Leslie.
    Avery: I don’t understand.
    Victor: I don’t feel all of my legal team are fighting hard enough for me. I got a hunch Leslie is no good. And I need to give her a push to put her all into my trial.
    Avery: So you want me to dig into her past to see what I come up with?
    Victor: I would be pleased. I know something is up. Something that may help me.
    Avery sits back and thinks on what Victor has just asked her to do.
    “ You want me to betray Leslie? To help you win?
    Victor: You bet.
    Avery: Wow.
    Victor: Your salary is also wow.
    Avery: You got a point there. I’ll hop right on top of that.
    Victor smiles.


    Leslie knocks on Malcolm apt door. As she knocks it just opens up. She calls out for him. Its very dark in the apartment and there is beer bottles and trash littered all over the floor. She males her way over to the windows and opens up the curtain to let light in. Malcolm moans out as the sun light hits his eyes as he was laying on the couch hung over.
    Malcolm, Sitting up unable to see who it is yet due to his eyes still adjusting to the light.
    “Who dat?
    Leslie: Your woman. I came to check on you since your not answering or returning calls or text. Is this what you’ve been up to? A binge?
    Malcolm: Les don’t do this to me right now. My head is killing me. I can’t deal with this.
    Les: With what? Sophia’s death? Your going to put yourself on pause so you can drink your emotions away?
    Malcolm: I used to be married to Sophia. I loved her once. We were supposed to have a family until my brother stole that away from me. Again LES! First Lily and now Moses. How else am I supposed to deal with this?
    Leslie: I can tell how you shouldn’t deal with it. Putting your life and this relationship on pause so you can drink. What good does that do? You need to be a man and face your problems.
    Malcolm: Oh so now I’m not a man? Why because I don’t have some high power level attorney’s job like you with all the big money that it brings. You must want a man like Neil then. He got money. Go ahead go be with him everyone woman I get chooses him. He’s the better man so get to stepping.
    Leslie walks up to Malcolm and slaps him.
    “Go take a bath you stank ass bastard. You tripping.” She then leaves. Malcolm sits back down on the couch and looks around his messy apartment. He decides to clean it up.


    Roxanne’s Apt. Nate sits on the couch as Roxanne pours them a galls of wine and brings it to them. He sips on it.
    Nate: Rox, I’m a terrible person.
    Roxanne: I’m sure you had your reason for doing what you did.
    Nate: What I did. Don’t be so nice about it. I changed my nephews paternity test. I have Neil thinking he is Moses father when really Malcolm is. Now some one else found out and black mailed me with it. And now some one is dead.
    Roxanne: Some one is dead? Do you mean Sophia?
    Nate: Yes Roxanne. Sophia is dead because of me!” Nate takes a sip of wine as a tear falls down his cheek. Roxanne is stunned.

    Dru: I didn’t kill no Sophia. Don’t put that on me. It was a mistake. Phyllis was supposed to die.
    Sharon: You were going to kill Phyllis?
    Dru: You damn skippy after what that bitch did to me. Pushing me over that cliff. That Bitch pushed me and now she is going to pay.
    Sheila: But it seems you are paying now. You’re a fool trying to impersonate me. You involved Nate and Michael in your little plan. And you even learned a huge secret in the process. Michael Baldwin’s secret and you also learned your good nephew the good doctor Nate Hastings has one to. Now its my turn to have some fun in Genoa City. And Dru you are right, Phyllis must pay for the things she’s done to me. And to you too. But let’s change the tables a little bit.
    Dru: What do you mean?
    Sheila: I think it’s time I impersonate you to make Genoa City think its you who is the mystery woman. And commit some crimes against the people I hate and then you can take the fall for it and I go free.
    Dru: Bitch what are you smoking? You can never be me I’m too black.
    Sharon: Sheila she does have a point.
    Sheila: We’ll see about that.” Then they hear a cough from behind a curtain that divides the room in half.
    Sharon: Who is that back there Sheila? You have never told us. You said it was another mystery person.
    Sheila: Oh it is. But its not time to get into that now. I have something to do and it involves you Sharon.
    Sharon: Sheila please don’t hurt me. I have kids.
    Sheila: Is that what you were saying when you were being the slut of Genoa City. Now all of a sudden you have kids. What a joke. You’re a joke Sharon and a bad mother.” Sheila then leaves. Sharon is stunned and speech less.

    Back at the courtroom. Avery approaches Victor.
    Victor: I assume you have some news for me.
    Avery: Oh do I. You are not going to believe what I’ve uncovered on Leslie Michelson. We can use this to turn this trial around. We will be able to stop Spencer Walsh dead in his tracks from moving forward with this trial.
    Victor smiles: Good work Avery. I knew I could trust you.
