    Brock and Mac walk into the living room and see Karynn passed out on the couch.
    “Help! Help ME! Please anybody!”
    They both hear. Mac and Brock look at each other.
    Mac:
    That sounds like Karl.
    Mac then runs up the stairs and into Karl’s room. She immediately stops dead in her tracks when the essence of urine and feces attacks her nose.
    Karl turns his wheel chair to see who has entered his room.
    Karl:
    Please help me young lady. Where in the hell is my sister Karynn? I haven not eaten anything since lunch time yesterdee‘. I got medication to take. I’m dirty, I’m tired, and my back is killing me sitting in this wheel chair all day and night. Can you please help an old man like me out?
    Mac is flabbergasted looking at Karl and his condition. She’s feels extreme sadness and compassion.
    Mac:
    Karynn forgot about you?
    Karl:
    Yes that old drunken fool did. Tell me, is she passed out some where?
    Mac:
    In fact she is. Down stairs.
    Karl:
    Damn her.
    Mac:
    Let me go get some help.
    Mac leaves the room and calls out for Brock. She walks back into Karl’s room and opens a window. She then goes into the bathroom and fills the tub up with warm water.
    Mac:
    Don’t worry Karl, my dad and I will get you all fixed up. And I’m going to see to it, this doesn’t happen again!
    Karl:

    Mary Carter’s apt.
    Mary is in the full bath in her bedroom putting on make up and styling her hair. As she does she admires her own beauty. She remembers the nights of great sex with Noah in her car and Scotty in his mother’s bedroom. She feels victorious at her tawdry seductions. She then thinks of Daisy and her situation. Mary remembers she has a plan to help Daisy obtain her goals which is to reunite her family which includes Daniel.
    “I need to do this for Daisy so she can help in momma bear’s plan. She won’t focus on anything else but Daniel and Lucy. Once I do what I need to do to help Daisy in her cause only then can she get back on track with the Carter family plan.”
    She thinks to herself.
    “She may be mad at first but in time she will understand I did what I did for her.”
    She then says out loud as Daisy walks in.
    Daisy:
    Who are you doing what for?
    Mary looks at Daisy in the mirror and smiles.
    Daisy:
    What are you doing, transforming into Vandalynn mode?
    Mary:
    You could say something like that.
    Daisy:
    Well what are you up to now?
    Mary:
    Oh, I just need to help you get your family under one roof. Once I help you do that then you can switch your focus on momma bear’s plan. This is important for our family Daisy. We need you to help.
    Daisy:
    I know I know Mary, but I have a child now. I just want to be a good mother. Simply put. Besides we have other things that we need to worry about.
    Mary turns around to look at her.
    Mary:
    Like what?
    Daisy:

    Daniel’s House
    Phyllis is awoken when baby Lucy begins to cry.
    Phyllis:
    Daniel!
    She pauses and waits for a response.
    Phyllis:
    Damn it Daniel don’t you hear your daughter crying?
    Phyllis struggles to get up and put herself in her wheel chair but she manages using the techniques the physical therapist taught her in the rehabilitation facility. She wheels her self to the nursery and picks up baby Lucy and holds her. Lucy begins to quiet down. Phyllis calls out for Daniel again. She struggles but manages to push herself out into the living room with one hand on the baby the other on the wheel of the chair. She realizes Daniel is not home.
    Phyllis:

    Neil’s Penthouse
    Neil answers a knock at the door. He opens and sees Devon. They hug.
    Neil:
    Devon my man, how are you?
    Devon:
    I’m ok. Today is the reading of Katherine’s Will.
    Neil:
    Yea I know I got your text last night.
    Devon:
    I appreciate you coming with me. I don’t know what to expect.
    Neil:
    Well what ever it is you take it and hold on to it. How was the service with Brock and Mac.?
    Devon:
    It was nice. We all needed that closure.
    Neil:
    Yes I agree. Brock and Mac were cool this time?
    Devon:
    Very. Brock explained things. He’s just not used to me be being a Chancellor. I can understand that beings that he really doesn’t live in Genoa City so he couldn’t see it everyday you know what I mean?
    Neil:
    I do son. I’m glad you were able to reach an understanding with your uncle and cousin. You have a lot of people that care about you. You will always be my son. No matter what.
    Devon:
    Thank you Neil. I do appreciate that. I take comfort in that. Knowing what Tucker did to Kay I just can’t imagine we have the same blood in our veins. I’m nothing like him and for him to be so cruel as to want to take out his own mother for material gain. It makes no sense to me.
    Neil:
    Let’s thank God you have no traits like Tucker McCall.
    Devon:
    Then that leaves Harmony. She’s not to much better.
    Neil:
    She did blow out of town kind of fast. I thought we were building something then poof- she’s gone. With a hand written good bye.
    Devon:
    But you moved on though, with Leslie?
    Neil:
    Well, I guess you can say we are dating. Malcolm isn’t to happy with that but what can you do about that? Malcolm hasn’t been happy in a long time.
    Devon:
    Sophia’s death really crushed him. I think a lot of his anger comes from that and your affair with her.
    Neil:
    And our son Moses. Devon I really do feel bad about that. I’m not proud of what I did to my little brother. But I don’t regret my son.
    Devon:
    I’m just saying I can understand Malcolm’s pain. Having the one you love cheat on you.
    Neil frowns at Devon picking up that Devon is talking about something else.
    Neil:
    Everything ok with you and Roxanne son?
    Devon:
    No offense Neil but I’m not trying to talk about Roxanne today. I just want to make it through this will reading and that crazy woman at the Chancellor Estate.
    Neil:
    What crazy woman?
    Devon:
    A woman claiming to be Katherine’s sister, Karynn. I’m telling you Neil she’s obnoxious and ignorant.
    Neil:
    I never knew Kay had siblings. I guess today we will learn more about Katherine then we ever knew.
    Devon:
    Your right.”
    They both leave his penthouse to head over to the Chancellor Estate.




    　
    　
    At the Estate
    Brock walks into Karl’s room and is stopped when Karl’s body odor slaps his nose. Brock covers his face with his hand.
    Brock:
    What in God’s name happened in here?
    Karl looks down and begins to cry.
    Karl:
    I’m so sorry. I hate living like this, being like this. I can’t do for myself. Please forgive me.
    Mac gives Brock a “Shut your big mouth up” kind of look. Mac walks over to Karl and puts her arm around him.
    Mac:
    Karl we are gonna get you cleaned up and back to new again. Don’t worry about anything. Don’t feel like that please.
    Karl:
    Look at me. I’m a helpless shitty cripple. I got sh!t and piss all over me, I can’t clean myself. That is no way to live. I have to depend on a moody drunken old crow for my lively hood and half the time Karynn is passed out. I don’t want to go on. Please help me end it.
    Mac is overwhelmed and has tears in her eyes. She looks at Brock not believing what she is hearing.
    Brock:
    Karl I’m going to get Philip and we can help you get cleaned up. We will lift you into the tub and you can then relax.
    Mac:
    How does that sound Karl? Soak in a nice bubble bath and get the bloods flowing. We’ll get you some fresh clothes, and I’ll personally make you something to eat. I’m kinda of hungry myself. Everything is going to be ok I promise you.
    Karl cries. He holds her hand.
    Karl:
    Angel. Oh my angel. You are a sweet girl. I’m sorry I’m like this. Never get old you hear. It’s not nice. I can’t breath, I can’t hear, I can’t walk, I can’t control my bodily fluids, I ache all the damn time. It’s terrible. I don’t know what ever I did in life to end up like this.
    Mac thinks this could be an opportunity to talk with Karl to learn about who they “The Sheppard’s” really are.
    Mac:
    Maybe we can talk about it as I help you wash up?
    Karl:
    You wanna listen to me? Karynn always tells me to shut up.
    Mac:
    I’m going to take care of Karynn to. Don’t you worry about her.
    Philip and Brock walk back into the room. They push Karl into the bathroom and takes his shirt of. With Brock on the right and Philip on the left they both reach under Karl’s arms to stand him up as Mac undress his lower half of his body.
    Karl:
    I’m so sorry. A man who can’t control his body. You all are to kind.
    Philip:
    It’s ok Karl. We all need some help some times.
    Philip and Brock walk Karl over to the tub. They ease him into the nice bubble bath. Karl let out a few moans.
    Philip:
    Is the water to hot?
    Karl:
    No sir. It’s wonderful. You are all too kind. I am so grateful.
    Mac ushers Philip and Brock out of the bathroom
    Mac:
    Thank you guys so much. I got a plan.
    Philip:
    A plan for what?
    Mac:
    He’s much easier to talk to unlike that old crusty bat Karynn. He’s very vulnerable right now. I’m going to pick his brain just to find out what he and that monster is all about. I’m going to help him wash up and you know, chat with him.
    Brock:
    Sounds good.
    Philip:
    Yea, hear his side of everything. Maybe you can find out if they are imposters and then we can end this charade.
    Mac
    : Exactly.
    Philip:
    We’ll be right out here when you ready to put him back in the wheel chair.
    Mac:
    Tell you what, why don’t you clean and sanitize the wheel chair. We don’t want to put a clean body into a dirty wheel chair.
    Brock:
    I’ll take care of it.
    Mac then enters the bathroom with her mission for intelligence on the so called “Sheppard’s“.




    　
    　
    Back at Mary’s
    Mary:
    Stalking us?
    Daisy:
    Yes, when I came home last evening I caught some one in a black car with binoculars looking up in the window at you. When I called out to them they just sped off.
    Mary:
    Watching me? Do you think it’s Victor? He did say he’d be watching us.
    Daisy:
    That old mumbling fool. I don’t think that’s Victor’s style. I bet you it was that Bitch Lauren.
    Mary:
    Why would you say that?
    Daisy:
    It would be like her to do something so sneaky yet cowardly like watching us. After our incident the other day, there is no telling what she will do.
    Mary:
    Damn it Daisy I told you not to go see her! I told you not to do anything rash. We don’t want people to know we are sisters. It would blow the lid off my cover. Scotty and Lauren doesn’t know I’m really Sheila’s daughter. I need to keep it that way for a bit longer. If it is Lauren then now she knows we are connected. Damn it!
    Daisy:
    Look I’m sorry. I had to let her know she didn’t win and she is going to pay for what she did to our family.
    Mary
    : You over played your hand. Momma bear is not going to like this. For someone who wants to only focus on her selfish ass plan instead of the Carter family plan you sure made one hell of a mess of things
    Daisy:
    I’m so sick of it always being about momma bear. I’m a mom too damn it! Look I have a job interview to get to and I can‘t be stressed or late. I’m taking your car thanks in advance and be careful.
    They both look out her bedroom window and look down at the street and see the black car with tinted windows. The person looking through their binoculars see that both Daisy and Van are looking at them and then speeds off from the scene once again.
    Daisy and Mary look at each other.
    Daisy:
    What did I tell you?
    Mary:
    Do you really think its Lauren?
    Daisy:
    Yes!
    Mary:
    Well you be careful going out then too.
    Daisy:
    I’m not worried about the red head this time. I got my stun gun and I’m going to fry that bitch.
    Daisy pulls it out and hit’s the on button. Mary jumps back with the loud flickering noise from the mini bolts of the electricity which scares her.
    Mary:
    I’ll be ok. I’m going to look the door until you get back. If any one is dumb enough to come up here then I got my gun.
    Daisy:
    Good girl. Carter girls always prepared.
    Daisy leaves as Mary locks up. She wonders if her cover as Vandalynn is compromised.
    Mary:
    Damn you Daisy! If you ruined things for me I swear I will get you back!

    Lauren’s Apt
    The phone answers and Fenmore answers it.
    “No my mom is not here. I thought she was down there at the store. She was supposed to take me to summer camp at the “Y”
    Clerk:
    Strange. Lauren was supposed to open up this morning but we have not heard from her. We thought she overslept.
    Fenmore:
    That is odd, when I woke up she was not home.
    Then Lauren barges in with binoculars strapped around her neck. Fenmore looks at her in bewilderment.
    Fenmore:
    Never mind she just showed up.
    Fenmore hangs up the phone.
    Fenmore:
    Mom where have you been? What have you been doing with those binoculars? That was the store and you haven’t been there all morning. I’m late for summer camp we were supposed to leave an hour ago. You didn’t answer your cell.
    Lauren:
    Honey I’m sorry. I lost track of time. No time for questions. Let’s just get you to your summer camp. I’ll explain on the way to the Y.
    Fenmore follows Lauren out the door and onto the elevator. Fenmore studies his mom as the elevator travels down to the first floor.
    Fenmore:
    Mom are you ok? You look like you ran a marathon this morning. You’re distant.
    Lauren:
    There’s just a new store opening up down the street from Fenmore’s. I was trying to get a peek at what they were doing.
    Fenmore smiles as the elevator doors open and the walk over to Lauren’s car.
    Fenmore stops.
    Lauren:
    What’s the matter honey?
    Fenmore:
    The windows mom. When did you tint them and why are they so dark? First the gun, now the windows, the binoculars. Something is way off here. You’ve been acting very strange since Daisy showed up. What’s going on mom what are you doing?

    The bartender hands Vandalynn and Noah their drinks.
    Noah: So tell me about you?
    Van: I’m new here in Genoa City. I came here so I can put my family back together. I also need to find a good job. The job market where I come from sucks.
    Noah: So you have family here?
    Van: Uhmm I guess you can say that.
    Noah: Where did you move from?
    Van: Verdon Lou. It’s not far from here just a small shabby town. What about you sexy tell me about you.
    Noah: Born and raised right here in GC. Just out tonight looking for a good time.
    Van: Me too. Maybe we can give each other that good time.
    Noah: Oh really?
    Van: Of Course” She says kissing him on the cheek. “I’m hungry you mind going to grab me a bite to eat from the kitchen?
    Noah: Of course not.” Noah leaves the bar. Meanwhile Van pulls out a vial from her purse and drop the contents in Noah’s drink.

    Episode 132: Esther Goes MAD!

    Rafe gets a knock on his door. He puts the book down he was reading to see who is at the other end of the door. He is not too pleased when he sees Scotty.
    Scotty: Not happy to see me?
    Rafe: Not really, and I’m kind of busy so-
    Scotty: Uhm no.” Scotty then barges into Rafe’s apt.
    Rafe: That’s rather rude. So you are here what do you want?
    Scotty: You.” Scotty walks over and plants a kiss on Rafe’s lips.

    GCAC
    Jill and Keemo are having a drink. Jill can only stares at her drink. She then looks up at Keemo
    “So it is true you and Gloria are engaged… or were engaged?
    Keemo: Yes. But she is not very happy with me.
    Jill: How did you go from me to her? I know Jack is not happy with you and Gloria.
    Keemo: No he’s not but Jack doesn’t control my life.
    Jill: If that is so then why did you cut our little romance short when he objected?
    Keemo: That was a mistake. I should have manned up to him.
    Jill: A mistake? What does that mean? How is it a mistake when you are engaged to Gloria?
    Keemo: Jill I’m attracted to you. I often wonder what could have been.
    Jill: I don’t know what to say. You are a very handsome fellow. But just like Gloria, I share a lot of history with the Abbotts so I really don’t know if we could have worked out. You took my mind of this tragic day so I at least thank you for that.
    Keemo smiles at her. “We need to do this more often.”
    Jill: Do we? How would Gloria feel about us doing this more often?

    GC Nights Bar. Noah comes back with a plate of chicken fingers and French fries. Van smiles at him and thanks him. Van takes a sip of her drink to try and encourage Noah to do the same. He follows suit and gulps down his beer with the contents Van poured into it. Van smiles when the tainted beer is gone.
    “This is going better than I could have imagined. Momma Bear will be so happy.”
    Noah: Damn I feel woozy.
    Van: I bet you are after you just threw away that beer.Oh I insist I drive you home. I can’t let a friend drive drunk.
    Noah: I don’t want to go home.” He looks at her then kisses her. He pulls back.
    Van: You’re horny huh?
    Noah: I’m feeling some type of way.
    Van: We can go back to my suite at the Genoa City Athletic Club. I’ll take care of you.
    Van takes his hand and pulls him outside the bar so they can get in her car.

    Rafe’s Apt. Rafe pulls out of Scotty’s kiss.
    Scotty: What is the matter? Don’t you want me?
    Rafe: You’re childish Scotty. I think our age gap is going to put an end to this. Your behavior is unacceptable. I’m too old to be hiding who I am or who I love. If you can’t be open with your sexuality then we can’t be together. I’m simply not going to deal with that.
    Scotty: I’m sorry for putting you through that. I’m just not ready to tell my mother or the world I like,.. no… I love men. Rafe I need you. I think of you every day and night. Please give me a chance. Give us a chance. So say the word I’ll spread my wings like a bird and fly right into your nest my king I’ll try my best.
    Rafe: Scotty I don’t know.
    Scotty: I do. Let’s go away for the weekend. You can take us to the Caribbean and then we can really set this relationship off right. I want to be with you Rafe. You’re everything I’ve always wanted in a man. Your extremely handsome, your eyes say sex to me every time I look at you, they are so dreamy. I can make you happy Rafe. I know I can.
    Rafe takes a deep breath. “I like you too Scotty but I just don’t know if I can do the undercover lover thing with you. I told you I been there done that a long time ago. I’m trying to be with a man that is sure of himself.
    Scotty: I’m not taking no for an answer. I want you Rafe. Make love to me.” Scotty walks over with intentions on seducing Rafe by starting with a passionate kiss.     Chancellor Estate. Nina and Chance are sitting in the living room.

    Chance: After my physical therapy I was sent to Afghanistan.
    Nina: Again? Why didn’t you tell me?
    Chance: I really couldn’t. It was a classified mission.
    Nina: How did it go? I’m glad you made it back. It’s so bad over there.
    Chance: I was one of the lucky ones. But-“He chokes up and stands up so he won’t have to show his mother the pain he’s hiding.
    Nina: But what honey talk to me what happened?
    Chance: I lost some one I loved very deeply. And it’s my fault.” Then Chance hears a woman scream in his head. Screaming his name saying “Chance help ME!!!”
    Chance: I failed her. She was kidnapped by the Taliban and I was unable to save her.
    Nina is hurting that her son is hurting. She holds him.
    Nina: It’s going to be ok. Have faith. This woman is safe and she will return.
    Chance: I pray for that every day. Mom there is something you don’t know though.
    Nina: What is that? It’s about the missing woman?
    Chance: Yes. She’s from right here in Genoa City.
    Nina is surprised.

    The Jail. Esther walks in to meet with Victor.
    Victor smiles at Esther as she walks in. Esther walks up to Victor and slaps him across the face. Victor was unable to prepare for a slap from a house keeper as he was not anticipating Esther would have the gumption to do such a thing. Esther then sits down.
    Victor: Have you gone mad?
    Esther: Yes
    Victor: I can see that. You hit me. You hit Victor Newman. Never ever in your life will you hit me again! GOT THAT!? No character hits me. Its in my contract!
    Esther: Contract? You're the one who's mad now just listen, I’m sick of your family that you created. Your daughter killed my grandchild and got away with it.
    Victor: I’m sorry for you loss. What happened was tragic but Victoria never meant to kill that baby. It was an accident. Let me remind you that she caught Chloe in bed with her husband. How would you react? You would be pretty damned mad too right?
    Esther: I suppose I would be. I’m just tired of you and your family thinking they can do whatever to whomever and get away with it.
    Victor: I’ll tell you what I won’t let people get away with. That’s Katherine Chancellor. That’s why I asked you down here. Esther we have something in common. I want to know right now who was involved in Katherine’s death and how did all this come about?

    Outside the bar. Noah gets in Van’s car. He looks at her.
    Van: What’s the matter?
    Noah: I want you so bad right now? I never felt this way before. I just have to have you.”
    He leans in and kisses her.
    Van: Noah wait no!” He covers her mouth with his lips by kissing her. He then whispers in her ear
    “I want you so bad. I need you. Give it to me.” Van likes Noah aggressive state and stops any hesitation she had before. The plan was to get Noah to her hotel room but she will settle for hot car sex. Noah rips open her blouse and grabs her breast.
    Noah: So beautiful.” He kisses them as she leans her seat back so they can have more room. He gets on top of her on her side of the car and then puts her right leg over his shoulder. He leans down and kisses her and the windows begin to steam up. They make love on the spot both enjoying each other. Van takes out her cell phone and text Sheila. “Home run.” Van then takes pictures of Noah who doesn’t realize what she is doing since he is so out of it and the only thing on his mind is wet satisfaction.

    In Verdon Lou. Sheila reads her text. She smiles. She then walks to Sharon.
    Sharon: Now what?
    Sheila: My baby girl just seduced your son. I’m hoping for a Newman baby soon.”
    Sharon screams out in horror.

    Sheila Carter’s daughter “Vandalynn” has just raped Noah Newman as Sheila continues with her master plan. Today’s show will reveal which one of Sheila’s daughters is Vandalynn.
    In the parking lot of GC Nights. Van and Noah breath heavily as they put their clothes back on in such a confined space of a car. The windows are all steamed up and Van cracks a window to air out the essence and steam of sex.
    Noah: I feel funny.
    Van: I feel great. You really know how to give a woman multiple orgasms. Plus we had public sex, such a thrill for me.
    Noah: You sound like do this kind of thing often.

    Sheila: Stop that screaming it’s giving me a headache and I really don’t want to have to hurt you Sharon. I don’t want to touch that pretty face of yours.
    Sharon: What do you mean a Newman baby? What is your daughter doing? Who is it Daisy? Is she out of prison?
    Sheila: No. Not yet. Daisy is not out of prison yet but soon she will be. It’s my other cub, Mary Carter. And she’s just like her momma. I’m so proud of her.
    Sharon: Please leave my family alone. Don’t hurt my children.
    Sheila: I never intend to hurt anyone, only if they cross me or I’m backed into a corner. With your family’s help my pretty Sharon, My family and I will be able to walk the streets of Genoa City free of ridicule and the law. I have all the power. And I’m going to use my power to set me and my family free. My plan is perfect.
    Sharon cries. She tries to wrangle out of the ropes she’s tied in.
    Sheila: It’s no use my beauty. You are not going anywhere. Now you sit in this chair and be a good hostage or your end up like your mouthy friend over there.” Sheila says pointing at Drucilla who is still trying to mumble words at Sheila with grey duct tape on her mouth.
    Sheila: Give it up Dru. Aren’t you tired yet? You are like a relentless animal.
    Dru slowly but surely sticks up her middle finger which was a challenge in the first place being that her wrist are tied extremely tight to the table she’s laying on. Dru waves her middle finger at Sheila. Sheila just laughs.

    GCAC.
    Nate walks in and finds his mother Olivia at a table waiting for him. He kisses her on the cheek and then sits down.
    Olivia: Feels like I haven’t seen you in a month of Sundays.
    Nate: Sorry about that mom. I just have been dealing with something.
    Olivia: What is it? Can I do something to help?
    Nate: No. It's nothing really, just this girl I know.
    Olivia: I been around the block once or twice you know.
    Nate chuckles. “It’s good to see you.”
    Olivia: It is. I really needed to see you my son after losing Katherine. You are all I have.
    Nate: I love you mom. I’m not going anywhere and I promise you I will be ok.
    Olivia: Ok but you know you can come talk to me anytime.
    His cell phone goes off and it’s a text from Roxanne: I need to see you ASAP!
    Olivia: Is that your lady friend now?
    “What lady friend? You mean Hillary?” They hear then they look up to see Devon.
    Olivia: Hillary? Wait how do you know?
    Nate: I’m sorry about your loss Devon. I know firsthand what it’s like to lose a dad.
    Devon: Thank you Nate. Tucker and I weren’t super close.
    Nate: You need anything man you come see me.
    Devon: Thanks man.
    Nate: I hate to bail out but I got to take care of something.
    Olivia: Son you just got here. We are not done talking about this Hillary.
    Nate: Mom I’ll call you.” He gets up and gives her a hug and then leaves
    Olivia looks at Devon.
    “Are you sure you’re holding up ok?”
    Devon: Honestly I really don’t know how to feel. I’m gonna meet Neil here so we can talk.
    Olivia: Ok good. This is a time for family, I think I’m going to stop by Dru’s memorial and spend some time there.
    Devon: Ok I’ll talk to you.” Olivia gives Devon a hug and then leaves as Neil arrives.
    Devon: Neil it’s good to see you .” Devon engulfs Neil in a hug.
    Neil: Its ok son I’m here now.

    Chancellor Estate.
    Brock walks into the living room with Mac. Nina, Chance, and Philip look at him.
    Nina: How you holding up Brock?
    Brock: Staying strong. Keeping life going that’s what Kay would have wanted. I wanted to let you all know that Mac and I are ready to plan the services for Kay and we want all of your input.
    Then Murphy walks in the front door and into the living room. Everyone is excited to see him so they can ask him what the police wanted.
    Philip: Murphy what is going on man?
    Murphy: It’s aright everyone. I told Paul what happened. He just wanted details.
    Nina: Good now you can tell us.
    Murphy: Tucker had a plan to bring Katherine down by making her sick. He wanted Chancellor and Newman for himself and Kay and I put a stop to his plan.
    Chance: His plan?
    Murphy: He did something in Victor’s office to make Kay sick. So Kay and I decided to lock him in Victor’s office to give him a taste of his own medicine. But the lock on the door got jammed and Tucker flew out the window and Kay was overwhelmed by it and collapsed.
    Brock: You did this to her! Why didn’t you go to the police? You son of a Bitch!” Brock then sucker punches Murphy. Murphy is caught off guard and falls to the ground from Brock’s left hook. Everyone is stunned.

    The Jail. Esther and Victor continue their historic one on one conversation.
    Victor: I want to know everything with Katherine and Tucker. How did all of this happen?
    Esther: For weeks Murphy has been telling Kay that Tucker was up to something. Kay didn’t want to believe it. So Murphy went out looking for proof. He brought Jack Abbott to the house and Jack confessed he was at one point in co hoots with Tucker to take Kay down. But Jack only wanted Newman.
    Victor: So you’re telling me Jack Abbott is a part of this?
    Esther: I don’t know what to say. He told Kay what Tucker’s plan was. Then Murphy and Kay set a plan of their own in motion. To stop Tucker.
    Victor: So Jack Abbott is responsible for what happened to Katherine.
    Esther: Well I wouldn’t say that not directly.
    Victor: It wasn’t a question Esther. Jackass Abbott. He is going to pay for his role in this. I will finally squash that Jack ass like the roach he is with the heel of my boot. Jackass Abbott is gonna pay!” He says pounding his fist on the table. Esther is frightened and gets up and leaves. “Oh no me and my big mouth what have I done? I just made things worse.” She thinks to herself as she leaves.
    Victor hollers out again “Jackass Abbott is gonna pay!!” Then guards escorts Victor back to his cell.


    At the GCAC, Van is readying her a bubble bath. She pours a glass of wine, then lights some candles and then plays some soft music. She slides into her hot bath and enjoys her afterglow. She smiles as she thinks of her one night stand with Noah. She grabs her phone off the stand next to her and text her mother.
    “Plan complete. It was too easy.”
    Verdon Lou.
    Sheila’s phone goes off. She opens it to read her text. She smiles. She text back.
    “That’s momma’s cub. Good job Mary. Now you know what you need to do next?”
    Van: Yes find Scotty and make his and his mother Lauren’s life a living hell.
    Sheila: That’s right. You’re doing a good job and soon this will all pay off. Our family will be reunited.
    Sheila then sits in front Sharon with a smile
    Sharon: You’re really freaking me out.
    Sheila: That’s not what I want to do.
    Sharon: What do want to do?
    Sheila: I wanna hold your hand and start our life time of friendship.” Sheila grabs Sharon’s hand and just holds it.
    Sharon: What do you want from me?
    Sheila: I want you
    Sharon: Want me? Want me how? What do you want me to do?
    Sheila: I don’t want you to do anything my beauty. I want you.” She leans in closer and kisses Sharon on the cheek. Dru is stunned and tries to holler out looking at the scene of lesbianism.

Blood is forming a puddle around Tuckers head. Paul and Ronan arrives on the scene. Ronan takes Tucker’s pulse as Paul looks up at the 24th floor shattered window. Paul looks at Ronan.
    Ronan: There is no pulse. Tucker is dead!

    Paul gets off the elevator on floor 24 and sees Murphy kneeling over Katherine as she lays on the floor.
    Paul: What the hell happened?
    Murphy: Kay clutched her chest then almost collapsed before I grabbed her. She doesn’t look well Paul. I think she’s having a stroke.” Paul calls for an EMT as he then kneels down and helps Murphy comfort Kay. Seeing Kay on the ground unresponsive is a lot on Paul as tears rolls down his face.
    Paul: You hang in there Katherine, help is on the way!



    Cane’s Apt. He opens his door after hearing a knock. He opens it and sees Avery wearing a trench coat. He pulls her inside and closes the door. He pushes her against the door and stare into her eyes. He kisses her passionately.


    Newman Tower. Paramedics arrive and put Katherine on a stretcher. Murphy get up with Paul’s help. Murphy pulls out his cell phone and calls Jack. He tells him about Katherine. Jack tells Murphy he will meet him at the hospital. Murphy hangs up his phone. He looks at Paul.
    Paul: Murphy what in the hell happened up here? I got a dead Tucker McCall down stairs.
    Murphy: I’m sorry Paul I got to see about Katherine.” Murphy leaves. Ronan then arrives.
    Ronan: You find out what happened?
    Paul: No but I’m sure as hell about to find out. Let’s go to the hospital.


    Cane’s Apt. Cane and Avery stop kissing. She takes her coat off to reveal her matching red bra and panty set.
    Cane: I like you in red.
    Avery: I thought you would. The twins aren’t here are they?
    Cane: No they are spending the night with the sitter. It’s just me and you baby.
    Avery: Good it’s been a crazy couple of weeks and I need relaxation. My body needs you Cane. I got the stuff you like.
    Avery: You do? I could use a line right now. To keep me going. I’ve been so busy.
    Cane pulls out a bag of white powdery stuff from a drawer in the kitchen. He lays it on the table. Avery smiles. She sits at the table and break the package open and makes a line.
    Cane: Easy on that. It’s the best Australia has to offer.
    Avery: I need this Cane.” She picks up the straw on the table and puts one end in her nostril and the other end on the white stuff and snorts. Avery coughs and chokes.
    Cane: I told you that was pure Cocaine. Be easy.
    Avery: I’m a trooper baby.
    Cane sit next to her and snorts a line of coke. They look at each other than kiss passionately.
    He pulls back.
    Avery: What’s the matter?
    Cane: It still blows me away we are doing this. I can’t believe you do cocaine.
    Avery: My college years. I do it once in a while. It keeps me going. I just like it and the best part is no one expects a woman like me to be doing something like this. We all got our hang ups. I’m just thankful I caught on to you doing it. When I saw the paraphernalia I knew what it meant.” He smiles at her then does another line. She follows up with a second dose as well. They both cough and gag.


    Genoa City Memorial. Kay is rushed into the ER as Jack meets up with Murphy.
    Jack: What the hell happened Murphy?
    Murphy: It all went wrong. Tucker is dead and I think Katherine had a stroke.
    Jack: You have got to be kidding? Tucker is dead? How did this happen?
    Murphy: The lock on Victor’s door was jammed. I couldn’t open it in time. Katherine collapsed after we both realized we couldn’t get the damn doors open. We heard glass shattering then Tucker screaming till it faded out of ear shot.
    Jack: My God! Tucker is dead! Tucker McCall is dead.
    Then Devon arrives.
    Devon: Where’s my dad and grandmother? I’m getting all these crazy text and breaking news alerts on my phone.
    Murphy and Jack both look at Devon with a look of extreme seriousness.
    Devon knows something is up
    “Tell me now what is going on?
    Jack: Devon, I’m so sorry”


    Cane’s Apt. Cane and Avery get it together. They look at each other.
    Avery: Now it’s time for that incredible sex you always serve up”. Avery straddles over him and they kiss passionately. He unsnaps her bra and cusps her breast. She moans. Cane then unbuttons his pants and Avery fixes her panties for her pleasure experience. She gets into position, straddling Cane and they have sex amidst a drugged state.

    Abby then arrives on the scene followed by Keemo.


    Cane’s Apt. Cane and Avery are both sweaty laying on the couch breathing heavily.
    Avery: That was awesome. I so needed that. Some relief in from my life.
    Cane: What is going on?
    Avery: I betrayed some people for money to support this drug habit we got. I’m kinda mad at myself I started back up again. But when I saw the evidence around here it just brought back memories and a craving for it came over me.
    Cane: You didn’t have to betray anyone. I got connections back at home.
    Avery: I was just being stupid. I was high. Didn’t know what I say saying. I just saw dollar signs. I’m falling apart.
    Cane: You know we can’t go on like this forever.
    Avery: I know what are we going to do when Lily gets home? Here we are having an affair while your twins are at the sitters for an overnighter and we sit here and get high on cocaine. Oh my goodness Cane this is not right. What are we doing? What am I doing? Having an affair with a married man and getting high with him.” Avery takes one more hit of the coke then puts her trench coat on then leaves.
    Cane is dumbfounded. He doesn’t understand how Avery just preached how what they were doing was wrong but takes a good bye hit before leaving. Cane chuckles.


    Back at the hospital the crowd at the hospital has grown larger to include, Esther. Olivia walks out of Kay’s room to face the crowd.
    Devon: Aunt Olivia what’s wrong with Katherine?
    Jill: Is she going to be ok?
    Olivia takes a deep breath then speaks
    “Mrs. Chancellor has suffered a massive stroke. Rather an occluded stroke
    Jill: A what now? What does that mean?
    Olivia: A blood clot is blocking blood flow to the brain.
    Murphy and Jill cries immediately upon hearing that Kay is had a massive stroke.
    Devon: Ok but she is going to be ok right? She’ll come out of this? At least tell us that. We can have the clot removed or dissolved?
    Olivia has a tear stream down her face and Devon is stunned. A choking feeling comes over him in his throat.
    Olivia: Mrs. Chancellor has a one percent chance of surviving this. This is extremely serious”
    Jill hollers out as Jack holds her. Devon is also touched and walks away from the crowd. He gets emotional.
    “Tucker is dead and now Mrs. C might not make it!”

    Billy: I really messed up.” He says getting choked up.
    “We lost a baby. My actions led directly to that.”
    Jill: How is Chloe holding up?
    Billy : I don’t know yet. Been trying to avoid Katherine.
    Jill: Ugh don’t remind me. All she is going to do is give you a “ I told you so speech”.
    Billy: Mom I been thinking.
    Jill chuckling: A little late for that.
    Billy: Ha Ha funny.
    Jill : About what?
    Billy: Leaving Genoa City with Chloe and Chordeila. I know Victoria will never forgive me and I’m just a black sheep right now. An ugly cancer for everyone. I don’t want to be in the spot light right now especially working at Jabot. It just got back on its feet. I just think it would be better if Chloe and I left Genoa City.
    Jill: It would be good for Delia.
    Billy: So your not to mad then?
    Jill: No. I think time away from here will do you some good. Besides once Victor gets word of what you’ve did to his daughter, he’s going to come looking for you.

    Victor, Nikki and Victoria look at Avery waiting on her good news.
    Avery: Number one there seems to be an issue at the DA’s office. I can’t get any return phone calls and they tell me Spencer is unavailable.
    Victor smiles upon hearing that.
    “So what does that mean for Victoria?” He mumbles.
    Avery: If something happened to Spencer then I have a better chance at getting these charges reduced to maybe just assault. Spencer has it in for the Newman’s and him being absent like this from his office is very unusual. So I’m thinking something big is up.
    Nikki: This is good news. Reduced charges.
    Victoria is unable to feel any happiness as she can only think of her broken marriage and the death of Chloe’s baby.
    Nikki: Darling its going to be ok. We are going to get you out of here.
    Avery: Speaking of we just need the money to post your bail.
    Victor: Good, I’ll tell my folks to wire it right over. Oh and Uh Nikki… Remember I won’t be in here forever.

    Leslie gets a knock on her door. She opens it to see a grim faced Spencer.
    Les: What happened to you? Looks like you lost a puppy.
    Spencer: I had to resign as the DA “He says entering her apartment. Wanting to know more she doesn’t realize that she didn’t close her apartment door all the way.

    Spencer: My legal career is over. The tape Victor had Avery play at the party did me in.
    Leslie: I’m probably right behind you.
    Spencer: Damn what am I going to do now? I got a mortgage and a car note to pay.
    Leslie: You know Spencer I’m really sorry this happened to you.

    Leslie: Yes I been meaning to get around to talking to Avery about her role in all of this. I thought she was my friend.
    Spencer: Damn ...Damn, I got a new family, but no damn job. No career. Les seriously what am I going to do? Who is going to hire me? Nothing is going right for me. Our daughter hates us. What else can go wrong?” She looks into his eyes rember how at one time of her life he was the match that lit her fire.

    The Club. Nikki is sitting a table drinking orange juice when Paul walks over.
    Paul: Hey there beautiful.
    Nikki: Paul hey. I’m so glad you are here” She gets up and gives him a hug.
    Paul: Is everything ok?
    Nikki: Well yes and no. Avery got Victoria out on bail and she is seeking to reduce the charges to assault.
    Paul: Then you should be happy.
    Nikki: I would be but Victor has me thinking that I could have prevented this somehow. I been so caught up in my life, I could have seen the signs Billy was cheating on Victoria with Chloe. I feel as if I failed her.
    Paul: Nikki come on. You can’t control Billy’s actions. He’s an adult and well enough aware of the choices he was making. He screwed up royally but there is no need to blame yourself. Victor is just miserable in that cell and wanted you to feel the same way.
    Nikki: Maybe your right. They look down in the menus as a waiter comes over.
    Jack has walked in seconds before and catches a glimpse of Paul and Nikki having lunch. He is not happy at all. As he is about to walk over to the table he is stopped by a familiar voice from behind.
    “Jack you got a minute. I really need to talk to you.”

    The Jail. Victor is put into the meeting room and he wonders who wants to see him. The door opens and in walks Roxanne and Devon.
    Victor: My my. To what do I owe this pleasure?
    Roxanne: I want to know why you had Avery Clark play that video of Leslie and Spencer.
    Victor: You mean your mother and father.
    Devon: We are here to get some answers Mr. Newman.
    Roxanne: Devon I got this.” She sits in the chair and looks him in the eyes.
    Roxanne: Why?
    Victor: It’s very unfortunate you know. Spencer had a choice. He made the wrong one and this is the consequences.
    Roxanne: Just like that? No matter who gets hurt in the process? What did I do personally to you for you to do this to me? Do you have any idea what you’ve done?
    Victor: My darling what’s done is done. Let it be a lesson to you to never go up against Victor Newman. Ask Devon here. He’s known me long enough to at least inform you of that. I understand you are new to the set but this is how things work around here.”
    Roxanne tries to slap him but he catches her hand before it can land on his face.
    Victor: It ain’t happening mmmk?" He lets go of her hand, getting up and asks for a guard to take him back to his cell.
    Roxanne looks at Devon.
    “Wow” She says with tears forming in her eyes.
    Devon holds her hand as they leave the jail.


    The Club.
    Jack: Billy why are you wearing those shades and wig?
    Billy: I’m trying to keep a low profile. You know with the media frenzy. Don’t want any more bad press for Jabot.
    Jabot: Yea I know. Just when we got Jabot on its feet. Its going to hit us hard Billy.
    Billy: Jack I know and I am sorry. So very sorry. That’s why I came to see you.
    Jack: Go on.
    Billy: I’m going to take Delia and Chloe and leave town.
    Jack: Does this means your going to be with Chloe?
    Billy: Yes. There is no coming back from this. I can’t stay around here and live in shame and guilt. I don’t want to. I don’t want to put Chordeila through that either.”
    Then they hear : “ Like hell you are!” Victoria comes from around the corner having heard the entire conversation and pulls off Billy’s wig and glasses. She then grabs a pitcher of water and dumps it all over Billy.
    Victoria( to the crowd gathering to watch the display) THERE HE IS!! BILLY ABBOTT!!”
    The media are having a frenzy capturing every moment for the front pages tomorrow.
    Victoria: Billy Abbott. A rotten cheating Pig! Let that be your caption for the front pages tomorrow.
    Victoria storms out The Club.
    Jack: Uncalled for.

    Today we meet Katherine Chancellor’s siblings…. Hillary has the power to tell Malcolm that Moses is really his son and not Neil’s. This episode will answer the question if she will or not.


    Roxanne’s Apartment.
    Devon is looking at Nate and Roxanne looking at him.
    Roxanne:
    Devon..I..
    Devon:
    Roxanne not in the mood to hear any bullsh!t tonight. I’ve had enough. I have not seen you or heard from you since all this stuff with my family happened. And when I finally find you, your in the arms of another man. My cousin.
    Nate:
    Look Devon,-
    Before Nate can finish Devon sucker punches Nate. Nate almost loses his balance but Roxanne catches him.
    Nate:
    Man you tripping. I’m going to let that one go for now because I know you are going through a lot.
    Devon:
    Oh yea?” Devon sucker punches Nate again only this time with a left hook. And this time Nate falls out to the floor. Roxanne is stunned that Devon was able to knock out Nate as tall as Nate is.
    Devon:
    You can let that one go to right?
    Roxanne:
    Devon Calm down!
    Devon:
    Roxanne stop cheating on me! This affair has been in my face the whole time. I remember in the park I caught you two hugging. I didn’t think much of it then. But lately all the signs are there. Roxanne you’ve been pulling away from me for months now and now I see why. I’m done with this. It’s nice to know I been made a fool of Roxanne. Thank you…. I loved you!! How could you do this to me?… But it’s cool though. I’m glad I see how you really feel about me. A shame it just took all this time.” Devon looks at them with one final look and then leaves.
    Roxanne:
    No Devon wait! I didn’t get a chance to explain. Please listen to me you got this all wrong.
    Devon:
    I’m not no fool. I’m a lot of things but a fool isn’t one.” With that Devon closes the door behind him and leaves her building. Roxanne is in shock and looks at Nate who is gathering his composure and getting back up.
    Roxanne:

    As Hillary watches Malcolm drink away she wonders if she should play her recording she has of Nate and Roxanne discussing how he switched Moses paternity results from Malcolm to Neil.
    Malcolm begins to get emotional being so drunk and cries.
    “He took everything from me. My son, my fiancée, my son, my Leslie, my son. He might as well take my life.”
    Hillary:
    I feel so bad. Why would Neil do these things to you?
    Malcolm:
    That’s a good question pretty girl. I have never asked him that but I should. Ask him why does he hate me so much he has to take everything from me. I thought I found happiness with Sophia. I was on the right track. Getting my life together. I proposed because I loved her with all my heart. Little did I know she was sleeping with my brother Neil behind my back. Then she became pregnant. I prayed every day and night that Moses was my son during the months we waited to hear the paternity results after he was born. But nope. Not with Neil in the picture. Like everything else he took my son from me. My girl cheated on me with my bitch ass brother and had his baby. I never did anything like this to him. So why do it to me?
    Hillary:
    That’s really messed up.
    Malcolm
    : I almost killed him a few nights ago. There was this voice in my head telling me to kill him. I lost control. I didn’t care that night.
    Hillary:
    Maybe this will send him a wake up call.
    Malcolm:
    Not for Neil. Leslie hoe ass just dumped me for Neil. There he goes once again. He wins. And I lose.
    Hillary:
    Sounds like this Neil needs to be stopped.” She pull out her cell phone and loads the video of Nate and Roxanne’s conversation. She decides Malcolm has a right to know the truth.

    Cane’s Place.
    Cane is feeding Charlie as Maddie is in the living room playing with the remote on the TV turning it up louder and louder. Cane hollers out to Maddie telling her to stop playing with the remote. Maddie then gets mad and throws the remote at the TV and the TV screen shatters.
    Cane:
    Damn it Maddie!
    Then Charlie begins to cry, frightened by Cane’s raised voice. Cane buries his head in his hands and thinks how a hit of cocaine would be so nice right now. Then he hears a knock at the door.
    Cane:
    Damn can this get any worse? He looks at both crying babies then opens the door. It’s Nina. She walks in and is taken aback by the looks of Cane’s place. She see toys scattered through out the apartment. A few soiled diapers on the floor near the trash can. She also sees dirty dishes on the dinning room table. She then looks at the shattered TV screen. She sees the remote and turns it off.
    Nina:
    Cane what is going on here?
    Cane:
    Ah its nothing. Just a rough day with the twins.
    Nina:
    I can see. I came by to see how you were and to make sure you are ok.
    Cane:
    Why would you think something is wrong?
    Nina:
    No one has seen you at Kay’s funereal. In fact I haven’t seen you since I been back to town. I thought at least you would pay your respects to Kay. We thought you were Philip at one point in time. You grew to be very close to Kay. I’m just wondering what is going on and to ask why you weren’t there at the funereal.

    Karynn pushing Karl in his wheel chair barges onto the scene of the mourners. Everyone stops what they are doing to look at them. Karynn is still smoking her cigarette.
    Jill:
    We don’t allow smoking in here and who the hell are you?
    Karynn
    looks at Jill.
    “You must be Jill Foster Reynolds Chancellor Brooks Thurston Sterling, Atkinson and now Fenmore, judging by that deep voice of yours.
    Jill:
    Excuse me?
    Karynn:

    Roxanne:

Look, I care for you Rox I always will but things have changed with Hillary knowing my secret and Devon walking in on us. I think we both need some time to think about things and come to some concrete decisions. You told me you love me but instead of coming to me now that you are free, you are hurting that you lost Devon. I’m confused. And I’m tired of it. So like I said, I’m going to give you some time.” As he begins to leave Roxanne’s tears intensifies.
    Roxanne:

    “Hillary. Hillary. HILLARY!!! This all started when you showed up. Now I lost everything BITCH!” Roxanne then swings open her door, so hard it flies off the hinges. She walks across the hall and karate chops Hillary’s door down.
    Roxanne:
    Hillary Bitch where are you?” Roxanne goes through Hillary’s apartment and realizes she is not their. So she then begins to trash her place. Pulling dishes out the cabinets and then throwing them at walls knocking over furniture and bashing in TV screens has tired Roxanne out and she decides to leave and go back to her place. She tries to close the door but she sees its off the hinges. So she moves the big wooden door over entrance way so she can have some semi privacy. She sits on the couch and holds a teddy bear. She cries.

    Hillary hesitates before hitting the play button for Malcolm. She knows what she is doing is something major and she wonders if she should put herself in a position to be a part of this expose’ and responsible for the drama that may follow behind the truth being exposed. She remembers Malcolm telling her that he almost killed his brother the other night. But then she thinks of Moses. An innocent child where people are playing God with his life. She looks at Malcolm who has tears in his eyes but still taking shots of Patron. Hillary loads the video. She take a deep breath.
    Malcolm:
    I’m so messed up right now.
    Hillary:
    I think you need to stop drinking.
    Malcolm:
    Will that make Neil pay for what he’s done to me? I’m just a loser and I don’t care no more. I got nothing to live for.
    Hillary:
    How about a new beginning? It’s never too late.
    Malcolm:
    Thank you girl for listening to this loser tonight. I know I’m not much company. You’re hanging with Genoa City’s biggest loser.” He takes another shot.
    Hillary caves in and decides to save Malcolm. To give him hope. She takes his phone and then hers and touches them together so she can send the recording to Malcolm’s phone.
    Malcolm:

    Hillary:
    I’m giving you hope.’ The video is done transferring. Hillary hits play on Malcolm’s phone and then gets up and leaves.
    Malcolm tries to focus in on the recording. He hears Nate admitting that he changed Moses paternity results from him to Neil.
    “I think I had too much to drink.. “ He then hits replay. He listens again to Nate admitting Moses is really his son and not Neil’s”
    Malcolm:
    I‘m going to kill Nate and Neil. Moses is my son…. Moses is my son…” he says over and over again until he passes out onto the table……

You see your dad, he’s not going for us being together. Besides, it’s not right. I respect your granddad too much to be with you. I loved him dearly and no one can replace him.
    Keemo: I’m not trying to replace him. But what I feel for you is real. I love you.
    Gloria: We cannot do this.
    A reporter then flashes a camera in their face and begins to hammer away at the duo
    “Gloria are you keeping it in the family with John Abbott grandson Keemo?”
    Gloria is appalled and walks away. Keemo shoves the reporter and camera man off. Keemo is very frustrated as he walks past Jack.
    Jack: So now what?
    Keemo: What do you mean?
    Jack: You are the face of McCall. Good luck handling all the blowback. You made a huge mistake working for Tucker.
    Keemo: This is not the time Jack. Let’s think about Kay.
    Jack: I am trust me.” Jack then walks away. Keemo wonders what was in between the lines of Jack’s conversation. He brushes it off and sees Jill off in a distance sitting by her lonesome. He decides to walk over to her.

    Michael arrives at the hospital and approaches Lauren.
    “Is it true, Tucker is dead?”
    Lauren: Yes and so is Mrs. Chancellor.” She says with tears in her eyes.
    Michael: Mrs. Chancellor? My goodness. How did all this happen?
    Lauren: We still don’t know anything. Paul has been hovering around waiting on Murphy to speak with him. He’s just giving him space.
    Michael: Where is Fenmore?
    Lauren: At a friend’s. So what about you? When did you get out of jail?
    Michael: You mean after you betrayed me?
    Lauren: I never asked you to commit perjury for Victor Newman.
    Michael: We are married, we share a son. We are a family. Why would you sell me out like that?
    Lauren: I don’t like who you are as a person any more. You became Victor’s Bitch. I told that over and over again. And look at what it got you? I did the right thing by turning you in.     Rafe: I been ok. A little stunned at the news about Tucker and Kay. Just laying low after the Newman trial fiasco. Our law firm collapse. I cannot get ahold of Avery.
    Leslie: I bet. She’s scared. You wait till I see her. And oh yes. Just shocking about Mrs. Chancellor
    Rafe: So you haven’t seen Avery either. This is unlike her. Something is so off about her. Why would she betray you and expose your secret the way she did?
    Leslie: It’s no problem Rafe. I’m going to handle Miss Avery. You gone read about it in the newspaper and say damn why did Leslie do that to that poor girl.
    Rafe laughs. “So how are things with you and Roxanne?”
    Leslie: They aren’t. She is so damn angry. She reminds me of myself when I was her age. I was an angry woman. I was angry I had to strip my way through college. It was hard. Then to have it expose at Gloria’s gala. Spencer lost his career. It’s been all bad.

    Victoria stops hugging Nikki and calls out to Reed. Nikki and Nick turn around to see JT standing there with Reed. They smile. Victoria embraces Reed in a hug while Nikki hugs JT.
    JT: I got on the first flight when I heard about Kay. Is she ok?
    Nikki: No. Kay didn’t make it. Nikki gets weak in the knees as Nick catches her.

    Avery looks in a personal mirror to make sure she is ok before she walks into the Jail to meet with Victor who has summoned her. She enters the meeting area where Victor is already awaiting her.
    Victor: I want you to tell me what the hell is going on?
    Avery: About what?
    Victor: What the hell do you mean about what? Tucker McCall is dead and Katherine had a stroke.
    Avery: Oh wow I had no idea.
    Victor: What do you mean you had no idea? What the hell have you been doing?
    Avery has a flashback of snorting lines of cocaine with Cane.
    Avery: I got so much on my plate. So many cases.
    Victor: Well what the hell am I paying you for? You are supposed to be on top of things. You are really slipping Avery Clark. I’m not liking the direction your character is going in. I’m not sure what’s the matter with you but you damn well better figure it out. Now go get me some damn news now!

    Back at the hospital. Mac walks out of Kay’s room. Brock holds her.
    Brock: You ok honey?
    Mac: It’s so hard to believe. Katherine is actually gone.
    Brock: I know Mackenzie. It’s hard for me to. I have no words to express” He says as he holds in tears. JT walks over to them
    JT: Mac I’m very sorry for your loss. You to Brock.
    Mac: JT thank you and it’s good to see you.” They hug as Victoria watches her ex-husband embrace his first true love. She smiles at the sweet embrace. She sees Chance and decides to give her condolences. She walks Reed over to him.

    Chance: Thank you Victoria. My goodness you are so beautiful. You look so different from the last time I saw you.
    Victoria: Well thank you. I had to get plastic surgery on my face after that explosion at Glo Worm’s first gala last winter.

    Neil:
    That’s a good question and I intend to find out. Any way son, how are you, what’s on your mind?
    Devon:
    Tucker and Katherine. I don’t understand how they both died in the same night. And Tucker fell from the 24 floor, just absolutely unbelievable.
    Neil:
    Yea. We still don’t have any answers.
    Devon:
    I’m not sure I want to know.

    In my gut I know something about all of this is not right. I’m not going to like the outcome.

    “Hello. Scotty, its about damn time where the hell have you been and why haven’t I seen you yet? I have been trying to reach you. I told you I was coming into to town. Ii feels as though you are avoiding me. Is that the case Scotty? Do you not want to see me? I don’t understand any of this.
    Scotty
    : Are you done?
    Van:
    What does that mean? I just don’t understand why it took over 24 hours to see my man when I arrive in town to see him.
    Scotty:
    Van just stop. Can I get a word in or what? It seems like you saying the same thing over and over again but in different ways.
    Van:
    Is that how you are going to talk to me? To the woman you profess you love.
    Scotty:
    I was with the family. Katherine Chancellor recently passed. So yes I have been a little preoccupied. I’m sorry. Why are you here? I had no idea you were coming in from Paris.
    Van:

    Jill, Nina and Esther sit in the living room discussing funereal arrangements for Kay. They cant agree on a color scheme until Murphy walks in and interrupts them
    “Ladies, this isn’t a show. We are mourning Katherine. A celebration of her life. Let’s remember that.”

    While I agree Jill insists on having things her way.
    Nina:
    She won’t listen to any of our ideas.

    : I told you once before watch your moth about the woman I love. Gloria didn’t even know my last name before I told the world we were engaged the night at her reopening gala at Glo Worm. So you can’t use the opportunist argument. Love is blind. So what she was with my granddad. He’s not here any longer. Life goes and people grow.     Jack is heart broken again over words from his son.

    Olivia: Not long I’m afraid. If you will excuse I have to see other patients.” Olivia walks away and sees Devon sitting by himself away from the crowd. She approaches him.

    Devon: Tucker and now Kay. I don’t know what to think. I don’t know how to feel about of all this. Katherine was the sweetest person I know. How did all of this happen?

    “I got phone calls to make. I should call Philip.”
    Jack: So do I. I’ll stay here, Jill you go get yourself cleaned up and get Kay’s friends here. It’s time to say our good byes to Katherine.” Jill just sobs when she hears that last statement from Jack.
    Jill: This is not goodbye Jack. Kay will survive this” She says trying desperately to believe in some hope.

    Outside Genoa City, Verdon Lou. Sheila walks into her cabin and checks on her mystery patient. She checks the patients vitals, charts them then puts the chart down and walks into the front area of the cabin where she is holding Dru and Sharon hostage.
    Sheila: Hi bitches!
    Sharon: Sheila please. You can’t keep doing this. My daughter needs me. I’m sure Nick and the rest of the Newman’s are looking for me.
    Sheila looks at Dru.
    Sheila: Who’s looking for you Dru?
    Dru: Yo momma.
    Sheila: You are so comical Drucilla. I’m glad I took you captive. Things aren’t boring around here.
    Dru: Whatever.
    Sheila: You ready for your physical therapy?
    Dru: Oh now you want to help me walk again after you shot me? That’s a great idea. Help me walk again hoe so I can whoop yo ass. How does that sound?
    Sheila pulls out her gun and aims it at Dru.
    “Some times that mouth really gets on my nerves. It’s too much. And it’s making me mad and you are not going to like it when I’m mad.
    Dru: I don’t like you no kind of way. Not worried bout you Bitch. You got us tied up. You not gone like me when I get free. I’m telling you, you got the right one. I’m not no Lauren Fenmore, girl you made a mistake kidnapping a sista’.
    Sheila: I’m in control here and I got all the power. Why can’t you be a good obedient hostage like sweet pretty Sharon here” She says as she caresses Sharon’s face.
    Dru: Just let us go. You can’t keep us in here forever. How you gone support two people and a mystery patient. Who’s back there any way? Who you got as a patient slash hostage back there.
    Sheila smiles at them both

    Jill walks into the Athletic Club. She sees Nikki at a table with an orange juice about to sip until Jill interrupts her.
    Jill: Is that really just orange juice? Or did you add a little something extra to get through your day?
    Nikki: Go to hell Jill! I don’t drink anymore.
    Jill: Sounds like you need a drink…You haven’t heard about Kay?
    Nikki: I did. I assume she’s alright.
    Jill: Actually no. It’s very serious and Tucker McCall is dead. Kay may not survive this.
    Nikki: Yea right Jill. You are so over the top.
    Jill: At least you can quit being selfish for a moment in time to go see Kay. I’m trying to gather everyone up. Philip and Chance are flying in.
    Nikki: Enjoy your family reunion.
    Jill: What is the matter with you? When did you become so cold and unfeeling?
    Nikki: I’m busy Jill. Thanks for stopping by now have a good day.
    Jill is amazed. “I really can’t believe you. You and Kay were so close for years. Almost like mother and daughter. And this is how you feel now?
    Nikki: And that just eats away at you doesn’t it Jill. That Kay and I were so close and you two never were. Even when you thought you were her daughter. Still didn’t come close to Kay and I huh?
    Jill takes Nikki’s glass of orange juice and throws it in Nicki’s face and then walks away. Nikki is shocked and embarrassed as everyone looks at her. She begins to pat herself dry.


    Nina arrives at the hospital. She sees her son Ronan talking with Olivia. She walks over to him.
    Nina: Ronan what happened? I heard something about Katherine.
    Ronan: It’s not good at all. Tucker McCall is dead and Katherine had a massive stroke.
    Nina: Oh my gosh. This is terrible.” Nina gives Ronan a hug.
    Nina: I need to call Chance he needs to be here.
    “Don’t bother I already called him. He’s on his way back to Genoa City from Germany.” Jill says approaching on the scene
    Nina: Why didn’t you call me? Chance is my son you know.
    Jill: Really Nina? At a time like this?
    Nina: Really Jill. You always like to undermine me. What about Philip? Does he know?
    Jill: Yes Nina. Of course I told my son about Katherine.
    Nina: Is he flying into GC?
    Jill: Yes Nina why?
    Nina: Because I want to know if the father of my son is flying into town. Jesus Christ Jill.” Nina says to Jill before walking away.

    Murphy sits outside of Kay’s room. Paul walks over to him
    Paul: Ok Murphy. I think it’s time you and I had a talk. Now I hate to do this but we can talk here or at the station I’m leaving it up to you. Clearly something fowl happened. Tucker is dead and Kay had a stroke that she might not survive from. Now I want answers.
    Murphy: Slow down Paul. I’ll tell you everything you want to know.
    Paul: Good let’s start from the beginning.
    Murphy: It was all Tucker’s fault. He was out to get Kay and I found out about it. I told Kay and we came up with a plan to give him a taste of his own medicine and it went horribly wrong.
    Paul: Murphy this doesn’t look good for you my friend.


    Devon walks into the hospital morgue. He takes a deep breath and wishes he hadn’t after getting a good whiff of death. He sees a body bag on a table and wonders if it’s Tucker. He walks over to it and slowly unzips it. Devon is horrified at the site as it is Tucker but his head is busted open and guts, rather full on brains are hanging out from the crack of his head.
    Devon turns around and vomits. He then leaves the morgue only to run into Abby.


    A code blue is called for Kay’s room. Olivia and nurses rush into Kay’s room. Murphy, Jack, and Esther all gather round her room to see what is going on. Paul stands back from the scene giving Murphy his space. Ronan walks over to him
    Ronan: Did you get any answers from Murphy yet?
    Paul: Somewhat, This is not good Ronan. Not good for Murphy at all. He told me a few things but he is holding a lot back.
    Ronan: Only a matter of time before the truth comes out.


    In Bay City. Cory Publishing. Iris is in her executive office watching the film of Tucker in Victor’s office over and over again as it is on replay.
    Iris: This was not supposed to happen. Now Tucker is dead. What the hell happened? And I got all the footage on tape. I have to get those cameras out of that office before the investigation begins or I’ll be implicated in what happened and for sure I will lose Cory Publications. I cannot let that happen.” She makes a call.
    “I need you to get back to Genoa City and remove all the cameras you guys installed… I don’t care about the police just make it happen before the police begin their ponder her role in Tucker’s death.



    Back in Wisconsin from Illinois,
    Nikki walks into the waiting area of GC Memorial. She sees Jill, Murphy, and Esther all huddled together. She walks over to them.
    Nikki: Ok where is the old bat? I’m here to see Kay.” They all turn around, teary eyed.
    Jill: You’re too late. Kay is gone………

    Outside her door
    Devon: Who are you and what are you doing?
    Hillary: I’m Hillary, I just moved in across the hall.
    Devon: Ok now tell me why you were eavesdropping outside my girlfriends door?

    Inside,
    Nate: What is it?
    Roxanne steps away from the door and walks over towards Nate so she can whisper to him.
    “Its Devon and he’s talking to Hillary!
    Nate: I’m telling you I know Hillary. I just can’t figure it out…. What could Devon and Hillary be talking about?
    Roxanne: Why she was eavesdropping with a glass on my door?
    Nate: You think she heard us?
    Roxanne: I mean we were not shouting or speaking loudly. That Bitch! I can’t believe this Hillary person. This can’t be happening.
    Nate turns her around, grabs her then kisses her passionately once again. She pulls back and then slaps him.
    “Are you crazy! My man is right outside.”
    Nate: Then what am I doing here?

    Katherine sitting at her desk looks up at Jill and Harmony.
    “Any one have any suggestions? This fracking business is all new to me. Earthquakes and contaminated water. I don’t want this company associated with any thing like that.
    Jill: I agree. But so much money is at stake. So much it could really damage CI short and long term.
    Harmony: I say we go to Briar Texas and face the people head on. Participate in the testing to see what is really going on on the ground. Then maybe we can renegotiate with our contractors. Surely if this fracking is causing these problems then they should understand that these studies needs to be done.
    Jill and Kay both look at Harmony in amazement.
    Kay: I’m impressed.
    Then Harmony’s cell phone rings. Harmony looks down at the caller id, then apologizes to Kay and Jill and tells her this is very important.
    Harmony answers her phone.
    “Anna, baby girl what’s the matter?
    Jill and Kay continue talking about Harmony’s idea.
    Jill: I do think it’s a good idea. We need to get out ahead of this.”
    Kay: Who do we send? I’m sure as hell not going, I got Newman and CI to worry about.
    Jill: Harmony and I can go. We can also take some folks from R and D and public relations.” Their conversation is interrupted when suddenly Harmony fates. Jill and Kay are shocked.


    　
    　
    Roxanne’s Apt.
    Hillary: This is your girlfriend’s place?
    Devon: Yea, why do you act surprised?
    Hillary: No reason. Like I said I’m new in town so I’m just getting to know people. I met Roxanne earlier but I never got her name. She was rather rude if I may be honest.
    Devon: She’s going through a lot.
    Hillary: So I see.
    Devon: I’m sorry what? What is that supposed to mean? And you still haven’t told me why you were eavesdropping on Roxanne’s door?
    Hillary: I heard strange noises and I wanted to hear what was going before I called call the police. I didn’t know if the noises was usual or unusual. I figured I could make things out better by listening in closer. You know hold a class cup to the wall or door.
    Then Roxanne opens the door.
    “ I thought I heard something going on.”
    Hillary:Be careful Roxanne, I broke glass there right in front of your door. Let me get a broom so I can sweep it up. I don’t want you to get hurt.” She looks at Roxanne when she says that. Roxanne picks up on the mild gesture. Hillary tries to look past Roxanne to see if she can see Nate inside. Roxanne notices and moves to block her view.
    Roxanne: Hillary something wrong?
    Hillary smiles at her
    “ Nothing at all” She says walking away.
    Roxanne: This is all to much for me, can we go for a walk baby?
    Devon: Sounds perfect. I need to talk to you anyway.
    Roxanne: Good let me grab my coat and purse.” She does and Roxanne closes her apartment door behind her. Then Hillary comes back with a broom and dust pan.
    Roxanne gives her a coy smile.
    “I hope you get all the glass up Hillary, there are kids that live in the building.”
    Hillary:Yea sure Roxanne. You bet.” Devon and Rox leave.

    Hillary: Ok Roxie. I know Nate went in and he never came back out. Now your taking your so called boyfriend out. I know Nate is still in there.” Then Roxanne’s door opens up. Hillary looks up and sees Nate. Hillary smiles at him. Nate is caught off guard as he did not see any one in the peep hole before he opened the door. As he looks at her he can’t help to think he knows Hillary somehow.



    Abbott Manor. Jack and Keemo continues their confrontation.
    Jack: I want you to tell me what is it with you and older women? First Jill and now Glo Ho.
    Keemo: Don’t you ever speak about Gloria like that again! How dare you question me and who I share my life with! I’m done with this! I’m way to old for you to be trying to control me. I’m my own man. I make my own decisions and that will include me marrying Gloria because I love her and working for Tucker McCall because he believes in me. You don’t know me very well dad. Now all of a sudden you want to control my life. How about get a life of your own. Win one with Victor Newman for once.
    Jack: That was a low blow son.” Jack says with his voice crackling.
    Keemo: But it’s ok to pass judgment on me and my choices. You will not stop me from marrying Gloria. Simple as that. “ Then Keemo walks out, storming past Murphy who has showed up to see Jack. Murphy walks in closing the door behind him and walks over to Jack who is visibly upset.
    Murphy: Everything ok Jack?
    Jack: Just one disaster after another Murph.

    Keemo gets in his car and speeds out the drive way. He tries to call Gloria but it goes straight to voice mail. He throws his phone down on the passenger seat. Then he gets a call and Keemo hopes its Gloria. It’s Tucker instead.
    Keemo: What can I do for you Tucker?…….Ok I’ll be there shortly……



    　
    　
    Chancellor.
    Jill is fanning Harmony who is laying on the floor. Harmony slowly comes to.
    “Wh-.. What happened?
    Kay: That’s what we want to know. You were on the phone with an important call then you seem to have fainted.
    Harmony then sits up
    “Oh my God! I have to go! I have to go!” She gets up.
    Jill: I don’t think you are in shape to go anywhere.
    Harmony: NO! Its my daughter. My Anna dear God NO!
    Kay: What is the matter Harmony?
    Harmony: I’m so sorry Mrs. C. I have to leave. My daughter needs me. I have to go see Devon.” Then Harmony leaves in a haste. Jill and Kay look at each other and wonders what is wrong with Harmony’s daughter Anna.
    Jill: I don’t think she will be going to Briar.
    Kay: And it was her idea.


    Roxanne’s Apt. (Doorway\Hallway) Hillary stands up.
    Hillary: Roxanne just left with her boyfriend.
    Nate: Oh ok. Thank you.
    He tries to leave but she stops him with another comment.
    Hillary: I thought you were Roxanne’s boyfriend. Especially the way you two were acting.
    Nate: Your funny…. Ha Ha no. As you can see she is with Devon.
    Hillary: Then why are you leaving her apartment just now? Why didn’t you just leave when Devon was here? Seems suspicious to me.
    Nate: Does it?
    Hillary: It does.
    Nate: I think you need to mind your own business.
    Hillary: I think you should consider your own advice.
    Nate: I beg your pardon.
    Hillary: Switching paternity test results. Yes I heard that part. I know everything. I can’t believe what I heard Nathan Hastings Jr.
    Nate is flabbergasted.
    Nate: And you know my whole name. So we do know each other. So now what? Who are you?
    Hillary: It’s sad really. You don’t even remember who I am do you? Maybe to much Roxanne on your mind
    Nate stares at her. “ Johnson C Smith?….. Hillary….You were studying law. Left me to go care for your sick mother.

    Nate: It’s been a few years and you look so different now. More beautiful than ever.
    Hillary: I’ve missed you.

    She walks up to him and kisses him passionately. As she kisses a flood gate of memorie open for Nate. He grabs her tiny waist and pushes her against the wall. Smelling her sweet perfume and tasting her soft sweet lips arouses him as he remebers previous hot passionate times With Hillary. He grabs her hair and pulls her head back exposing her neck. He kisses her there as he rembelrs how much it turned her on when he was aggrssive with her in the past. Hillary moans out.

    Esther is sitting by Chloe’s side when Olivia walks in. She smiles at them. Olivia tells Chloe she is there to release her from the hospital and begins to give her instructions for post hospital care. Chloe takes a deep breath and looks at her mother.
    Esther: its ok Kate. I’m going to be here every step of the way. Esther holds her as Chloe wipes a tear from her eye. Chloe looks Olivia.
    Chloe: Can you tell what it was?
    Olivia: I’m not understanding;
    Chloe: My baby, was it a boy or girl?
    Olivia: A boy.
    Chloe sheds another tear. She tells her self she can do this. Esther helps her out of bed and helps Chloe gather her things. Up. Before walking out Olivia tells Chloe she wants her to schedule an appointment for a follow.


    Police Station. Victoria and Victor look at each other. Victor is in disbelief.
    Victor: What the hell is going on here? You’re back in town and in jail?
    Vickie: Nice to see you to dad. I heard about what happened at your trial.
    Victor: No my dear. Tell me why the hell you are in here.
    Vickie: Well this is going to make you very happy.” She turns away from him unable to admit defeat of sorts where Billy concerned.
    Victor: Darling please don’t tell me this has something to do with Billy Boy.
    Victoria: I caught him, in bed with Chloe as I returned home.
    Victor: I’ll kill him. I still don’t get why you are here.
    Victoria: I lost control dad. I was so angry. I was confused. I felt this rage and I attacked Chloe. I tired to hit him but she was in the way. We ended up by the stair case and … ( She gets emotional) dad she fell down.“
    Victor: Dear god. Is she alright or what?
    Victoria: She miscarried. They didn’t know she was pregnant.
    Victor: So the police think you pushed Chloe down the stairs and that’s why you are here?
    Vickie: Yes, she says wiping tears from her face.
    He tells her its good to see her and she is as beautiful as ever but not under these circumstances.
    “I’m going to get Avery Clark to get you the hell out of here, this is outrageous! I will not have my daughter spend one night in this place!” He calls out for a guard.


    Meanwhile, Esther ushers Chloe out the hospital amongst the frenzy of media reporters.


    　
    Chancellor Estate. Kay puts the newspaper down as Murphy sits down in the living room and sips on some tea with Kay. He asks her if there is anything good in the news paper.
    Kay: What else? This mess with Billy and Chloe. Such a shame.
    Murphy: I agree. They lost a child.
    Kay: Very sad. I warned Billy to stay away from Chloe.
    Murphy: Now I want to warn you. you’re not going to like this but Katherine I am being serious when I say Tucker is up to something. I can feel it in my gut and my gut has never been wrong.
    Kay: Murphy here we go again. I don’t know what to say other than I will talk to him. I am going to prove you wrong. My son is not up to anything. He’s a changed man.
    Murphy: Only time will tell.


    Tucker’s Penthouse. Tucker is sitting at his desk looking at reports on McCall industries. He gets a call. “ Really? … Good work boys. Look for a bonus when I wire this money as I appreciate your timeliness and your discretion.” Tucker puts the phone down and smiles.
    “ Time to celebrate “ He says as he walks over to his bar and pours himself a drink. He put the glass in the air to toast with himself and says “ Good bye Katherine Chancellor” He drinks his drink toasting in his plans to bring Kay down….

    Ashley with Abby arrives at the hospital in the emergency waiting area. They walk over to Jack.
    Ashley: Jackie what happened?
    Jack: It seems Victoria went home from the gala and caught Billy and Chloe in bed.
    Abby: What?
    Jack: Yea crazy huh? Then Victoria attacked Chloe. Chloe lost a baby.
    Ashley: Chloe was pregnant?
    Jack: Yes. We all just found out. Apparently not even Billy and Chloe knew.
    Abby: That is awful.
    Jack: What was that scene with you and Roxanne and Leslie?
    Ashley: Roxanne has been harassing Abby. When I threatened to press charges on Roxanne, Leslie confessed she was Roxanne’s mother.
    Abby: That is insane. Who would have guessed it? I wonder how Devon is doing.
    Ashley: Abby leave it alone. That is the reason all this get stirred up in the first place.
    Abby: Mom you can’t be seriously blaming me for the fact Leslie is Roxanne’s mother and it came out at a big gala. Not to mention Leslie was a prostitute.
    Ashley: If you would have left Devon alone, knowing he was with Roxanne. None of this would have gotten to this point.
    Abby: I think maybe Roxanne should be thanking me. I did her a favor. If it wasn’t for me Roxanne would have never learned her mother is a prostitute.
    Ashley: It sounds to me you take to much joy in that. I don’t like how that sounds.

    Leslie: Morning.
    Spencer: I wish it was good. I cant believe Roxanne learned we were her parents the way she did. Victor Newman strikes again.
    Leslie: With a damn DVD and once again Avery is behind it. I don’t get it with her. What does she have against me to keep hurting me? Where do we go from here?
    Spencer: We? The last time I followed your plan, my daughter learned you were a prostitute. And that I’m’ her father. I never wanted her to learn like that. Do you see what you ‘ve done? Did you ever stop to think about our careers? We are over.”
    Leslie: I thought I did what was best. I’m new at mother hood you know. I don’t know how to tell her. Don’t blame this all on me.
    Spencer: Leslie grow up. It’s time to take responsibility. What the hell are we waiting for? I’m not wasting another minute.” Spencer begins to leave her apartment.
    Leslie: Where are you going?
    Spencer: Where do you think I’m going, to see our daughter.
    Leslie grabs her coat and purse and says “ I’m coming too.”

    Billy walks out of Chloe’s room and over to the waiting area. Victoria approaches him
    Victoria: I think we should talk.
    Billy: You do? Now you want to talk? You should have thought of that before you attacked me and Chloe.
    Victoria sucker punches Billy in the jaw.
    “You scum Bastard. I walked in on my husband having sex with another woman in our home. IN OUR BED! How did you want me to react?
    Billy: My child is dead because of you.
    Victoria: Something you put into motion. You decided to be unfaithful. I was in Japan recovering from scars and burns to my face and what were you doing? Getting it on with Chloe.
    Billy: Victoria, we could have talked.
    Victoria: You’re right. You called have picked up a phone, or sent me an “IM”, skyped me or something to let me know you were throwing our marriage away. But you didn’t have the balls to do that. You snuck around instead. And I caught you with your pants down. So if anyone is to blame for your child being dead blame yourself and your on the side bitch!
    Jack walks over.
    “Victoria, watch your tone. I lost something too you know. My niece or nephew.
    Victoria: What is wrong with you two? So Billy’s adultery gets a free pass because he killed his child!?
    Nikki walks over to Victoria.
    Jack: Nikki, Victoria is out of line.
    Nikki: Jack you really got some nerve you know. Billy cheated on my daughter. Now it seems you two are trying to make it her fault.” She turns to Victoria. “ Come on honey let’s get some coffee. I don’t want to be around these pigs right now.”
    The two walks off.
    Jack: Nikki wait. Let’s talk about this.
    Billy: Jack I’m sorry man.

    Paul walks up to Jack.
    Jack: What the hell are you doing Paul? Your in my way. I need to talk to Nikki.
    Paul: Can’t let you do that Jack. Nikki needs some space. Why don’t you give her that?
    Jack: Is this your way of keeping me away from Nikki? What is going on Paul you want Nikki for your self?

    Tucker walks over to Jack and Paul with a gloating smile on his face.
    Tucker: Trouble in Paradise Jackie.
    Jack: Tucker you wont get away with this.
    Ashley: Your right. Tucker I need to speak to you now!” She says walking up to them. She grabs him and pulls him aside.
    “What the hell are you doing to my brother?
    Tucker: Sorry darling your brother and I are at war. We had a difference of opinion and now he’s after what I want. I can’t allow him to win.
    Ashley: Oh let me guess Newman. It’s so old and im so over it. You have no respect for me or my family at all. I just don’t matter to you. The only thing you seem to care about these days is Harmony with Neil and Newman. I’ve had it Tucker. It’s over!: Ashley takes her engagement ring off and throws it at Tucker and then storms off.
    Jack walks up to Tucker. “ It seems you have more trouble in paradise then I do. “Taker” Jack says as he chuckles and walks off.


    　
    Kay is in the Chapel. She is praying to God for Chloe and Billy. She feels a hand on her shoulder and she turns around and sees its Murphy.
    “This is where you managed to hide out at?
    Kay: Yes. I could not handle all the media. Then to hear young Chloe lost her baby. Billy cheated on Victoria. It’s all so terrible. I care about all of these people.
    Murphy: I know you do Kay. But we need to worry about you.
    Kay; What are you talking about? I’m just fine.
    Murphy: You say that but look at what you are going through, running Chancellor and Newman, now worrying about Chloe, Billy and Victoria, being harassed by the media. it’s a lot for one to take. You don’t ever think you ought to slow down?
    Kay: Or is this an attempt to get me to let go of Newman?
    Murphy: Not at all Katherine. I love you. I care about you. No one is going to look after you like I am. I miss you. A lot. And I want you back. I love you Katherine.”
    Kay smiles at him.
    “I’ve missed you too.” They hug.
    “And you know I am a bit tired. It’s so much going on. It’s as if some one tipped off the media. I mean how in the hell did they know about this story so damn fast?
    Murphy: That’s a good and question and I have a hunch Tucker is behind it.
    Kay: Tucker? Why would he do that to me? It doesn’t make any sense.
    Murphy: Katherine you’re not going to like this but Tucker is trouble. He is up to something.
    Kay: Jack told me the same thing.
    Murphy: I don’t know what he’s got planned but he just has this sinister way about him these days.
    Kay: I’ll have to talk to him.


    Roxanne is in her apartment relaxing on her couch, looking on her ipad looking over online coverage of last nights disastrous ball. She can see her picture is posted with most of the stories she’s come across. She’s disgusted and throws her ipad down. She then gets a knock on her door. Thinking it could be Nate or Devon for some much needed TLC, she has a smile when she first opens the door. But that smile turns into a frown when she looks at her new parents, Leslie, the ex prostitute and the District Attorney Spencer Walsh.
    Roxanne: Why are you here?

    City Jail. Nikki arrives to see Victoria.
    Nikki: Darling I’m here now. I called Michael Baldwin, he will be here soon.
    Victor: Like hell he is! I called Avery Clark. She will be helping our daughter. And by the way, how could you let this happen?
    Victoria: Dad don’t.
    Nikki: How did I let this happen?” She says mocking him. She continues “ What about what you have done? You gave your company to Kay cutting your own children out of the legacy. I’ve been busy fighting to get it back. A mess you made. So excuse the hell out of me!
    Victor: You know I won’t be in here long.
    Nikki: Yeaaa.. ok.” She turns to Vickie. She tells her not to worry things will be ok.
    Victoria tells her no they won’t. “ Thing will never be the same. A baby is dead mom. Billy cheated on me. I could be the possible reason their unborn baby is dead.”
    Victor interjects “ Don’t you say that again! Beside’s my loser of an ex wife here Billy boy is to blame for this. He couldn’t keep it zipped up and now I’m going to have it cut off. No one hurts my family.
    Nikki: The big bad wolf huffing and puffing. I mean honestly what are you going to do from a jail cell Victor?


    Chancellor Estate. Esther with Chloe in tow walk into the living room where Murphy and Kay were discussing Tucker. They get up to greet them and escort them to the couch.
    Murphy gives Chloe a hug and then one to Kay.
    Murphy: Ah darling I got some things to do.
    Kay: I hope it has nothing to do with what we were talking about?
    He smiles at her and tells her he loves her then leaves the scene.
    Kay looks at Chloe and sits next to her and holds her. “ Esther leave me and Chloe. I need to have a word with her”
    Esther standing up in protest “ Mrs. C please. Chloe just lost a baby.” Kay motions Esther to leave saying “ Leave Esther” Esther obliges and leaves to do some duties.
    Chloe looks at Kay and already knows what she is going to say. She dreads the lecture but this is Mrs. Chancellor after all.

    Tucker finishes his celebratory drink and makes another phone call.
    “ Hello Iris. .. Good news darling, phase one is complete and its now your turn to do what you do to complete this.” Iris notes the timeliness of his part of the plan. In fact she is stunned. She tells him she is ready to do what she needs to do and will give him an update later. Tucker hangs up his phone a happy man. That is until he gets a knock on his door. He looks at his Rolex to check the time and wonders who could be at the door as he did not have anything scheduled. He opens his door and sees Murphy. Tucker is visibly not pleased to see him.


    　
    Devon knocks on Roxanne’s door. She opens and greets him with a smile and hug.
    Roxanne: I’m glad its you.
    Devon: Who else would it have been?
    Roxanne: My so called new parents. This is all so unbelievable. To find out my parents were right here in Genoa City.
    Devon: Yea that is hard to believe. I really wonder who made that tape. Victor had Avery show it. My question is why?
    Roxanne: That is a good question. My life has been turned upside down. I don’t know where to begin. How do I move forward.? My foundation has been shaken. Am I just supposed to accept my new family. Hell my other just ruined my singing career with her street walking past. Some way to start a new family.
    Devon: Roxanne you are not alone in this. You have one constant in your life and that is me. I love you and I will be here for you. I will help you get through this.
    She looks in his eyes and smiles. She hugs him. “ I love you to Devon. So much”
    Devon: I got an idea. We need to get answers like why did Avery play that tape at the party.
    Roxanne: I agree. We can go to see Victor himself.
    Devon: Woah slow down. We’re talking about Victor Newman.
    Roxanne: Yea ok and …?
    Devon: I know your upset Roxanne but to tango with Victor, well.. let’s just say it isn’t wise.
    Roxanne: Devon grow a pair. I don’t fear Victor Newman. This is about me and obviously he had something to do with this and I want to know why. I have a right to know. Now come on.” They leave her apartment.


    　
    　
    Spencer is in his office. He is looking over the Restless Style expose coverage of his paternity of Roxanne being exposed. He thinks of how angry Roxanne is at the moment. He then thinks back of the party and remembers when Avery announced she had something to show that Victor wanted everyone to see. Spencer wonders how Victor was able to get all that tawdry footage of Leslie. He becomes angry at what Victor has done and decides to confront him but before he can he is visited by a clerk of court with message.
    “The mayor wants to see you as soon as possible.”
    Spencer: Thank you.” He says taking a deep breathe. He already knows the mayor wants to see him about the expose. “ This is not going to be good” he says to himself.


    　
    　
    Chancellor Estate. Kay tells Chloe she is very disappointed in her. Kay reminds Chloe that she specifically warned her to stay away from Billy.
    Chloe: I know I messed up. It’s just been a lonely and confusing time after losing Kevin. Kay tells her that is no excuse and that she has Chordeila to think about.
    Chloe with tear in her eyes responds “ Ok Mrs. C I screwed up. I know. I lost a baby because of it.
    Kay: You did now where do you go from here? You have disgraced yourself in this town. The Newman’s are good friends of mine.
    Chloe: The almighty Newman’s. Does it ever end? Excuse me Mrs. C. I need some time alone.” Chloe gets up off the couch and leaves the room. Kay just shakes her head at the situation. She turns around and sees Esther standing in the door way with a look of disappointment.
    Kay: Esther I don’t want to hear it. I only told Chloe the truth. I warned her to stay away from Billy.
    Esther: Victoria had no right assaulting my daughter Mrs. C. I’m not going to stand by and let her actions go unpunished.
    Kay: I don’t like how that sounds. The Newman’s are good friends of mine.
    Esther: Does that include Nikki?” Kay just looks at her.


    The Jail.
    Victor : Nikki never forget who I am. My reach is far beyond these bars.
    Nikki: Oh spare me the I am God speech. If you had so much reach then you as well as I could have stop this from happening.
    Victoria: Would you two just stop arguing. You’re not helping. You couldn’t have controlled what Billy and Chloe were doing. Stop blaming yourselves.
    Nikki: Sorry darling. I can’t help that your father is an arrogant narrow minded bastard.
    Victor getting angry and starts to yell “ YOUR TELLING ME? WHAT ABOUT YOU! DON’T GET ME STARTED!!
    Nikki: Go to hell Victor!
    Then Avery arrives. She tells them to calm down. “ You are not helping matters any. Our focus needs to be on Victoria.” Then they all look at Victoria.
    Avery: I have some news that may change everything…They look at Avery with anticipation…


    　
    　
    Tuckers penthouse. Upon seeing Murphy at his door he slams the door in his face saying he doesn’t have time for his old man antics. Murphy yells back through the door he cant avoid him and he knows he’s up to something devious and he will get to the bottom of it. Murphy then leaves. Tucker then gets a call on his cell phone. It’s Iris.
    Tucker: Cold in Bay City?
    Iris: Words can’t describe it. But my part is done with the cameras in Kay’s office. Now we can record all her Looney acts she’s about to display.”
    Tucker: I’m going to test the paint out my self. Good work Iris. Soon Kay will be destroyed and Chancellor Industries will be mine.” He says with a smile grabbing his coat and leaving to test out the fumes in Kay’s office at Newman.     Jack Abbott sells out his own son to the police.

    Van arrives at the Jail to visit Daisy. They sit in the meeting room.
    Daisy: So you are finally here in town huh?
    Van: And I see you are still here in this scary place. I can’t believe that you are. I thought you’d be outta of here by the time I arrived in GC.
    Daisy: Avery tells me any day now but that seemed liked months ago. I’m going crazy in here without my daughter. Have you seen her yet?
    Van: No I have not seen Lucy. I only arrived last night. Besides how do I get close enough to Daniel without giving away my cover? It’ not time for that right now. You know momma bear would not be pleased.
    Daisy: I know. I have been here for months and not a word about my daughter. I don’t know how she’s doing or anything.
    Van: Well I started momma bear’s plan. Soon we will all be able to walk the streets of GC as a respected family just like The Newman’s and Abbotts.
    Daisy: The only thing I’m worried about is Lucy. I can’t think about anything else.
    Van: I better get going before someone catches us. I wanted to come and give you my sisterly love. Soon you will be free.
    Daisy gives her sister a fake smile. As Van gets up to leave, Victor who is being escorted to leisure time outside walks past the meeting room and sees Vandalynn leaving Daisy’s meeting room. Van looks up and sees him. She is stunned being caught off guard looking at the great man himself Victor Newman. Butterflies fly in Van’s stomach as she does not know what to do being caught leaving Daisy’s meeting room. Van’s face begins to turn red.

    Episode 134: Jack sells out Keemo!

    Daniel pulls up to Beachwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Centre. He gets out of his car and prepares the stroller for Lucy.
    Inside Phyllis is working on her physical therapy. She is sweating and breathing heavily. Phyllis is using two grab bars to hold herself up as she tries to walk. She nearly collapses from exhaustion and her physical therapist encourages her to keep going. Phyllis finally makes the length of the bars and the PT commends her and grabs a wheel chair so Phyllis can sit back down and rest after an intense therapy session. Phyllis reaches down next to her wheel chair and grabs bottled water and when she looks back up she sees Daniel with Lucy in a stroller walking towards her. A huge smile appears on Phyllis’s face. She reaches her arms out awaiting a hug from her son. Daniel engulfs his mother in a hug.
    Daniel: So good to see you. Feels like forever.
    Phyllis: It does. So good to see you. You’re looking good. Phyllis reaches in the stroller and grabs Lucy to hold her. “Look at my baby girl. Getting so big. Yes you are” She says to her granddaughter.
    Phyllis: This is a wonderful surprise. Everything ok with you?
    Daniel: Yes just keeping close to Lucy. Showing her the way of the world. We are good though. We need you. How is your progress?
    Phyllis: Things are moving much faster now that Olivia restored my eyesight. Still don’t know who set my place on fire. I’m going to have to do my own investigation because it seems the GCPD are too incompetent in their jobs to find who who’s been stalking me. Especially that damn Ronan.
    Daniel: So in other words we still have no idea who came after you?
    Phyllis: No. But I’m sure as hell going to find out. I should be outta here in no time. My therapy is going great. In fact I made it the length of those bars over there” She says pointing at them.
    Daniel: That’s good mom. Keep it up. You’ll be back to yourself in no time.

    Newman Tower, McCall Field office, 17th floor. Keemo enters the office and sits at the desk. He turns his cell phone off tired of getting calls from the media. He sorts through the mail and sees a letter from the SEC. Before he can open it someone walks into his office.
    “You must be Mr. Abbott?” The man says.
    Keemo: I’m not doing any interviews.
    “I’m not doing an interview. I’m Mason McCreedy, I’m Tuckers executive assistant. Well I was.”
    Keemo: Great come in Mason. Maybe you can help me put some of this madness together.
    Mason: Yes we need too. McCall is about to go under. And as per the contract you signed with Tucker, you are now the front man of McCall. The new CEO. The SEC and now the FBI are breathing down our necks and our stock has tanked. If that wasn’t bad enough we have employees and executives resigning from their potions as news of Tucker’s role in Katherine’s desk come out to the press. In a sense McCall Untl. is collapsing as we sit here and speak.
    Keemo: Damn it! Damn you Tucker! He set me up! That bastard set me up! Now I have to deal with all this fall out from his actions. What the hell are we going to do Mason? There is no coming back from this. The freaking FBI. Come on. You might as well say I had a role in all of this since I signed that contract with Tucker.” Then Paul arrives.
    Keemo: Great. Paul what can I do for you?
    Paul: I wanted to question you about your role in Tucker’s plan. I understand from Jack you just signed on to work with Tucker.
    Keemo: Jack? As in my father Jack Abbott?
    Paul: That’s right.
    Keemo looks at Mason and smiles. “My dad just sold me out.”

    Lauren and Jill meet at Gina’s Italian Restaurant and Grille. Gina greets them.
    Lauren: So good to see you Gina. I’m so glad you opened your place back up.
    Jill: Agreed no one does Italian food better than you.
    Gina: Thank you you’re both too kind. It was pretty easy since Glo Worm is still closed. My little brother Damian helped me with the money. So everything is good… I heard about Kay Jill I’m so sorry.
    Jill: It still hasn’t sunk in Kay is gone.”Gina hugs Jill. Gina then sits the two at a table.
    Lauren: So how you really holding up?
    Jill fights back tears. “I’m so stunned. Kay is gone. She’ really gone. And Tucker. How could he want to take out his own mother for monetary gain? That bastard I hope he's burning in hell!
    Lauren: I was very surprised to hear about Tucker’s role in all of this. Such a shame how it all ended.
    Jill: Listen, let’s talk about something else. Like you and Michael. How are things with him?
    Lauren: They aren’t. I’m intent on divorcing him. I can’t be with a man that lies to the judicial system. What does that teach our son? No way am I not having it.
    Jill: How does Fenmore feel about this divorce? Have you thought about how he is going to feel?
    Lauren: Well I have not told him, but he’s strong like me. I’m sure he will be fine.
    Jill: Lauren come on, a child needs both its parents. Together as a family. Fenmore is going to be so hurt. Are you really sure a divorce from Michael is the right course of action?
    Lauren begins to have second thoughts on her divorce plans.


    Chancellor Estate.
    Murphy wipes blood from his mouth as he sits on the floor from the blow Brock just delivered to him.
    Mac: Dad calm down!
    Mac and Philip help Murphy up.
    Murphy: Shame on you for hitting a Vietnam War vet like that. I fought for this country and I fought for Kay. The police let me go after questioning me so obviously I had nothing to do with Tucker or Katherine’s death. Kay was under severe stress for weeks working at Chancellor and Newman. If anyone is to blame here it’s Victor Newman for adding that extra work load on Kay knowing how old he was.
    Brock: But you’re little “plan” backfired big time. Tucker and Kay both died. You should have gone to the damn police. Had you done that Kay might still be here.
    Murphy: Nothing I did was against the will of Kay. I love Katherine with all my heart. You think I’m not hurting I lost my Katherine. I can’t eat, I can’t’ sleep. Now I understand you are upset and understandably so but redirecting that bereavement pain into anger towards me is misdirected.” He rubs his hurting jaw.
    “I can’t believe you hit me. I also can’t believe I didn’t see that one coming. Think I need to make an appointment with my eye doctor. “
    Mack: Dad let’s go for a walk on the grounds. I think you need to cool off.” Mac grabs Brocks hand and drags him outside.
    Chance hands Murphy some tissue to wipe the blood.
    Nina: Are you ok Murphy?
    Murphy: No. A piece of me died with Kay.” Murphy chokes up and then he leaves the room.
    Nina fights back tears also and Chance holds her.
    Philip: I think it’s time we plan for Katherine’s arrangements.
    Nina: You’re right. I’ll call Jill then go talk to Brock and Mac.

    Rafe’s Apt.
    Scotty is lying on Rafe’s chest holding him.
    Scotty: That was incredible. You’re good.
    Rafe: Is that all I’m good for? Sex? That’s the only time it seems we are one. Why is that?
    Scotty: You over think things. Why can’t we just enjoy this moment. Besides I’m tired. You wore me out. My ass is throbbing.
    Rafe: I’m sorry about that. I told you I would go slowly.
    Scotty: No daddy. I like to be pounded. I like the pain.
    Rafe: You’re really something else.
    Scotty begins to play with Rafe’s package.
    Scotty: I should give it a name.
    Rafe: A name?” He chuckles. “Why would you do that?”
    Scotty: It’s good to me. It feels great when I slide up and down on that big pole you got. You’ve been blessed. It just deserves one. I didn’t think a guy short as you would be so hung.
    Rafe: Five feet nine inches it not short and I rather you tell your family my name. Is it only going to be sex between us or what?
    Scotty: Oh just stop.” Then Scotty phone goes off. He grabs it and sees he has a text. It’s from Van.
    “I’m in town and if I don’t see you in the next hour I’m going get my bullhorn and search every residence in Genoa City until I find you.” Scotty panics and jumps up.
    Rafe: What’s the matter?
    Scotty: Uhm. Something just came up.
    Rafe: Tell me you are not about to leave.
    Scotty: I’m sorry but I must go. I’m so sorry.
    Rafe: Why what is it?
    Scotty kisses him on the lips as he gets dressed then hurries out the door without any further explanation.
    Rafe is mad as hell. He pours him a scotch then heads to the shower.
    Scotty hops in his car. He calls Kirkland
    “Damn she’s here!” Damn it Van why is she here? Now I got to play the straight man role. Damn Damn Damn what am I going to do about Rafe?”
    “Sounds like you got your hands full. You always said how crazy Vandalynn was. I guess no more play time with Rafe.”
    Scotty: No way. I’m not giving up Rafe. He’s got good sex.
    Kirk: That’s all you ever think about. So what are you going to do?
    Scotty: I don’t know. I really don’t know.

    GC Memorial
    Neil is in emergency surgery. He has nurses and doctors to his right and left trying to save his life. The doctor on his left cuts open Neil’s body. The incision goes from right below his nipple down to just above his waist line. The surgeon has to locate the bullet. The surgeon uses his surgical tool to move raw and bloody body parts around. They can see Neil’s lungs getting bigger and smaller with each breath he takes off his ventilator. The surgeon continues to move body organs around to try and locate the bullet.
    The nurse on Neil’s right is keeping constant vigil on Neil’s vital signs checking them every 30 seconds.
     
    Nurse: Heart rate slowing as well as breathing.
    Surgeon: I still can’t find this bullet. I don’t know where it is.
    Nurse: But there was no exit wound?
    Surgeon: No I did not see one. So it’s still inside him somewhere.
     
    The surgeon begins to get in deeper in Neil’s body and moves closer to his spinal chord to see maybe if the bullet is there.

    Episode 170: Drucilla Winters vs Sheila Carter and Dru WINS!!

    In the ER.
    Olivia faints as Leslie drops her bottled water at seeing Dru.
    Abby, Lily and Devon all stand in silenced shock.
    Dru pushes Leslie out of her way and kneels down next to Olivia. She hold her in her arms.
     
    Dru: It’s me Liv! It’s me… Dru! Wake up!
     
    Lily and Devon look at each other.
     
    Devon: This has to be a joke.
     
    Dru rocks Olivia back and forth in her arms.
     
    Dru: I know you must all be shocked as hell.
    Lily: That’s an understatement since I saw with my own two eyes you falling over that cliff at the photo shoot with Phyllis.
    Dru: Your eyes didn’t deceive you Lily Bell.
     
    Lily is taken aback as Dru calls her Lily Bell, the name her mother and father called her growing up. Lily covers her mouth in shock as Devon holds her.
     
    Lily: Could it be really you?
    Dru: Yes girl, I am your mother. And when I get my hands on Phyllis Newman, I am going to ring her neck for pushing me, no I didn’t fall, that Bitch pushed me over.
     
    Olivia slowly begins to wake up. She is confused looking at her sister Drucilla.
     
    Olivia: Am I dreaming?
    Dru: No girl it’s me Drucilla… It’s really me.
     
    Olivia caresses her face and smiles.
     
    Dru: I’m back. I didn’t die being pushed over that cliff. Phyllis pushed me! And I survived. I’m a survivor! I even beat Sheila Cray Cray Carter! 
     
    Dru looks up at her children Devon and Lily
     
    Dru: I fought like hell to get back to my family and it’s a blessing that I am here.
     
    Dru stands Olivia up and then walks over to Lily.
     
    Dru: Your face baby girl, what happened?
    Lily: I had to get plastic surgery.
     
    Dru has tears in her eyes and embraces her in a tight bear hug.
     
    Dru: You look absolutely stunning. I’m so sorry I couldn’t be hear for any of that. But mama is here now and I ain’t going nowhere.
     
    As Dru holds Lily, Lily does not hold her back still a little bit dazed from the drama.
     
    Leslie: So we are supposed to believe you are the late Drucilla Winters because you say so?
     
    Dru stops hugging Lily and looks at Leslie.
    Dru looks Leslie up and down.
     
    Dru: And who are you? I’ve never seen you around here?
     
      “An ugly stripper”
     
    Dru frowns and turns around to see who said that.
    It’s none other than Sister Patterson. Sister Patterson engulfs Dru in a hug.
     
    Sister Patterson: Welcome back home my child. My third eye tells me you are who you say you are.
     
    Dru shrugs out of the Sister’s hug.
     
    Dru: Hold on now! Who are you?
    Sister Patterson: I am an agent of God. I do the Lord’s work.
    Dru: Well where were you when I needed help beating Sheila Carter’s ass?
    Sister Patterson: Sheila Carter is the devil incarnate. I’ve heard all about her and I wondered why I sensed a dark force around Genoa City.
    Dru: Well it was Sheila Crazy Ass Carter.
    Sister Patterson: Watch your mouth talking around an angel.
     
    Dru gives her a weird look.
    “Clear the way we got another Verdon Lou victim!”
     
    Everyone hears from the ER entrance way.
     
    Dru: Don’t let it be Sheila. Don’t let it be Sheila!... Sharon. Please be Sharon!
     
    Dru stands behind Sister Patterson.
     
    Dru: If its Sheila attack her! Pray it’s Sharon!
     
    Abby, Devon and Lily look at each other.
     
    Abby: Sharon?... Sheila Carter?
    Devon: This is getting weird, Sheila Carter and now Sharon Newman?
    Olivia: Sheila Carter is alive?
    Leslie: Who is Sheila Carter?
     
    They all just look at her.
     
    Then everyone looks in the entrance way anticipating who the next survivor from Verdon Lou is.
     
     
     
     
    Rafe’s Apt
    Rafe is finishing up washing his dishes when he hears a knock at the door. He dries his hand and walks over to the door and opens it. He sees Scotty.
     
    Rafe: That was fast?
    Scotty: I don’t like to mess around when I want something.
     
    Scotty walks inside Rafe’s apt. and Rafe closes the door behind him.
     
    Rafe: So about this text of yours.
    Scotty: I wanna get stretched.
     
    Scotty walks over to Rafe and plants a kiss on him but Rafe pulls back.
     
    Rafe: Sex! That’s all it is with you! Every time I see you we have sex. We don’t go on dates, we don’t hang out, we don’t do any of that. You also lied to me about your real name…. Ted.
    Scotty: Don’t be on that Rafe. You make it sound like this is a relationship.
    Rafe: Is it not?
    Scotty: No…. just sex. Two sexy guys who come together and get off.
    Rafe: No Scotty I want more than that! I don’t have sex just to “get off”. Or do you prefer Ted?
     
    He says using air quotations.
     
    Scotty: I never gave you any indication that this was more then sex. We met on an online hook up site.
    The key word hook up.
    Rafe: My profile said I’m looking for a relationship. I’m ready to settle down. I want love, maybe even a husband. You said your name was Ted when we first met only to find out that was a lie.
    Scotty: I’m not ready for all of that. That’s way too much. And I told you why I lied about my name. I don’t want my mother to know I sleep with men.  I don’t know how she would take it. I just don’t want to go through that.
    Rafe: I hardly know anything about you.
    Scotty: Rafe, this is just sex. There is no need to know much about me.
    Rafe: So I’m only good enough for sex with you?

    Rafe shakes his head and turns away from Scotty.
     
    Rafe: You are hiding something Scotty. That’s why we can’t be more serious. You’re hiding something. At the Glo Worm reopening ball you told me your real name then your little brother took a picture of us kissing. There has to be more than that. You only talk to me a few times a week. It’s more than not wanting to let your mother know.  I’m a lawyer you can’t get over on me. So tell me the truth Scotty.

    Back at the Hospital
    As the Paramedics give way to the nurses the identity of the next survivor is revealed to be Avery.
     
    Avery: I can’t see! Everything is dark! Help ME!!
    Medic to the Nurse: Caught outside of the explosion. Apparent blindness.
     
    The nurse rush Avery into ER no.3
    Dru walks over to the medic.
     
    Dru: Excuse me sir. Did you say that woman who was just brought in a Verdon Lou Survivor?
    Medic: Yes we found her unconscious outside.
     
    Dru looks over in the direction of Avery’s room.
     
    Dru: What was Phyllis’s sister doing outside of Sheila’s cabin?
     
     
    Abby looks at Devon.
     
    Abby: This is getting weirder by the moment. First Dru and Avery was at this Verdon Lou place and seems to be blind? I’m going to call my brother Nick and tell him what is going on. Dru mentioned Sharon too and she’s been missing for months.
    Devon: Good idea. Nick should be here.
    Abby: Will you be ok for a little bit?
    Devon: Yes thank you.
     
    They hug and then Abby walks away to call Nick.
     
     
     
     
    In Surgery
    The surgeon finally finds the bullet, though, lodged in Neil’s spinal column.
     
    Surgeon: All hands on deck. I located the bullet in the spinal column. Need to be ever so delicate as to not make this man paralyzed.
    Nurse: Blood pressure still dropping. Need to expedite this and close the patient back up.
    Surgeon: I will do everything I can.
     
    The surgeon uses his surgical tool to ever so delicately remove the bullet from Neil’s spinal cord.
     
    Surgeon: The bullet did massive damage to some of his other organs. Starting with the lungs.
    Nurse: Well the oxygen levels continue to decrease. Doctor we are losing him.
     
     
     
     
    Spencer along with Hillary arrive in the ER. They walk over to Leslie.
    Spencer hugs Leslie.
     
    Leslie: So nice to see a familiar face.
    Spencer: I saw on TV what happened. Is there any news on Neil or Nate?
    Leslie: No not yet. Neil is in surgery and I am not too sure about Nate.
     
    Leslie looks over Spencer’s shoulder to see who the woman is standing behind Spencer. Spencer notices this and stands out the way of Leslie’s line of vision to reveal Hillary.
     
    Spencer: Les, this is my daughter, Hillary.
     
    Leslie is stunned but extends her hand out to shake, Hillary half heartily smiles and extends her hand.
     
    Spencer: Hillary, this is Roxanne’s mother Leslie.
     
    Hillary quickly snatches her hand away from Leslie.
    Leslie frowns.
     
    Leslie: Is something the matter?
    Hillary: It’s your daughter.
    Spencer: Les, Hillary and Roxanne don’t get along.
     
     
    Then Roxanne walks into the ER. She spots Spencer and Hillary talking with Leslie and walks over to them.
     
     
     
    Olivia walks over to Dru and looks at her. Olivia has tears in her eyes.
     
    Olivia: Is it really you?
     
    Dru also begins to have tears in her eyes.
     
    Dru: Yes it’s really me. I’m here Liv. I’m Dru. And it was hell getting back here.
    Olivia: You mentioned Sheila Carter. I thought she was dead.
    Dru: Hell naw girl. Crazy Bitch was alive all this time and held me and Sharon captive and a few other people.
    Olivia: Other people? This is outrageous.
    Dru: No, Sheila Carter was outrageous. I hope that Bitch died in the explosion. She shot me in the back Olivia. In the back! A punk move.
     
    A nurse walks over to Dru.
     
    Nurse: We should get you checked out Mrs. Winters.
     
    Dru smiles and then looks at Olivia.
     
    Dru: Did you hear that? She called me Mrs. Winters. Where is my husband anyway?
    Nurse: Ma’am we should really get you checked out.
    Dru: No No I’m not trying to hear all of that. I’m claustrophobic these days being tied up in a room for so damn long.  And I can’t leave my family. I’ve waited years for this.
    Olivia: Dru let them check you out. You said you were shot and you’re not looking healthy at all.
    Dru: Just tell me where is Neil?
     
     
    In surgery, Neil’s blood pressure and oxygen levels in his blood stream drop drastically.
    Nurse: Doctor we are losing him!
    Surgeon: No damn it! I almost got the bullet out. Yes there we go… GOT IT!
    As the surgeon pulls the bullet from Neil’s spinal column, Neil’s heart stops, he flat lines…

He tells her he is very sorry and that he was just excited over the news she gave him about getting his kids back. Avery tells him don’t apologize. She says as she gets up and walks over to him. She continues, “We were both caught up in a moment. I’m sorry too. I’m representing you and what happened was very inappropriate.” They look at each other. Cane admires her beauty. Avery admires his. Cane says that it’s something about her. He tells her he felt alive when he kissed her. It was a fire ignited inside him. After losing his mother and his kids, that kiss was like a slice of heaven. Avery doesn’t know what to say. She gets closer to him. He holds her. They lean in and kiss again.

    · The mystery woman is sitting in the park looking over the document she stole from Michael’s office. She realizes this document could be key in her grand scheme to get revenge on Phyllis. She decides this document will allow her to control people. She decides to taunt Michael by making a copy of the document and sending it to him.
    · At Michael’s Office. Paul arrives and sees his office is a mess. He asks him what happened. Michael says that someone broke into it and stole something extremely important. Michael warns if this document got in the wrong hands it could spell disaster for many people in Genoa City. Paul inquires about the documents. Michael gets nervous and tells him to leave it alone. He then tells him he has a bad feeling about this. First with the voice in Jamaica, someone stalking Phyllis, and now someone broke into my office, this is all is connected. Paul says so this is a person and it started in Jamaica. “Well that means this person,” this woman” flew back with you somehow” Michael says it is possible. We did fly on a private jet. Paul says he wonders if this mystery woman is Sheila Carter. Michael says secretly he has been wondering the same thing. Then a fax comes in. Michael gets it. He sees it is a copy of the missing file, sent from the mystery woman. Michael says Oh my God. I think it is Sheila!
    · Jack and Keemo are having a catered lunch in an empty conference room at Jabot. Keemo asks his dad does he have any plans to acquire Beauty of Nature now that Victor is out of the picture. Jack says he has something cooking up that’s even better than that. He tells his son that by the time the dust settles, Newman Enterprises will cease to exist. Keemo likes how that sounds especially after everything Victor has to the Abbott family.
    · At Newman. Jill walks in Kay’s office. She sees two service men removing the infamous portrait that hangs on the wall of Victor Newman and being replaced with a portrait of Katherine. Jill says my God; you really are taking Victor’s place. Katherine says that’s right. They have to move fast. Kay hands her a list of potential board members. Kay instructs Jill to gather up these people so the current board can vet them. Jill looks at the list. She is very impressed.
    · At the Athletic Club. Nikki is at the bar once again sipping on a glass of wine. Murphy walks up to her and joins her. He asks her has she heard. Nikki says heard what? Murphy informs her that he gave Kay a choice him or Victor and she choose Victor. So he left Kay. Nikki is stunned. She tells him she is sorry but good for him that he stood up to Kay and Victor. Nikki tells Murphy that she is going to get Newman from Kay come hell or high water. In fact Murphy and Nikki toast to it….

Billy is surprised the charges were reduced to just assault. Then he opens the second envelope. Its divorce papers from Victoria. He reads over them.
    Billy: A subpoena and divorce papers in one night. It’s definitely time to leave Genoa City.

    Episode 123: Hurricane Hillary part 2

    Roxanne: The air is still so brisk.
    Devon: It is. I keep thinking of that Hillary girl.
    Roxanne stops and turns to look at him. “ Not you too?”
    Devon: What do you mean not me too? This whole night has been strange starting with Hillary. I want to know what kind of noises she heard in your apartment that would lead to her almost calling the police.
    Roxanne laughs. “ Is that what she told you? Nosey ass Bitch. For the record I was playing one of my CD’s. It was an interlude, which turned out to be a skit between the artist and some random chic. I had it turned up to clean up my place. You know music is my therapy. Nosey ass Hillary must of heard that and got alarmed. The nosey Bitch is new to the building.”
    Devon: What do you mean by not me too?
    Roxanne: I was just thinking about my conversation with Hillary. I just didn’t like her when I first saw her. You know when you first meet some one you just know if you will like them or not. Well I’m not feeling her. And now I got a good reason not to like her. Eavesdropping causing this ruckus between me and you.” She hugs him and kisses him.
    Devon: I’ve missed you. It just seems we haven’t spent a lot of time with one another the last few months. How did we go from me asking you to marrying me, which you said no by the way, to this distance between us.
    Roxanne: Devon, you know I been going through a lot.
    Devon: Roxanne you say that every time. That excuse is tired. It’s always a "you" thing what happened to we? Us?
    Roxanne is caught off guard with Devon’s attitude. She can tell he is nearing his limits.
    Before any response is had, Devon’s cell phone rings. He listens to the ring tone and realizes its his mother.
    Devon: Mom everything ok?
    Harmony: No I need to see you right away! Something is wrong with Anna. Meet me at the Chancellor house.
    Devon: I’m on my way.” He hangs up.
    Roxanne: Is everything ok?
    Devon: I don’t know. Let me walk you home, I got to meet with her.” They walk off to Roxanne’s place.

    Jack looks at Murphy.
    “So what brings you by?”
    Murphy: It’s about Katherine and Tucker.

    Jack: Good. You both need to hear what Tucker has been up to. He’s got an evil plan against Katherine and we must stop him.

    Keemo knocks on Tucker’s door. Tucker invites him in and then offers him a drink.

    Tucker: He didn’t?
    Keemo: You look surprised. Let me ask you something, what is the real reason you hired me? To stick it to my dad or what? You knew he would be upset when he found out I would be working work for you.
    Tucker: Yes I hired you to stick it to your old man. But I genuinely have a need for some one of your talents. In a few days Keemo, I’m going to own a major company. I’m going to over see that while you handle the reigns at McCall Unlimited.
    Keemo: Really? Just like that?
    Tucker: Yes. I did my home work. You put Jabot Asia on the map. It’s a shame Jack removed you from there.
    Keemo: Well Ashley is there now..
    Tucker: I know. I want you to expand McCall globally. Especially in Asia. Asia is very promising and its where all the money is at.
    Keemo: Let’s not forget South American markets as well. Brazil, is an emerging market.
    Tucker: That’s exactly why you are the man for this job. We see eye to eye.” Tucker pulls out some contracts from his desk drawer.
    “Why don’t you look these over and then sign. I had Avery draw them up. I used a trusted name to prove to you there is no funny business in these contracts.
    Keemo: I appreciate that.” Keemo grabs the contracts and reads them as Tucker pours himself another drink. Keemo signs on the dotted line.

    Chancellor Estate. Murphy with Jack walks into the living room. Esther comes out the corridor.
    Esther: Can I get you some tea or coffee Jack?
    Murphy: No Esther if you could just tell us where Katherine is?
    “I’m right here?” She says entering the room.
    “What is the meaning of this?” She says walking over and giving Jack a hug.
    Kay: Jackie boy how are you?
    Jack: Hanging in there. Trying to be there for Billy as he goes through this tawdry scandal with Chloe.
    Kay: Yes I know. I told both those kids to stay the hell away from each other but do they listen?
    Murphy: Now now Katherine don’t get over worked. We got some news well rather Jack got some news to inform you about.
    Kay: Dear God in heaven I cant take any more bad news. I need to sit down.” She sits on the sofa and Murphy sits next to her and holds her.
    Kay: Well go on Jack.
    Jack: I hate to do this Kay but its something you really need to know about your son Tucker McCall.” Kay rolls her eyes as she looks at Murphy then back at Jack.


    　
    Devon is walking Roxanne back inside her building. He talks to her as they walk to her door.
    “ We are not done with this conversation. I’m going to see what is wrong with my mom then I’m going to call you. “ He kisses her good night and then the door across the hall opens up and they see Nate in the door way holding Hillary as he kisses her good night. Devon and Roxanne are stunned. Nate turns around and stops dead in his tracks as he looks at Roxanne as her eyes begin to water up. He fixes his zipper then says
    “Uh, good night everyone.” Roxanne watches Nate walk away feeling crushed. She then looks at Hillary who is smiling at her. Roxanne gives her the evil eye. As Hillary fixes her dishelved hair, she says “ What an incredible night. Oh Roxanne is something wrong? You look like you are about to cry?”
    Roxanne forcing a fake smile for Devon at the same time trying to cover up her heartbreak.
    “I think it’s that cheap perfume you are wearing. It bothers my allergies.”
    Hillary: Oh that’s too bad, Nathan didn’t mind at all” She says with a smile and then walks inside and closes the door.
    Devon looks at Roxanne

    Drama continues at the Colonnade Room
    Malcolm has taken Lily’s home coming party hostage. Everyone including, Olivia, Nate, Neil, Leslie, Lily, Moses, Devon, and Abby are on the ground as Malcolm has commanded.


    Hillary too is on the ground but keeps her head down so Malcolm doesn’t see her and tells everyone it was here who let Malcolm know about his son Moses.

    Malcolm: Tonight is my night! I’m taking what is mine and then my son and I are leaving this dreadful place called Genoa City.
    Neil: Malcolm your drunk out of your mind! Moses is not your son he is mine! You’re confused! There is no way in hell I’m going to let you walk out of here with my son!
    Malcolm: I got the gun dummy! This my party now and things will happened as I want them too… Look at you the good noble brother trying to play super hero and stand up to me. You play that part so well.
    Neil: Malcolm this is between you and I let these people go. Let’s do this one on one. There is no need to be doing this especially in front of Moses.
    Malcolm: Naw Neil you can’t handle that bro. I hate you so much dude I could kill you with my bear hands. And once I tell my son Moses what you did to me he will understand I had to do what I had to do. You did this Neil!
    Lily: Malcolm please don’t do this! Let’s talk! I can help you.

    Malcolm looks at Lily on the ground. He has tears in his eyes feeling guilty and cornered with no other options.

    Malcolm: My beautiful baby girl. I’m sorry I have to do this. I’m sorry you have to see me like this. Until your uncle Neil took you from me like he did with Moses. Let the facts be clear. Neil is your uncle Lily. I’m your father……You know what… Lily get up. You don’t deserve to be on the ground. Go over and grab a seat by the fountain.

    Lily slowly gets up.

    Lily: Can I take Moses with me?
    Malcolm: Naw baby girl. Moses and I got other plans. I’m really sorry Lily. I had no idea this was your party but the lies and backstabbing stops now!
    Neil: What are you talking about Malcolm?

    Malcolm takes a sip of his Hennessy and then grabs his phone. He plays the recording of Nate’s confession.

    The Colonnade room hears this:
    Nate: She’s an old flame from college. We were in love but she had to leave to take care of her mother who was sick.
    Roxanne: Oh and Hillary is here and lives across the hall from me.
    Nate: I had nothing to do with that.
    Roxanne: Nate I am so damned hurt.
    Nate: I never meant to hurt you. But I’m not willing to be your man only when you’re lonely. You claim you love me then why don’t you leave Devon and be with me? You can’t have it both ways Rox. You not being fair.
    Roxanne knows deep down he is right but is not willing to let him know that he is. She turns from him again.
    Nate: And besides things are too deep now they have changed.
    Roxanne: Because Miss Hillary is here?
    Nate: Yes. She knows about my secret.
    Roxanne: That you switched Moses paternity test results from Malcolm to Neil?
    Nate: Yes.
    Roxanne: Nosey Bitch!
    Nate: To protect everybody we need to end this. Roxanne I’m truly sorry for hurting you


    Nate lays his head on the ground in shame. Neil and Olivia look at each other then both at Nate.

    Olivia: Nate please tell me you did not do this? You could not possibly do this. And you were seeing Devon’s girlfriend behind his back? Nate what has happened to you what kind of man are you? I didn’t raise you to be this way!
    Neil: Nate tell your mother and Malcolm these are lies. Tell them Moses is my SON!!

    Neil says now hollering very angry with tears forming in his eyes as he begins to accept that Malcolm s possibly telling the truth now that the recording has been played.
    Malcolm aims the gun at Nate. Nate looks up at Malcolm. Oddly Nate smiles. He can see something no one else can from behind Malcolm.




    Sister Patterson from behind Malcolm with a bible in her hand runs up on him and jumps on his back. Once Sister Patterson clings to his back she takes one hand and begins to hit Malcolm in the head with the bible.

    Sister Patterson: I will knock some sense into you! This is no work of the lord! How dare ya!? I want to know right here and right now how dare ya? How dare you come in here devil and break this good vibe in this place. I’ve blessed this place and you’re making a fool out of me and no one does that to the Almighty Sister Patterson! Where is your mother we need to have a chat. Don’t you know no good boy? I told these God fearing people nothing will happen and damn it devil you will not win. Repent thy sins now you gun toting demon. I told yall from day one I’m a solider for the lord and tonight I will prove it. Don’t test it. Don’t test me or my powers….. Lauren where you at? Sister Lauren, comrade this is your cue. You gotta run up with that bible I gave you and beat the hell out this black ass devil. Help me Sister. We at war this is the battlefield. Attack this demon with the weapons of mass holiness.


    Lauren stands back with her own bible and vial of holy water and simply can’t believe her eyes and the fact Sister Patterson was true to her word, she really is a solider of the Lord. She finally snaps out of her daze and as she is about to run up on Malcolm with her bible, she realizes Malcolm is waving the gun around.
    Malcolm struggles to keep his balance as Sister Patterson is a thick woman.

    Malcolm: Get off me you hippo ass!!

    Malcolm begins to fire his gun into the air randomly hoping it will scare Sister Patterson so much she will give up her crusade. Moses begins to cry as Neil grabs him and moves him closer to him to protect him.

    In the basement is Cane looking at the ruptured gas pipe. He takes out his grey duct tape from his jacket and begins to tape up the leak. He wraps the tape round and round the leak until it stops or at least the hissing isn’t as loud. He tears the tape with his teeth.

    Cane: There. All fixed up. If its one thing I’ve learned being in America is that grey duct tape fixes everything. Even a ruptured gas pipe.

    Cane is a little out of breath and sits back for a minute. He looks around the basement and notices it’s kind of weird. The walls are made of stone and they are damp. He sees a pair of legs around a corner. He walks over to these legs and sees James’ unconscious body.

    Cane: Holy hell. I’m seeing stuff.

    Cane sits next to James.

    Cane: I need a hit. It’s been a while.

    Cane reaches into his pocket and pulls out a little coke. He readies it on his hand and then snorts it.

    Cane: Ah yes. It’s always good to have a little reserve for times like these. What do you say big guy?

    Cane looks at James waiting for an answer.

    Cane: Oh well Mate. Fixing that gas leak was hard work huh? Tired ya out huh old man. I’ll just smoke for the both of us. When you wake up we can talk about it.




    Meanwhile upstairs in the hostage room.
    Sheila is holding the gun at Dru and Sharon.

    Sheila: I’m going to check on the patient.
    Dru: Who is it? Who you got back there? You been keeping the mystery patient a secret for months.
    Sheila: You only need to know that whom ever I have back there will certainly change Genoa City forever. So don’t worry about who it is for now. You don’t need to know. Just save your strength for our showdown. You’re going to need it.
    Dru: So that means you’re going to untie me so I can whoop that ass?
    Sheila: I am Drucilla. We are going to duke it out and if you win guess what, you have your freedom.
    Sharon: Freedom. My god that sounds wonderful.
    Dru: Bitch I’m the one doing hard work. I gotta whoop that ass while you just sit there be a pretty blonde.
    Sharon: Dru I don’t know how to fight.
    Dru: Sissy ass Bitch. Your freedom is on the line and all’s you can say is Dru I’m sorry I can’t fight. Sheila just hurry yo crazy ass up so I can give you these hands and be done with it. I’m tired of messing with you… Bitch.
    Sheila: Yea we’re going to see who the bitch really is.

    Sheila hands the gun to Mary.

    Mary: Are you really going to duke it with Dru?

    Mary: Dru looks like she’s out my league.
    Sheila: You really are not a Carter. I should have raised you myself, Not my sister. It seems blondes are weak.

    Sheila walks into the patient room as Mary holds the gun at Sharon and Dru, hands still a little shaky.

    Mary: How did you two become my mom’s hostages anyway?

    Back at the Colonnade Room
    Malcolm and Sister Patterson are still struggling. Malcolm is finally able to wrestle Sister Patterson of his back and then grabs her by the neck holding her from behind and aims the gun right at her head. Sister Patterson is now Malcolm’s hostage.

    Malcolm: Anyone else have any surprises and I will shoot this crazy broad!
    Sister Patterson: My God won’t let you do that!
    Malcolm: Shut that sh!t up old lady.
    Lily (crying): Malcolm please don’t.
    Malcolm: Don’t what? Nate should have been told don’t But he did. He took my son from me.
    Olivia: Nathan is this true? Did you switch Moses’ paternity results?

    Nate looks at his mother with tear drops forming. He knows he is about to deeply disappoint her.

    Nate: Yes... Yes I did. Mom I’m so very sorry.
    Neil: Nathan! Why? Why would you do something like this?
    Nate: Malcolm doesn’t know how to be a father. Look at him! He doesn’t deserve Moses. He’s a bum, a loser and a drunk.
    Malcolm: Damn ! That’s how you really feel? You could have just came to me nephew and told me, not take my son away from me! You don’t get to do that! He’s my son and I’ve waste all this time without him! I don’t even like his name and that’s the first thing I’m changing.     Devon just shakes his head at the situation at hand.
    Malcolm throws Sister Patterson to the ground. She passes out.
    Malcolm grabs his bottle of Hennessy and take a gulp.

    He walks closer towards Neil and Moses taking another swig of his liquor.

    Olivia: Malcolm please don’t hurt my son.

    Malcolm looks at Lily.

    Malcolm: I love you baby girl.

    He looks back at Neil who is now standing with Moses. Moses look at both Neil and Malcolm.

    Moses: Who is my dad?
    Neil and Malcolm: I am.

    Neil and Malcolm look at each other.

    Neil: Malcolm, don’t do anything stupid. Put the gun down and we can get you some help.
    Malcolm: You think I need help! I do. Because you have everything. Ever since we were boys. You got everything. The smart one, the handsome one. Who was I? The one who got all your hand me downs. Our ma and pops never wanted me. I was a mistake. So I became a loner. Never felt loved my mom and pops. You outshined me in everything. Even to this day you take what’s mine. My women, my children. I tried to find my own way in life but you get in my way everytime. I had happiness but you stole that from me brother. I never did you dirty. EVER! Neil you gotta be stopped! Now hand over my son so no one will get hurt.
    Neil: I’m sorry Malcolm. I’m not going to do that. I love this little boy. You are not fit to be his father.

    Malcolm points the gun at Neil’s chest and walks up on him so the tip of the barrel is touching Neil’s chest.
    Lily, and Olivia cry out frantically. Moses begins to cry too.

    Moses: Who is my dad?
    Lily: Dad please don’t do this! Give Moses to Malcolm.
    Nate: Malcolm don’t do this in front of your son.
    Olivia: Think of your son Malcolm!
    Malcolm: I am. That’s exactly what I’m doing.

    Malcolm looks into Neil’s eyes. Their eyes speak to one another. A language that no one but them can see. Malcolm’s eyes are filled with fire and Neil’s represent pity and sadness.

    Neil: Brother, please don’t do this. I love you and we can work this out and get you some help. I had no idea you were harboring so much anger and hate.

    Neil holds Moses hand tighter as he begins to choke back tears.

    Moses: Dad you’re hurting my hand!

    In slow motion, Malcolm looks at Moses, and it really hurts him that he call’s his brother dad just like with his daughter Lily.

    Moses: Please don’t hurt my dad Malcolm.
    Malcolm looks at Moses again even more devastated this time, listening to his son’s plea although still calling his brother dad. Malcolm feels like he must take things into his own hands. He must control this outcome. It’s been too many years that all this has been building up and he is determined not to let Neil take Moses from him.
    Malcolm looks Neil back in his eyes and smiles.

    Malcolm: Moses is my son Neil and I will not let you take him from me. I hate you Neil Winters!!

    Malcolm then shoots Neil point blank in the chest. Everyone screams out in astonishment and Moses begins to cry having just witnessed his “dad being shot by his other “dad” Neil stumbles back not taking his eyes off of Malcolm. Malcolm grabs Moses as Neil collapses to the ground. Malcolm leaves the party with Moses in tow. Everyone gathers round Neil as Olivia calls 911.

    Malcolm puts Moses in the front seat and straps him with the seat belt. Malcolm gets in the driver side and tries to start up his El Camino. It won’t turn over.

    Moses: Why did you shoot my dad?

    Malcolm pauses and looks at his son.

    Malcolm: Neil is the bad man. I’m your father.
    Moses: You’re a bad man too. You shot my dad.

    Malcolm is angered that Moses is still calling Neil his dad and now his son thinks he’s a bad man.

    Victor: how is this going to turn my trial around?
    Avery: Look closely. These pictures tell a story. Leslie was a stripper slash call girl in her college years. Its how she paid for school. But if you look real closely, one of her clients is none other that our D.A Spencer Walsh.
    Victor: My God.
    Avery: Yes and not only that, they had a child together and I think I know who she is.
    Victor: Do you?
    Avery: She’s right here in Genoa City. I think it’s Roxanne Parker!
    Victor is stunned.

    The Athletic Club. Neil and Harmony along with Moses are grabbing a bite to eat.
    Harmony: You know its nice to finally put something on your stomach after everything that has happened.
    Neil: You mean Sophia’s death.
    Harmony: I didn’t want to say anything.
    Neil: No it’s ok. I mean it still unbelievable. My son is going to grow up not knowing his mother. It’s going to be hard for him.
    Harmony: Yes I know. Have you talked to Lily?
    Neil: No. I haven’t told her anything yet. I don’t think this is the right time since she needs to focus on her own recovery.
    Harmony: She should be almost done soon right?
    Neil: I hope so.
    Harmony: Well Neil I thank you for letting me be here for you and allowing me to care for you in this difficult time.” She puts her hands on his and smiles at him and looks into his eyes. Tucker walks in the Club and see Harmony’s scene of embrace with Neil.


    Back at the Court House
    Victor continues to look at Leslie’s sexy photos. “ I must say she looks good.”
    Avery just frown having second thoughts on selling out her colleague.
    Victor: Spencer Walsh and Leslie have a secret child. This is certainly going to turn things in my favor.
    Avery: What is the next move?
    Victor: I want to see Leslie and Spencer now before this trial starts back up. I’m ready to go home and put my life back together.

    In Verdon Lou. Sharon looks at Dru.
    Sharon: Dru do you really think I’m a bad mother?
    Dru: Girl I really can’t say. But what I will say and ask did you really sleep with all those men? Brad, Adam, Billy, and Jack?

    Leslie and Spencer walks in at the same time and see Avery and Victor sitting at the table. The are caught off guard. Leslie takes a seat near Avery.

    Spencer: You’re a joke Newman.
    Victor: No my friend You are. You see I know about your past.
    Spencer: My past?
    Victor: Your past with the lovely Leslie here.
    Leslie: Excuse me?
    Spencer: My past with Leslie?
    Victor: Allow me.” Victor pulls out the sexy photos of Leslie for Leslie and Spencer to see. Then Victor points to a picture with Leslie and Spencer together.
    Leslie: What the hell is this Avery!?
    Spencer: You’ve got to be kidding me. So now you’re going to black mail the DA with some phony photos? Now we can add these to the stack of charges that already face you.
    Victor: Mr. Walsh I assure you these are not fake. In fact these are so real that you two had a child together, Leslie gave up for adoption to pursue her high powered legal career.
    Spencer: WHAT!? “ He says looking at Leslie in fact now confirming what Victors is saying is true.
    Leslie: Why? How did this all come about? What did I do? “ She then looks at Avery but Avery can’t look her friend in the face.
    Victor: No one will best me. Spencer If you two want to keep this nasty secret I suggest you drop this case against me.
    Leslie: So this is what its all about. Never mind innocent lives or even children as you say. I’m on your legal team why would you do this to me Victor?
    Victor: I’m not going out with out a fight. Blame your boy toy here.
    Spencer: Victor you want get away with this.
    Victor: If you’re smart you‘ll allow me to. Now what’s it going to be my boy?
    Leslie : I can’t believe this.” She stands up and storms out the courtroom
    Spencer: Leslie!
    Victor: Sound to me you got baby mother trouble my friend. No time to prosecute a case against me. You have to get ready for a family reunion.
    Spencer: You’re scum Newman.” he says before walking out chasing after Leslie.
    Avery: This doe not feel right Victor. I betrayed Leslie and now an innocent child is in the mix. This is not right.

    Back at the Club.
    Tucker approaches Neil and harmony
    Tucker: My best friend is barely in the ground yet and here you two are getting all cozy.

    Tucker: Your right Moses is here. Your son with Sophia. But it seems you got him a new mommy already.
    Harmony: Tucker you got it all wrong. Don’t come over here tripping.
    Tucker: Oh is that what I’m doing. I rather be tripping then disgracing my son and my son’s mother.
    Neil, standing up: Now that is enough!” As Neil is about to swing on Tucker Harmony gets in the way.
    Tucker: That’s real nice Neil. You said your son was here. What you getting all worked up for? Truth hurts doesn’t it?
    Harmony: Tucker get out of here.
    Neil: Get the hell out of here Tucker!
    Tucker: Yea, my food is ready so I’ll go. Shame on you two.” He then turns around and leaves.

    Neil: No maybe Tucker is right. What are we doing Harmony?


    Outside the courtroom. Spencer walks up to Leslie
    Spencer: How in the hell did Newman find out?
    Leslie( wiping tears) I don’t know I think Avery has something to do with this.
    Spencer: A child Les? Do we have a child?
    Leslie can’t even look at him and she thinks of her past, giving her daughter up for adoption. He spins her around. “ Answer me do we have a child together?
    Leslie closes her eyes not wanting to tell Spencer the truth. She doesn’t want to hear the truth herself. Knowing she gave her own child up for adoption for a high powered legal career. She takes a deep breath and is about to answer but then Judge Mathis walks into the courtroom and pounds his gavel. Spencer takes a deep breath and walks in the courtroom.
    Mathis: Can we resume Mr. Walsh?
    Victor and Avery both turn and look at Spencer to see what his answer is going to be. Is he going to continue the trial on Victor Newman or turn away and cave into Victor’s threats.
    Mathis: Mr. Welsh I am waiting sir. Are we going to resume?
    Spencer can only take a deep breath.

    Victor’s eyes are firmly fixated on Jack Abbott. Victor doesn’t answer Nick’s question.
    Nikki gets in front of Victor.
    Nikki:
    Don’t cause a scene here. We are trying to mourn Kay.
    Jill:
    What a joke you sound like Nikki considering you took your sweet ass time coming over to the hospital when Katherine still had life.
    Nikki can only squint her eyes at Jill.
    Victor takes his arm and pushes Nikki out of his path with his eyes still fixed on Jack.
    Jack is a bit unnerved. Victor finally walks up to him and Victor stares down Jack.
    Jack:
    You left your cell just to come and see me mustache? I’m so honored and flattered.
    Victor doesn’t speak yet. His facial expressions does all the talking for now as Victor still stares him down. He then looks around to the crowd to make his announcement since his presence alone commands the grievers attention already.
    “I was able to get a special release to be here today at Katherine’s services. You see we got a new District Attorney here in the City. I’m sure all of you will remember my old legal counsel John Silva. He used to be a character here and I know we all haven’t seen him in quite a long time but now he has made a return. My good friend John Silva granted me permission for me to be here. Is that wonderful or what?” He says smiling at the crowd.
    Esther:
    Well no one wants you here Victor Newman! You are a taker of joy and happiness for your own personal gain.
    Victor:
    Nice to see you Esther . Kindly grab me some coffee mmmmk?
    Esther:
    I’m not working today you ignorant jerk. I’m mourning.
    Victor:

    I know about your plan. YOU are the reason Katherine is dead. JACKASS ABBOTT is the reason Katherine Chancellor is dead! And I assure you Jackass, when I get out of that cell, and it will be very soon thanks to my new friend John Silva, I’m coming for you. You are gonna pay. You killed KATHERINE CHANCELLOR with your childish plan with Murphy.
    Esther is regretting telling Victor about Jack’s plan. She knew she opened a Pandora’s box but she didn’t think it would go down like this.
    Victor is so enraged even with his chained hands he is able to wrap them around Jack’s neck and begins to choke him. Jack’ face turns beat red as he begins to sink to the ground Everyone is stunned. Keemo is watching with extra interest seeing his dad being attacked by Victor. Then the guards grab Victor and escort him away.
    “I’m going to get you JACKASS!” Victor hollers as he is carted away.

    Paul:
    John welcome back. Its been a long time.
    John:

    I had no idea you were up for the DA’s position.
    John:
    It was kind of last minute. But I’m glad to be back.
    Paul:
    Listen I brought over some evidence of my investigation on this whole Tucker and Kay situation.
    John:
    Are you ready for an arrest warrant? Those deaths are homicides now.
    Paul:
    After you read over all of what I got in this file I think you will agree to my warrant for an arrest.
    John:

    Cane’s Apt.
    Cane is laid out on the couch. The place is a little messy and the curtains are closed providing a darkend atmosphere. He sits up and then slides onto the floor by his coffee table and fixes his coke up for another line. He takes a big snort of it. He coughs and has involuntary nerve movements.
    Cane: Damn that’s good stuff.” His drugged thoughts are dramatically interrupted when he hears a bamming at the door.
    Cane:
    Damn it Neil! “ Cane then begins to pack up his paraphernalia.
    “Why can’t I enjoy my high in peace?” He says under his breath. He opens the door and sees a sweaty and fuming Malcolm. Malcolm barges in.
    Cane:
    Malcolm what’s up man?
    Malcolm:
    Leslie let me go.
    Cane:
    She broke things off with you?
    Malcolm:
    That’s what I said dummy.
    Cane:
    Woah bro I think you need to slow down.
    Malcolm:
    I know man I’m sorry. I’m just so pissed. Wait, my bad are the twins here?
    Cane:

    Karynn is walking with a cigarette in hand following a trail to her home. The trial is easily identified as Karynn has buried an extension cord from the nearby gas station to her home to power up her shack. She makes it to the front porch of her home and is out of breathe with the sun beating down on her. She decides to sit in the wooden rocking chair for a quick break on her front porch. She pulls out a flask from her bra and takes a swig. She looks out unto the land surrounding her. Over grown grass, untamed shrubs, and wild trees surround her.
    Karynn:
    This was once a great place to be. Until that bitch named Katrina came and took everything away.” She takes another swig of her drink and a tear strolls down her face.
    She continues talking aloud. “ Everything changed that day. But today is a new day and it’s going to be a change damn it.” She gets up and puts her flask back in her hiding spot, the bra and walks inside. She sees Karl on the floor.
    Karynn:
    Damn you Karl! What in the hell were you trying to do?
    Karl:
    How nice of you to finally show up. I’ve been alone here all damn day. Since this morning. No meds, nothing to eat. Where the hell have you been?
    Karynn struggles to lift Karl up and put him back in the wheel chair. She is out of breath and sits down for a minute. She lights up a cigarette and begins to blow the smoke in Karl’s face. Karl coughs and moves his wheel chair away from the smoke.
    Karl:
    Damn you you know that. You’re trying to kill me! Oxygen is flammable you know.
    Karynn:
    Would you please shut the hell up? You’re worse than a woman. On and on and on. Now listen. I know things are tough around here. But I am going to change all that for us. Starting right now.
    Karl:
    All I am asking for is a meal and my meds. I’m in pain. It’s not that hard. Did you bring anything back to eat?
    Karynn:
    No but I did bring this!” She pulls out a wad of money. Karl is stunned.
    Karl:
    Where did you get all of that? Tell me you are not selling your old wrinkly body.
    Karynn:
    I got a pay day loan. Since I control your social security check by being your payee I was able to do it. So we are leaving right now. I already booked us tickets. It’s our turn to shine in the sunset. Now come on. You can get a few items of the dollar menu at McDonna’s.
    Karl:
    Its not the dollar menu no more it the value menu. Everything that cost a dollar is nasty.
    Karynn:

    Roxanne is about to unlock her door when Nate walks up. She looks at him and rolls her eyes.
    Nate:
    What’s that about? Didn’t you ask to see me?
    Roxanne:
    Let’s talk inside. I don’t want that nosey ass bitch across the hall you call Hillary to hear what I have to say.” Roxanne unlocks her door and Nate follows her inside. He closes the door behind him. She throws her purse down.
    Nate:
    So why are you so upset?
    Roxanne:
    Did you sleep with that whore across the hall?
    Nate:
    I don’t think you want to know the answer to that.
    Roxanne is devastated. She feels betrayed. She turns around not wanting him to see the tears that are trying to form in her eyes.

    She turns to him with tears rolling down her face.

    “Damn you Hillary! I’m going to get you bitch! “ Roxanne grabs her purse and chases after Nate. A closet door then opens inside Roxanne’s apt and out walks Hillary with a cell phone in her hand. She hits replay on her phone, replaying the entire conversation between Roxanne and Nate that just took place and she caught it all on her phone as she walks out Roxanne’s apt with a smile on her face.




    The Chancellor Grounds.
    Brock is speaking at the podium about memories with his mother with Mac standing by his side.
    Brock:
    She was a wonderful lady. A great mother. A steward of goodness and just the most grandest woman I ever knew. She loved life. And had a special affinity for the younger generation. To reach out to them and guide them.” He looks at Mac and smiles at her.
    Brock:
    We are going to miss her but her spirit will always live on. We will never forget Katherine Chancellor. “ He wipes a tear but then stops when he sees Paul and Ronan walk in with a few other officers. Everyone turns around to see what has Brock’s attention.
    Neil walks over to Paul.

    Everyone is stunned and chatter amongst the crowd grows. Paul walks through the crowd to arrest some one. He looks at everyone. Jack, Nikki, Keemo as if they might be the ones arrested. He then finally stops at Murphy.
    Paul:
    Patrick Murphy, you are under arrest for 2 count involuntary man slaughter in Tucker’s McCall as well as Katherine Chancellor’s death. You have the right to remain silent….. “Murphy is stunned as Paul puts cuffs on Murphy while still reading him his Miranda rights..
    Brock is outraged as is Devon.
    Devon:
    You killed my family!?” Devon says walking up to him. Murphy just holds his head down as Paul and the rest of the Police squad escort Murphy off the Chancellor grounds and into a police squad car. Everyone is just absolutely stunned as they watch Murphy being carted away.

    Roxanne: I can’t believe Spencer would let me go to jail like this.
     
     
    Leslie: Rox, you did assault Hillary, your half-sister I might add.
     
     
    Rox: I didn’t ask for the whore to be any kin to me. I don’t like her, she is all kinds of wrong for Nate.
     
     
    Leslie: But that doesn’t give you a right to put your hands on her. That’s not the way the law works.
     
     
    Rox: The law worked for you when you were being Spencer’s hoe.
     
     
    Leslie: Girl that mouth of yours is too much. I am here trying to help you. That’s all I’ve tried to do since we found out you were my daughter. But all you want to do is hurt by using words. It’s getting real old. Yes I was a stripper, and yes I used sex to make money. I’m not ashamed of it I own it.
     
     
    Roxanne: You should be ashamed because it lead to you losing it all. You were disbarred from practicing law. So your story about tricking to pay for college won’t work no more. You’re unemployed at the moment. You might have to turn tricks again.
     
     
    Leslie smacks Roxanne in her mouth as Rafe walks in. Roxanne is absolutely stunned her mother hit her.

    In the waiting area of the hospital.
     
     
    Noah is on his knees sobbing after hearing the news about his mother Sharon not making it out from Verdon Lou. Nick kneels down next to him and holds him as he too sobs. Paul rubs his jaw after Nick punched him
     
     
    Paul: Newman I’m going to let that one go. But you pull a stunt like that again, you’ll be sharing a jail cell with your father. Now I am sorry for your loss but that is no way to treat an officer of the law!
     
     
    Paul walks off as he realizes Nick is not paying any attention to him.
     
     
     
     
     
    Noah: Dad not mom. We gotta go to this Verdon Lou place and look for her! She has to be alive!
     
     
    Nick: I know son. This is happening all so fast. We need answers. Dru said Sheila is behind all of this.
     
     
    Noah: We got to find mom!
     
     
    Nick: One thing at a time son. I think we should talk to Dru.
     
     
    Noah: Damn you dad! You never want to look for mom. She’s been missing for how many months and what have you done to find her?
     
     
    Noah stands up and brushes his dad off of him.
     
     
    He walks off.
     
     
    Nick: Noah where are you going?

    Noah is too angry to listen to Nick.

    The City Jail.
     
     
    Phyllis is pacing her cell.
     
     
    Victor Newman is in a cell across from her watches her.
     
     
    Victor: What’s the matter with you? Why are you here?
     
     
    Phyllis looks at Victor.
     
     
    Phyllis: Victor, I didn’t even see you there.
     
     
    Victor: Why are you here?
     
     
                    “Because of me Bitch!”
     
     
    They both hear and look to see who is coming down the hall. It is Dru being escorted though still in cuffs to her cell next to Phyllis.
     
     
    Victor: Drucilla. Is that you?
     
     
    Dru: Yea it’s me. I’m alive. See everyone thinks I lost my balance and fell off a cliff. I’m a diva and diva’s don’t lost they balance. Phyllis Newmans Bitch, pushed me and now I am back to make her pay for stealing years of my life away from me.
     
     
    Victor: I can’t believe it’s really you.
     
     
    Dru: It’s me Vic. I can’t believe you are in jail. What has happened for the great Victor Newman to be in jail?
     
     
    Victor chuckles.
     
     
    Victor: It’s a long story my dear. But not to worry I’ll be leaving here very soon and when I do, the people who put me here will pay dearly. Here’s one of them now, a pip squeak called Michael Baldwin.
     
     
    Dru and Phyllis look at Michael walking down the hall.
     
     
    Michael: Can it Victor.
     
     
    Victor: When I get out of here Michael Baldwin I am going to crush you like a bug!!
     
     
    Michael than gazes at Dru.
     
     
    Michael: It’s really you. I saw you on the news when you and Phyllis were fighting. I didn’t believe it until now.
     
     
    Dru: Yea and I whooped her ass.
     
     
    Phyllis: Shut up Bitch! It was a tie at best.
     
     
    Dru: It’s me Michael. Your friend over there did this to me. And I am going to make her pay.
     
     
    Then Paul walks over to them.
     
     
    Phyllis: Paul that back from the dead bitch assaulted me first I was merely defending myself!
     
     
    Dru: Don’t even try it Phyllis Newmans. You pushed me off that cliff at the photo shoot. She tried to kill me Paul!
     
     
    Paul: Alright enough! Dru we are going to talk first.
     
     
    Paul unlocks Dru’s cell and escorts her to his office.
     
     
    Phyllis: Don’t listen to her Paul. I didn’t try to kill Dru!
     
     
    Michael looks at Phyllis.
     
     
    Phyllis: Michael you have to help me. I did not try and kill Dru.
     
     
    Victor: He can’t help you. He’s not practicing law any more are you Michael my boy?
     
     
    Michael: No thanks to you. I’ve lost everything thanks to you. My career, my wife and family.
     
     
    Victor: You deserve it for helping put me behind bars. And I got news for you Michael Baldwin. I’m not done with you yet.
     
     
    Phyllis: Enough about that. Michael you have to get me out of here! My sister needs me. Avery has been blinded.
     
     
    Michael: Ok let me see what I can do. I’m not sure what I can do I’m not practicing law any more.
     
     
    Victor: With good reason.

    Roxanne’s Interrogation Room
     
     
    : Is everything ok in here?
     
     
    Leslie: It is Rafe. Thank you for coming down here. I’m sorry to tell you that I’m going to be leaving. My daughter doesn’t appreciate me trying to help her. Her words are too much and she needs help. Good luck with her.
     
     
    Roxanne: Are you really leaving me?
     
     
    Leslie: I am Roxanne. You got a lot of issues to work on. I’m not going to keep being a punching bag for you. I’m not perfect and neither are you. I’m trying to do the best that I can but you refuse to let me do that. I’m done trying. I’m not about to baby you anymore.
     
     
    Leslie grabs her purse and leaves.
     
     
    Rafe: Wow.
     
     
    Roxanne: Save your judgements, I can’t believe Leslie just embarrassed me like that. Slapping me, then airing our dirty laundry.
     
     
    Rafe: I’ve gotten close to Leslie. She is a good person.
     
     
    Roxanne: I am not trying to hear you cheer lead for my mother. Just tell me some good news. Can I leave this place or what? I can’t spend a night here in jail.
     
     
    Rafe: I was able to get the charges dropped.
     
     
    Roxanne: Really?
     
     
    Rafe: Yes but there is one stipulation.
     
     
    Roxanne: I’m afraid to ask.
     
     
    Rafe: The judge wants you to complete some anger management courses.
     
     
    Roxanne laughs.

    The Hospital.
     
     
    Nick walks into Avery’s room.
     
     
    Avery: I can hear you.
     
     
    She says sitting up.
     
     
    Nick: It’s me Avery, Nick.
     
     
    Avery: Nicholas. It’s good to s-….I guess I am glad you are here. As you can see I can’t see as I am blinded.
     
     
    Nick: I’m very sorry to hear.
     
     
    He sits on the bed and engulfs her in a hug.
     
     
    Nick: Avery how did any of this happen?
     
     
    Avery: I was looking for Cane.
     
     
    Nick: Cane? Why would you be looking for Cane?
     
     
    Avery has a flash back of hitting lines of Coke with Cane and then having sex with him.
     
     
    Nick: Avery answer me. I don’t understand why you would be looking for Cane at Verdon Lou.
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
    Back at the City Jail. Dru sits down in a seat in Paul’s office. Paul sits in his chair and looks at Dru.
     
     
    Paul: Dru, I am still having a hard time with all of this. Sheila, Sharon…
     
     
    Dru: Paul I am just thankful to be alive and to be able to tell my story. I am so tired of fighting. My body is sore. It’s takes a lot to beat down Sheila Carter and Phyllis Newmans in the same damn night.
     
     
    Paul: I bet. So where do you want to begin Drucilla?
     
     
    Dru: In a nice bubble bath with a glass of wine, music and snacks.
     
     
    Paul: All sounds good but I mean literally. You make a lot of charges against a lot of people.
     
     
    Dru: Well then hell Paul, you tell me where do you want to start?
     
     
    Paul: I want to know where Dru has been all this time.
     
     
    Dru: That’s a good question. Where have I been all this time?

    Victoria walks in and is greeted by Gina herself.
     
     
     
     
    Gina: Welcome Victoria, it’s lovely to see you.
     
     
    Victoria: You too Gina.
     
     
    Gina: How is your mother holding up? I was very worried about her the last time you were here with her.
     
     
    Victoria: I’m going to see her in the morning. She says she’s fine but I’m keeping an eye on her.
     
     
    Gina: Good. I know she is taking Katherine’s death pretty hard.
     
     
    Victoria: She is.
     
     
    Gina: Well right this way, Chance told me he was expecting you.
     
     
     
     
    Victoria follows Gina over to Chance’s table.
     
     
    Chance gets up and pulls out Victoria’s chair. She takes a seat.
     
     
     
     
    Victoria: Thank you.
     
     
    Chance: Thank you for meeting me.
     
     
    Victoria: No problem. Your text that you sent me, seemed pretty urgent.
     
     
    Chance: Well, I just need to get some stuff of my chest before I go crazy. I feel like I am going to explode.
     
     
    Victoria: About Phillip?
     
     
    Chance: (Sighs) Yeah.
     
     
    Victoria: What’s going on Chance?
     
     
    Chance: I just feel so damn guilty and angry. I couldn’t protect my father from that bastard  Cane. (Sighs) I’ve spent my whole life protecting people. But, I let Cane get the upper hand. I let him do those horrific things to my dad.
     
     
    Victoria: Chance, listen, what Cane did whatever he did, wasn’t your fault.
     
     
    Chance: Cane shot my dad and then got him high with cocaine.
     
     
    Victoria: What? Oh my… Cane?
     
     
    Chance: Yes Cane.
     
     
    Victoria: And he shot Phillip? This is so unlike Cane.
     
     
    Chance: That’s what a drug habit will do to you. I feel like it was my fault. I’ve been self-wallowing in my self-pity for my failure for not saving Eden from that terrorist while we were deployed. I couldn’t see any of this happening with Cane. What kind of protector have I become? I served in the military but I’m a failure Victoria. That’s how I feel, a failure. What kind of man am I?
     
     
     
     
    Chance has a flashback of the incident in Kabul with Eden
     
     
    Kabul Afghanistan, Chance is patrolling his camp as the sun beats down on him with his full military uniform on weighing no less then 9 pounds. He stops and talks to a woman who’s face is blurred in the dream that approached him. He embraces her with a hug and kiss.
     
     
    Chance: Ready for today’s training?
     
     
    Eden: Ready to give it all I got.
     
     
    Chance: Today I am going to verse you on what a patrol is. Now A few things before we start. Only step behind me where I step. I step on a path already carved out by our foot traffic. This way-
     
     
    Eden: We don’t step on any IED’s I did my home work.
     
     
    Chance: I’m impressed. That’ what I love about you solider. Alright you ready?
     
     
    Eden: Yes.
     
     
    Chance begins his patrol of  his assigned area and Eden follows behind. With his gun in hand and his senses focused on the foot path and possible enemy attacks from the Taliban he assumes Eden  is still right behind him until he hears a scream from behind . He turns around and sees a masked person, or a jihadi fighter holding the woman at gun point from behind.
     
     
    Chance: You don’t want to do this.
     
     
                    “American  Infidel Devil Go Home!” The jihadi fighter stumbles out with his thick Pashtu accent. “امریکی کافر شیطان کے گھر” He says again only this time in his mother tongue of Urdu.
     
     
                    “This is for ALLAH! Jihad to the infidels. ALLAH ALLAH!”
     
     
    Then a second person sneaks up behind Chance and restrains him so he can’t respond as the first jihadi fighter takes Eden away. The woman screams Chance’s name as she is taken away. Chance tries to break free of the seconds man hold but is unsuccessful. The second man pistol whips Chance as he hears Chance’s comrades coming to his aid after hearing the screams of Eden.
     
     
    Victoria: Stop beating yourself up. Stop it! I won’t stand for you beating yourself up. You are a great person. Your kind, compassionate and upstanding. The thing with Eden is those terrorist are bad people. What more could you have done without our jeopardizing her life or your own.
     
     
    Chance: I just feel…
     
     
    Victoria: Defeated?… I have felt that feeling before. I know how it feels. But, you have to get back up, and fight. Don’t let anything get you down. You rise up and you kick some ass. Be the Chance we all know and love. Will you kick some ass for Genoa City, again?
     
     
    Chance: (Laughs) You are right. I have to kick some ass.
     
     
    Victoria: (Laughs) Yes you do!
     
     
     
     
    Victoria holds her hand out. Chance takes it.
     
     
    Chance looks into her eyes. He smiles. She smiles back.
     
     
     
     
    Chance: Thank you for listening to me and letting me vent. You have me feeling better.
     
     
    Victoria: You’re a great person. It wasn’t anything I did. I just reminded you of who you are.

    Nina walks into Phillips room.
     
     
    She sees him sitting up staring at the wall and twitching every so often.
     
     
    He seems to be off some place as he didn’t hear her walk in. She taps on his shoulders and he jumps up.
     
     
    Phillip: Woah Nina… You startled me!
     
     
    Nina: I’m sorry. I thought you heard me walk in.
     
     
    Phillip: No I’m sorry.
     
     
    Nina: Are you feeling ok?
     
     
    Phillip: Yes why do you ask that?
     
     
    Nina: You just seem off.
     
     
    Phillip: Well I feel nervous and I feel like something is off or I’m missing something.
     
     
    Nina: It could be the after effects of the cocaine Cane forced in you.
     
     
    Phillip: You could be right. When am I getting out of this place Nina? I have to find Cane and those twins.
     
     
    Nina: One thing at a time Phillip. I don’t want you to overdo it. You’ve been through a lot. Being shot in the hand and then a dose of cocaine.
     
     
    Phillip: Nina, Cane’s twins are in serious trouble! Cane is not himself! He’s a monster! He’s lost control! Look at what he did to me!
     
     
    Nina: I know. I will help you. Let’s get you out of here first.
     
     
    Phillip: I get to go home?
     
     
    Nina: Yes, that’s why I’m here.

    In The ER.
     
     
    Lily and Devon hold each one of Olivia’s hand as they await to hear news about Nate.
     
     
    Olivia: Dr., please tell me, did my son make it?
     
     
    Dr.: I’m sorry Ms. Barber. Nate is in very serious condition.
     
     
     
    Olivia has tears come to her eyes.
     
     
     
    Dr.: But there are some things you should know.
     
     
    Olivia: Just please tell me about my son so I can see him.
     
     
    Dr: Nate has two broken arms, both legs are broken, he has minor brain swelling, and a crushed rib cage. We have him in a body cast. Nate is also in a medically induced coma for the brain swelling.
     
     
     
    Olivia gasp and gets weak in the knees. Devon and Lily hold Olivia up.
     
     
    They then walk her over to a chair so she can have a seat.
     
     
     
    Olivia: My poor baby! Oh Lily I don’t think I can bear to see Nate in that cast.
    Lily holds her aunt.
     
     
    Devon: I’m going to go see about Dru. Stay here Lily in case we get news about dad.
     
     
    Devon gets up and looks at Abby.
     
     
    She hugs him.
     
     
    Abby: How are you holding up?
     
     
    Devon: It’s been one hell of a night. What about you?
     
     
    Abby: I could say the same.
     
     
    Devon: Look I’m going to see about Dru. Do you think you can keep an eye on Lily for me?
     
     
    Abby: Yea I will. I’ll text you if anything comes out on your dad.
     
     
    Devon: Thank you.

    Spencer walks into Hillary’s room.
     
     
    Spencer: How are you feeling?
     
     
    Hilary: My head hurts.
     
     
    Spencer: I’m sorry this happened.
     
     
    Hillary: Dad Roxanne has a serious problem. This is the second time she’s attacked me.
     
     
    Spencer: But she didn’t have to go to jail. We could have work this out.
     
     
    Hillary: Really? That beast attacked me twice and you don’t want me to press charges?
     
     
    Spencer: She is your half-sister.
     
     
    Hillary: Then she shouldn’t have attacked me. Is that what sisters do?... I can’t believe you are standing here trying to defend her to me.
     
     
    Spencer: You are both my daughters! I’m trying to do what I think is right. I’m new to all this parenting stuff. I didn’t raise you, your mother did and I only found out months ago that Roxanne was my daughter. Now I got both of you going at it basically over Nate… A man!…. It’s stupid!
     
     
    Hillary: I didn’t ask for any of this.  Roxanne is a whore two timing Devon for Nate.
     
     
    Spencer: What about you Hillary? You are the one that told Malcolm about what Nate did.
     
     
    Hillary: Wow really?
     
     
    The room is quiet until the doctor walks in.
     
     
    Dr: I could cut the tension with a knife, is everything ok in here?
     
     
    Hillary: Just peachy. Can I go home? I feel fine.
     
     
    Dr.: Yes I’ll let you go but I must warn you Hillary, you might want to be more careful going forward with these altercations. You would be putting your new baby at risk.
     
     
    Hillary: My what?
     
     
    Dr: Congratulations Hillary. You’re pregnant.
     
     
    Spencer and Hillary look at each other both surprised at the news.
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
    Nick walks over to Lauren as Noah walks over to Mary’s room to get a look at her through the window in her door.
     
     
    Nick: This is all so crazy.
     
     
    Lauren: Oh I know tell me about it. Malcolm, Neil, now Sheila Carter and then Dru. It’s been one hell of a night.
     
     
    Nick: Do you believe that Sheila is alive and held Dru and Sharon hostage?
     
     
    Laruen: Well I’ve never known Dru to lie and I do know Sheila to be crazy.
     
     
    Nick: Malcolm and I had a discussion once about Dru possibly being alive awhile back.
     
     
    Lauren: Turns out she is.
     
     
    Nick: Wow after all this time. I just hope Sharon is ok.
     
     
    Lauren: For your children’s sake I do too Nick. It was great talking to you but I’m going to see if I can find out any more information. I also want to see if my son is dating the devil’s spawn.
     
     
    Nick: Well I hope for your kids’ sake it’s not Sheila’s daughter.
     
     
    They smile at each other at the little joke and Lauren walks towards Mary’s room
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
    In Mary’s Room.
     
     
    Scotty walks in and takes a seat next to her.
     
     
    Rafe is still watching Scotty as he peeps in the window of the door. He sees Scotty holding Mary’s hand.
     
     
    Rafe then gets a text. It’s from Leslie asking him to meet her at the police station. He replies “ok” and gets one last look at Scotty holding Mary’s hand. Rafe shakes his head and leaves the hospital.
     
     
    Inside the room.
     
     
    Mary slowly wakes up. She sees Scotty and smiles.
     
     
    Mary: Hey you. What happened?
     
     
    Scotty: I was hoping you could tell me. I haven’t seen you in days and here you show up and they say you are a Verdon Lou survivor and now your hair is brown. Which I like by the way.
     
     
    Mary: My hair?
     
     
    Scotty: Yea didn’t you dye it?
     
     
    Mary sits up and opens her mirror up from the bedside stand. She looks at it and is stunned to see that her hair is now brown. She’s a brunette. Mary wonders if the explosion somehow flashed dyed her hair from blonde to brunette. Mary then thinks this could work to her advantage as Scotty and Noah will have a harder time identifying her.
     
     
    Mary: I guess it is brown.
     
     
    Scotty: You didn’t know?
     
     
    Mary: I do now. I’ve missed you.
     
     
    Scotty: I’ve missed you, where have you been these last few days? I’ve been texting and calling.
     
     
    Mary: I uh, just been busy trying to find a job.
     
     
    Scotty: A job. Van this doesn’t make sense. Dru is claiming that you are the daughter of Sheila Carter, Mary Carter. Is this true?
     
     
                    “Yes the million dollar question. Are you the devil’s spawn?”
     
     
    Scotty and Mary hear and they turn and see Lauren walking into the room.
     
     
    Scotty: Mom what are you doing here?
     
     
    Lauren: We need to know son, if this is Sheila Carter’s daughter.
     
     
    The Dr. then walks in.
     
     
    Daisy is now watching the scene outside of the door looking in the window.
     
     
    Daniel walks over to her.
     
     
    Daniel: Up to no good?
     
     
    Daisy: You better do what your mother says and watch our daughter before I take her.
     
     
    Daniel look in the window to see Mary.
     
     
    Daniel: They say that’s Mary Carter. Is that your sister? Is that why you are spying on her?
     
     
    Daisy looks at Daniel looking at Mary. He has a weird look on his face as he thinks about the sex he had with the blonde bombshell.
     
     
    Daisy: Do you know her?
     
     
    Daniel: She looks like the woman, ...I don't know she does look familiar.

    Back inside the room.

    Noah is outside of Mary’s window. He can see her. He gazes at her. He remembers making love to a blonde bomb shell in her car. Mary kind of looks like her but her hair is brown.

    Olivia: No that’s ok. I want to be alone with my son. Besides you need to wait here to hear about Neil.
     
     
    Abby: I’ll wait here with her.
     
     
    Olivia half heartily smiles and walks away and over to Nate’s room.
     
     
     
     
     
    Abby: Well Lily it’s good to have you back. But I am so sorry you had to come back to all of this.
     
     
    Lily: My dad being shot by Malcolm. And then OH MY GOSH ABBY. MOSES! WHERE IS MOSES!
     
     
    Abby: I have not seen him since Malcolm took him after shooting Neil. We all been caught up with Neil and Nate.
     
     
    Then a doctor walks over to Lily.
     
     
    Dr: Your Neil’s daughter I presume?
     
     
    Lily and Abby both stand, Lily grabs Abby’s hand and braces for the worst.
     
     
    Lily: I am. Is my dad ok?
     
     
    The Dr. takes a deep breathe.
     
     
    Dr: Your dad nearly died. We brought him from the brink of death. He’s made it through surgery. His stats are returning back to somewhat normal. The bullet was lodged into his spinal column.
     
     
    Lily: So what does that mean for my dad? Will he be able to walk?
     
     
    Dr: Honestly at this juncture I am not sure. I have him on a mild sedative for now to ease the pain. His body has been through a lot and the best thing for him at this time and going immediately forward is rest. But I’ll say this now, it’s a strong chance he may not be able to walk again. The bullet did very serious damage to his spinal cord.
     
     
    Lily: When can I see my dad?
     
     
    Dr: In the morning. You need your rest and Neil needs his.
     
     
    Lily: Thank you doctor.
     
     
    Abby hugs Lily.
     
     
    Lily: Thank you God for saving my dad.
     
     
    Abby: Yes it’s great. I think the doctor is right we need to recharge.
     
     
    Lily: Abby I must find Cane and our children. Mom said Cane was at the Verdon Lou Place.
     
     
    Abby: Ok let’s go get changed and then I’ll go with you to the police station.
     
     
    As Lily and Abby begin to walk out they run into Nina and Phillip.
     
     
    Phillip: Lily, wait up.
     
     
    Lily turns around and is confused as to why Phillip would be stopping her.
     
     
    Nina: Phillip don’t… This may not be the right time.
     
     
    Lily: Right time for what, what are you talking about?
     
     
    Phillip: It’s Cane.
     
     
    Lily: What about Cane? Do you know where my children are?
     
     
    Phillip: What I do know is that Cane is on cocaine and I’m so sorry to have to tell you this Lily but I think Cane sold your kids for drugs.
     
     
    Lily: W-..w..huh?
     
     
    Phillip: Cane insinuated that he sold the twins for drugs.
     
     
    Lily faints and Abby catches her.
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
    Police Chief Paul Williams hangs up the phone as Nick and Noah walk over to him.
     
     
    Nick: Paul is there any news on Sharon?
     
     
    Paul: Nick in fact I got a call from the fire chief of Verdon Lou.
     
     
    Noah: Is my mom ok?
     
     
    Paul: They found two more bodies, more like skeletons, appear to be of a male frame as they were large.
     
     
    Nick: Ok what about Sharon?
     
     
    Paul: I’m sorry Nick, there are no more survivors from the cabin. If Sharon was there as Dru says she was then she must have burnt up into ashes. There is no sign of Sheila Carter or Sharon Newman.
     
     
    Nick punches Paul in the face and Noah breaks down and cries falling to his knees.

    Genoa City Courthouse. Victoria is pacing the common area as Nick arrives and gives her a hug.
    Nick: How you holding up?
    Victoria: Well I could be going to jail today for killing Chloe and Billy’s baby.
    Nick: Have faith Vic. It’s going to be alright. Billy was cheating on you. It was a crime of passion.
    Victoria: You know I haven’t seen Sharon since I’ve been back. Where is she?
    Nick: That’s what I can’t figure out. She’s missing. That’s something I need to work on. I haven’t heard from her in weeks and that’s not like her. Especially with Faith needing her so much.
    Then Nikki arrives. She hugs both her children.
    Nick: Mom how are you?
    Nikki: I’m ok Nicholas. Just hoping for the best for Victoria today.
    Then Avery comes storming in. Her hair is a bit frazzled and clothes a bit wrinkly. The Newman’s notice how dishelved Avery looks and they are surprised.
    Avery: I have some incredible news!

    Neil’s House.
    Neil is sitting in bed with a neck brace on. He is reading the Genoa City Business Section out of the local newspaper. He reads a report on Chancellor and their fracking issue in Briar Texas. His phone rings. He reaches over for it but it becomes a struggle for him as he is in pain from the choking death grip from his brother last night. He finally reaches it
    Neil: Hello
    “Dad. It’s me Lily!”
    Neil: Baby girl. Good to hear your voice. How are you?
    Lily: I’m ok. How are the twins? I miss them so much.
    Neil: Cane is keeping them away from me. I have not seen them much sweetie I’m sorry.
    Lily: Bastard! Dad I swear to you when I get back to Genoa City, I’m going to get my kids from Cane and keep them from him.
    Neil: I thought you’d be home by now. Victoria came home.
    Lily: Their are some complications with my plastic surgery. They are treating an infection from the surgery.
    Neil: Honey why didn’t you let me know? I’m on the next flight to Japan.
    Lily: No dad really it’s ok. I’m making excellent progress and I should be home soon. I want you to try and see Maddie and Charlie. I need to know they are ok. I’m going crazy not being able to be with them.
    Neil: Ok baby girl. I’ll check up on them. You get home soon.
    Lily: I will and tell the family I send my love. Dad I got to go, its time for my treatment.
    Neil: Ok honey call me later.” They hang up. Neil has a smile on his face hearing from his daughter. He realizes she is right though he needs to make more of an effort to see what Cane is up to with Maddie and Charlie. He tries to get out of bed but it’s a little tough as his neck is killing him. He thinks about the rage and fire he saw in his brother’s eyes the night he almost choked him to death.

    At Malcolm’s
    Malcolm is taking a shower while Cane looks around in disgust. He sees empty pizza boxes, crushed beer cans, dishes, clothes all strewn through the apartment. He sees a bug crawling up the wall and wonders if it’s a roach. He pulls out his cell phone and browses the internet for some information. Then he dials a number.
    Cane: Genoa City Maid Services?
    Operator: Yes’em
    Cane: Good. I need a few maids over here at my friend’s apartment. 5512 Miller Street Apt 107.… You can bill it to me. Can you spray for bugs in here also? It’s like the Australian outback in here….And bring some fragrances too it smells like kangaroo dung in here. Good thank you.” He hangs up his phone as Malcolm walks out the bedroom.
    Malcolm: You ready to grab some drinks?
    Cane: Malcolm bro, this place is just nasty. Don’t you think we ought to clean up?
    Malcolm: I don’t care about this place. I don’t care about nothing. Let’s go. I need a beer. Malcolm grabs Cane and they head out the door.



    The Courthouse
    Nikki: My God Avery are you ok? You look horrible.
    Avery: Yea, no, never mind about that. I got news.
    Victoria: What is it?

    Chloe, Billy and Esther walk up to them.
    Avery: Not only did I get the charges reduced to assault, I got them dropped altogether. The new acting DA is a very nice person.
    Chloe: So that’s it? Now you all celebrate?
    The Newman’s and Avery look at Chloe as their moods changes from celebratory to a mix of anger, compassion and sadness.
    Chloe: I lost a baby. An unborn child. Doesn’t that account for anything?
    Avery: Chloe I’m so sorry.
    Chloe: Save it Avery! Damn all you Newman’s! You get away with everything.
    Victoria: It was you who brought this upon yourself. You slept with my husband! Don’t forget that! You put yourself in this situation. Now I’m truly sorry about your baby with my husband.
    Chloe: Is that supposed to make it better?
    Nikki: Chloe my daughter is right. You were in the wrong. You were having an affair with a married man.
    Esther: Shut the hell up Nikki! It was you and your Victoria here who had a few rounds with Brad Carlton. Don’t you dare turn your nose up at my daughter.
    Nick: See what you did Billy? You’re a loser man.
    Billy: Yea ok.” Billy hands Victoria her divorce papers.
    He grabs Chloe and escorts her out the courthouse.
    Esther: They may be leaving town but I will not let this go. Someone is going to pay for hurting my Kate.
    Nikki: Go clean a bathroom Esther my God you are so annoying. “ The Newman’s leave the courthouse.
    Esther watches them. “ This is not over Newman’s.” Esther pledges.



    Chancellor Estate.
    Harmony walks down stairs with her luggage. Kay gets up and walks over to her.
    Kay: What is the meaning of this?
    Harmony: I’m so sorry Mrs. Chancellor. My daughter needs me. My little girl is pregnant. I have to be there for her. I let this happen by being here in Genoa City and not being close to her.” Harmony is in tears. Kay holds her.
    Kay: I understand darling. I will miss you and you did a wonderful job here at Chancellor. I’m very proud of you turning your life around here. Your position at Chancellor is always open and if you need a good reference you can count on me.” They hug.
    Harmony: Thank you Mrs. Chancellor. Thank you for everything. You take care of our Devon.”
    Kay: I will.” Harmony waves good bye to Murphy, grabs her luggage and leaves the Chancellor Estate and Genoa City. Kay turns to look at Murphy. She walks towards him.
    “So it appears you were right. My son is out to get me. Take everything from me. He has not changed and has made me to believe he has. He is trying to play me for a fool.”
    Murphy: Yes my love. That’s what I’ve been trying to get you to see. Now you do. I went to Victor and he is aware of what is going on and he came up with a plan to stop Tucker dead in his tracks. I’m a Vietnam Veteran and this plan, this counter attack on the enemy is very damn good. This plan will really give Tucker a taste of his own medicine.
    Kay: For heaven’s sake Murph we are not fighting a war here.
    Murphy: I love you with all my heart and if someone is trying to hurt you , you better believe I’ll launch my own kind of war to save you Katherine.” He walks over to her and hugs her.
    Katherine: Alright alright alright! Tell me this plan to stop Tucker from taking me out. I’ll show him I’m no old fool. I am Katherine Chancellor and no one gets the best of me……

    A taxi cab pulls unto the Newman’s land. As the taxi drives through the freshly fallen snow, Victor who sits in the back looks out the window. He can see his horse stable is empty and tall grass and plants stick up from the snow. He shakes his head. He sees Nick and Sharon’s old house and sees the windows are boarded up. Victor can’t believe his eyes. Then the taxi pulls up to the Newman Ranch.  He sees his house is also boarded up.
     
     
     Victor: I’m going to walk around a bit mmmk?
     
     
      Taxi Driver: A dollar a minute.
     
     
    Victor: I am Victor Newman.
     
     
    Taxi Driver: Still have to pay Mr. Newman. My time is not free.
     
     
    Victor gets out the cab. He walks towards his house but then stops. He looks around, taking in the view as the snow hits his face. He looks around his property and realizes it’s abandoned and no longer his.
     
     
    Victor: Michael Baldwin sold all my assets to Jack ass Abbott.  Even my damn horses! He will pay for this. Michael and Jack ass Abbott will pay for this.
     
     
    Victor gets back into the cab and instructs him to drive off.

    Michael and Phyllis continue their coffee and conversation.
     
     
    Phyllis: Michael what do you mean you helped Sheila in all her schemes? You’re joking right?
     
     
    Michael: I’m not. Sheila came to me and blackmailed me.
     
     
    Phyllis: Sheila had information on you…? What was it Michael?
     
     
    Michael: I stole Victor Newman’s assets and gave them to Jack. Sheila knew I did that.
     
     
    Phyllis: How would she know about a thing like that and why would you do something like that Michael? I thought you were loyal to Victor. You even committed perjury at his trial.
     
     
    Michael: At some point someone had to hold Victor accountable. I wasn’t agreeing with everything he was doing at the time. Especially having Billy kidnapped. So I was able to get him to sign a set of documents. What he didn’t know was that I slipped in documents that handed me control of Victor’s empire. Sheila broke into my office and found those documents and then began to black mail me.
     
     
    Phyllis: Sheila broke into your office? How did you know it was her?
     
     
    Michael: She showed herself to me.
     
     
    Phyllis: So all this time Michael Baldwin you knew Sheila was alive and didn’t say anything to any one?
     
     
    Michael has a guilty look on his face.
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
      Phillip and Rufus pull up in the parking lot of the Genoa City Athletic Club. Phillip turns his car off. Rufus leans over and plants a kiss on him. She grabs his crotch to get the feel of his temperature. It’s rising and she is happy.
     
     
      Rufus: It seems nice down there.
     
     
      Phillip: It is. You got more party favors?
     
     
    Rufus: I do sugar daddy.
     
     
    Phillip: Why don’t you go up first and get yourself ready. I’m a Chancellor and I don’t want to draw any attention to myself.
     
     
    Rufus: You better come up daddy. I’m wanting, needing and waiting for you. Room 702.
     
     
    Phillip: I’ll be up in ten minutes.
     
     
    Rufus gives him another kiss and then gets out the car.
     
     
    Phillip watches her walk away. He begins to have some thoughts to himself.
     
     
    Phillip: What the hell am I doing?... What is happening to me?... I just hope that Scotty kid doesn’t say anything to anyone. All this has me feeling stressed and anxious again, I need another hit.
     
     
    Phillip gets out of the car and walks in the club. He holds his head low as he puts the hood of his coat over his head to really conceal his identity. He approaches the elevators and presses the up button. He gets on and hits the number 7. The door closes and Phillip begins to think about what he is going to find when he gets to the room. He at least hopes a few lines of coke are already laid out. The doors open on floor seven and he looks at the sign which displays which rooms are where according to the numbers. The lower end is to his right. He makes a right and he sees room 702. He knocks.
     
     
    The door opens and Phillip sees Rufus wearing a red lingerie ensemble with thigh high leather red stilettos.
     
     
    Phillip: Wow.
     
     
    He walks into the room further as Rufus closes the door. The room is darkened with candles lit and red silk over the lamp shades providing a red cast on the room. 
     
     
    Phillip: Red must be your favorite color.
     
     
    Rufus smiles at him as she takes Phillip’s hand and pulls him into the bedroom of the two room suite. He sees a heart shaped bed with satin sheets. He sees a  mini mirror with a few lines of coke ready to go Laying on the bed. He smiles.
     
     
    Rufus climbs onto the bed. With her finger she motions him to come to her as she hits play on her phone. The song “Justify my Love” by Madonna begins to play. 
    As Phillip lays on the bed, Rufus begins to dance for him on the bed seductively. She then takes the mirror and hands it to Phillip.
     
     
    He takes it and takes a straw and snorts a line. He hands it to Rufus and she does a line too.
     
     
    Phillip coughs and then holds his nose.
     
     
    Phillip: Wow!
     
     
    Rufus begins to dance for him again.
     
     
    Rufus: I want to know you… I’m ready for you sugar daddy. Wanting, needing, waiting for you.
     
     
    Phillip takes his shirt off.
     
     
    Rufus: I’m open and ready.
     
     
    She lays on top of him and begins to kiss Phillip.
     
     
    Phillip then flips her over on her back.
     
     
    Rufus: Aggression. I like that. I didn’t think you had it in you. Tell me Sugar daddy what pleasure will we gain? What are you going to do to me?

    Meanwhile, in Nikki’s Suite of the GCAC.
     
     
    Nikki is sitting at her grand white piano that sits in front of her oversized window that overlooks Genoa City. Chase has his arm around Nikki as she continues to play her somber tune.
     
     
     Chase: I’m here for you Nicole.
     
     
    Nikki looks at him with tears in her eyes thinking of Katherine.
     
     
    Nikki: Thank you Chase… Chase, let’s dance.
     
     
    Chase: Dance?
     
     
    Nikki: Let’s have a drink and dance. I want to dance. I feel like dancing.
     
     
    Chase gives his boss a weird look.
     
     
    Nikki: Please Chase. You said you are here for me.
     
     
    Chase: But I don’t think we should be drinking Mrs. Newman. Espciceally you.
     
     
    Nikki: I want to drink Chase. Besides I’ve already had one so another will not hurt.
     
     
    Nikki gets up off the piano stand and walks over to the bar and pours them a double shot of vodka. She walks over to Chase and hands him his glass.
     
     
    Chase: Nicole, please I wouldn’t feel right.
     
     
    Nikki: I am the boss.
     
     
    Chase: Well yes you are.
     
     
    He grabs the glass and they toast. They both take theirs in one big gulp.
     
     
    Nikki: I feel so good. Kay and I feel so good and we want to dance and you will dance with us.
     
     
    Chase: I’m sorry Mrs. Newman who else is here?
     
     
    Nikki: Katherine of course. Now let me find us some music Mr. Driver. Just one second.
     
     
    She stumbles over to the coffee table where a remote is. She turns on the electric fire place and then hits another button and music begins to play.
     
     
    The song “On my Own” by Patti Labelle plays. She grabs Chase and they begin to dance.
     
     
    As Nikki dances the room spins. She’s feeling good and really feeling the music. Her mind relaxes. A kind of relaxation which lets her mind go on a trip down memory lane. Nikki remembers being on stage as a stripper and men throwing money at her.
     
     
    Chase: You really have some moves Mrs. Newman.
     
     
    Nikki: I’m good with music.
     
     
    Nikki then feels light headed. She is about to faint until Chase catches her.
     
     
    Chase: Alright that’s enough Mrs. Newman. Let’s get you to sit down.
     
     
    He escorts over to the couch. He sits them both down.
     
     
    Nikki: I’m drunk Chase.
     
     
    Nikki lays on his shoulder and throws her arm around him.
     
     
    Chase: I know Nikki.
     
     
    Nikki: Stay with me tonight Chase. I don’t want to be alone.
     
     
    Chase: Of Course Mrs. Newman.
     
     
    He kisses her head and puts his arm around her and holds her. They both pass out on the couch.
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
    Victor’s taxi pulls up to Brownstone Apartments in midtown Genoa City.
     
     
    Taxi Driver: 55 dollars.
     
     
    Victor: I’m Victor Newman.
     
     
    Taxi Driver: 60 dollars then.
     
     
    Victor: How dare you!? What is this a Newman tax?
     
     
     Victor pulls out his wallet and throws three twenty’s at the driver.
     
     
    Taxi Driver: You Newman’s sure are rude!
     
     
    Victor: I beg your pardon...
     
     
    Victor looks for a name tag.
     
     
    Victor: Mason McCreedy. I remember that name. You used to work for me at Newman Enterprises.
     
     
    Mason: That’s me, thank you Newman. If you could vacate the cab I have other runs.
     
     
    Victor is stunned at Mason’s disrespectful attitude.
     
     
    Victor gets out of the cab. He walks into the apartment building and presses up on the elevator panel. He walks inside once the doors open and is upset and thinks about how that cab driver just treated him. He vows he is going to get his name, empire and respect back. The elevator doors open and Victor walks to a door and pounds.
     
     
    The door opens and on the other side is Lauren.
     
     
      Lauren: Victor! Wow... You’re a free man.
     
     
    Victor: Yes Lauren Fenmore. I am a free man. And I came to see your character.
     
     
    Lauren: I’m sorry what? You are here to see me?
     
     
    Victor: I am. It’s cold and I like cream and sugar in my coffee mmmk Lauren.
     
     
    He says brushing beside her and entering her penthouse.
     
     
    Lauren: Well sure come in Victor.
     
     
    Lauren closes the door.
     
     
    Victor: Your testimony, telling the court that Michael Baldwin committed perjury sent me to jail.
     
     
    Lauren: I told the truth. Michael lied to a court of law. What kind of example is that setting for our son Fenmore? I don’t live by the Newman creed Victor. And I’m certainly not going to raise any of my children to do things as you do them. I’m also fresh out of coffee.
     
     
    Victor: I do what I do for the love and preservation of my family. If you choose to go about it a different way than I do then I have no problem with that. But when it interferes in what I am doing then it becomes my problem.
     
     
    Lauren: And what is that supposed to mean?
     
     
    Victor: I forgive you Lauren Fenmore. I forgive your character.
     
     
    Lauren: Is that so? I never knew you to be a forgiving man. What’s behind all this? And why are you talking like that?
     
     
    Victor: I understand you are about to divorce Michael Baldwin and sue for sole custody of your son Fenmore.
     
     
    Lauren: I don’t think that’s any of your business.
     
     
    Victor: It is when I can help you win your case.
     
     
    Lauren: Why would you want to help me and not Michael? He is the one who committed perjury for you. He put everything on the line for you Victor! I told the truth that sent you to prison. So why help me?
     
     
    Victor: That pip squeak husband of yours betrayed me. He signed over all my assets to Jack ass Abbott and for that he is going to pay. So by helping you, I will be helping myself.
     
     
    Lauren: I don’t get it.
     
     
    Victor: Revenge on Michael pip squeak Baldwin. I am going to crush him!
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
     
    Back at Crimson Lights.
     
     
    Phyllis: Michael you look guilty as hell. I can’t believe what I am hearing right now. You knew all along Sheila was alive and said nothing. It makes me want to ask what else you are hiding. You betrayed Victor, you knew about Sheila. What else do you know Michael? What else have you done? What’s happened to you? Who are you?
     
     
    Michael: I’m in a lot of trouble Phyllis. I’m in a lot of trouble……

    Paramedics rush Chloe into the ER. Olivia runs over to her. Ronan walks in as well.
    Olivia: What do we got?
    Paramedic: Possible bone fractures, head trauma and extremely weak vitals.
    Olivia: Put her in OR one.” She then looks at Ronan.
    “What happened Ronan?”
    Billy then walks in. “It’s all my fault. Chloe may die because of me.”
    Olivia: Let me go take care of her.” Olivia leaves.
    Ronan walks over to Billy,
    “You’re really in a mess now. How could you do this to Chloe? Cheating on your wife with the mother of your child? Your wife was in Japan going through a severe ordeal and how do you support her? An affair?”
    Billy: Ronan who the hell are you? Grow some lips before you talk to me again. Now get the hell out my face.” Billy walks away to the chapel.


    Back at Glo Worm.
    Jack’s face is red as he looks at Keemo and Gloria.
    Jack: This is outrageous. I’m not going to stand for it. You and Gloria NEVER!
    Gloria: Keemo you never told me you were an Abbott.
    Keemo: I know. I sense you and my dad don’t get along?
    Jack: That’s an understatement of the century. She was married to your grandfather. Gloria is the reason my dad is dead. She ruined his company, his reputation. Gloria is a gold digging slut and I will never allow her to get her claws in the Abbott family again.
    Nikki: Jack don’t do this.
    Keemo: Watch your mouth Jack.
    Jack then gets a text. “Oh my god!”
    Nikki: What is it?
    Jack: It’s Billy. We got to rush over to the hospital.” Nikki leaves with Jack.
    Keemo looks at Gloria. She slaps him.

    Esther arrives at the hospital. She walks over to the nurse’s station
    “My daughter. Kate.. She’s been brought in. Is she ok?”
    Nurse: Last name?
    Esther: Chloe Valentine.
    Nurse: She’s in surgery with Dr. Olivia Hastings. We don’t know any thing yet.”
    Esther clutches her chest. Kay walks up to her and holds her.
    “My daughter. Who did this to her. What happened?”
    Ronan then walks over to her.
    Kay: Ronan can you tell us what is going on?


    Jack and Nikki arrive.
    Jack: That’s what we want to know.
    Billy then walks out from the chapel and sees the crowd gathering around Chloe’s room.
    They all run to him.
    Esther: Billy what have you done? What happened to Kate?
    Billy, with tears forming gin his eyes looks at all of them.
    “I messed up.”
    Esther: What!?” She slaps him. Then punches him in his chest.
    “What did you do to my baby girl Billy? I’ll kill you I swear to God! ” Everyone is stunned by Esters dramatic outburst. Kay tries to console her.
    Jack: Billy what did you do?
    Billy: Victoria walked in on me and Chloe.
    Kay: Shame on you Billy Abbott!
    Esther sinks to the ground in tears. “I told her to leave Billy alone.”

    Nikki: (to Billy)What are you saying? Victoria walked in on you and Chloe having sex?
    Billy: Yes.
    Nikki takes her purse and slaps Billy in the face with it.
    “You dirty Bastard! Your selfish. A rotten pig.
    Jack: Nikki please back off.
    Nikki: Your play boy brother betrayed my daughter. He hurt her. He is scum.
    Esther: SHUT UP ALL OF YOU! My daughter Is fighting for her life in that room. And all you can do is worry about who hurt who’s feelings. What is wrong with you people? You rich people have no real emotion, no real sense of life. Look at how petty you are being this very moment. We all need to be praying that Chloe makes it. If you can’t do that then I don’t want any one of you here.
    Everyone is stunned at Esther.

    Nikki walks off to call Victoria. Her voice mail comes on.
    “Darling I don’t know what is going on but I really need you to get to memorial.” She hangs up and then calls Nick. Nick tells her he is on his way.

    　
    Back at Glo Worm. Keemo rubs his cheek.
    Gloria: I cant believe this is happening. I’m engaged to an Abbott.
    Keemo: I had no idea you were married to my granddad.
    Gloria: Yea maybe you should have told me who you were. I knew Jack had a son but never knew his name or what he looked like. And its you. I can’t believe I’m in love with Jack Abbott’s son. This can’t be happening. What would your granddad think? I loved him with all my heart and when he died it nearly destroyed me. And how do I show my love to him? But sleeping and getting engaged to his Asian grandson.
    Keemo: I really don’t know what to say. I didn’t plan this. I didn’t know who you were. I never knew my granddad got remarried after Dina. I didn’t think it would be possible.Gloria I never meant for this to happen. I love you.
    Gloria: Please don’t say that to me. I’m getting sick to my stomach.” She leaves Glo Worm. Keemo calls after her.
    Jill then walks up to Keemo.
    “Well. Well well. You left me for Gloria. I thought you had better taste Keemo. Gloria is really the bottom of the barrel.
    Keemo: You know what happened between us. Jack didn’t approve.
    Jill: Jack isn’t going to approve of this engagement with Gloria either. I’ll be here for you.” She plants a kiss on his lips then leaves. Keemo just watches the door. He never expected his party to end up like this.

    Tucker having watched the entire scene walks over to Keemo.
    Keemo: Can I help you?
    “I’m Tucker McCall.”
    Keemo: Kay’s son. Ok nice to meet you. What can I do for you?
    Tucker: I could not help but oversee how your dad reacted to you and Gloria. I wanted to tell you I support you. I support true love. And it looks like soon you may need an ally against your dad. Here is my card. You’ll know when the time is right to use it. In the mean time I wish you luck with Gloria.” Tucker walks away as Keemo looks at the info on the card.
    Tucker: Check mate Jack. I’ll have your son on my team. And I’m going to really enjoy that.” He heads to the hospital to see what kind of damage he can do there.


    Victoria arrives at the hospital and walks over to her mother.
    Nikki: Darling what happened?
    Victoria: Billy cheated on me. I walked in and saw him and Chloe having sex in our bed. So I lost control mother. Something came over me I was so hurt and angry. With out even thinking I attacked Chloe. I blacked out, I don’t remember to much of what happened.
    Nikki holds her.
    “What a way to come back to Genoa City. To find out your husband is cheating on you.”

    Esther walks over to Nikki and Victoria.
    Esther: What the hell did you do to my Chloe?
    Victoria: It’s more like what she did to me. My family…. She was having sex with Billy in our home. OUR BED! That’s what your Chloe did.
    Esther: I told them to stop this.
    Nikki: Wait you knew about the affair? How long has this been going?
    Esther: It’ doesn’t matter. Victoria should have never put her hands on my daughter.
    Victoria: Your daughter should keep her legs closed to married men.
    Esther slaps Victoria. Nikki pushes Esther back. Jack intervenes as does Kay. Kay pulls Esther aside.
    Nikki: You better get your maid in order Katherine.
    Kay: Nikki she is upset. We don’t need your cheer leading and instigating. Everyone is hurt and stunned here. You calm down.
    Nikki: Hand Newman back to my family then go to hell!”


    　
    Then Olivia come out of the Operating Room. Everyone gathers round to hear news on Chloe.
    Olivia: I’m so sorry” She says as a tear forming in her eye.
    Esther breaks down and hollers out and cries her out.
    “NO!. Not Chloe. NO! God WHY?…. Why my daughter.”
    Everyone looks at Victoria. Billy is stunned as well.
    Esther looks at Victoria. “ You killed my daughter!!!”
