    Paul kicks his investigation into high gear surrounding the death of Tucker and Katherine with 2 new people set their sites on Katherine Chancellor as the funereal begins to mourn the Grand Dame.



    The Police Station

    Olivia walks in to see Paul with some files in her hand. Paul greets her.
    Paul:
    Olivia. Good to see you. What brings you by?
    Olivia:
    I got the autopsy results back on Tucker. I think you and I should talk privately.
    Paul:
    Oh k, this sounds kind of serious.” Paul escorts her to his office. Paul sits at his desk as Liv takes a seat in front of his desk. She hands him the envelope so he can view the contents inside.
    He does and looks over the report.
    Paul
    : Wow. This answers a lot of questions. Tucker was poisoned.
    Olivia:
    He had very high levels of toxin that comes from paint in his system.
    Paul:
    Paint. I wonder if this was what Tucker was trying to do with Katherine. It makes a lot of sense. Poison her with the toxic paint knowing she would be working in the Victor’s office.
    Olivia
    : I guess it does. Anyway Paul it is good to see you. After looking at those results I thought I should get it to you right away.
    Paul:
    Thank you Olivia. I’m going over to Newman Tower to get some paint samples. You’ve been a huge help.”
    They both walk out his office with Paul going to investigate further on Tucker’s “Plan”

    Phyllis is watching coverage of Katherine’s Funereal when someone walks in and clears their throat. She turns the TV off and looks to see Malcolm.
    Phyllis slowly stands up out of her wheel chair to hug him.
    Phyllis
    : It’s so good to see you.
    Malcolm:
    And look at you. Standing now. You gone be outta here in no time.
    Phyllis:
    I can’t wait so I can find out who in the hell did this to me.
    Malcolm:
    The five o aint found out yet? Damn the fire and attack happened months ago.
    Phyllis:
    I know right. I don’t know what’s up Ronan or Paul’s ass. There is a mad person on the loose. This person tried to kill me but instead-” She stops before she can say Sophia’ name.
    Malcolm:
    It’ cool,… when Sophia died.
    Phyllis:
    I’m sorry Malcolm.
    Malcolm:
    It’s cool. I’m used to everything being taken away from me.
    Phyllis:
    Everything? What do you mean?
    Malcolm:
    Neil. He likes to take things from me. First it was Lily. He raised my daughter.
    Phyllis:
    Blame Dru for that. She kept it secret by not admitting to her affair with you to Neil then not getting a paternity test if she had any indication Lily was not Neil’s child.
    Malcolm:
    I don’t want to hear that…. Then it’s Moses. He turned out to be Neil’s son. Now it’s Leslie. They going out to dinner and things like that. I don’t know what’s up with this dude. I hate him Phyllis. I really do.
    Phyllis:
    Malcolm get a hold of your self man. This is not the Malcolm I know.
    Malcolm:
    This Malcolm is tired. Sick of playing 2nd to Neil. Even growing up he always had the spotlight. He was the good son. The college educated son. The proud son.
    Me?.. Just a rough neck from around the way. Getting into trouble every day.
    Phyllis:
    Man get it together. Go see Leslie. Go get your woman back. Don’t sit here and wallow. You have two legs you can use. I’d be using them if it were me. Don’t sit on the side lines Malcolm. Go and get then keep what’s yours.
    Malcolm:
    I coulda killed him a few nights ago.
    Phyllis:
    Now you’ve gone mad.” She tugs at his shoulder to get his attention which he was in a blank stare looking at the wall.
    Malcolm:
    My bad. You’re right. Go get what’s mine then keep it. I’m going to put a stop to Neil. One way or another.” He hugs Phyllis.
    Phyllis:
    Don’t do nothing stupid.
    Malcolm:
    It’ good to see you girl. The next time I see you we gone be having drinks at the lil bar joint I know. And we gone dance. How that sound?
    Phyllis:
    Good. Now go get Leslie.
    Malcolm leaves. Phyllis watches him leave. She is concerned about Malcolm’s behavior and mental state. She’s never seen him like this, so low and angry.

    　
    　
    On the Chancellor Grounds
    .
    An area has been reserved and transformed into Katherine’s services. As Jill, Nina, Murphy, Philip , Esther and Chance walk up to the area they see a tent-like looking setting with a white shear serving as a roof over the entire area. White and Gold candles are lit up every where. White chairs with white and gold shears over the backs for a more appealing visual display. At the end of the row of white seating is a bouquet of white Roses or a Golden Cage with a white dove inside. Towards the front of the area is a huge oversized picture of the great dame herself smiling.
    The ladies, Jill Esther and Nina all shed tears.
    Esther:
    This is so stunning.
    Philip:
    I agree. Wow. Certainly fitting for The Duchess of Genoa City.
    As they walk over closer to the set they see a mini water fall and in the pond where the water collects are gold and white floating candles. Flowers also float in the pond.
    Chance:
    Turned out to be a beautiful spring day for this occasion.
    Nina:
    It’s like God woke up today and smiled on us. God and Katherine.
    They hold each other as other guest begin to arrive including Brock and Mac.
    Brock:
    This is truly stunning.
    Mac:
    Yes it. Grandma would be proud. I just wish Devon was ok. Kay would not like him being upset for us forgetting that he is a Chancellor.
    Brock:
    It’s ok sweetie. I’m sure he’ll come around. He’s lost a lot. We just need to give him time and be here for him when he is ready.

    　
    Leslie’s Apartment.
    Leslie opens her door to Malcolm after answering his knock. Leslie takes a deep breath before motioning him to come in.
    Malcolm:
    Damn it’s like that? You used to be happy to see me.
    Leslie:
    As you can see I’m not any longer.
    Malcolm:
    So what are you saying?
    Leslie:
    Malcolm I don’t think this is a good time for us to be together. You have some issues you need to deal with. And I got my daughter to think about.
    Malcolm:
    Neil and Spencer too huh?
    Leslie:
    Excuse me? Have you been drinking?
    Malcolm:
    One beer is not drinking.
    Leslie:
    Then what do you call it?
    Malcolm
    : Mind relaxation. I had to ease my nerves before I came over here.
    Leslie:
    Come over here and do what?
    Malcolm:
    To make things right between us. Things are not right.
    Leslie:
    You’re an angry drunk Malcolm. You attacked your brother the other night. That was uncalled for.
    Malcolm:
    What was uncalled for was you having dinner with him. What’s up with that any way? You gets around huh?
    Leslie:
    Watch your mouth.
    Malcolm
    : Resorting to your old ways again. That video of you stripping for college money ignited a fire in you didn’t it? Now you just all over town with Neil, it was Spencer too and me before him. Who’s next?
    Leslie sucker punches Malcolm is his jaw.
    Leslie:
    Get the hell out! You’re a hot drunken mess. Look at how you acting. No wonder I don’t want you no more. Get yo bummy ass out my place before I call the police.
    Malcolm:
    Bitch! Call the po po hoe! I don’t give a damn no mo.
    Malcolm in a rage picks up Leslie’s glass coffee table and throws it against the wall. It shatters with glass flying everywhere.
    Leslie is a bit scared at this point and she grabs a knife.
    Leslie:
    GET OUT!
    Malcolm looks at her with rage
    “I’m not going to let you be with Neil! No way in hell!” He shouts at her before leaving. Leslie breathes heavily in relief. She grabs her phone and calls the police.

    　
    In the City of Jazz, Cajun food, and the Mardi Gras, there is this little place they call New Orleans. In a run down house in the parish of St Bernard, in fact it’s the only house standing on this particular street being the all the other homes were washed away during hurricane Katrina, a woman using a flash light is looking at a national news paper. She turns to the obituaries and sees the obituary of Katherine Chancellor. She lights up a cigarette. And exhales.
    Woman:
    Karl…Karl answer me when I call to you! I don’t like to call out your name over and over again. Karl.. Do you hear me? Damn it you are going to make me get up. I’m too old for this damn it to hell.” The woman gets up out of her chair and using her flash light for a light source in the home she looks for “Karl”. She sees him nodding off in his wheel chair. The woman tugs at Karl.
    “Wake up oldie. I can’t see how you sleep with your oxygen machine running so loud. I know I have a hard time. WAKE UP OLD MAN!!”
    Karl:
    Huh…. what? Come on Karynn not now I’m tired. We were out all day yesterday begging for food. It was hot. I’m tired today. And it’s too hot to be a crippled panhandler.
    Karynn:
    Well I’m tired too. Taking care of you for all these years. I’m tired of being poor, and dirt broke. We cant afford lights, we can’t afford food, water. We have to steal electricity from the gas station a half mile away using buried extension cords. Hell we live in this condemned house and no one knows we are here. I’m sick of living like this.” She blows cigarette smoke in his face. He coughs.
    Karynn:
    Come on be a man about it. You were always were so weak growing up. You were always so sickly. No wonder our parents gave you up.
    Karl:
    Just please leave me be.
    Karynn:
    No we got a new mission. We hit the jack pot. We are going to Genoa City.
    Karl:
    How in the hell are you going to pay for that? You barely can afford to keep my meds for me, going out and getting drunk with my social security check. A check you control I might add.
    Karynn:
    Yes I do control it. It’s payment for being your caregiver all these damn years. I’ll just use your money when you get it on the first and buy us tickets. Our lives are about to change. No more begging for scraps and hand outs. A new day is upon us.

    　
    The Chancellor Grounds.
    Everyone has arrived to pay their respects to Katherine the Great. Including Gina, Lynn Basset, and Traci Abbott. Everyone is mingling and admiring the beautiful setting that has been created.
    Devon walks in with Neil and Moses at his side.
    Devon:
    This is very nice.
    Neil:
    It is. You ok son?
    Devon:
    No Neil. Let’s go talk with the guest.
    Nick and Victoria are with Nikki.
    Nikki is very quiet.
    Nick:
    Mom are you ok? You haven’t said anything since we got in the car to come over here.
    Nikki:
    I’m trying to be Nicholas. This is so hard for me to deal with. I miss her so much. Knowing she is not going to be here any longer or that I can never apologize to her or make things right. It’s really eating away at me.” Nick embraces her.
    Nick:
    It’s ok Mom. We are here to get you through this together.
    Abby arrives sees her Aunt Traci. She walks over greeting and hugging her.
    Abby:
    Nice to see you Aunt Traci.
    Traci:
    You too sweetie how you doing?
    Abby:
    It’s a sad day. I think of Katherine and how much we’ve lost over the last few years. Colleen, my dad. Billy just left town. It’s just been a lot of sadness.
    Traci:
    Yes it has. You talk to your mom, is she flying in?
    Abby:
    No she could not make it. We lost several employees on that Korean ferry accident so she’s handling that and could not make it. I’m going to go speak to Devon.” She walks over to him
    Abby:
    Hey you.
    Devon:
    Hello Abby. Nice set up here huh?
    Abby:
    It is. I’m not even going to ask how you are but I will ask where is Roxanne?
    Devon:
    That’s a damn good question.
    Everything comes to a halt when a large man with a slow chain rattling walk stops the show. Standing out like a sore thumb is Victor Newman in an orange jail suit with cuffs on his arms and legs with an escort service by prison guards. Everyone is stunned. Victor looks at everyone who is there but stops when he sees Jack. Victor now stares down Jack. Everyone wonders what Victor is going to say or do. Victor Newman is a show stopper.

They will be heavily involved with the ongoing saga of Katherine Chancellor death and its after math.     Planning Kay’s funeral does not go well as Devon is left out of the Chancellor happenings as Keemo rips into Jack about his sell out betrayal. Vandalynn finally tracks down Scotty.

    GCAC.
    Neil joins Devon at a table.
    Neil:
    Sorry for keeping you waiting. I had to check on the twins.
    Devon:
    I haven’t seen much of them lately. How are they?
    Neil:
    Well I don’t know. Cane had them at the sitters.
    Devon:
    The sitters? Why does Cane need a baby sitter when we are the twins family?
    Neil:
    That’s a good question and I intend to find out. Any way son, how are you, what’s on your mind?
    Devon:
    Tucker and Katherine. I don’t understand how they both died in the same night. And Tucker fell from the 24 floor, just absolutely unbelievable.
    Neil:
    Yea. We still don’t have any answers.
    Devon:
    I’m not sure I want to know.
    Neil:
    Why do you say that?
    Devon:
    In my gut I know something about all of this is not right. I’m not going to like the outcome.
    Neil:
    You know you are a Chancellor Heir right?
    Devon:
    I know. I don’t know how to feel about that. I truly regret all the time I wasted being mad at Katherine when she knew Tucker was my father and didn’t’ tell me. She was trying to protect me. I understand that now.
    Neil:
    We all live and learn son. It’s a part of life. What’s important is what you do today.
    Devon:
    What do you suggest I do?
    Neil
    : Go be with your family.
    Devon:
    I am. I consider you my dad Neil you know that. I just got the Chancellor blood. I’m not close to any Chancellor.
    Neil:
    You need to change that. Brock and his daughter Mac is in town. Reach out son. It’s a part of you your legacy. Go out and grab it. Listen son I got to handle some things Chancellor. Now if you need me you call me alright.
    Devon:
    I will thank you for the talk. It helped out a lot. I think its time to go see my blood line.


    Episode 135: Devon’s Bloodline

    Upstairs in the Suites, Vandalynn gets a call on her cell phone. She answers
    “Hello. Scotty, its about damn time where the hell have you been and why haven’t I seen you yet? I have been trying to reach you. I told you I was coming into to town. Ii feels as though you are avoiding me. Is that the case Scotty? Do you not want to see me? I don’t understand any of this.
    Scotty
    : Are you done?
    Van:
    What does that mean? I just don’t understand why it took over 24 hours to see my man when I arrive in town to see him.
    Scotty:
    Van just stop. Can I get a word in or what? It seems like you saying the same thing over and over again but in different ways.
    Van:
    Is that how you are going to talk to me? To the woman you profess you love.
    Scotty:
    I was with the family. Katherine Chancellor recently passed. So yes I have been a little preoccupied. I’m sorry. Why are you here? I had no idea you were coming in from Paris.
    Van:
    I miss you silly. I couldn’t take the distance any longer. I need to be with you. What’s up with all these questions? You don’t sound like you are happy I am here.
    Scotty:
    Just surprised.
    Van:
    You shouldn’t be. I’ll do anything for the man I love. Now when am I going to see you?
    Scotty is slow to answer.

    Jabot Cosmetics.
    Jack is in the middle of a meeting in his office when Keemo storms in.
    Keemo:
    You son of a bitch! How dare you sell me out to Paul?
    Jack’s face turns red and he has a look of confusion come across it. He looks to his associates
    “If you can give me a few minutes so I can take care of this with my son?”
    The associates look at each other in shock after learning Keemo is Jack’s son who just cussed him out.
    Keemo:
    Oh now I’m your son? What kind of father sells out his own son to the police?” The associates look at Jack then at each other before leaving the office closing the door behind them.
    Jack:
    Don’t you ever barge in here like that again! That was a very important meeting. You embarrassed the hell out of me.
    Keemo
    : Why? Why did you do it?
    Jack:
    What tell Paul the truth, you were hired by Tucker and-
    Keemo:
    And what I might have something to do with his alleged plan against Kay.
    Jack:
    Well you did take a job for him and look how it all turned out. I told you you would regret working for him. Now you got yourself in one hell of a mess.
    Keemo:
    Can’t win against Victor but you go after me. Your funny Jack. And I’m going to show you, you made a bad move. I had nothing to do with any type of plot Tucker may or may not of had. As my dad your supposed to have my back. Where is your family values? My mother would be ashamed of this moment right now God rest her soul.”
    Jack’s face is still red as he tries to fight tears from forming in his eyes reeling from his son’s stinging verbal attack.
    Chancellor Estate
    .
    Jill, Nina and Esther sit in the living room discussing funereal arrangements for Kay. They cant agree on a color scheme until Murphy walks in and interrupts them
    “Ladies, this isn’t a show. We are mourning Katherine. A celebration of her life. Let’s remember that.”
    Esther:
    While I agree Jill insists on having things her way.
    Nina:
    She won’t listen to any of our ideas.
    Murphy: This is no competition. You need to think of Katherine first. And put all this petty and I might add catty non sense behind you. Focus on making the best celebration possible no matter what color it is. Katherine was every color of life. So go with that.”
    Esther sheds a tear. Nina puts her arm around her.
    Esther:
    I’m really going to miss her.
    Brock and Mack walk in.
    Jill:
    Good now we can settle this once and for all. Brock we cant decide what colors to do at Kay’s service. What do you suggest?
    Mac:
    Gold. White with gold trimmings. My grandma was the grandest lady I know. So it has to be gold.
    Nina:
    Sounds good to me.
    Esther:
    Me too. Gold for a grand lady.
    Jill:
    Then white and gold it is then.
    Brock:
    Your grandma be happy with the choices honey.
    Then Devon walks in.
    “I think some one forgot to include me in on the planning details of my grandmother’s funeral. “ Everyone turns around and looks at Devon and there is an extremely awkward silence thereafter.
    Jill:
    Devon I’m so sorry. I didn’t even think to call you. I’m not used to you being a Chancellor. I’m so very sorry.
    Devon:
    It seems no one else in this room is not used to me being a Chancellor.” He says with a tear streaming down his face. He just turns around and walks back out the door.
    Brock:
    Devon wait!
    Devon ignores him and hops in his car and drives off.
    Mac runs up to her dad.
    Mac
    : How could we exclude Devon?
    Brock:
    Jill is right. I didn’t even think to call him. I’m not used to the fact my mother has another son and another grandchild out there.
    Mac:
    My cousin. I hope we didn’t hurt him to bad.
    Brock:
    Everyone is just grieving. It’s a tough time for all of us.
    　
    　
    Hungry Hearts.
    Rafe and Leslie meet up for a drink. They sit at a booth.
    Leslie:
    This is a nice place.
    Rafe
    : I met Scotty here.
    Les:
    Oh yea?
    Rafe
    : It just seems I’m only good enough for sex when it comes to him. Everything is so great in the heat of passion but outside the bedroom its something totally different. We cant agree on anything.
    Les:
    Like you said before he’s younger. You got ten years over him. Your established, got a good career, a home. He’s still living with momma isn’t he?
    Rafe:
    That’s the thing. I barely even know that.
    Les:
    Something is not sounding right about this Scotty.
    Rafe:
    You’re right. I think he only want’s sex. He’s not ready for a relationship like I am. I’m ready to settle down.
    Then Rafe sees Philip Chancellor walk into the bar.
    Rafe:
    The man himself.
    Les:
    Who?” She turns around to see who Rafe is looking at. She too sees Philip Chancellor.
    Les:
    I heard rumors but I wasn’t sure if he was-
    Rafe
    : Gay? I guess we know now.
    Les:
    I guess so. He’s so handsome.
    Rafe:
    He is.
    Les:
    Go say something to him.
    Rafe:
    Nah I’m ok. I’m trying to deal with this situation called Scotty. Not trying to get into any more dilemmas right now.
    Les:
    You gone let Scotty keep you away from a good man like Philip. He’s a Chancellor for goodness sake.
    Rafe:
    That doesn’t mean anything to me. It’s about the person. The inside. Not a name.
    Les:
    You better deal with that Scotty real soon. Don’t let him string you along like this. Especially when a good man like Philip Chancellor the III is a few feet away from you.
    Rafe gets a text on his phone. He reads it.
    Rafe:
    I hate to cut this short but my dad just got back into town and I need to meet with him.
    Les:
    Thank you for the drink. And take care of the Scotty mess.
    Rafe:
    I will.” They both begin to walk out the club. Philip and Rafe get a good look at each other before he leaves. Philip smiles at him.Rafe hesitantly smiles back then walks out.
    　
    Back at Jabot.
    Jack:
    You got a bad habit using words as daggers.
    Keemo:
    You got a bad habit of not supporting me in the choices I make in my life and not being a good and supportive father.
    Jack:
    I don’t think Luan would approve of this tawdry May December romance with Gloria. That woman has caused this family so much grief. She’s just about responsible for my dad’s stroke. Did you forget her role in the Glo by Jabot Scandal? People were seriously hurt behind that. She is poison. An opportunist.
    Keemo
    : I told you once before watch your moth about the woman I love. Gloria didn’t even know my last name before I told the world we were engaged the night at her reopening gala at Glo Worm. So you can’t use the opportunist argument. Love is blind. So what she was with my granddad. He’s not here any longer. Life goes and people grow. And I might add it was you who slept with granddad’s wife Jill. I can’t help who my heart falls for. I’m not going to let you ruin this relationship for me. You and your sabotage. What did you hope to gain by selling me out to Paul? That I would go to jail and I would not be able to see Gloria any longer?
    Jack:
    To open your eyes. Your anger for me is leading you to make bad choices. I know a guy like that. His name is Adam Newman and let me tell you it didn’t end very well. Takes some notes.
    Keemo:
    I’m not going to let this go. It’s time I teach you to let me be my own man. You need to know I will make my own decisions without any feed back from you.
    Jack:
    Is that a veiled threat? I am your father you know.
    Keemo
    : You are the one who seemed to have forgotten what a father is or what a father is supposed to be. Is it a threat, I don’t know. Take it as you want but you are going to pay for selling me out to the police. I just feel bad for Kyle having a father like you. I wish we had choices. Have a good day.” Keemo then leaves.
    Jack is heart broken again over words from his son.
    “Wow” is all he can say.

    Jack Abbott sells out his own son to the police.

    Van arrives at the Jail to visit Daisy. They sit in the meeting room.
    Daisy: So you are finally here in town huh?
    Van: And I see you are still here in this scary place. I can’t believe that you are. I thought you’d be outta of here by the time I arrived in GC.
    Daisy: Avery tells me any day now but that seemed liked months ago. I’m going crazy in here without my daughter. Have you seen her yet?
    Van: No I have not seen Lucy. I only arrived last night. Besides how do I get close enough to Daniel without giving away my cover? It’ not time for that right now. You know momma bear would not be pleased.
    Daisy: I know. I have been here for months and not a word about my daughter. I don’t know how she’s doing or anything.
    Van: Well I started momma bear’s plan. Soon we will all be able to walk the streets of GC as a respected family just like The Newman’s and Abbotts.
    Daisy: The only thing I’m worried about is Lucy. I can’t think about anything else.
    Van: I better get going before someone catches us. I wanted to come and give you my sisterly love. Soon you will be free.
    Daisy gives her sister a fake smile. As Van gets up to leave, Victor who is being escorted to leisure time outside walks past the meeting room and sees Vandalynn leaving Daisy’s meeting room. Van looks up and sees him. She is stunned being caught off guard looking at the great man himself Victor Newman. Butterflies fly in Van’s stomach as she does not know what to do being caught leaving Daisy’s meeting room. Van’s face begins to turn red.

    Episode 134: Jack sells out Keemo!

    Daniel pulls up to Beachwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Centre. He gets out of his car and prepares the stroller for Lucy.
    Inside Phyllis is working on her physical therapy. She is sweating and breathing heavily. Phyllis is using two grab bars to hold herself up as she tries to walk. She nearly collapses from exhaustion and her physical therapist encourages her to keep going. Phyllis finally makes the length of the bars and the PT commends her and grabs a wheel chair so Phyllis can sit back down and rest after an intense therapy session. Phyllis reaches down next to her wheel chair and grabs bottled water and when she looks back up she sees Daniel with Lucy in a stroller walking towards her. A huge smile appears on Phyllis’s face. She reaches her arms out awaiting a hug from her son. Daniel engulfs his mother in a hug.
    Daniel: So good to see you. Feels like forever.
    Phyllis: It does. So good to see you. You’re looking good. Phyllis reaches in the stroller and grabs Lucy to hold her. “Look at my baby girl. Getting so big. Yes you are” She says to her granddaughter.
    Phyllis: This is a wonderful surprise. Everything ok with you?
    Daniel: Yes just keeping close to Lucy. Showing her the way of the world. We are good though. We need you. How is your progress?
    Phyllis: Things are moving much faster now that Olivia restored my eyesight. Still don’t know who set my place on fire. I’m going to have to do my own investigation because it seems the GCPD are too incompetent in their jobs to find who who’s been stalking me. Especially that damn Ronan.
    Daniel: So in other words we still have no idea who came after you?
    Phyllis: No. But I’m sure as hell going to find out. I should be outta here in no time. My therapy is going great. In fact I made it the length of those bars over there” She says pointing at them.
    Daniel: That’s good mom. Keep it up. You’ll be back to yourself in no time.

    Newman Tower, McCall Field office, 17th floor. Keemo enters the office and sits at the desk. He turns his cell phone off tired of getting calls from the media. He sorts through the mail and sees a letter from the SEC. Before he can open it someone walks into his office.
    “You must be Mr. Abbott?” The man says.
    Keemo: I’m not doing any interviews.
    “I’m not doing an interview. I’m Mason McCreedy, I’m Tuckers executive assistant. Well I was.”
    Keemo: Great come in Mason. Maybe you can help me put some of this madness together.
    Mason: Yes we need too. McCall is about to go under. And as per the contract you signed with Tucker, you are now the front man of McCall. The new CEO. The SEC and now the FBI are breathing down our necks and our stock has tanked. If that wasn’t bad enough we have employees and executives resigning from their potions as news of Tucker’s role in Katherine’s desk come out to the press. In a sense McCall Untl. is collapsing as we sit here and speak.
    Keemo: Damn it! Damn you Tucker! He set me up! That bastard set me up! Now I have to deal with all this fall out from his actions. What the hell are we going to do Mason? There is no coming back from this. The freaking FBI. Come on. You might as well say I had a role in all of this since I signed that contract with Tucker.” Then Paul arrives.
    Keemo: Great. Paul what can I do for you?
    Paul: I wanted to question you about your role in Tucker’s plan. I understand from Jack you just signed on to work with Tucker.
    Keemo: Jack? As in my father Jack Abbott?
    Paul: That’s right.
    Keemo looks at Mason and smiles. “My dad just sold me out.”

    Lauren and Jill meet at Gina’s Italian Restaurant and Grille. Gina greets them.
    Lauren: So good to see you Gina. I’m so glad you opened your place back up.
    Jill: Agreed no one does Italian food better than you.
    Gina: Thank you you’re both too kind. It was pretty easy since Glo Worm is still closed. My little brother Damian helped me with the money. So everything is good… I heard about Kay Jill I’m so sorry.
    Jill: It still hasn’t sunk in Kay is gone.”Gina hugs Jill. Gina then sits the two at a table.
    Lauren: So how you really holding up?
    Jill fights back tears. “I’m so stunned. Kay is gone. She’ really gone. And Tucker. How could he want to take out his own mother for monetary gain? That bastard I hope he's burning in hell!
    Lauren: I was very surprised to hear about Tucker’s role in all of this. Such a shame how it all ended.
    Jill: Listen, let’s talk about something else. Like you and Michael. How are things with him?
    Lauren: They aren’t. I’m intent on divorcing him. I can’t be with a man that lies to the judicial system. What does that teach our son? No way am I not having it.
    Jill: How does Fenmore feel about this divorce? Have you thought about how he is going to feel?
    Lauren: Well I have not told him, but he’s strong like me. I’m sure he will be fine.
    Jill: Lauren come on, a child needs both its parents. Together as a family. Fenmore is going to be so hurt. Are you really sure a divorce from Michael is the right course of action?
    Lauren begins to have second thoughts on her divorce plans.


    Chancellor Estate.
    Murphy wipes blood from his mouth as he sits on the floor from the blow Brock just delivered to him.
    Mac: Dad calm down!
    Mac and Philip help Murphy up.
    Murphy: Shame on you for hitting a Vietnam War vet like that. I fought for this country and I fought for Kay. The police let me go after questioning me so obviously I had nothing to do with Tucker or Katherine’s death. Kay was under severe stress for weeks working at Chancellor and Newman. If anyone is to blame here it’s Victor Newman for adding that extra work load on Kay knowing how old he was.
    Brock: But you’re little “plan” backfired big time. Tucker and Kay both died. You should have gone to the damn police. Had you done that Kay might still be here.
    Murphy: Nothing I did was against the will of Kay. I love Katherine with all my heart. You think I’m not hurting I lost my Katherine. I can’t eat, I can’t’ sleep. Now I understand you are upset and understandably so but redirecting that bereavement pain into anger towards me is misdirected.” He rubs his hurting jaw.
    “I can’t believe you hit me. I also can’t believe I didn’t see that one coming. Think I need to make an appointment with my eye doctor. “
    Mack: Dad let’s go for a walk on the grounds. I think you need to cool off.” Mac grabs Brocks hand and drags him outside.
    Chance hands Murphy some tissue to wipe the blood.
    Nina: Are you ok Murphy?
    Murphy: No. A piece of me died with Kay.” Murphy chokes up and then he leaves the room.
    Nina fights back tears also and Chance holds her.
    Philip: I think it’s time we plan for Katherine’s arrangements.
    Nina: You’re right. I’ll call Jill then go talk to Brock and Mac.

    Rafe’s Apt.
    Scotty is lying on Rafe’s chest holding him.
    Scotty: That was incredible. You’re good.
    Rafe: Is that all I’m good for? Sex? That’s the only time it seems we are one. Why is that?
    Scotty: You over think things. Why can’t we just enjoy this moment. Besides I’m tired. You wore me out. My ass is throbbing.
    Rafe: I’m sorry about that. I told you I would go slowly.
    Scotty: No daddy. I like to be pounded. I like the pain.
    Rafe: You’re really something else.
    Scotty begins to play with Rafe’s package.
    Scotty: I should give it a name.
    Rafe: A name?” He chuckles. “Why would you do that?”

    “I’m in town and if I don’t see you in the next hour I’m going get my bullhorn and search every residence in Genoa City until I find you.” Scotty panics and jumps up.
    Rafe: What’s the matter?
    Scotty: Uhm. Something just came up.
    Rafe: Tell me you are not about to leave.
    Scotty: I’m sorry but I must go. I’m so sorry.
    Rafe: Why what is it?
    Scotty kisses him on the lips as he gets dressed then hurries out the door without any further explanation.
    Rafe is mad as hell. He pours him a scotch then heads to the shower.
    Scotty hops in his car. He calls Kirkland
    “Damn she’s here!” Damn it Van why is she here? Now I got to play the straight man role. Damn Damn Damn what am I going to do about Rafe?”
    “Sounds like you got your hands full. You always said how crazy Vandalynn was. I guess no more play time with Rafe.”
    Scotty: No way. I’m not giving up Rafe. He’s got good sex.
    Kirk: That’s all you ever think about. So what are you going to do?
    Scotty: I don’t know. I really don’t know.

    Sheila: No. Not yet. Daisy is not out of prison yet but soon she will be. It’s my other cub, Mary Carter. And she’s just like her momma. I’m so proud of her.
    Sharon: Please leave my family alone. Don’t hurt my children.
    Sheila: I never intend to hurt anyone, only if they cross me or I’m backed into a corner. With your family’s help my pretty Sharon, My family and I will be able to walk the streets of Genoa City free of ridicule and the law. I have all the power. And I’m going to use my power to set me and my family free. My plan is perfect.
    Sharon cries. She tries to wrangle out of the ropes she’s tied in.
    Sheila: It’s no use my beauty. You are not going anywhere. Now you sit in this chair and be a good hostage or your end up like your mouthy friend over there.” Sheila says pointing at Drucilla who is still trying to mumble words at Sheila with grey duct tape on her mouth.

    Dru slowly but surely sticks up her middle finger which was a challenge in the first place being that her wrist are tied extremely tight to the table she’s laying on. Dru waves her middle finger at Sheila. Sheila just laughs.

    Nate walks in and finds his mother Olivia at a table waiting for him. He kisses her on the cheek and then sits down.
    Olivia: Feels like I haven’t seen you in a month of Sundays.
    Nate: Sorry about that mom. I just have been dealing with something.
    Olivia: What is it? Can I do something to help?
    Nate: No. It's nothing really, just this girl I know.
    Olivia: I been around the block once or twice you know.
    Nate chuckles. “It’s good to see you.”
    Olivia: It is. I really needed to see you my son after losing Katherine. You are all I have.
    Nate: I love you mom. I’m not going anywhere and I promise you I will be ok.
    Olivia: Ok but you know you can come talk to me anytime.
    His cell phone goes off and it’s a text from Roxanne: I need to see you ASAP!
    Olivia: Is that your lady friend now?
    “What lady friend? You mean Hillary?” They hear then they look up to see Devon.
    Olivia: Hillary? Wait how do you know?
    Nate: I’m sorry about your loss Devon. I know firsthand what it’s like to lose a dad.
    Devon: Thank you Nate. Tucker and I weren’t super close.
    Nate: You need anything man you come see me.
    Devon: Thanks man.
    Nate: I hate to bail out but I got to take care of something.
    Olivia: Son you just got here. We are not done talking about this Hillary.
    Nate: Mom I’ll call you.” He gets up and gives her a hug and then leaves
    Olivia looks at Devon.
    “Are you sure you’re holding up ok?”
    Devon: Honestly I really don’t know how to feel. I’m gonna meet Neil here so we can talk.
    Olivia: Ok good. This is a time for family, I think I’m going to stop by Dru’s memorial and spend some time there.
    Devon: Ok I’ll talk to you.” Olivia gives Devon a hug and then leaves as Neil arrives.
    Devon: Neil it’s good to see you .” Devon engulfs Neil in a hug.
    Neil: Its ok son I’m here now.

    Chancellor Estate.
    Brock walks into the living room with Mac. Nina, Chance, and Philip look at him.
    Nina: How you holding up Brock?
    Brock: Staying strong. Keeping life going that’s what Kay would have wanted. I wanted to let you all know that Mac and I are ready to plan the services for Kay and we want all of your input.
    Then Murphy walks in the front door and into the living room. Everyone is excited to see him so they can ask him what the police wanted.
    Philip: Murphy what is going on man?
    Murphy: It’s aright everyone. I told Paul what happened. He just wanted details.
    Nina: Good now you can tell us.
    Murphy: Tucker had a plan to bring Katherine down by making her sick. He wanted Chancellor and Newman for himself and Kay and I put a stop to his plan.
    Chance: His plan?
    Murphy: He did something in Victor’s office to make Kay sick. So Kay and I decided to lock him in Victor’s office to give him a taste of his own medicine. But the lock on the door got jammed and Tucker flew out the window and Kay was overwhelmed by it and collapsed.
    Brock: You did this to her! Why didn’t you go to the police? You son of a Bitch!” Brock then sucker punches Murphy. Murphy is caught off guard and falls to the ground from Brock’s left hook. Everyone is stunned.

    The Jail. Esther and Victor continue their historic one on one conversation.
    Victor: I want to know everything with Katherine and Tucker. How did all of this happen?
    Esther: For weeks Murphy has been telling Kay that Tucker was up to something. Kay didn’t want to believe it. So Murphy went out looking for proof. He brought Jack Abbott to the house and Jack confessed he was at one point in co hoots with Tucker to take Kay down. But Jack only wanted Newman.
    Victor: So you’re telling me Jack Abbott is a part of this?
    Esther: I don’t know what to say. He told Kay what Tucker’s plan was. Then Murphy and Kay set a plan of their own in motion. To stop Tucker.
    Victor: So Jack Abbott is responsible for what happened to Katherine.
    Esther: Well I wouldn’t say that not directly.
    Victor: It wasn’t a question Esther. Jackass Abbott. He is going to pay for his role in this. I will finally squash that Jack ass like the roach he is with the heel of my boot. Jackass Abbott is gonna pay!” He says pounding his fist on the table. Esther is frightened and gets up and leaves. “Oh no me and my big mouth what have I done? I just made things worse.” She thinks to herself as she leaves.
    Victor hollers out again “Jackass Abbott is gonna pay!!” Then guards escorts Victor back to his cell.


    At the GCAC, Van is readying her a bubble bath. She pours a glass of wine, then lights some candles and then plays some soft music. She slides into her hot bath and enjoys her afterglow. She smiles as she thinks of her one night stand with Noah. She grabs her phone off the stand next to her and text her mother.
    “Plan complete. It was too easy.”
    Verdon Lou.
    Sheila’s phone goes off. She opens it to read her text. She smiles. She text back.
    “That’s momma’s cub. Good job Mary. Now you know what you need to do next?”
    Van: Yes find Scotty and make his and his mother Lauren’s life a living hell.
    Sheila: That’s right. You’re doing a good job and soon this will all pay off. Our family will be reunited.
    Sheila then sits in front Sharon with a smile
    Sharon: You’re really freaking me out.
    Sheila: That’s not what I want to do.
    Sharon: What do want to do?
    Sheila: I wanna hold your hand and start our life time of friendship.” Sheila grabs Sharon’s hand and just holds it.
    Sharon: What do you want from me?
    Sheila: I want you
    Sharon: Want me? Want me how? What do you want me to do?
    Sheila: I don’t want you to do anything my beauty. I want you.” She leans in closer and kisses Sharon on the cheek. Dru is stunned and tries to holler out looking at the scene of lesbianism.

    Noah: Where did you move from?
    Van: Verdon Lou. It’s not far from here just a small shabby town. What about you sexy tell me about you.
    Noah: Born and raised right here in GC. Just out tonight looking for a good time.
    Van: Me too. Maybe we can give each other that good time.
    Noah: Oh really?
    Van: Of Course” She says kissing him on the cheek. “I’m hungry you mind going to grab me a bite to eat from the kitchen?

    Rafe gets a knock on his door. He puts the book down he was reading to see who is at the other end of the door. He is not too pleased when he sees Scotty.
    Scotty: Not happy to see me?
    Rafe: Not really, and I’m kind of busy so-
    Scotty: Uhm no.” Scotty then barges into Rafe’s apt.
    Rafe: That’s rather rude. So you are here what do you want?
    Scotty: You.” Scotty walks over and plants a kiss on Rafe’s lips.

    GCAC
    Jill and Keemo are having a drink. Jill can only stares at her drink. She then looks up at Keemo
    “So it is true you and Gloria are engaged… or were engaged?
    Keemo: Yes. But she is not very happy with me.
    Jill: How did you go from me to her? I know Jack is not happy with you and Gloria.
    Keemo: No he’s not but Jack doesn’t control my life.
    Jill: If that is so then why did you cut our little romance short when he objected?
    Keemo: That was a mistake. I should have manned up to him.
    Jill: A mistake? What does that mean? How is it a mistake when you are engaged to Gloria?
    Keemo: Jill I’m attracted to you. I often wonder what could have been.
    Jill: I don’t know what to say. You are a very handsome fellow. But just like Gloria, I share a lot of history with the Abbotts so I really don’t know if we could have worked out. You took my mind of this tragic day so I at least thank you for that.
    Keemo smiles at her. “We need to do this more often.”
    Jill: Do we? How would Gloria feel about us doing this more often?

    GC Nights Bar. Noah comes back with a plate of chicken fingers and French fries. Van smiles at him and thanks him. Van takes a sip of her drink to try and encourage Noah to do the same. He follows suit and gulps down his beer with the contents Van poured into it. Van smiles when the tainted beer is gone.
    “This is going better than I could have imagined. Momma Bear will be so happy.”
    Noah: Damn I feel woozy.
    Van: I bet you are after you just threw away that beer.Oh I insist I drive you home. I can’t let a friend drive drunk.
    Noah: I don’t want to go home.” He looks at her then kisses her. He pulls back.
    Van: You’re horny huh?
    Noah: I’m feeling some type of way.
    Van: We can go back to my suite at the Genoa City Athletic Club. I’ll take care of you.
    Van takes his hand and pulls him outside the bar so they can get in her car.

    Rafe’s Apt. Rafe pulls out of Scotty’s kiss.
    Scotty: What is the matter? Don’t you want me?
    Rafe: You’re childish Scotty. I think our age gap is going to put an end to this. Your behavior is unacceptable. I’m too old to be hiding who I am or who I love. If you can’t be open with your sexuality then we can’t be together. I’m simply not going to deal with that.
    Scotty: I’m sorry for putting you through that. I’m just not ready to tell my mother or the world I like,.. no… I love men. Rafe I need you. I think of you every day and night. Please give me a chance. Give us a chance. So say the word I’ll spread my wings like a bird and fly right into your nest my king I’ll try my best.
    Rafe: Scotty I don’t know.
    Scotty: I do. Let’s go away for the weekend. You can take us to the Caribbean and then we can really set this relationship off right. I want to be with you Rafe. You’re everything I’ve always wanted in a man. Your extremely handsome, your eyes say sex to me every time I look at you, they are so dreamy. I can make you happy Rafe. I know I can.
    Rafe takes a deep breath. “I like you too Scotty but I just don’t know if I can do the undercover lover thing with you. I told you I been there done that a long time ago. I’m trying to be with a man that is sure of himself.

    Nina: But what honey talk to me what happened?
    Chance: I lost some one I loved very deeply. And it’s my fault.” Then Chance hears a woman scream in his head. Screaming his name saying “Chance help ME!!!”
    Chance: I failed her. She was kidnapped by the Taliban and I was unable to save her.
    Nina is hurting that her son is hurting. She holds him.
    Nina: It’s going to be ok. Have faith. This woman is safe and she will return.
    Chance: I pray for that every day. Mom there is something you don’t know though.
    Nina: What is that? It’s about the missing woman?
    Chance: Yes. She’s from right here in Genoa City.
    Nina is surprised.

    The Jail. Esther walks in to meet with Victor.
    Victor smiles at Esther as she walks in. Esther walks up to Victor and slaps him across the face. Victor was unable to prepare for a slap from a house keeper as he was not anticipating Esther would have the gumption to do such a thing. Esther then sits down.
    Victor: Have you gone mad?
    Esther: Yes
    Victor: I can see that. You hit me. You hit Victor Newman. Never ever in your life will you hit me again! GOT THAT!? No character hits me. Its in my contract!
    Esther: Contract? You're the one who's mad now just listen, I’m sick of your family that you created. Your daughter killed my grandchild and got away with it.
    Victor: I’m sorry for you loss. What happened was tragic but Victoria never meant to kill that baby. It was an accident. Let me remind you that she caught Chloe in bed with her husband. How would you react? You would be pretty damned mad too right?
    Esther: I suppose I would be. I’m just tired of you and your family thinking they can do whatever to whomever and get away with it.
    Victor: I’ll tell you what I won’t let people get away with. That’s Katherine Chancellor. That’s why I asked you down here. Esther we have something in common. I want to know right now who was involved in Katherine’s death and how did all this come about?

    Outside the bar. Noah gets in Van’s car. He looks at her.
    Van: What’s the matter?
    Noah: I want you so bad right now? I never felt this way before. I just have to have you.”
    He leans in and kisses her.
    Van: Noah wait no!” He covers her mouth with his lips by kissing her. He then whispers in her ear
    “I want you so bad. I need you. Give it to me.” Van likes Noah aggressive state and stops any hesitation she had before. The plan was to get Noah to her hotel room but she will settle for hot car sex. Noah rips open her blouse and grabs her breast.
    Noah: So beautiful.” He kisses them as she leans her seat back so they can have more room. He gets on top of her on her side of the car and then puts her right leg over his shoulder. He leans down and kisses her and the windows begin to steam up. They make love on the spot both enjoying each other. Van takes out her cell phone and text Sheila. “Home run.” Van then takes pictures of Noah who doesn’t realize what she is doing since he is so out of it and the only thing on his mind is wet satisfaction.

    In Verdon Lou. Sheila reads her text. She smiles. She then walks to Sharon.
    Sharon: Now what?
    Sheila: My baby girl just seduced your son. I’m hoping for a Newman baby soon.”
    Sharon screams out in horror.

    GC Memorial. Nikki is standing out on the visitor’s balcony looking up towards the sky. She wipes tears from her eyes as she remembers how she and Katherine fell out over the last few months. What really gets Nikki is her very last encounter with Kay at her hotel suite where she basically kicked Kay out and slammed the door in her face.
    “I’m so very sorry Katherine.” Then she feels an embrace. She turns around and sees Brock. They hold each other. He pulls back.
    Brock: Why was Jill so angry towards you about Kay?
    Nikki: Brock I’m so sorry. Your mother and I weren’t on the best of terms lately. I’ll regret it for the rest of my life.” He holds her once more.

    Keemo sits next to Jill in the hallway. Jill is dabbing her face with tissue to keep her face dry from her tears.
    Keemo: I guess it would be very dumb to ask how you are.
    Jill: You are certainly right about that. I just can’t believe that old bat is gone. She’s tougher than nails now she’s gone. We been through so much together. Katherine was the toughest person I knew. I loved her, I hated her. DAMN IT I’m going to miss her.” Keemo holds her as Gloria walks around the corner and sees the embrace not knowing what to make of it. She is caught off guard by it though.

    Abby approaches Devon as they watch Murphy walk out with Paul and Ronan. She puts her arm around him.
    Abby: Do you need anything?
    Devon: For someone to wake me from this dream. My new dad Tucker and my new grandmother Katherine have died in the same night. I don’t understand any of this. How can this happen? Now they are questioning Murphy? What do Paul and Ronan think happened?

    Noah pull up to the bar and orders a drink. He is browsing through his phone reading news alerts about Kay and Tucker.

    Meanwhile outside the bar Vandalynn is on her phone.
    “Mom he is right here. At the club. I’m about to make my move on him then find Scotty. He’s avoiding me and I’ve been here a few days. Yes Sheila I know what I have to do.”
    Sheila: I told you don’t call me that.
    Van: You treat me like I’m a dummy. I know what I have to do with Noah.
    Sheila: That’s my girl. Make momma bear proud. Sheila Hangs up her phone. She walks over to Sharon and caresses her face.
    Sharon: Why do you keep doing that?
    Sheila: Sharon you are so beautiful. My pretty Sharon.
    Dru: Bitch you sounding like a lesbo.
    Sheila instantly back hands Dru. In fact she gets up grabs some grey duct tape and tears a piece off using her teeth demonstrating how mad she is at Dru. She walks over to Dru as Dru is running off at the mouth to Sheila for backhanding her. Sheila tapes Dru’s mouth shut. Dru is still trying to talk but all you can hear are mumbles. Sheila laughs.
    “You just don’t quit do you? Silly Bitch.” She looks at Sharon
    “Now where were we?” Sheila says in a seductive manner caressing Sharon’s face once more.
    Sharon: Sheila what are you doing?
    Sheila: Admiring you. We are going to be in each other’s lives forever if my daughter can make things go right tonight.
    Sharon: Forever? What do you mean?
    Sheila: In time pretty face. All in good time.” Sheila walks back to her mystery patient. Sharon looks at Dru who is still trying to run off at the mouth at Sheila. She tries to wrangle out of the ropes she’s tied in.

    Back at the Bar Noah is enjoying his drink as he spins around in his bar stool to see who is on the scene tonight. Van grabs a seat next to him. Noah looks at her and smiles.
    Noah: Never seen you around here you new here?
    Van smiles at him and then replies: Buy me a drink and I’ll let you know my story.”

    The Chancellor Estate. Esther is on the phone with Chloe.
    Esther: Well I’m glad you guys made it there ok. I will never understand for the life of me why you and Billy decided to go there with Delia with so much turmoil there. It’s so terrible.
    Chloe: Mom we are fine and a lot happier. It’s nice to be in a place where people don’t look at you funny. But I really called to see how you are holding up Billy and I heard about Mrs. C when we landed.
    Esther begins to cry: Kate it’s so terrible. Mrs. C is really gone. What are we going to do?. Listen honey I got a house full and I need to provide service. You know Mrs. C. wouldn’t like it if I didn’t entertain. Oh honey by the way Chance is here.
    Chloe: Chance?
    Esther: Yes so is his father.
    Chloe: Give him my condolences. Talk to you soon mom” They hang up then Esther goes into the kitchen to make snacks and tea.

    Nina, Philip and Chance sit in the living room. They are all silent.
    Nina: I wonder why Paul wanted to question Murphy.
    Philip: I hope we find out soon.
    Then Esther walks with tea and finger foods.
    Chance: Esther do you know anything? Why would the police want to question Murphy about Tucker’s death?
    Before Esther can answer the phone rings. “Excuse me I must get that” Esther says before retrieving the phone.
    “Chancellor Residence...”
    “This is Victor Newman. I assume this is Esther Valentine?
    Esther nearly faints when she hears the voice of The Great Victor Newman.

    Jack sees Nikki by herself on the balcony. He walks out and comforts her. She turns around and welcomes his embrace.
    Jack: Anything I can do for you?
    Nikki: No. I did this. No one can undo this.
    Jack: Hey hey what are you talking about? Katherine’s stroke had nothing to do with you.
    Nikki: She came to me Jack. This morning. To try and make peace. And I just slam the door in her face. I will never forget that. Damn Victor. He did this. He pitted us against each other now I’ll never be able to tell her how sorry I am or be able to work things out with Kay. Jack please tell me this is not happening.” Nikki just sobs as Jack holds her with tears forming in his eyes. He thinks about Tucker and “the plan” to teach Tucker a lesson. Jack ponders if this plan was too much for Katherine. He really begins to choke up at the mere thought of his possible role in Katherine’s death.
    Jack: What Have I done?
    Nikki pulls back and looks at him. “What do you mean? What did you do?”

    The Hosptial. Keemo is still trying to appeal to Gloria.
    Keemo: So you love me?
    Gloria: Yes damn it! And damn you for making me love you. If I’d known you were an Abbott I would have cut this relationship off a long time ago. Now I’m stuck. You see your dad, he’s not going for us being together. Besides, it’s not right. I respect your granddad too much to be with you. I loved him dearly and no one can replace him.
    Keemo: I’m not trying to replace him. But what I feel for you is real. I love you.
    Gloria: We cannot do this.
    A reporter then flashes a camera in their face and begins to hammer away at the duo
    “Gloria are you keeping it in the family with John Abbott grandson Keemo?”
    Gloria is appalled and walks away. Keemo shoves the reporter and camera man off. Keemo is very frustrated as he walks past Jack.
    Jack: So now what?
    Keemo: What do you mean?
    Jack: You are the face of McCall. Good luck handling all the blowback. You made a huge mistake working for Tucker.
    Keemo: This is not the time Jack. Let’s think about Kay.
    Jack: I am trust me.” Jack then walks away. Keemo wonders what was in between the lines of Jack’s conversation. He brushes it off and sees Jill off in a distance sitting by her lonesome. He decides to walk over to her.

    Michael arrives at the hospital and approaches Lauren.
    “Is it true, Tucker is dead?”
    Lauren: Yes and so is Mrs. Chancellor.” She says with tears in her eyes.
    Michael: Mrs. Chancellor? My goodness. How did all this happen?
    Lauren: We still don’t know anything. Paul has been hovering around waiting on Murphy to speak with him. He’s just giving him space.
    Michael: Where is Fenmore?
    Lauren: At a friend’s. So what about you? When did you get out of jail?
    Michael: You mean after you betrayed me?
    Lauren: I never asked you to commit perjury for Victor Newman.
    Michael: We are married, we share a son. We are a family. Why would you sell me out like that?
    Lauren: I don’t like who you are as a person any more. You became Victor’s Bitch. I told that over and over again. And look at what it got you? I did the right thing by turning you in. I did it for our son. I want to teach him to do the right thing. Something his father cannot do any longer. And by the way you can expect divorce papers very soon. I finally filed.” She then walks away leaving Michael feeling frustrated.

    Leslie opens her door after hearing a knock. She sees Rafe.
    Leslie: Rafe it’s good to see you how you been?” She says motioning him to come in.
    Rafe: I been ok. A little stunned at the news about Tucker and Kay. Just laying low after the Newman trial fiasco. Our law firm collapse. I cannot get ahold of Avery.
    Leslie: I bet. She’s scared. You wait till I see her. And oh yes. Just shocking about Mrs. Chancellor
    Rafe: So you haven’t seen Avery either. This is unlike her. Something is so off about her. Why would she betray you and expose your secret the way she did?
    Leslie: It’s no problem Rafe. I’m going to handle Miss Avery. You gone read about it in the newspaper and say damn why did Leslie do that to that poor girl.
    Rafe laughs. “So how are things with you and Roxanne?”
    Leslie: They aren’t. She is so damn angry. She reminds me of myself when I was her age. I was an angry woman. I was angry I had to strip my way through college. It was hard. Then to have it expose at Gloria’s gala. Spencer lost his career. It’s been all bad.
    Rafe: I’m sorry to hear.

    Rafe: Scotty, yea he’s childish and unsure of himself. I’m not trying to deal with that.

    Meanwhile back at the hospital. Scotty Is still watching Philip’s every move and the more he sees the more he admires him.
    He holds his phone up to take a picture. He then saves it and sends a text to Kirkland over in Bay City. “Look at who that is? I have to make a move on him. I like the more I watch him. What do you think?” Scotty hits send. He waits for a response and finally gets one.
    It reads “People are dying in your city and all you can think about is men? What about Rafe?” Scotty thinks about Rafe not expecting his good friend to respond with that. Scotty has his reply “Wow you heard about Mrs. Chancellor already?
    Kirkland: Who hasn’t? This is thee Katherine Chancellor.”
    Scotty: Yea yea ok. But about Rafe…I want Rafe too.” Scotty hits send. He now awaits his first chance to go speak to Philip.

    Victoria stops hugging Nikki and calls out to Reed. Nikki and Nick turn around to see JT standing there with Reed. They smile. Victoria embraces Reed in a hug while Nikki hugs JT.
    JT: I got on the first flight when I heard about Kay. Is she ok?
    Nikki: No. Kay didn’t make it. Nikki gets weak in the knees as Nick catches her.
    Nick: Mom you ok?
    Nikki thinks on her last encounter with Kay at her suite. She feels guilty as hell.
    “No Nicholas. I’ll never be ok again. Excuse me I need some time” She walks away.
    Nick: She’s taking this very hard.
    JT: I imagine she would
    Reed: Mommy what’s going on why is everyone so sad?

    Avery looks in a personal mirror to make sure she is ok before she walks into the Jail to meet with Victor who has summoned her. She enters the meeting area where Victor is already awaiting her.
    Victor: I want you to tell me what the hell is going on?
    Avery: About what?
    Victor: What the hell do you mean about what? Tucker McCall is dead and Katherine had a stroke.
    Avery: Oh wow I had no idea.
    Victor: What do you mean you had no idea? What the hell have you been doing?
    Avery has a flashback of snorting lines of cocaine with Cane.
    Avery: I got so much on my plate. So many cases.
    Victor: Well what the hell am I paying you for? You are supposed to be on top of things. You are really slipping Avery Clark. I’m not liking the direction your character is going in. I’m not sure what’s the matter with you but you damn well better figure it out. Now go get me some damn news now!

    Back at the hospital. Mac walks out of Kay’s room. Brock holds her.
    Brock: You ok honey?
    Mac: It’s so hard to believe. Katherine is actually gone.
    Brock: I know Mackenzie. It’s hard for me to. I have no words to express” He says as he holds in tears. JT walks over to them
    JT: Mac I’m very sorry for your loss. You to Brock.
    Mac: JT thank you and it’s good to see you.” They hug as Victoria watches her ex-husband embrace his first true love. She smiles at the sweet embrace. She sees Chance and decides to give her condolences. She walks Reed over to him.
    Victoria: Chance I’m so sorry for your loss.
    Chance: Thank you Victoria. My goodness you are so beautiful. You look so different from the last time I saw you.
    Victoria: Well thank you. I had to get plastic surgery on my face after that explosion at Glo Worm’s first gala last winter.
    Chance: Well you look stunning. Good to see such a pretty face amongst this old crowd.
    Victoria chuckles.
    Reed tugs on Victoria’s arm and ask her who Chance is.
    Chance bending down to be eye level with Reed
    Chance: Hey little guy. I’m Chance. It’s nice to meet you.
    Reed laughs.” You have a funny name Chance.”
    Victoria: That’s not very nice Reed. Anyway Chance if there is anything I or my family can do for you or your family please don’t hesitate to ask. It’s nice to see you but so unfortunate under these circumstances.
    Chance smiles at her and then turns to his dad.


    Paul approaches Murphy who is sitting with Esther holding her.
    Paul: Alright Patrick Murphy. I waited long enough. I need you to come with me down to the station. And this is not a gesture I’m ordering you too. I need to question you about Tucker’s death.
    Devon walks on the scene overhearing Paul.
    Devon: Why do you need to question Murphy about Tucker’s death?

    The exits continue to roll on The Young and the Restless.

    Over the last few weeks we saw the exits of Debbie Morgan’s Harmony whom left town after learning her daughter Anna only 16 is pregnant. Harmony left town to care for Anna and her new grandchild.

    Billy Miller and Elizabeth Hendrickson, “Billy” and “Chloe” respectively have effectively been written out of the series. Billy and Chloe left town with Delia so they can be a family in Sochi, Russia after Victoria came home from Japan and caught Billy and Chloe in bed together resulting.

    In a shocking twist, Tucker McCall also met his demise in episode 126. After months and months of planning to take his mother Katherine out via making her go insane and then gaining control of Chancellor Industries and Newman Enterprises as Kay had control of Newman, has back fired on him in the worst possible way, meeting his maker crashing into the ground from 24th story window at Newman Tower.
    Kay has also been written out which reflects her death in real life.

    “We continue to trim the cast down to tell broader stories” Headwriter ML Cooks statement to the press read.

    Over the last few months we saw the exits of Ashely, Harmony, Tucker, Billy and Chloe. Many are now wondering who will be next.

    Brock and Mac arrive at GC Memorial. They don’t even need to ask where Kay is because they already see Esther, Jack, Nikki and Murphy all huddled together. They promptly walk over to them.

    Keemo arrives at the hospital and sees Paul and Ronan standing away from the crowd. He walks over to them.
    Keemo: Hey fellas what is going on?
    Paul: That’s what we are trying to find out.
    Keemo: I’m here to represent Tucker and McCall industries. I’m hearing on CNBC that Tucker is dead? Tell me this is a joke.
    Ronan: Oh it’s no joke. Tucker is McCall is dead.
    Keemo: Holy hell how did this happen?
    Paul: That is what we are trying to find out.
    Keemo is then bombarded with the press and media being that is now the face of McCall. Keemo is overwhelmed and issues a no comment statement as he really has no idea what’s happened with Tucker other than he is dead.


    Outside the morgue.
    Abby can see Devon is a mess.
    Devon: Abby this is not a good time right now.
    Abby: I know that’s why I’m here. So it must be true about Tucker. He’s dead?
    Devon: Very much. Abby it’s horrible.” Devon gets emotional as a tear rolls down his face. Abby embraces him and he holds her back, needing to lean on someone he holds her very tight as he lets his pain out.
    Devon: Olivia doesn’t know if Kay is going to make it. How did this all happen?”
    Abby: Shh, it’s ok Devon. I’m here for you and I’m not going anywhere.
    He regains his composure and wipes his tears. He puts walls up. He looks at her with anger.
    Abby: What’s wrong?
    Devon: You’re not going anywhere huh? Is that why you brought my mother to town? To try and break up Roxanne and I?
    Abby: We are back on that again?



    Outside Kay’s room
    Brock: Ok where is my mother I want to see her now and I also want to know what happened.
    Jill looking at Nikki
    “You are too late. Kay is gone.” Olivia then walks through the crowd with tears in her eyes.


    Philip and Chance arrive as well just in time to hear official word from Olivia.
    Olivia looks at everyone looking at her. She has a hard time speaking not wanting to be the one to deliver such terrible news.
    “I’m sorry everyone. Kay did not make it. She’s gone. Katherine Chancellor is no longer with us.”

    Dru: And I didn’t ask you to kidnap me. This is a side effect. You shoulda thought twice before taking a sista. Shoulda just stuck to Lauren Fenmore.
    Sheila: It was you who was impersonating me stalking Phyllis. You almost killed here but instead Sophia died. You remember that?
    Dru: Ok so what that got to do with things right now?
    Sheila: You tried to impersonate me. You were going to kill Phyllis and set me up for it.
    Sharon: But you were dead. You had Phyllis’ face. But now you are you.
    Sheila: Everyone thought it was me with my face reconstructed as Phyllis but it was my sister. She changed her face to look like ugly Phyllis.
    Dru: This is so lame. What is wrong with your gene pool? You, your sister.
    Sharon: And Daisy. She’s crazy too.
    Sheila: Don’t you ever say my family is crazy. We are not crazy. We are misunderstood.
    Dru: Well I want to know why you always harassing females. You kidnap Lauren and harassed her for years, then came Phyllis.

    Dru: Sharon stop being a punk. Sheila had to shoot me to paralyze me kuz she knew kidnapping a sista wouldn’t be easy. Now Bitch I’m hungry feed us.

    At Cane’s apt. Cane is still enjoying his alone time from his twins whom are still at the sitters. He is on the floor in front of the coffee table watching breaking news details on Katherine and Tucker. He snorts a line of coke. He then text Avery. Suddenly he hears a banging on the door. He jumps up to see who it is and he sees an angry Neil. Cane rushes and cleans up his drug habit. He remembers Avery telling him she saw his paraphernalia and that’s show she figured out she was snorting cocaine in the first place. He doubles check his surroundings and verifies that all drug activities have been cleared up. He then opens the door and Neil barges in.
    Cane: You just can’t barge into my place like this.
    Neil: Where are my grandkids at I want to see them now. Every time I call to try and see them you forward me to voice mail. I come by get no answer half the time. Are you avoiding me?
    Cane: You did try to take my kids from me when Lily left for Japan. I had to go to court over the matter. So yea I’m keeping my children away from you.
    Neil: Those are my grandchildren! You can’t keep them from me!
    Cane: Malcolm is right. You always want to control things.
    Neil: Oh so you and my drunken brother are the best of friends now? Comparing notes on me?
    Cane: Yes sir and what you are doing to him is wrong.
    Neil: Mind your own damn business and tell me where the hell are Maddie and Charlie. I don’t even hear them playing or anything.
    Cane: They are not here.

    Sheila: I’ll feed my pretty Sharon but you Dru, no way not until you respect who I am.
    Dru: And who might that be? Better yet who you trying to be?
    “I’m Sheila Carter. Simple as that. That name is all I need to say.”
    Dru: And that name don’t mean a damn thang to me.
    Sheila: You are so quick to judge and degrade me let’s talk about you.
    Dru: Let’s do that.
    Sheila: Let me start by saying you’re a bad mother.
    Dru: Say what?
    Sheila: You came back to GC, after being presumed dead for a few years and what was the first thing you decided you wanted to do? Stalk Phyllis. Not reunite with your family especially with Lily who needed her mother the most as she was going through her facial reconstruction surgery in Japan. I make sure to provide for all my children.
    Dru is speechless for once. She has no quick come back.
    Sheila: What’s that I hear? Nothing that’s right. Yea, I shut you up. I hit a nerve. Got nothing to say on that huh. Bad mother that you are. I may be a lot of things but a bad mom is not one.

    The Hospital.
    Devon: Yes we are back to that. I’m tired of people lying to me and trying to control my life. I would have been engaged to Roxanne by now if wasn’t for you bringing my mother to town. Then Harmony lied to me for you. Why Abby? Why did you use my mother in this scheme? What were you going to gain?
    Abby: Roxanne isn’t right for you. I love you Devon. She’s just not right for you and I’m not going to apologize for stopping you from proposing to her.
    Devon: I’m tired of people playing God with my life. You had no right to do that. I love Roxanne. Nothing will change that.
    Abby: She will change that. You just watch. Don’t shut me out. I’m here for you right now where is Roxanne? Why are we even talking about this? Let’s get back upstairs and see what is going on with Katherine.
    Devon: I’m just trying to not think about the situation. I’m sorry.” She smiles at him then grabs his hand and escorts him back to waiting area.



    Lauren, Gloria, and Scotty arrive at the hospital. Keemo sees Gloria and walks over to her.
    Keemo: We really need to talk. How long are you going to avoid me?
    Gloria: Why talk to you Keemo? You don’t how to tell the truth.
    Keemo: I never lied to you. I just didn’t tell you my last name. If I did would it have made a difference?
    Gloria: Honestly yes. I was in love with your grandfather Keemo. Now I’m in love with you.
    Keemo: So you still love me?

    Scotty gets a good glimpse of Philip knowing who he is being a Chancellor heir. He’s also heard he’s gay.
    Scotty: New meat in town. He’s not half bad looking to be an older guy. I do like older men to have their way with me. I’ll have to get to know Philip a lot better.” He says as he watches Philips mannerisms.


    Nina walks over to Chance and holds her son.
    Nina: It’s good to see you but not under these circumstances.
    Chance: I know. I hopped on the next flight as soon as Jill called.
    Nina: It should have been me that called. Its ok I’m glad you are now.
    Chance: I can’t believe Kay is gone. It’s so unreal.
    Nina: It hasn’t sunk in for me yet neither.

    Meanwhile Esther is besides her self making a scene as she sink to the floor crying and hollering.
    “Not Mrs. C. NO!!” Murphy comforts her.

    Nikki is so stunned she is stuck and unable to move.
    “She’s really gone?”
    Jill: Yes you selfish bitch! You took your sweet ass time coming over here I hope it was worth it for you.
    Jack grabs ahold of Jill and walks her away from the crowd.
    Brock walks over to Nikki and ask her what Jill was talking about.


    Nick and Victoria arrive at the Hospital and walk over to their mother.
    Nikki tells them that Kay is gone. Victoria is stunned and gives her mom a hug. As she is looking out she sees something that catches her eye. She focuses in and realizes its JT and Reed. JT and Reed have flown into Genoa City.


    Mac walks into Katherine’s room. She looks at a lifeless Kay. She walks over to her and grabs her hand. It’s cold to the touch. Mac breaks down in tears.
    “Please God no! This is so unbelievable. Grandma you can’t be gone” Mac lays her head next to Kay’s and hold her. She shakes her a little as if to wake up Kay up.
    “Just wake up from this grandma please.” Kay looks as if she’s in peace as Mac realizes it’s no use. Kay is really gone…

    Jack appeals to Olivia
    “Are you sure there isn’t anything we can do for Katherine? I’ll fly in the best doctors in the world. Cost is not an issue here.
    Olivia: I’m sorry Jack. The best doctors in the world can’t save Kay from this. Only a miracle.
    Jill: My God this can’t be happening. How long do we have with her?
    Olivia: Not long I’m afraid. If you will excuse I have to see other patients.” Olivia walks away and sees Devon sitting by himself away from the crowd. She approaches him.
    Olivia: I’m very sorry Devon.
    Devon: Tucker and now Kay. I don’t know what to think. I don’t know how to feel about of all this. Katherine was the sweetest person I know. How did all of this happen?

    Jill to Jack
    “I got phone calls to make. I should call Philip.”
    Jack: So do I. I’ll stay here, Jill you go get yourself cleaned up and get Kay’s friends here. It’s time to say our good byes to Katherine.” Jill just sobs when she hears that last statement from Jack.
    Jill: This is not goodbye Jack. Kay will survive this” She says trying desperately to believe in some hope.
    Jack holds her as he fights back tears.

    Outside Genoa City, Verdon Lou. Sheila walks into her cabin and checks on her mystery patient. She checks the patients vitals, charts them then puts the chart down and walks into the front area of the cabin where she is holding Dru and Sharon hostage.
    Sheila: Hi bitches!
    Sharon: Sheila please. You can’t keep doing this. My daughter needs me. I’m sure Nick and the rest of the Newman’s are looking for me.
    Sheila looks at Dru.
    Sheila: Who’s looking for you Dru?
    Dru: Yo momma.
    Sheila: You are so comical Drucilla. I’m glad I took you captive. Things aren’t boring around here.
    Dru: Whatever.
    Sheila: You ready for your physical therapy?
    Dru: Oh now you want to help me walk again after you shot me? That’s a great idea. Help me walk again hoe so I can whoop yo ass. How does that sound?
    Sheila pulls out her gun and aims it at Dru.
    “Some times that mouth really gets on my nerves. It’s too much. And it’s making me mad and you are not going to like it when I’m mad.
    Dru: I don’t like you no kind of way. Not worried bout you Bitch. You got us tied up. You not gone like me when I get free. I’m telling you, you got the right one. I’m not no Lauren Fenmore, girl you made a mistake kidnapping a sista’.
    Sheila: I’m in control here and I got all the power. Why can’t you be a good obedient hostage like sweet pretty Sharon here” She says as she caresses Sharon’s face.
    Dru: Just let us go. You can’t keep us in here forever. How you gone support two people and a mystery patient. Who’s back there any way? Who you got as a patient slash hostage back there.
    Sheila smiles at them both
    “If you only knew.”


    Jill walks into the Athletic Club. She sees Nikki at a table with an orange juice about to sip until Jill interrupts her.
    Jill: Is that really just orange juice? Or did you add a little something extra to get through your day?
    Nikki: Go to hell Jill! I don’t drink anymore.
    Jill: Sounds like you need a drink…You haven’t heard about Kay?
    Nikki: I did. I assume she’s alright.
    Jill: Actually no. It’s very serious and Tucker McCall is dead. Kay may not survive this.
    Nikki: Yea right Jill. You are so over the top.
    Jill: At least you can quit being selfish for a moment in time to go see Kay. I’m trying to gather everyone up. Philip and Chance are flying in.
    Nikki: Enjoy your family reunion.
    Jill: What is the matter with you? When did you become so cold and unfeeling?
    Nikki: I’m busy Jill. Thanks for stopping by now have a good day.
    Jill is amazed. “I really can’t believe you. You and Kay were so close for years. Almost like mother and daughter. And this is how you feel now?
    Nikki: And that just eats away at you doesn’t it Jill. That Kay and I were so close and you two never were. Even when you thought you were her daughter. Still didn’t come close to Kay and I huh?
    Jill takes Nikki’s glass of orange juice and throws it in Nicki’s face and then walks away. Nikki is shocked and embarrassed as everyone looks at her. She begins to pat herself dry.


    Nina arrives at the hospital. She sees her son Ronan talking with Olivia. She walks over to him.
    Nina: Ronan what happened? I heard something about Katherine.
    Ronan: It’s not good at all. Tucker McCall is dead and Katherine had a massive stroke.
    Nina: Oh my gosh. This is terrible.” Nina gives Ronan a hug.
    Nina: I need to call Chance he needs to be here.
    “Don’t bother I already called him. He’s on his way back to Genoa City from Germany.” Jill says approaching on the scene
    Nina: Why didn’t you call me? Chance is my son you know.
    Jill: Really Nina? At a time like this?
    Nina: Really Jill. You always like to undermine me. What about Philip? Does he know?
    Jill: Yes Nina. Of course I told my son about Katherine.
    Nina: Is he flying into GC?
    Jill: Yes Nina why?
    Nina: Because I want to know if the father of my son is flying into town. Jesus Christ Jill.” Nina says to Jill before walking away.

    Murphy sits outside of Kay’s room. Paul walks over to him
    Paul: Ok Murphy. I think it’s time you and I had a talk. Now I hate to do this but we can talk here or at the station I’m leaving it up to you. Clearly something fowl happened. Tucker is dead and Kay had a stroke that she might not survive from. Now I want answers.
    Murphy: Slow down Paul. I’ll tell you everything you want to know.
    Paul: Good let’s start from the beginning.
    Murphy: It was all Tucker’s fault. He was out to get Kay and I found out about it. I told Kay and we came up with a plan to give him a taste of his own medicine and it went horribly wrong.
    Paul: Murphy this doesn’t look good for you my friend.


    Devon walks into the hospital morgue. He takes a deep breath and wishes he hadn’t after getting a good whiff of death. He sees a body bag on a table and wonders if it’s Tucker. He walks over to it and slowly unzips it. Devon is horrified at the site as it is Tucker but his head is busted open and guts, rather full on brains are hanging out from the crack of his head.
    Devon turns around and vomits. He then leaves the morgue only to run into Abby.


    A code blue is called for Kay’s room. Olivia and nurses rush into Kay’s room. Murphy, Jack, and Esther all gather round her room to see what is going on. Paul stands back from the scene giving Murphy his space. Ronan walks over to him
    Ronan: Did you get any answers from Murphy yet?
    Paul: Somewhat, This is not good Ronan. Not good for Murphy at all. He told me a few things but he is holding a lot back.
    Ronan: Only a matter of time before the truth comes out.


    In Bay City. Cory Publishing. Iris is in her executive office watching the film of Tucker in Victor’s office over and over again as it is on replay.
    Iris: This was not supposed to happen. Now Tucker is dead. What the hell happened? And I got all the footage on tape. I have to get those cameras out of that office before the investigation begins or I’ll be implicated in what happened and for sure I will lose Cory Publications. I cannot let that happen.” She makes a call.
    “I need you to get back to Genoa City and remove all the cameras you guys installed… I don’t care about the police just make it happen before the police begin their ponder her role in Tucker’s death.



    Back in Wisconsin from Illinois,
    Nikki walks into the waiting area of GC Memorial. She sees Jill, Murphy, and Esther all huddled together. She walks over to them.
    Nikki: Ok where is the old bat? I’m here to see Kay.” They all turn around, teary eyed.
    Jill: You’re too late. Kay is gone………

    Nikki’s Suite at the GCAC, Nikki gets a knock on her door and then opens it up and sees Katherine. Nikki pauses looking at her one time good friend.
    Katherine: This has gone on long enough young lady.
    Nikki: You have aligned with Victor. You have taken away my children’s birth right. I’m not supposed to be upset by that?
    Kay: It was a business deal between me and Victor. It was not intended to take away Nick and Victoria’s birth right. This would have never happened if Victor hadn’t gone to jail. If he ever gets out he gets Newman back therefore your children’s birth right.
    Nikki: It shouldn’t have happened. I’m a new woman Kay. That new woman is anti-Victor Newman. I’m no longer a push over or a punching bag for Victor. You saved his ass yet again by helping him in this sordid deal that you take control of his company in case he was disposed of. You should have suggested he leave it in the family. Now I really don’t have time for this. You wasted your time coming here.” Nikki then slams the door in Kay’s face. Kay is stunned. She looks around and then back and forth. She shakes her head and then leaves.

    Cane and Malcolm walk in.
    Cane: I’ve never been here before.
    Malcolm: A slick lil’ spot here in midtown I came across one night. Pool, drinks, jazz music. Just a chillaxed place to be.
    Cane: Anything beats being back in the outback.
    Malcolm: What’s that bro?” He says as they sit at the bar and order a pitcher of beer.
    Cane: Man, your place. It’s nasty as hell. I called a cleaning lady to come clean it up for you.
    Malcolm chuckles. “Thanks man. How are the twins doing?”
    Cane: Getting bigger every day. They are with the sitter.
    Malcolm: Have you heard from Lily?
    Cane: No. Not since she left for Japan.
    Malcolm: Same here man. I bet Neil is behind that. Neil wants to control everything.
    Cane: So what happened? How’d you end up getting arrested?
    Malcolm: Neil. He’s out to get me. Now he making moves on Leslie. First he kept my daughter from me for all these years. Then he stole Sophia from me, took Moses from me. Now Leslie. I can’t stand him. I can never be happy with him around.
    Cane: I’m not a fan of Neil myself. But he had no idea bout Lily.
    Malcolm: I don’t care about none of that man. As far as I’m concerned Neil is the blame for everything. I hate that man Cane. I swear to God I do. I could have killed him last night.” He says drinking his third beer. Cane is taken aback at Malcolm’s hatred towards Neil. Then Cane gets a text. He looks at his phone. It’s from Avery.
    “I’m hungry”
    Cane smiles. He text back. “I got what you need. Meet me at my place in an hour. Kids at the sitters for the night. I’ve missed you.”
    Malcolm starts on his fourth beer. He looks at Cane
    “I’m going to kill Neil.”



    Chancellor Estate. Kay arrives
    She walks over to the window and looks at her garden. A smile blooms on her face as hints of spring are apparent after a severely harsh winter. Murphy then walks in.
    Kay turns around to look at him.
    Murphy: It’s done my love. I put the new lock on Victors’ door last night after I left Tucker’s place to make sure he was there. Now it’s your turn my darling to do the next step in the plan.
    Kay: Are you and Victor sure about this?
    Murphy: Never been surer of anything in my life. I’ll meet you at our agreed upon hiding spot at Newman and wait for you there.”
    Kay: Ok” Then Kay pulls out her cell phone as Murphy leaves.
    Kay: Hello Tucker. I need to see you at Victor Newman‘s office.
    Tucker: Woah Woah wait…Is everything ok? You don’t sound yourself.
    Kay: No I’m not. I’ve come to a major decision, it involves my retirement and it will affect you.
    Tucker is absolutely floored over the news at Katherine’s retirement.
    Kay: So meet me at Newman Tower. Victor’s office.
    Tucker: Uh, why there? I’m not sure it’s such a good idea. Let’s meet at the Club.
    Kay: What’s wrong with Victor’s office Tucker?
    Tucker: Uh- Uh Nothing. I’ll meet you there soon.” Tucker smiles from ear to ear.
    He quickly calls Iris.
    “Hey darlin’ you’re not going to be able to grasp this one. My old mother is finally throwing in the towel. I may not need that toxic office or reality show about Katherine’s going mad after all. This was all too easy. Well maybe except for the fact I have to meet her at Victor’s office. “
    Iris: Won’t that be dangerous for you?
    Tucker: I guess a few minutes won’t be too bad in Victor’s toxic office. I can hurry Katherine up or move her to the hall way so I won’t breathe in those lethal fumes. I’m about to get my mother’s empire handed to me on a silver platter.”
    Iris: And I’ll have a front seat to this iconic meeting with the camera’s I had my team install. “
    Tucker: Got to go get my empire. Talk to you soon. “He hangs up his phone and grabs his coat and leaves.



    The Airport. Billy grabs the airplane tickets. As he walks over to Chloe with Delia. He sees a wailing Esther.
    Esther: I’m going to miss you guys so much. Make sure you call and write.
    Delia: Miss you too grandma.” Delia hugs her. Chloe also hugs her mother.
    Chloe: I love you mom. I’ll be back one day.
    Esther: You take care of my girls Billy.
    Billy: I will.
    “Flight 1107 Genoa City to Sochi boarding now. “
    Billy: That’s us.
    Esther: Russia? Are you crazy?
    Billy: In love with Chloe and my family.
    Billy hand in hand with Delia walk towards their gate leaving Genoa City. Esther waves good bye as she sobs.
    “I am losing my Kate and my granddaughter. This is the fault of the Newman’s. I won’t let them get away with this.”



    Newman Tower, 24 floor. Tucker enters Victor’s office but doesn’t see anyone.
    Tucker: Funny.” Then he hears the door slam behind him.
    Outside Murphy looks the door on Tucker with the new lock he had placed on it.
    Kay: Murphy I don’t like this one bit.
    Murphy: Watch how he comes out this office after I let him out. He did something in there to make you sick.
    Inside. Tucker begins to cough and choke. He walks over to the door and tries to open it. He realizes it’s locked. He begins to pound on it. Tucker eyes begin to water up. He begins to get confused and dazed. His eye sight is blurred. His choking and coughing intensifies. He has an intense headache come on. In a state of panic trying to find a way out he accidentally pulls the fire alarm. The water from the sprinkler system mixes with the toxic paint and creates a foggy mist in the office. The mist creeps out the office door and Kay sees it.
    “Alright I get the point I think we can let him out now. He’s had enough of his own medicine.” Murphy tries to unlock the door but it’s jammed.
    Inside Tucker is going crazy hollering
    “LET ME OUT OH HERE! KAY WHAT ARE YOU DOING? MOTHER WHY?”…. Tucker is trying to get air…. He is desperate and tries to ram his body weight into the door to try and open it. He cannot see and runs into the walls and office furniture. He injures his knees and stumbles. In another desperate attempt to obtain freedom he makes another charge blindly in any direction only this time he runs into the ceiling high windows and crashes out of it hollering all the way down to the ground until he stops as he crashes onto the hardened earth below.
    Kay: Oh My God in heaven! Did you hear that! Get this door open Murphy! This went terribly wrong! My son! Dear God in heaven my son!
    Murphy: I’m trying to! The damn thing is stuck!
    Kay hollers for help but as she does she has a very sharp pain hit her in her head. She then grabs her chest.
    Kay: What is happening? Murphy help me.” She says with slurred speech and loses control of her body as she begins to stumbles around.
    Murphy: Katherine!!!” Before he can grab her she collapses to the ground. She is gasping for air and drool runs out her mouth.
    Murphy: Katherine what is happening to you!?…. You’re having a stroke! NO…NO KATHERINE NO!!!”……….

    Tucker smacks the ground in front of Newman Tower by the entrance way falling from the 24 floor window. Pedestrians begin to scream in horror as a crowd begins to gather around. Blood is forming a puddle around Tuckers head. Paul and Ronan arrives on the scene. Ronan takes Tucker’s pulse as Paul looks up at the 24th floor shattered window. Paul looks at Ronan.
    Ronan: There is no pulse. Tucker is dead!

    Paul gets off the elevator on floor 24 and sees Murphy kneeling over Katherine as she lays on the floor.
    Paul: What the hell happened?
    Murphy: Kay clutched her chest then almost collapsed before I grabbed her. She doesn’t look well Paul. I think she’s having a stroke.” Paul calls for an EMT as he then kneels down and helps Murphy comfort Kay. Seeing Kay on the ground unresponsive is a lot on Paul as tears rolls down his face.
    Paul: You hang in there Katherine, help is on the way!



    Cane’s Apt. He opens his door after hearing a knock. He opens it and sees Avery wearing a trench coat. He pulls her inside and closes the door. He pushes her against the door and stare into her eyes. He kisses her passionately.


    Newman Tower. Paramedics arrive and put Katherine on a stretcher. Murphy get up with Paul’s help. Murphy pulls out his cell phone and calls Jack. He tells him about Katherine. Jack tells Murphy he will meet him at the hospital. Murphy hangs up his phone. He looks at Paul.
    Paul: Murphy what in the hell happened up here? I got a dead Tucker McCall down stairs.
    Murphy: I’m sorry Paul I got to see about Katherine.” Murphy leaves. Ronan then arrives.
    Ronan: You find out what happened?
    Paul: No but I’m sure as hell about to find out. Let’s go to the hospital.


    Cane’s Apt. Cane and Avery stop kissing. She takes her coat off to reveal her matching red bra and panty set.
    Cane: I like you in red.
    Avery: I thought you would. The twins aren’t here are they?
    Cane: No they are spending the night with the sitter. It’s just me and you baby.
    Avery: Good it’s been a crazy couple of weeks and I need relaxation. My body needs you Cane. I got the stuff you like.
    Avery: You do? I could use a line right now. To keep me going. I’ve been so busy.
    Cane pulls out a bag of white powdery stuff from a drawer in the kitchen. He lays it on the table. Avery smiles. She sits at the table and break the package open and makes a line.
    Cane: Easy on that. It’s the best Australia has to offer.
    Avery: I need this Cane.” She picks up the straw on the table and puts one end in her nostril and the other end on the white stuff and snorts. Avery coughs and chokes.
    Cane: I told you that was pure Cocaine. Be easy.
    Avery: I’m a trooper baby.
    Cane sit next to her and snorts a line of coke. They look at each other than kiss passionately.
    He pulls back.
    Avery: What’s the matter?
    Cane: It still blows me away we are doing this. I can’t believe you do cocaine.
    Avery: My college years. I do it once in a while. It keeps me going. I just like it and the best part is no one expects a woman like me to be doing something like this. We all got our hang ups. I’m just thankful I caught on to you doing it. When I saw the paraphernalia I knew what it meant.” He smiles at her then does another line. She follows up with a second dose as well. They both cough and gag.


    Genoa City Memorial. Kay is rushed into the ER as Jack meets up with Murphy.
    Jack: What the hell happened Murphy?
    Murphy: It all went wrong. Tucker is dead and I think Katherine had a stroke.
    Jack: You have got to be kidding? Tucker is dead? How did this happen?
    Murphy: The lock on Victor’s door was jammed. I couldn’t open it in time. Katherine collapsed after we both realized we couldn’t get the damn doors open. We heard glass shattering then Tucker screaming till it faded out of ear shot.
    Jack: My God! Tucker is dead! Tucker McCall is dead.
    Then Devon arrives.
    Devon: Where’s my dad and grandmother? I’m getting all these crazy text and breaking news alerts on my phone.
    Murphy and Jack both look at Devon with a look of extreme seriousness.
    Devon knows something is up
    “Tell me now what is going on?
    Jack: Devon, I’m so sorry”


    Cane’s Apt. Cane and Avery get it together. They look at each other.
    Avery: Now it’s time for that incredible sex you always serve up”. Avery straddles over him and they kiss passionately. He unsnaps her bra and cusps her breast. She moans. Cane then unbuttons his pants and Avery fixes her panties for her pleasure experience. She gets into position, straddling Cane and they have sex amidst a drugged state.

    Jill arrives at the hospital and approaches Jack, Murphy and Devon.
    Jill: What is going on? I got a breaking news alert saying Tucker is dead!?
    Devon: What?
    Jack: Yes. Tucker is dead.
    Jill: Oh my God how did that happen? Murphy what are you doing here?
    Murphy: It’s Katherine.
    Devon: Katherine! You two need two need to tell us what the hell is going on.
    Abby then arrives on the scene followed by Keemo.


    Cane’s Apt. Cane and Avery are both sweaty laying on the couch breathing heavily.
    Avery: That was awesome. I so needed that. Some relief in from my life.
    Cane: What is going on?
    Avery: I betrayed some people for money to support this drug habit we got. I’m kinda mad at myself I started back up again. But when I saw the evidence around here it just brought back memories and a craving for it came over me.
    Cane: You didn’t have to betray anyone. I got connections back at home.
    Avery: I was just being stupid. I was high. Didn’t know what I say saying. I just saw dollar signs. I’m falling apart.
    Cane: You know we can’t go on like this forever.
    Avery: I know what are we going to do when Lily gets home? Here we are having an affair while your twins are at the sitters for an overnighter and we sit here and get high on cocaine. Oh my goodness Cane this is not right. What are we doing? What am I doing? Having an affair with a married man and getting high with him.” Avery takes one more hit of the coke then puts her trench coat on then leaves.
    Cane is dumbfounded. He doesn’t understand how Avery just preached how what they were doing was wrong but takes a good bye hit before leaving. Cane chuckles.


    Back at the hospital the crowd at the hospital has grown larger to include, Esther. Olivia walks out of Kay’s room to face the crowd.
    Devon: Aunt Olivia what’s wrong with Katherine?
    Jill: Is she going to be ok?
    Olivia takes a deep breath then speaks
    “Mrs. Chancellor has suffered a massive stroke. Rather an occluded stroke
    Jill: A what now? What does that mean?
    Olivia: A blood clot is blocking blood flow to the brain.
    Murphy and Jill cries immediately upon hearing that Kay is had a massive stroke.
    Devon: Ok but she is going to be ok right? She’ll come out of this? At least tell us that. We can have the clot removed or dissolved?
    Olivia has a tear stream down her face and Devon is stunned. A choking feeling comes over him in his throat.
    Olivia: Mrs. Chancellor has a one percent chance of surviving this. This is extremely serious”
    Jill hollers out as Jack holds her. Devon is also touched and walks away from the crowd. He gets emotional.
    “Tucker is dead and now Mrs. C might not make it!”

    A new day begins in Genoa City, but sadly for some it will be their last….

    Genoa City Courthouse. Victoria is pacing the common area as Nick arrives and gives her a hug.
    Nick: How you holding up?
    Victoria: Well I could be going to jail today for killing Chloe and Billy’s baby.
    Nick: Have faith Vic. It’s going to be alright. Billy was cheating on you. It was a crime of passion.
    Victoria: You know I haven’t seen Sharon since I’ve been back. Where is she?
    Nick: That’s what I can’t figure out. She’s missing. That’s something I need to work on. I haven’t heard from her in weeks and that’s not like her. Especially with Faith needing her so much.
    Then Nikki arrives. She hugs both her children.
    Nick: Mom how are you?
    Nikki: I’m ok Nicholas. Just hoping for the best for Victoria today.
    Then Avery comes storming in. Her hair is a bit frazzled and clothes a bit wrinkly. The Newman’s notice how dishelved Avery looks and they are surprised.
    Avery: I have some incredible news!

    Neil’s House.
    Neil is sitting in bed with a neck brace on. He is reading the Genoa City Business Section out of the local newspaper. He reads a report on Chancellor and their fracking issue in Briar Texas. His phone rings. He reaches over for it but it becomes a struggle for him as he is in pain from the choking death grip from his brother last night. He finally reaches it
    Neil: Hello
    “Dad. It’s me Lily!”
    Neil: Baby girl. Good to hear your voice. How are you?
    Lily: I’m ok. How are the twins? I miss them so much.
    Neil: Cane is keeping them away from me. I have not seen them much sweetie I’m sorry.
    Lily: Bastard! Dad I swear to you when I get back to Genoa City, I’m going to get my kids from Cane and keep them from him.
    Neil: I thought you’d be home by now. Victoria came home.
    Lily: Their are some complications with my plastic surgery. They are treating an infection from the surgery.
    Neil: Honey why didn’t you let me know? I’m on the next flight to Japan.
    Lily: No dad really it’s ok. I’m making excellent progress and I should be home soon. I want you to try and see Maddie and Charlie. I need to know they are ok. I’m going crazy not being able to be with them.
    Neil: Ok baby girl. I’ll check up on them. You get home soon.
    Lily: I will and tell the family I send my love. Dad I got to go, its time for my treatment.
    Neil: Ok honey call me later.” They hang up. Neil has a smile on his face hearing from his daughter. He realizes she is right though he needs to make more of an effort to see what Cane is up to with Maddie and Charlie. He tries to get out of bed but it’s a little tough as his neck is killing him. He thinks about the rage and fire he saw in his brother’s eyes the night he almost choked him to death.

    At Malcolm’s
    Malcolm is taking a shower while Cane looks around in disgust. He sees empty pizza boxes, crushed beer cans, dishes, clothes all strewn through the apartment. He sees a bug crawling up the wall and wonders if it’s a roach. He pulls out his cell phone and browses the internet for some information. Then he dials a number.
    Cane: Genoa City Maid Services?
    Operator: Yes’em
    Cane: Good. I need a few maids over here at my friend’s apartment. 5512 Miller Street Apt 107.… You can bill it to me. Can you spray for bugs in here also? It’s like the Australian outback in here….And bring some fragrances too it smells like kangaroo dung in here. Good thank you.” He hangs up his phone as Malcolm walks out the bedroom.
    Malcolm: You ready to grab some drinks?
    Cane: Malcolm bro, this place is just nasty. Don’t you think we ought to clean up?
    Malcolm: I don’t care about this place. I don’t care about nothing. Let’s go. I need a beer. Malcolm grabs Cane and they head out the door.



    The Courthouse
    Nikki: My God Avery are you ok? You look horrible.
    Avery: Yea, no, never mind about that. I got news.
    Victoria: What is it?

    Chloe, Billy and Esther walk up to them.
    Avery: Not only did I get the charges reduced to assault, I got them dropped altogether. The new acting DA is a very nice person.
    Chloe: So that’s it? Now you all celebrate?
    The Newman’s and Avery look at Chloe as their moods changes from celebratory to a mix of anger, compassion and sadness.
    Chloe: I lost a baby. An unborn child. Doesn’t that account for anything?
    Avery: Chloe I’m so sorry.
    Chloe: Save it Avery! Damn all you Newman’s! You get away with everything.
    Victoria: It was you who brought this upon yourself. You slept with my husband! Don’t forget that! You put yourself in this situation. Now I’m truly sorry about your baby with my husband.
    Chloe: Is that supposed to make it better?
    Nikki: Chloe my daughter is right. You were in the wrong. You were having an affair with a married man.
    Esther: Shut the hell up Nikki! It was you and your Victoria here who had a few rounds with Brad Carlton. Don’t you dare turn your nose up at my daughter.

    Billy: Yea ok.” Billy hands Victoria her divorce papers.
    He grabs Chloe and escorts her out the courthouse.
    Esther: They may be leaving town but I will not let this go. Someone is going to pay for hurting my Kate.
    Nikki: Go clean a bathroom Esther my God you are so annoying. “ The Newman’s leave the courthouse.
    Esther watches them. “ This is not over Newman’s.” Esther pledges.



    Chancellor Estate.
    Harmony walks down stairs with her luggage. Kay gets up and walks over to her.
    Kay: What is the meaning of this?
    Harmony: I’m so sorry Mrs. Chancellor. My daughter needs me. My little girl is pregnant. I have to be there for her. I let this happen by being here in Genoa City and not being close to her.” Harmony is in tears. Kay holds her.
    Kay: I understand darling. I will miss you and you did a wonderful job here at Chancellor. I’m very proud of you turning your life around here. Your position at Chancellor is always open and if you need a good reference you can count on me.” They hug.
    Harmony: Thank you Mrs. Chancellor. Thank you for everything. You take care of our Devon.”
    Kay: I will.” Harmony waves good bye to Murphy, grabs her luggage and leaves the Chancellor Estate and Genoa City. Kay turns to look at Murphy. She walks towards him.
    “So it appears you were right. My son is out to get me. Take everything from me. He has not changed and has made me to believe he has. He is trying to play me for a fool.”
    Murphy: Yes my love. That’s what I’ve been trying to get you to see. Now you do. I went to Victor and he is aware of what is going on and he came up with a plan to stop Tucker dead in his tracks. I’m a Vietnam Veteran and this plan, this counter attack on the enemy is very damn good. This plan will really give Tucker a taste of his own medicine.
    Kay: For heaven’s sake Murph we are not fighting a war here.
    Murphy: I love you with all my heart and if someone is trying to hurt you , you better believe I’ll launch my own kind of war to save you Katherine.” He walks over to her and hugs her.
    Katherine: Alright alright alright! Tell me this plan to stop Tucker from taking me out. I’ll show him I’m no old fool. I am Katherine Chancellor and no one gets the best of me……

    Kay then looks at Jack
    “Alright Jackie Boy just what in the hell do you want to tell me?
    Jack: Murphy is right you know. Tucker is a snake. He came to me with a plan to boot you out of Chancellor and Newman.
    Kay chuckles,
    “How was he going to do that?”
    Jack: By making you think you were going crazy. He was going to wear you down with stress so your health will take a turn for the worse. He’s pulling the wool over your eyes Katherine.
    Murphy: And I been following him. He went into Victor’s office and barely made it out. He did something in there.
    Kay: What do you mean he barely made it out?
    Murphy: He came out coughing, sweating and acting all kinds of crazy.
    Kay doesn’t know what to say. She gets up and walks over by the window. Jack and Murphy look at each other.
    Jack: Are you ok Katherine?
    Kay: It’ stunning you know. To know that your own son is out to get you. I been on this earth a long time. How could I be so blindsided? I’ve seen it all. Been through it all yet I couldn’t see my own son coming for me.”
    Murphy: This is exactly what he wanted. But now you are wise and we can stop him. We can use my Vietnam War skills to defeat this menace. I will not let any hurt you Katherine.
    Jack: Neither will I.
    Kay: I got a plan.” She says as she smiles

    Devon: I’m sorry to interrupt. I was going to meet my mom here to find out what is going on.
    Kay: Young man you are never interrupting. You are my grandson. Remember that.
    Devon: I will. Is everything ok?
    Kay: That’s what we want to know. Go upstairs and find out what in the hell is the matter with your mother.” Devon chuckles and walk up the stairs.
    Jack: Listen I got some very important things to handle. Tucker has struck again, hiring Keemo to work for him.
    Kay: Don’t you worry Jackie boy. I’ll take care of Tucker.
    Jack gives her a hug and kiss.
    Jack: I know you will.” He then looks at Murphy. “ I’m counting on you to keep her safe.” Murphy smiles at him and pats him on the back as he leaves.
    Murphy then looks at Kay.

    The Jail. Cane arrives to bail out Malcolm.
    Malcolm: Thank you man. Its been some bull going down.
    Cane: I can see. Man what the hell is going on? Why were you arrested?
    Malcolm: Where are the twins?

    Malcolm: Good man, let’s go to my place so I can get cleaned up and then we can talk.
    Cane: Alright man what ever you want.

    Victoria opens her door to Billy. She is surprised to see him.
    Victoria: What are you doing here? I really don’t think this is a good idea.
    Billy: We really need to talk and this time with out any antics.
    Victoria: What is there to talk about? I don’t want to hear anything you have to say.
    Billy: I’m sorry Vickie. For hurting and betraying you.
    Vic: Is that supposed to make me feel better? Make it go all away?
    Billy: I will sign the divorce papers no problem.
    Vic: Good. Anything else?
    Billy: After your trial, Chloe and I are taking Delia and leaving town.
    Vic has tears in her eyes. She turns away from him. Billy is frustrated at how he just seems to keep hurting his wife.
    Vic: How convenient. I wish you all the best. And I’m truly sorry for the loss of your baby. And I’m also sorry I wasn’t good enough or worth it enough for you to remain faithful to our wedding vows. I’ve been through so much with you Billy. This hurts. But don’t worry I’ll be ok. “ Victoria takes her wedding ring off and throws at him.” She then grabs her purse and storms out the house. Billy grabs the ring and looks at it for a moment.     Devon walks in. Harmony is hysterical and runs over and hugs him.
    Devon: Mom what is wrong?
    Harmony: Anna is pregnant!
    Devon: WHAT! By who? I’ll kill him.
    Harmony: No Devon. I’m going back to get it together. I left her for to long and this is what happened. I need to go back. And be there for your sister.
    Devon: I can’t believe this. Not Anna. She’s only 16.
    Harmony just cries.
    “She not gone be like these other girls out here. She gone keep going to school and be all she can be. I‘m going to help her. “
    Devon: I really don’t know what to say.
    Harmony: I love you son. And I want you to know something else before I go. Remember when Roxanne kept accusing Abby of brining me here to Genoa City?

    Harmony: She was right. I’m sorry I lied son. I’m a terrible mother.

    Spencer: I want to know why? Why did you create my family only to destroy it?

    Victor: Sooner than everyone thinks I’ll be a free man on the streets of Genoa City. And I been keeping a list of who’s been naughty and who’s been nice. And trust me when I say I will destroy everyone who betrayed me. I am Victor Newman and I will remind this town of that.

    “Billy Abbott?” A man says.
    Billy: Who wants to know?
    Man: Consider yourself served.” The man hands Billy two sealed envelops. Billy closes the door and sits at the desk to open one up. The first one is a subpoena at Victoria’s hearing on assault. Billy is surprised the charges were reduced to just assault. Then he opens the second envelope. Its divorce papers from Victoria. He reads over them.
    Billy: A subpoena and divorce papers in one night. It’s definitely time to leave Genoa City.

    Episode 123: Hurricane Hillary part 2

    Devon and Roxanne are holding hands walking through the park.
    Roxanne: The air is still so brisk.
    Devon: It is. I keep thinking of that Hillary girl.
    Roxanne stops and turns to look at him. “ Not you too?”
    Devon: What do you mean not me too? This whole night has been strange starting with Hillary. I want to know what kind of noises she heard in your apartment that would lead to her almost calling the police.
    Roxanne laughs. “ Is that what she told you? Nosey ass Bitch. For the record I was playing one of my CD’s. It was an interlude, which turned out to be a skit between the artist and some random chic. I had it turned up to clean up my place. You know music is my therapy. Nosey ass Hillary must of heard that and got alarmed. The nosey Bitch is new to the building.”
    Devon: What do you mean by not me too?
    Roxanne: I was just thinking about my conversation with Hillary. I just didn’t like her when I first saw her. You know when you first meet some one you just know if you will like them or not. Well I’m not feeling her. And now I got a good reason not to like her. Eavesdropping causing this ruckus between me and you.” She hugs him and kisses him.
    Devon: I’ve missed you. It just seems we haven’t spent a lot of time with one another the last few months. How did we go from me asking you to marrying me, which you said no by the way, to this distance between us.
    Roxanne: Devon, you know I been going through a lot.
    Devon: Roxanne you say that every time. That excuse is tired. It’s always a "you" thing what happened to we? Us?
    Roxanne is caught off guard with Devon’s attitude. She can tell he is nearing his limits.
    Before any response is had, Devon’s cell phone rings. He listens to the ring tone and realizes its his mother.
    Devon: Mom everything ok?
    Harmony: No I need to see you right away! Something is wrong with Anna. Meet me at the Chancellor house.
    Devon: I’m on my way.” He hangs up.
    Roxanne: Is everything ok?

    Jack looks at Murphy.
    “So what brings you by?”
    Murphy: It’s about Katherine and Tucker.
    Jack: Tucker is scum.
    Murphy: So you are no fan of his either?
    Jack: Hell no! As a matter of fact I’m glad you stopped by Murphy. There is a lot I need to tell you about Tucker and Katherine. I think you both should hear it. Where is Kay now is she at home? It is the close of business” He says looking at his watch to see what time it is.
    Murphy: At this hour I’m sure she is.
    Jack: Good. You both need to hear what Tucker has been up to. He’s got an evil plan against Katherine and we must stop him.
    Murphy: I knew he did. Now I got proof for my Kay. Let’s go Jack.” They both leave and head to the Chancellor Estate.

    Keemo knocks on Tucker’s door. Tucker invites him in and then offers him a drink.
    Keemo: After the day I had I most certainly won’t say no.
    Tucker: Tough day huh?
    Keemo: Yes. I had it out with Jack. He does not approve of my relationships or my working for you.
    Tucker: He didn’t?
    Keemo: You look surprised. Let me ask you something, what is the real reason you hired me? To stick it to my dad or what? You knew he would be upset when he found out I would be working work for you.
    Tucker: Yes I hired you to stick it to your old man. But I genuinely have a need for some one of your talents. In a few days Keemo, I’m going to own a major company. I’m going to over see that while you handle the reigns at McCall Unlimited.
    Keemo: Really? Just like that?
    Tucker: Yes. I did my home work. You put Jabot Asia on the map. It’s a shame Jack removed you from there.
    Keemo: Well Ashley is there now..
    Tucker: I know. I want you to expand McCall globally. Especially in Asia. Asia is very promising and its where all the money is at.
    Keemo: Let’s not forget South American markets as well. Brazil, is an emerging market.
    Tucker: That’s exactly why you are the man for this job. We see eye to eye.” Tucker pulls out some contracts from his desk drawer.
    “Why don’t you look these over and then sign. I had Avery draw them up. I used a trusted name to prove to you there is no funny business in these contracts.
    Keemo: I appreciate that.” Keemo grabs the contracts and reads them as Tucker pours himself another drink. Keemo signs on the dotted line.

    Tucker extends his hand out to shake saying

    Chancellor Estate. Murphy with Jack walks into the living room. Esther comes out the corridor.
    Esther: Can I get you some tea or coffee Jack?
    Murphy: No Esther if you could just tell us where Katherine is?
    “I’m right here?” She says entering the room.
    “What is the meaning of this?” She says walking over and giving Jack a hug.
    Kay: Jackie boy how are you?
    Jack: Hanging in there. Trying to be there for Billy as he goes through this tawdry scandal with Chloe.
    Kay: Yes I know. I told both those kids to stay the hell away from each other but do they listen?
    Murphy: Now now Katherine don’t get over worked. We got some news well rather Jack got some news to inform you about.
    Kay: Dear God in heaven I cant take any more bad news. I need to sit down.” She sits on the sofa and Murphy sits next to her and holds her.
    Kay: Well go on Jack.
    Jack: I hate to do this Kay but its something you really need to know about your son Tucker McCall.” Kay rolls her eyes as she looks at Murphy then back at Jack.


    　
    Devon is walking Roxanne back inside her building. He talks to her as they walk to her door.
    “ We are not done with this conversation. I’m going to see what is wrong with my mom then I’m going to call you. “ He kisses her good night and then the door across the hall opens up and they see Nate in the door way holding Hillary as he kisses her good night. Devon and Roxanne are stunned. Nate turns around and stops dead in his tracks as he looks at Roxanne as her eyes begin to water up. He fixes his zipper then says
    “Uh, good night everyone.” Roxanne watches Nate walk away feeling crushed. She then looks at Hillary who is smiling at her. Roxanne gives her the evil eye. As Hillary fixes her dishelved hair, she says “ What an incredible night. Oh Roxanne is something wrong? You look like you are about to cry?”
    Roxanne forcing a fake smile for Devon at the same time trying to cover up her heartbreak.
    “I think it’s that cheap perfume you are wearing. It bothers my allergies.”
    Hillary: Oh that’s too bad, Nathan didn’t mind at all” She says with a smile and then walks inside and closes the door.
    Devon looks at Roxanne

    Nate: What is it?
    Roxanne steps away from the door and walks over towards Nate so she can whisper to him.
    “Its Devon and he’s talking to Hillary!
    Nate: I’m telling you I know Hillary. I just can’t figure it out…. What could Devon and Hillary be talking about?
    Roxanne: Why she was eavesdropping with a glass on my door?
    Nate: You think she heard us?
    Roxanne: I mean we were not shouting or speaking loudly. That Bitch! I can’t believe this Hillary person. This can’t be happening.
    Nate turns her around, grabs her then kisses her passionately once again. She pulls back and then slaps him.
    “Are you crazy! My man is right outside.”
    Nate: Then what am I doing here?

    Katherine sitting at her desk looks up at Jill and Harmony.
    “Any one have any suggestions? This fracking business is all new to me. Earthquakes and contaminated water. I don’t want this company associated with any thing like that.
    Jill: I agree. But so much money is at stake. So much it could really damage CI short and long term.
    Harmony: I say we go to Briar Texas and face the people head on. Participate in the testing to see what is really going on on the ground. Then maybe we can renegotiate with our contractors. Surely if this fracking is causing these problems then they should understand that these studies needs to be done.
    Jill and Kay both look at Harmony in amazement.
    Kay: I’m impressed.
    Then Harmony’s cell phone rings. Harmony looks down at the caller id, then apologizes to Kay and Jill and tells her this is very important.
    Harmony answers her phone.
    “Anna, baby girl what’s the matter?
    Jill and Kay continue talking about Harmony’s idea.
    Jill: I do think it’s a good idea. We need to get out ahead of this.”
    Kay: Who do we send? I’m sure as hell not going, I got Newman and CI to worry about.
    Jill: Harmony and I can go. We can also take some folks from R and D and public relations.” Their conversation is interrupted when suddenly Harmony fates. Jill and Kay are shocked.

    Hillary: This is your girlfriend’s place?
    Devon: Yea, why do you act surprised?
    Hillary: No reason. Like I said I’m new in town so I’m just getting to know people. I met Roxanne earlier but I never got her name. She was rather rude if I may be honest.
    Devon: She’s going through a lot.
    Hillary: So I see.
    Devon: I’m sorry what? What is that supposed to mean? And you still haven’t told me why you were eavesdropping on Roxanne’s door?
    Hillary: I heard strange noises and I wanted to hear what was going before I called call the police. I didn’t know if the noises was usual or unusual. I figured I could make things out better by listening in closer. You know hold a class cup to the wall or door.
    Then Roxanne opens the door.
    “ I thought I heard something going on.”
    Hillary:Be careful Roxanne, I broke glass there right in front of your door. Let me get a broom so I can sweep it up. I don’t want you to get hurt.” She looks at Roxanne when she says that. Roxanne picks up on the mild gesture. Hillary tries to look past Roxanne to see if she can see Nate inside. Roxanne notices and moves to block her view.
    Roxanne: Hillary something wrong?
    Hillary smiles at her
    “ Nothing at all” She says walking away.
    Roxanne: This is all to much for me, can we go for a walk baby?
    Devon: Sounds perfect. I need to talk to you anyway.
    Roxanne: Good let me grab my coat and purse.” She does and Roxanne closes her apartment door behind her. Then Hillary comes back with a broom and dust pan.
    Roxanne gives her a coy smile.
    “I hope you get all the glass up Hillary, there are kids that live in the building.”
    Hillary:Yea sure Roxanne. You bet.” Devon and Rox leave.

    Hillary: Ok Roxie. I know Nate went in and he never came back out. Now your taking your so called boyfriend out. I know Nate is still in there.” Then Roxanne’s door opens up. Hillary looks up and sees Nate. Hillary smiles at him. Nate is caught off guard as he did not see any one in the peep hole before he opened the door. As he looks at her he can’t help to think he knows Hillary somehow.



    Abbott Manor. Jack and Keemo continues their confrontation.
    Jack: I want you to tell me what is it with you and older women? First Jill and now Glo Ho.
    Keemo: Don’t you ever speak about Gloria like that again! How dare you question me and who I share my life with! I’m done with this! I’m way to old for you to be trying to control me. I’m my own man. I make my own decisions and that will include me marrying Gloria because I love her and working for Tucker McCall because he believes in me. You don’t know me very well dad. Now all of a sudden you want to control my life. How about get a life of your own. Win one with Victor Newman for once.
    Jack: That was a low blow son.” Jack says with his voice crackling.
    Keemo: But it’s ok to pass judgment on me and my choices. You will not stop me from marrying Gloria. Simple as that. “ Then Keemo walks out, storming past Murphy who has showed up to see Jack. Murphy walks in closing the door behind him and walks over to Jack who is visibly upset.
    Murphy: Everything ok Jack?
    Jack: Just one disaster after another Murph.

    Keemo gets in his car and speeds out the drive way. He tries to call Gloria but it goes straight to voice mail. He throws his phone down on the passenger seat. Then he gets a call and Keemo hopes its Gloria. It’s Tucker instead.
    Keemo: What can I do for you Tucker?…….Ok I’ll be there shortly……

    Jill is fanning Harmony who is laying on the floor. Harmony slowly comes to.
    “Wh-.. What happened?
    Kay: That’s what we want to know. You were on the phone with an important call then you seem to have fainted.
    Harmony then sits up
    “Oh my God! I have to go! I have to go!” She gets up.
    Jill: I don’t think you are in shape to go anywhere.
    Harmony: NO! Its my daughter. My Anna dear God NO!
    Kay: What is the matter Harmony?
    Harmony: I’m so sorry Mrs. C. I have to leave. My daughter needs me. I have to go see Devon.” Then Harmony leaves in a haste. Jill and Kay look at each other and wonders what is wrong with Harmony’s daughter Anna.
    Jill: I don’t think she will be going to Briar.
    Kay: And it was her idea.


    Roxanne’s Apt. (Doorway\Hallway) Hillary stands up.
    Hillary: Roxanne just left with her boyfriend.
    Nate: Oh ok. Thank you.
    He tries to leave but she stops him with another comment.
    Hillary: I thought you were Roxanne’s boyfriend. Especially the way you two were acting.
    Nate: Your funny…. Ha Ha no. As you can see she is with Devon.
    Hillary: Then why are you leaving her apartment just now? Why didn’t you just leave when Devon was here? Seems suspicious to me.
    Nate: Does it?
    Hillary: It does.
    Nate: I think you need to mind your own business.
    Hillary: I think you should consider your own advice.
    Nate: I beg your pardon.
    Hillary: Switching paternity test results. Yes I heard that part. I know everything. I can’t believe what I heard Nathan Hastings Jr.
    Nate is flabbergasted.
    Nate: And you know my whole name. So we do know each other. So now what? Who are you?
    Hillary: It’s sad really. You don’t even remember who I am do you? Maybe to much Roxanne on your mind
    Nate stares at her. “ Johnson C Smith?….. Hillary….You were studying law. Left me to go care for your sick mother.

    Nate: It’s been a few years and you look so different now. More beautiful than ever.
    Hillary: I’ve missed you.

    She walks up to him and kisses him passionately. As she kisses a flood gate of memorie open for Nate. He grabs her tiny waist and pushes her against the wall. Smelling her sweet perfume and tasting her soft sweet lips arouses him as he remebers previous hot passionate times With Hillary. He grabs her hair and pulls her head back exposing her neck. He kisses her there as he rembelrs how much it turned her on when he was aggrssive with her in the past. Hillary moans out.

    Billy: Chloe I been doing a lot of thinking the last few days. I was thinking we take our daughter and just leave Genoa City. Life for us here will never be the same. I don’t want shame for us or especially our daughter.
    Chloe: I do understand. I can’t bear the fact to see Victoria again.
    Billy: I hurt her bad. I really messed up this time.
    Chloe: Did you?
    Billy: With you no. Chloe I love you and I want us to make this work. I want us to be a family.
    Chloe: So this is it, you are leaving Victoria for me?
    Billy takes a deep breath.
    “Yes.”


    Episode 121: Jack Confronts Keemo!

    Chancellor Industries. Kay barges into her office and sees Jill and Harmony fielding phone calls. They wrap them up and look at Kay.
    Kay: Alright does some one want to tell me what in the hell is going on here?
    Harmony: Mrs. Chancellor, we have a major problem with our hydraulic fracking site down in Briar, Texas.
    Jill: The mayor has order an injunction and has shut down the operation until a study is done by some made up random government agency. The locals are claiming the fracking we are doing in Briar is the cause of the surges of many earthquakes there and also for contaminatinating the water supply. This shut down of operations will cost Chancellor millions by the day as they sit idle down there.
    Kay: Dear God in heaven.” She says as she takes a seat.
    Kay: Well what in the hell do you propose we do about this? This company doesn’t have many assets as it is. We don’t have millions to waste away while the workers and more importantly contracts go idle. This new fracking shacking business, or what ever the hell you call it, was supposed to build liquidity and strengthen the position of CI. We have a lot of investors tied up into to this who may pull their money.
    Harmony: That’s not all. Protesters in Briar Texas have gained the attention of the national media and its come out on CNN out that we own the Fracking site and are leasing it for development and production.
    Kay: It’s a good thing CNN is experiencing its lowest Nielsen ratings in 20 years. I guess this mean our stock value is starting to drop.
    Jill: I just checked the numbers and CI is trading at a four week low.
    Kay puts her head in her hands and wonders what else can go wrong.


    Roxanne’s Apartment.
    Roxanne finishes spraying febreeze around her apartment and makes sure it’s clean for her company Nate. She then hears a loud bang outside her door. Curious, she opens her apartment door and sees a beautiful young lady across the hall. The lady looks at Roxanne.
    “Oh. I’m sorry did I disturb you? I’m Hillary.” Hillary extends her hand to shake Roxanne does not and begins to blow on her fingernails as if to give the impression her nails are freshly painted.
    Hillary: Well Sorry if I bothered you. I’m just moving in. Do you live right there?” She says pointing to Roxanne’s apartment. Roxanne smiles and nods her head.
    Hillary: Well then great. (Now noticing how rude Roxanne is) I guess we will be neighbors.
    Roxanne gives her a thumbs up.
    Hillary: Ok my movers will be done soon so we won’t bother you any longer.
    Roxanne gives her a smile then enters her apartment and closes the door. Roxanne studies Hillary through her peep hole. Then Nate obscures her view. She opens and sees Hillary and Nate getting a glimpse of each other. Hillary smiles at him. Nate smiles back. Roxanne pokes Nate. Nate looks at Roxanne and smiles and enters her apartment. Hillary and Roxanne look at each other once more until the door separates their stare at one another.
    Nate: Who was that?
    Roxanne: Why you like her?
    Nate: Jealous? ....She looks very familiar.


    Abbott Manor.
    Jack opens the door to his son Keemo. Keemo enters.
    Keemo: I hope you didn’t ask me over to argue with me. I’m not here to do that.
    Jack: I just want to know why? What have I done to you for you to betray me and our family like this?
    Keemo: Betrayal? Is that what your labeling it? Where do I start dad?
    Jack: The beginning would be nice.
    Keemo: Well you place blame on me for Jabot Asia faltering when in reality it was the Glo by Jabot scandal some several years ago.
    Jack: I never blamed you.
    Keemo: But you removed me from my position and brought me here. There is a phrase here in America. I think it goes something like actions speak louder than words.
    Jack: You’re my son. The only relationship I had with you was business. Excuse me from wanting to be more to you than your boss.
    Keemo: Then it was Jill. When I took my eye to her you objected vehemently. So I said ok dad, out of respect for you I’ll let her go.
    Jack: Even worse your engaged to Gloria Bardwell The casue of the Glo by Jabot disaster!
    Keemo: And now you want me to leave her too. It just really feels none of my choices are good enough for you. Put yourself in my shoes. You seem to forget I’m an adult. I can date whom I chose.
    Jack: Keemo I will never ever allow you and Gloria to be together. There is no space on that. She ruined my father. Your grandfather and as you say she is the reason Jabot Asia almost collapsed. Why would you want to be with a woman like that? A woman twice your age. Jill was too. What is it with you and older women anyway?


    The Chancellor Estate.
    Chloe gets up and hugs Billy. She tells him she love him too and that she didn’t think she would ever see this day.
    Billy: It means the world to me we are going to be a family. You, me and Delia in a new city with a new start. No more judgmental baggage. We found our way back to each other.
    Chloe: But in that we lost something Billy. Our child.” She says as her eyes begin to water up.
    Chloe: I think we need to have a service for our baby. It was a boy. Did you know that? We were going to have a baby boy.” She says as she gathers some white candles and begins to light them.
    Billy: Wow. No I didn’t. A son. Wow. Chloe I’m so sorry for all of this. I should never have put you in this position.
    Chloe: Billy I love you. We are together now. Nothing else matters.” They sit in silence and look into the candle light mourning the loss of their baby together. They hold each other.


    　
    　
    Roxanne’s Apt.
    Roxanne: Jealous? Boy bye.
    Nate: So I’m here, again.
    Roxanne: I’ve missed you. I really wanted to see you.
    Nate: Why Roxanne?
    Roxanne: What’s up with you this evening?
    Nate: Just been doing a lot of thinking. My life and the direction I’m going in.
    I don’t like what I see Roxanne. This is not who I am.
    Roxanne: What do you mean?
    Nate: This secret... Moses true paternity. I went against medical ethics and changed those results from Malcolm to Nate due to my selfish ill feelings of Malcolm. I just don’t like him, he’s a loser and doesn’t deserve to be a father. But who am I to make that call on behalf of Moses? This eats at me every day Rox. I’m depressed. My mom is going to be so disappointed in me let alone Uncle Neil. Then its you.” He looks at her.
    Roxanne: Me?
    Nate: I’m in love with you Roxanne. But you belong to Devon. I ask my self what am I doing here? What am I doing at all?
    Roxanne: Nate I’m sorry I’m putting you through this. This is hard for me to. Learning I got a new family. Dealing with the public humiliation. I just needed you tonight. Being around you makes me feel good. Its an escape.” Nate looks at her. She looks at him and they move closer toward each other. She begins to massage his big broad shoulders.
    Roxanne: You are a whole lotta man you know that?
    Nate smiles at her. “ You like that?” He pulls her even closer to him and kisses her softly on her lips. They pull back but still look into each others eyes. She leans in and kisses him again, this time more passionately.

    Meanwhile outside Roxanne’s apt door is Hillary with her ear pressed to a glass that is agaqinst the door so she can eavesdrop on everything taking place inside. Hillary then feels a tap on her shoulder. She is startled then drops the glass and it shatters. Hillary sees Devon.

    Athletic Club. Ronan arrives as Malcolm is towering over Neil choking him. Neil is gasping for air as he tries to free his brother’s death grip. Devon, Ronan and other patrons rush over and pull Malcolm off Neil.
    Malcolm is still hollering at Neil
    “ I HATE YOU NEIL! I’m going to kill you!”
    Ronan tells Malcolm he is under arrest. He slaps some cuffs on him. Malcolm is kind of of resistant. Ronan escorts Malcolm to his squad car. Neil regains his composure as Devon asks him if he is ok.
    Leslie just looks at Neil then at Malcolm being escorted out in shock. She leaves.



    Episode 120: Murphy Enlists Victor’s Help

    Chancellor Estate. Kay and Esther look at Billy standing in the foyer.
    Billy: I have an idea that might make all this go away.
    Kay: The last idea you had didn’t work out so well did it? Cheating on your wife Billy? What in the hell is the matter with you? Do you now how this affair revertbraes through your family? Jabot is having a crisis right now thanks to this scandalous behavior. What would your dad think of this? John Abbott was one of the best gentlemen I knew and you know damn well he is probably rolling around in his grave. Shame on you Billy Abbott. Shame on you.
    Billy: Thanks for letting me know how you feel Mrs. C.
    Kay: Don’t be coy with me young man.” Kay feels weak and sits down.
    Billy: Are you ok?
    Kay: No I’m not! You see what your actions have done to me? I got good friends going at it because you couldn’t keep it zipped up while your wife was out of town getting surgery on her face.
    Esther than brings her the phone.
    “Sorry Mrs. C. I wasn’t going to bother you but it’s Harmony and she says there is trouble at Chancellor.
    Kay: Alright then Esther hand me the phone.”
    “Ok hold everything. I’ll be right over.” Kay hands the phone back to Esther as Kay fetches her coat and handbag and tells Esther to have the driver pull around. She gives one final look to Billy and shakes her head.
    Billy: Sorry Mrs. C
    Kay: You sure as hell better be young man!” She says before leaving.
    Chloe walks down the stairs. Billy and Chloe look at each other in silence. This is the first time they’ve seen each other since she left the hospital.
    Billy: How are you?
    Chloe: Trying to keep it together, especially for Delia. I heard Katherine giving you the riot act.
    Billy: Yes she laid it on thick.” He walks over and pulls her into a hug as she just releases built up tension and sorrow of the last few days in his arms.
    Billy: It’s going to be ok. I promise you.
    Then Delia come running downstairs and shouts “Mommy, Daddy” as she is excited to see her mother and father looking like they are together once again. She runs down the rest of the steps and joins in on the family hug.


    The Jail. Victor is escorted to a visiting room wondering who wants to see him. He is surprised to see Murphy waiting for him.
    Victor: Murphy my boy. Surprised to see you here considering the disdain you expressed towards me the last time we saw one another.
    Murphy: Mr. Newman when it comes to the people I love I will move heaven and earth.
    Victor: I don’t understand is something wrong?
    Murphy: I’m afraid it is. Tucker is up to something heinous and it involves Katherine. I keep telling Katherine to watch out for Tucker but she insists Tucker is a changed man.
    Victor: What makes you think Tucker is going to do something to Katherine?
    Murphy: I been watching him. I’m a good judge of character. I served in the Vietnam War. He’s been very evasive and elusive when it comes to Katherine the last few months. I overheard him talk about he had some sort of plan to take over Chancellor Industries and it involves getting rid of Katherine. I also followed him over to your old office.
    Victor ( wrinkles grow in his face as he frowns up) My office?
    Murphy: Yes. He went inside and nearly didn’t come back out.
    Victor: What the hell does that mean?
    Murphy: He looked like he was having convulsions. He was coughing and couldn’t catch his breath.
    Victor: Humph,.. You don’t say?
    Murphy: I’m coming to you Mr. Newman because we both care about Katherine. And we both want to protect her. She’s not making wise decisions with so much on her plate with Newman and Chancellor and now this affair with your family and the Abbott’s is really taking a toll on her.
    Victor leans forward and looks directly into Murphy’s eyes
    “I want you to listen carefully Murphy. This is what we are going to do……


    　
    Back at the Chancellor Estate.
    Billy, Chloe and Delia are sitting in the living room
    Delia: Everyone seems so sad. Mommy what’s wrong?
    Chloe looks at her daughter trying to conceal tears as she thinks of her dead child and the affair with Billy.
    Billy: Nothing little princes. Just a little thing we as adults are trying to handle. But I tell you what, soon we all will be together all the time.
    Delia: YEA!?
    Chloe looks at Billy in bewilderment.
    Billy: How would you like it if me, you and your mom move away to live together as a family?
    Delia: I love it daddy!” She jumps up and hugs Billy.
    Chloe: Mind telling me what you are talking about?



    Tucker barges into Jack’s office. Jack slams down his phone and stands up from his desk, face turning red with protest and anger.
    Jack: Who the hell do you think you are barging in my office like this?
    Tucker: I know who I am Jackie. The real question should be who are you? Do you even know?
    Jack: Get out TAKER! I got a company to run.
    Tucker: Not you too Jackie? Leave the petty name calling to Abby, a woman Jack. Come be a man for once.
    Jack is extremely offended and gets in Tuckers face to let him know he’s a man not afraid of him
    Tucker: That’s more like Jackie.” Tucker fixes Jack’s tie. Jack pushes his hands off of him
    Jack: What the hell do you want?
    Tucker: I thought I’d give you a scoop before you read it in the business journal in the morn.
    Jack: Anything you tell me I could careless. You’re a non factor Taker McCall.
    Tucker: Jack how is Jabot doing with this recent scandal involving your brother and the Newman’s? I’m hearing rumors that its hitting your bottom line pretty hard. The Board isn’t happy. Sounds ripe for a take over of Jabot if you ask me.
    Jack: I’m not asking you and you will never get your dirty hands on my father’s company. Never!
    Tucker: Never say never Jackie. I’m about to get everything I wanted and soon their won’t be any competition here in Genoa City because McCall Unlimited is going to swallow everything up including Jabot.
    Jack picks up the phone to call security.
    Tucker: No need to. A man takes care of his own battles, not call security. No need to call them though. I’ll be going. I got to get an early start tomorrow being that I just hired your son Keemo.” He touts to him with a devilish grin. Jack is extremely angry and blindsided.
    Jack: GET THE HELL OUT TUCKER!” Tucker leaves. Jack sits in his office chair confused and hurt that his son has betrayed him with the enemy.


    　
    Roxanne’s Apt.
    Roxanne is watching a local news report on Genoa City’s District Attorney resignation yesterday. Clips from the party are played as the camera zooms in on Roxanne. She turns the TV off in disgust. She picks up the phone.
    “Hey you…..I’m hanging in there, just sick of the news coverage about my life…..I miss you know that?… No I really do…..I really want to see you…..It feels like I haven’t seen you in awhile and I know only you can take my mind off things….. I need you Nate…Tonight…………

    Leslie and Neil are having dinner and talking.
    Neil: How has it been with Roxanne?
    Leslie: Its been tough. As I get to know her the more I find she is like me. Tough and strong minded. I’m glad to see that.
    Neil: Good. It was really messed up how all of it came out. With Avery playing that video for Victor.
    Leslie: Tell me about it. I’m not sure why Avery would do this to me. But I am going to find out. So tell me how are things with you and Harmony?
    Neil: So so. We see each other once in awhile. I don’t think Harmony is looking for anything serious right now. With her new job at Chancellor.
    Leslie: I see. I’d make time for you.
    Neil looks at her caught off guard.
    “Is that so?”
    Leslie: We went on a few dates remember?
    Neil: I do until my brother came back to town.
    Les gets noticeably tense. Neil picks up on it.
    Neil: So tell me, how are you and Malcolm?
    Leslie: I just don’t think there is going to be a “me and Malcolm” any more. He’s losing himself. Drinking and out of control. And very insecure. I got so much going on in my life right now I’d expect him to be adult enough to understand and not think about his insecurities all the damn time.” As she takes a drink she looks over at the bar and sees Malcolm and Devon drinking.
    “ Speak of the devil”
    Neil: What do you mean?
    Leslie: Your brother is here now and he’s drinking. I’m not sure how he is going to react to us having dinner like this.


    　

    Episode 119: Malcolm Wants Revenge!

    Tucker gets a knock on his door, He opens it to see Keemo. Tucker tells him he appreciates him coming over on such a short notice and invites him in.
    Keemo: What is this all about? On the phone you said you had a great offer for me.
    Tucker: I do” He says motioning Keemo to sit down and then he proceeds to make them a drink. He speaks again
    “McCall Unlimited is about to acquire some huge assets in the near future. My time will be split running two other companies. Now I read your resume and did some background checks and I understand you served for Jabot Asia for the last five years but there seems to be some type of mismanagement over there?
    Keemo: You are thorough. It wasn’t mismanaged, that Glo by Jabot scandal hit the Asia markets hard. Asian companies and even a few governments banned our products. That’s all politics. I had nothing to do with it. But I can tell you I’ve worked tirelessly the last few years getting Jabot products back in Asian stores and sales were beginning slowly but rise in my last year there. Americans are not well received in places like China. So while dad may think I screwed things up, he had no idea what I had to do.
    Tucker: I like that. And that’s why I think you are the perfect man for a job I got in mind for you.
    Keemo: A job?
    Tucker: More like a partnership. I’m going to expand McCall Untl. I want to make a foot print in Asian markets especially as Jabot continues to struggle and Newman is still falling apart since Victor’s been in jail. Plus you would be able to stick it to your old dad. I understand he doesn’t support you and your relationship with Gloria.
    Keemo: No he doesn’t. He doesn’t show much respect for any of my choices at all. I think you are right Tucker. This job would be perfect.
    Tucker: I’m glad you agree. You will be like my number two man. Though you will never be able to replace Sophia.
    Keemo: Who is Sophia sir?
    Tucker pauses before he answers as he has a brief moment of silence for Sophia.
    “ A great friend of mine who is no longer with us. Listen I’ll call you up when I get these contracts printed up by my lawyers.” Keemo smiles and extends his hand to shake with Tuckers. Tucker does the same.


    　
    　
    Chancellor Estate
    Esther brings Kay some tea. Katherine asks her has she seen Murphy. Esther tells her she has not. Kay then asks Esther to sit down. Esther asks her boss what is the matter.
    Kay: I wanted to speak to you about this, this…
    Esther: My daughters affair with a married man. I know Mrs. C
    Kay: I want you to know how bad this is making me feel. This is all so terrible. I told both those damn kids to stay away from each other.
    Esther: I know, my Kate should have knew better.
    Kay: I’m so torn. I love you Esther Valentine. I love Kate too. But the Newman’s have been friends of mine for a very long time. This affair has divided us all. That hurts my heart. I don’t know what to do.
    Esther: I’m hurt to Mrs. C. I’ve known Victoria and Billy both since they were in cradles. But I won’t let the Newman’s get away with this. A child was taken away from Chloe.
    Kay: Chloe had no business sleeping with a married mad. Simple as that.
    Esther: We all make mistakes. I know they are your friends Mrs. C but I am going to protect my daughter even if that means from the Newman family.
    Kay: I can understand that but I just wish this would die down and everyone would keep a cool head. This all needs to go away.
    “I have an idea that might make that come true they” hear. They turn around and see Billy.


    Victoria arrives at The Jail to meet with Avery and Victor.
    Victor looks at Victoria as she walks up to the cell. He tells her how beautiful she is and that the doctors did a great job on her plastic surgery. Victoria thanks him. She tells him she is sorry that she could not be there for his trial but doesn’t know what kind of a difference she could have made.
    Victor: Now you stop that. I’m going to be ok. This is only temporary. I got things rolling that will see me out of here soon. You just wait.
    Victoria: So your getting out soon?
    Victor: You just never mind that darling.
    Avery arrives. Victoria asks her has she slept because it looks like she has not. Avery down plays that fact. She says she’s just been really busy.
    Avery tells her that indeed Spencer Walsh has stepped down as the district attorney.
    Victor: Well what the hell does that mean?
    Avery: Spencer who had it out for the Newman’s wont be on this case. We will get a temporary replacement and then I know I can get these charges reduced to just assault.
    So this will be all over with very soon.
    Victor looks at Avery.
    “Avery are you sure you’re ok? Something seems very off today about you.”
    Avery: Yea, no I’m fine. I just been working from home a lot and things are so scattered, I’m scattered.
    Victoria: Can you add a divorce to all of that?
    Victor: Now I can die a happy man. Finally Billy Boy will no longer be a part of this family.
    Avery: You’re ready to divorce Billy?
    Victoria: Yes. Its time. I can’t do this any more.


    　

    Jack sits in his office and thinks about his son Keemo. He remembers learning Gloria was revealed to be his fiancée. Then he thinks about all the things Gloria did at Jabot namely Glo by Jabot incident. Jack is hurt by all the memories this is brining up for him about what happened with his dad and Gloria. Jack still kind of assigns blame to Gloria for his father’s heart attack. Now she’s engaged to his son and Jack vows to stop that union. He picks up the phone and calls him up. Keemo answers
    Jack: Son I think we need to talk. You haven’t been to work in days. What’s going on?
    Keemo: You don’t respect me or my choices. Why should I work for a man like that?
    Jack: Because I’m your father and you got Abbott blood in you. This is your destiny.
    Keemo: I don’t think that is going to happen.
    Jack: What does that mean?
    Keemo hesitates before he tells Jack he’s quit Jabot and joined forces with Tucker McCall.


    　
    　
    The Club. Malcolm and Devon continues to talk and drink. Malcolm is getting woozy as he just begins to babble.
    “ As I think of all the b.s. in my life it always go back to my punk ass brother Neil. The good guy. The Harvard Guy. He got everything growing up. What I get? Hand me downs from him. I lived in his shadow all my life Devon.
    Devon: Malcolm I think you should get some help man. You been through a lot. It seems you haven’t properly healed after Sophia’s death.
    Malcolm: Naw man. I don’t need no damn help. I feel like James Brown. I want some pay back. I’m mad. He’s taken everything from me and I’m tried of it. He took Sophia from me, my son Moses turned out to be his son. He kept Lily away from for over twenty years. He’s taken everything. I hate him Devon. I hate my brother!” Malcolm takes a sip of his drink as Devon says
    “Neil loves you man. He has no ill feelings towards you.”
    Malcolm: ‘Kuz Neil is so perfect huh? I’m just a drunken bum” He looks at Devon but out the corner of his eye something catches his attention. He focuses his eye on Leslie and Neil having dinner. Malcolm smiles
    “You see what I mean? Now his bitch ass moving in on Leslie. He thinks he can always get what he wants.” Malcolm takes another drink.
    Devon: Malcolm be cool man.
    Malcolm gets up and walks over towards Neil.
    Leslie looks up and sees an angry Malcolm walking over towards them
    “Oh no!”
    Neil looks at her.
    “What’s the matter?” He turns around to see what she is looking at and he only sees a fist going to the side of his face. Then Malcolm towers over Neil as he chokes him hollering

    Les’s Apt. Malcolm is looking in on Spencer and Leslie talking. He’s mad and jealous. He clears his throat. Spencer and Les both look at him.
    Malcolm: I think some one forgot to close the door.
    Leslie: Malcolm.
    Malcolm shakes his head at Les and just walks off.
    Les goes to close the door.
    Spencer gets up off the couch and looks at Les.
    “I’m sorry.” He says.
    Leslie: I’m not worried about an insecure Malcolm. Its not about him. We have a family Spencer. It’s about Roxanne. If Malcolm can’t understand that then I don’t know what to tell him.
    Spencer: It is about Roxanne. Do you think we can ever mend this family? Stop Roxanne’s pain? She’s hurting deeply.
    Leslie: It may take some time but I believe we can put this back together.
    Spencer holds her. He asks her what does this mean for them.
    Leslie: Us? Like in getting back together?
    Spencer: Yes.
    Leslie: I don’t think so. You need to focus on you. A job. Our daughter. What we had was a long time ago and granted it was good, I don’t think we need to focus on that right now.
    Spencer: I do need to focus on me. And finding out why Victor did this to us.
    Les: You know why. You put him in jail.
    Spencer: It’ not going to end like this. Victor is going to pay for this.
    Leslie: Avery too. Funny how I haven’t been able to catch her since I first found out about our daughter during Victor‘s trial. I don’t get why she would betray me like this. When I catch up to her its going to be hell to pay.



    Episode 118: Tucker’s Grand Scheme of Things

    Abby walks into her uncle Jack’s office.
    Jack hangs up the business call he was on and smiles at Abby.
    Abby: Uncle Jack you are hard to get a hold of these days. I had to literally track you down.
    He gets up out of his chair and gives Abby a hug.
    Jack: Jabot is under duress thanks to Billy and his scandal. I been trying to keep our contractors at bay wanting to dump our products. Sorry I haven’t been around. What’s going on kid, what brings you by?
    Abby: Well you’ve been so busy I guess you haven’t notice anything different?
    Jack: I don’t believe so. You know come to think of it, I haven’t seen your mother around is she ok?
    Abby: She’s ok. She’s not here Jack.
    Jack: What does that mean?
    Abby: Mom left Genoa City. She went to in Asia. She didn’t want to be here any longer.
    Jack: My sister left town and didn’t even say good bye.
    Abby: It’s not that she didn’t want to, she didn’t want you to try and convince her to stay.
    Jack: She knows me well. At least she’s at Jabot Asia. Lord knows how much we need help over there after Keemo made a mess of things.
    Abby: Speaking of Keemo have you spoken to him since Gloria’s ball?
    Jack: No and I have nothing to say to him as long he is dating Gloria Bardwell.
    Then Tucker walks in. Jack and Abby both give him a look of disgust. Tucker just smiles at them.


    　
    The Club. Malcolm walks in and sees Devon at the bar having a drink. He decides to join him.
    Devon: Malcolm, good to see you man what’s going on?
    Malcolm orders a stiff drink. He downs it in one gulp and then orders another.
    Devon: Wow man you ok?
    Malcolm: No Devon. I’m losing Leslie. She’s pulling away from me. Now Spencer is always there for her.
    Devon: Roxanne is kind of doing the same thing to me. But there is no other man that’s been there for her. ( Devon then thinks back to the moment in the park where he caught Roxanne and Nate hugging :

    What they don’t know is Devon is also at the park writing music on his laptop and is now watching them from a park table in a distance.

    Roxanne: It seems to be a routine for us.
    Nate: Look I need to talk. That damn cop went to my mother about me. Now he’s got my mother worried that I’m hiding something. Damn him. He is relentless
    Roxanne: Nate I’m telling you, you would be so much better if you just came clean. Just tell your mother what you did. She can help you get through this and put the pieces back together. Do this for Moses. And Malcolm. They both need it. You have to tell Malcolm that Moses is really his son and not Neil’s. I know your not found of Malcolm but aren’t you found of your uncle Neil?
    Nate: Of course I admire him.
    Roxanne: Then think of what this is doing to him. Not knowing. He’s not fair to him. Your doing him a disservice. Clear your coconscious Nate.
    Nate: It’s easier said then done. What is my family going to think of me after I come clean? My career may be over. Damn you Malcolm.
    Roxanne holds Nate again. He holds her back.
    Devon is very interested at the two.
    Nate: Roxanne I don’t know what I would do with out you. You’ve been a great friend to me. There for me in my darkest hour.” They pull back.
    Nate: Your so beautiful.
    She smiles. “ I have to get to Devon Nate. I told you I can’t do this.”
    Nate: I’m sorry. I can’t help myself. You make me feel so much better just at the very sight of you. Devon is lucky.
    Roxanne smiles at him. “ Bye sexy” She walks away and sees Devon walking towards her. She is stunned and her heart begins to race. Nate is also caught off guard.<<<<

    　
    To reassure himself he says it again.) Yea man ..There is no other man in Roxanne’s life.
    Malcolm: How yo girl holding up finding out Leslie and Spencer her parents?
    Devon: Not to good. She’s very angry and hurt. Confused would be a good word to use also. I can understand where she is coming from. We both want to know why Victor did this.
    Malcolm: Yea bro I’ve known Mr. Newman a long time. This is a low for him.” He gulps his second drink and orders another.
    Devon: You might want to slow down on those.
    Malcolm: My life been hard man. Losing Sophia. That still bothers me. Moses not being my son. I’m losing Leslie. I feel like I’m losing myself man. I don’t know what to do.” He drinks his third drink and orders another.


    　
    Back at Jabot.
    Abby: What are you doing here Taker?
    Tucker: I got the feeling there is no love lost here.
    Jack: You got a lot of nerve showing your face here.
    Tucker: Ah come on Jackie. Good to see you to. Abby darling you got your vowels mixed up. It’s Tucker.
    Abby: No ass. It’s Taker. You took my moms hurt and ripped it to shreds. I’m so glad she saw the light about you. You’re a snake!
    Jack: Abby now now let me handle this. Leave us two here and I’ll catch up with you later.
    Abby: Ok Uncle Jack. Love you.” Abby then bumps into to Tucker as she leaves.
    Jack: Why are you here?
    Tucker: Where is Ashley? I’ve been trying to get a hold of her. I was told she’s at Jabot Asia? At least that’s what the secretary told me.
    Jack: She’s gone! And you drove her away! Your plan to take over Chancellor and Newman came before her. She got tired of playing second.
    Tucker: Don’t take the high road with me. Remember up until I ended our partnership you were willing to get a piece of the pie. You wanted Newman as well and was going to help me get it.
    Jack: Yea well now thing have changed. We are on opposites teams now.
    Tucker: You’re right and I’m going to win. Once I get Chancellor and Newman, I’m coming for Jabot.
    Jack: Over my dead body.
    Tucker: Won’t be the first one.” Tucker then leaves. Jack is left feeling uneasy at Tucker’s last remark.


    　
    Back at the Club. Neil enters the lobby and begins to take his coat off as he gets a call on his cell. He answers it. It’s Harmony telling him she cannot make it to dinner because of a major situation at Chancellor. Neil tells her he understands and that he will catch up with her after work. He hangs up the phone. Then he hears,
    “Hello Neil.”
    He turns around and sees Leslie. He smiles at her.
    Neil: Leslie good to see you.” He gives her a hug.
    Neil: I wanted to talk to you and my dinner date just canceled, why don’t you join me here so we can talk and catch up?
    Leslie: I’d like that.” They are then escorted to their table unbeknownst to Devon or Malcolm.


    　
    Newman Tower. Tucker heads up to Victor Newman’s office on the 24th floor. Its after business so the building is just about empty making his timing impeccable. The elevator doors open and he sees no one around in the reception area. He opens Victors’ door and enters the office. He looks at the paint job and is impressed his paint team matched the hunter green very well. He tries to look for the camera’s that Iris had installed but he is unable to locate any. So that means Iris and her team did a great job and Tucker is thankful. He then takes a deep breath in and then exhales. He begins to feel dizzy and begins to cough. His cough turns into choking and a severe headache comes on. He then leaves the office and catches his breath. “ There is no way Katherine is going to survive those paint fumes. As soon as she walks in that office, she won’t be coming out alive.” He then boards the elevator.     Nikki: Oh my God Victoria. I’m here darling. Don’t you worry we are going to get you out of here.

    Victoria is escorted into the holding area. She sees Victor. Victor is absolutely stunned. Victoria is put into a cell across from Victor.
    Victor: What the hell is going on?

    Esther is sitting by Chloe’s side when Olivia walks in. She smiles at them. Olivia tells Chloe she is there to release her from the hospital and begins to give her instructions for post hospital care. Chloe takes a deep breath and looks at her mother.
    Esther: its ok Kate. I’m going to be here every step of the way. Esther holds her as Chloe wipes a tear from her eye. Chloe looks Olivia.
    Chloe: Can you tell what it was?
    Olivia: I’m not understanding;
    Chloe: My baby, was it a boy or girl?
    Olivia: A boy.
    Chloe sheds another tear. She tells her self she can do this. Esther helps her out of bed and helps Chloe gather her things. Up. Before walking out Olivia tells Chloe she wants her to schedule an appointment for a follow.


    Police Station. Victoria and Victor look at each other. Victor is in disbelief.
    Victor: What the hell is going on here? You’re back in town and in jail?
    Vickie: Nice to see you to dad. I heard about what happened at your trial.
    Victor: No my dear. Tell me why the hell you are in here.
    Vickie: Well this is going to make you very happy.” She turns away from him unable to admit defeat of sorts where Billy concerned.
    Victor: Darling please don’t tell me this has something to do with Billy Boy.
    Victoria: I caught him, in bed with Chloe as I returned home.
    Victor: I’ll kill him. I still don’t get why you are here.
    Victoria: I lost control dad. I was so angry. I was confused. I felt this rage and I attacked Chloe. I tired to hit him but she was in the way. We ended up by the stair case and … ( She gets emotional) dad she fell down.“
    Victor: Dear god. Is she alright or what?
    Victoria: She miscarried. They didn’t know she was pregnant.
    Victor: So the police think you pushed Chloe down the stairs and that’s why you are here?
    Vickie: Yes, she says wiping tears from her face.
    He tells her its good to see her and she is as beautiful as ever but not under these circumstances.
    “I’m going to get Avery Clark to get you the hell out of here, this is outrageous! I will not have my daughter spend one night in this place!” He calls out for a guard.


    Meanwhile, Esther ushers Chloe out the hospital amongst the frenzy of media reporters.


    　
    Chancellor Estate. Kay puts the newspaper down as Murphy sits down in the living room and sips on some tea with Kay. He asks her if there is anything good in the news paper.
    Kay: What else? This mess with Billy and Chloe. Such a shame.
    Murphy: I agree. They lost a child.
    Kay: Very sad. I warned Billy to stay away from Chloe.
    Murphy: Now I want to warn you. you’re not going to like this but Katherine I am being serious when I say Tucker is up to something. I can feel it in my gut and my gut has never been wrong.
    Kay: Murphy here we go again. I don’t know what to say other than I will talk to him. I am going to prove you wrong. My son is not up to anything. He’s a changed man.
    Murphy: Only time will tell.


    Tucker’s Penthouse. Tucker is sitting at his desk looking at reports on McCall industries. He gets a call. “ Really? … Good work boys. Look for a bonus when I wire this money as I appreciate your timeliness and your discretion.” Tucker puts the phone down and smiles.
    “ Time to celebrate “ He says as he walks over to his bar and pours himself a drink. He put the glass in the air to toast with himself and says “ Good bye Katherine Chancellor” He drinks his drink toasting in his plans to bring Kay down….

    City Jail. Nikki arrives to see Victoria.
    Nikki: Darling I’m here now. I called Michael Baldwin, he will be here soon.
    Victor: Like hell he is! I called Avery Clark. She will be helping our daughter. And by the way, how could you let this happen?
    Victoria: Dad don’t.
    Nikki: How did I let this happen?” She says mocking him. She continues “ What about what you have done? You gave your company to Kay cutting your own children out of the legacy. I’ve been busy fighting to get it back. A mess you made. So excuse the hell out of me!
    Victor: You know I won’t be in here long.
    Nikki: Yeaaa.. ok.” She turns to Vickie. She tells her not to worry things will be ok.
    Victoria tells her no they won’t. “ Thing will never be the same. A baby is dead mom. Billy cheated on me. I could be the possible reason their unborn baby is dead.”
    Victor interjects “ Don’t you say that again! Beside’s my loser of an ex wife here Billy boy is to blame for this. He couldn’t keep it zipped up and now I’m going to have it cut off. No one hurts my family.
    Nikki: The big bad wolf huffing and puffing. I mean honestly what are you going to do from a jail cell Victor?


    Chancellor Estate. Esther with Chloe in tow walk into the living room where Murphy and Kay were discussing Tucker. They get up to greet them and escort them to the couch.
    Murphy gives Chloe a hug and then one to Kay.
    Murphy: Ah darling I got some things to do.
    Kay: I hope it has nothing to do with what we were talking about?
    He smiles at her and tells her he loves her then leaves the scene.
    Kay looks at Chloe and sits next to her and holds her. “ Esther leave me and Chloe. I need to have a word with her”
    Esther standing up in protest “ Mrs. C please. Chloe just lost a baby.” Kay motions Esther to leave saying “ Leave Esther” Esther obliges and leaves to do some duties.
    Chloe looks at Kay and already knows what she is going to say. She dreads the lecture but this is Mrs. Chancellor after all.

    Tucker finishes his celebratory drink and makes another phone call.
    “ Hello Iris. .. Good news darling, phase one is complete and its now your turn to do what you do to complete this.” Iris notes the timeliness of his part of the plan. In fact she is stunned. She tells him she is ready to do what she needs to do and will give him an update later. Tucker hangs up his phone a happy man. That is until he gets a knock on his door. He looks at his Rolex to check the time and wonders who could be at the door as he did not have anything scheduled. He opens his door and sees Murphy. Tucker is visibly not pleased to see him.


    　
    Devon knocks on Roxanne’s door. She opens and greets him with a smile and hug.
    Roxanne: I’m glad its you.
    Devon: Who else would it have been?
    Roxanne: My so called new parents. This is all so unbelievable. To find out my parents were right here in Genoa City.
    Devon: Yea that is hard to believe. I really wonder who made that tape. Victor had Avery show it. My question is why?
    Roxanne: That is a good question. My life has been turned upside down. I don’t know where to begin. How do I move forward.? My foundation has been shaken. Am I just supposed to accept my new family. Hell my other just ruined my singing career with her street walking past. Some way to start a new family.
    Devon: Roxanne you are not alone in this. You have one constant in your life and that is me. I love you and I will be here for you. I will help you get through this.
    She looks in his eyes and smiles. She hugs him. “ I love you to Devon. So much”
    Devon: I got an idea. We need to get answers like why did Avery play that tape at the party.
    Roxanne: I agree. We can go to see Victor himself.
    Devon: Woah slow down. We’re talking about Victor Newman.
    Roxanne: Yea ok and …?
    Devon: I know your upset Roxanne but to tango with Victor, well.. let’s just say it isn’t wise.
    Roxanne: Devon grow a pair. I don’t fear Victor Newman. This is about me and obviously he had something to do with this and I want to know why. I have a right to know. Now come on.” They leave her apartment.


    　
    　
    Spencer is in his office. He is looking over the Restless Style expose coverage of his paternity of Roxanne being exposed. He thinks of how angry Roxanne is at the moment. He then thinks back of the party and remembers when Avery announced she had something to show that Victor wanted everyone to see. Spencer wonders how Victor was able to get all that tawdry footage of Leslie. He becomes angry at what Victor has done and decides to confront him but before he can he is visited by a clerk of court with message.
    “The mayor wants to see you as soon as possible.”
    Spencer: Thank you.” He says taking a deep breathe. He already knows the mayor wants to see him about the expose. “ This is not going to be good” he says to himself.


    　
    　
    Chancellor Estate. Kay tells Chloe she is very disappointed in her. Kay reminds Chloe that she specifically warned her to stay away from Billy.
    Chloe: I know I messed up. It’s just been a lonely and confusing time after losing Kevin. Kay tells her that is no excuse and that she has Chordeila to think about.
    Chloe with tear in her eyes responds “ Ok Mrs. C I screwed up. I know. I lost a baby because of it.
    Kay: You did now where do you go from here? You have disgraced yourself in this town. The Newman’s are good friends of mine.
    Chloe: The almighty Newman’s. Does it ever end? Excuse me Mrs. C. I need some time alone.” Chloe gets up off the couch and leaves the room. Kay just shakes her head at the situation. She turns around and sees Esther standing in the door way with a look of disappointment.
    Kay: Esther I don’t want to hear it. I only told Chloe the truth. I warned her to stay away from Billy.
    Esther: Victoria had no right assaulting my daughter Mrs. C. I’m not going to stand by and let her actions go unpunished.
    Kay: I don’t like how that sounds. The Newman’s are good friends of mine.
    Esther: Does that include Nikki?” Kay just looks at her.


    The Jail.
    Victor : Nikki never forget who I am. My reach is far beyond these bars.
    Nikki: Oh spare me the I am God speech. If you had so much reach then you as well as I could have stop this from happening.
    Victoria: Would you two just stop arguing. You’re not helping. You couldn’t have controlled what Billy and Chloe were doing. Stop blaming yourselves.
    Nikki: Sorry darling. I can’t help that your father is an arrogant narrow minded bastard.
    Victor getting angry and starts to yell “ YOUR TELLING ME? WHAT ABOUT YOU! DON’T GET ME STARTED!!
    Nikki: Go to hell Victor!
    Then Avery arrives. She tells them to calm down. “ You are not helping matters any. Our focus needs to be on Victoria.” Then they all look at Victoria.
    Avery: I have some news that may change everything…They look at Avery with anticipation…


    　
    　
    Tuckers penthouse. Upon seeing Murphy at his door he slams the door in his face saying he doesn’t have time for his old man antics. Murphy yells back through the door he cant avoid him and he knows he’s up to something devious and he will get to the bottom of it. Murphy then leaves. Tucker then gets a call on his cell phone. It’s Iris.
    Tucker: Cold in Bay City?
    Iris: Words can’t describe it. But my part is done with the cameras in Kay’s office. Now we can record all her Looney acts she’s about to display.”
    Tucker: I’m going to test the paint out my self. Good work Iris. Soon Kay will be destroyed and Chancellor Industries will be mine.” He says with a smile grabbing his coat and leaving to test out the fumes in Kay’s office at Newman.     Billy: To hide my face mom. I’m so ashamed of what I did. And the media is hounding us.
    Jill: Yes they are. But honey your going to have to face that at some point. Honey I love you and you know I’m here for you.” She walks over to him and hugs him.”
    Billy: I really messed up.” He says getting choked up.
    “We lost a baby. My actions led directly to that.”
    Jill: How is Chloe holding up?
    Billy : I don’t know yet. Been trying to avoid Katherine.
    Jill: Ugh don’t remind me. All she is going to do is give you a “ I told you so speech”.
    Billy: Mom I been thinking.
    Jill chuckling: A little late for that.
    Billy: Ha Ha funny.
    Jill : About what?
    Billy: Leaving Genoa City with Chloe and Chordeila. I know Victoria will never forgive me and I’m just a black sheep right now. An ugly cancer for everyone. I don’t want to be in the spot light right now especially working at Jabot. It just got back on its feet. I just think it would be better if Chloe and I left Genoa City.
    Jill: It would be good for Delia.
    Billy: So your not to mad then?
    Jill: No. I think time away from here will do you some good. Besides once Victor gets word of what you’ve did to his daughter, he’s going to come looking for you.




    Episode 117: Roxanne Confronts Victor!

    The Jail.
    Victor, Nikki and Victoria look at Avery waiting on her good news.
    Avery: Number one there seems to be an issue at the DA’s office. I can’t get any return phone calls and they tell me Spencer is unavailable.
    Victor smiles upon hearing that.
    “So what does that mean for Victoria?” He mumbles.
    Avery: If something happened to Spencer then I have a better chance at getting these charges reduced to maybe just assault. Spencer has it in for the Newman’s and him being absent like this from his office is very unusual. So I’m thinking something big is up.
    Nikki: This is good news. Reduced charges.
    Victoria is unable to feel any happiness as she can only think of her broken marriage and the death of Chloe’s baby.
    Nikki: Darling its going to be ok. We are going to get you out of here.
    Avery: Speaking of we just need the money to post your bail.
    Victor: Good, I’ll tell my folks to wire it right over. Oh and Uh Nikki… Remember I won’t be in here forever.

    Leslie gets a knock on her door. She opens it to see a grim faced Spencer.
    Les: What happened to you? Looks like you lost a puppy.
    Spencer: I had to resign as the DA “He says entering her apartment. Wanting to know more she doesn’t realize that she didn’t close her apartment door all the way.
    Leslie: What you say?
    Spencer: My legal career is over. The tape Victor had Avery play at the party did me in.
    Leslie: I’m probably right behind you.
    Spencer: Damn what am I going to do now? I got a mortgage and a car note to pay.
    Leslie: You know Spencer I’m really sorry this happened to you.
    Spencer: It’s not you. Its Victor Newman with his croonie Avery Clark.
    Leslie: Yes I been meaning to get around to talking to Avery about her role in all of this. I thought she was my friend.
    Spencer: Damn ...Damn, I got a new family, but no damn job. No career. Les seriously what am I going to do? Who is going to hire me? Nothing is going right for me. Our daughter hates us. What else can go wrong?” She looks into his eyes rember how at one time of her life he was the match that lit her fire.
    Malcolm arrives and looks in on Spencer and Leslie talking.



    　
    　
    The Club. Nikki is sitting a table drinking orange juice when Paul walks over.
    Paul: Hey there beautiful.
    Nikki: Paul hey. I’m so glad you are here” She gets up and gives him a hug.
    Paul: Is everything ok?
    Nikki: Well yes and no. Avery got Victoria out on bail and she is seeking to reduce the charges to assault.
    Paul: Then you should be happy.
    Nikki: I would be but Victor has me thinking that I could have prevented this somehow. I been so caught up in my life, I could have seen the signs Billy was cheating on Victoria with Chloe. I feel as if I failed her.
    Paul: Nikki come on. You can’t control Billy’s actions. He’s an adult and well enough aware of the choices he was making. He screwed up royally but there is no need to blame yourself. Victor is just miserable in that cell and wanted you to feel the same way.
    Nikki: Maybe your right. They look down in the menus as a waiter comes over.
    Jack has walked in seconds before and catches a glimpse of Paul and Nikki having lunch. He is not happy at all. As he is about to walk over to the table he is stopped by a familiar voice from behind.
    “Jack you got a minute. I really need to talk to you.”
    Jack turns around and has to do a double take looking at Billy in his silly costume.



    　
    　
    The Jail. Victor is put into the meeting room and he wonders who wants to see him. The door opens and in walks Roxanne and Devon.
    Victor: My my. To what do I owe this pleasure?
    Roxanne: I want to know why you had Avery Clark play that video of Leslie and Spencer.
    Victor: You mean your mother and father.
    Devon: We are here to get some answers Mr. Newman.
    Roxanne: Devon I got this.” She sits in the chair and looks him in the eyes.
    Roxanne: Why?
    Victor: It’s very unfortunate you know. Spencer had a choice. He made the wrong one and this is the consequences.
    Roxanne: Just like that? No matter who gets hurt in the process? What did I do personally to you for you to do this to me? Do you have any idea what you’ve done?
    Victor: My darling what’s done is done. Let it be a lesson to you to never go up against Victor Newman. Ask Devon here. He’s known me long enough to at least inform you of that. I understand you are new to the set but this is how things work around here.”
    Roxanne tries to slap him but he catches her hand before it can land on his face.
    Victor: It ain’t happening mmmk?" He lets go of her hand, getting up and asks for a guard to take him back to his cell.
    Roxanne looks at Devon.
    “Wow” She says with tears forming in her eyes.
    Devon holds her hand as they leave the jail.


    The Club.
    Jack: Billy why are you wearing those shades and wig?
    Billy: I’m trying to keep a low profile. You know with the media frenzy. Don’t want any more bad press for Jabot.
    Jabot: Yea I know. Just when we got Jabot on its feet. Its going to hit us hard Billy.
    Billy: Jack I know and I am sorry. So very sorry. That’s why I came to see you.
    Jack: Go on.
    Billy: I’m going to take Delia and Chloe and leave town.
    Jack: Does this means your going to be with Chloe?
    Billy: Yes. There is no coming back from this. I can’t stay around here and live in shame and guilt. I don’t want to. I don’t want to put Chordeila through that either.”
    Then they hear : “ Like hell you are!” Victoria comes from around the corner having heard the entire conversation and pulls off Billy’s wig and glasses. She then grabs a pitcher of water and dumps it all over Billy.
    Victoria( to the crowd gathering to watch the display) THERE HE IS!! BILLY ABBOTT!!”
    The media are having a frenzy capturing every moment for the front pages tomorrow.
    Victoria: Billy Abbott. A rotten cheating Pig! Let that be your caption for the front pages tomorrow.
    Victoria storms out The Club.
    Jack: Uncalled for.

    In a stunning turn events, Eileen Davidson who has played Ashley Abbott on and off for over three decades has been released from her contract.

    “ We are changing course in Genoa City and Ashley leaving at this time is a part of that change. She’ll be back as I am a great fan of the Abbott clan.” Headwriter ML Cooks has quoted to the press.
