I *so* wanted her to beat Jacqueline's ass at that point.
Chris B, interesting information about all the storyline scenarios Bravo worked on to have this big season finale blowout. I could only hope that the Gorgas/Guidices are all in on the scam and are playing out the frustrations on camera, but I don't think they're that good of actors.
ITA, the NYC reunion was so... refreshing. Snarkiness, not pure hatred. So much better. And a definite chance that all the ladies could work out their differences next year.

I think it would be interesting if they brought Jill back. I'm not a huge fan of hers, but it would give LuAnn an ally and create story with both the veterans and the newbies. After all, she IS one of the well-recognized faces of the RHONY franchise. Maybe the year off after being FIRED will humble her.

Jacqueline needed to STFU. I didnt like how she kept jumping into their business as thats a family affair and she needed to stop stickingher nose inn the middle of it. Caroline at least kept quiet during those segments
Teresa didnt set Melisssa up. Glad its out there. Too bad these people wont move on
OMG I loved when Teresa got up and Andy was ready to take another accidental beating from her. Jacqueline really needed a good hard smack across her face. She had no business getting in another family's affairs.
And you know what, it doesn't matter if Teresa had an exclusive tell-all interview with Diane Sawyer; if Teresa asked that her legal business not be discussed on camera, everyone should've respected that. Teresa respected Jacq's request that her son's autism not be discussed (and so Teresa didn't... and then she gets badmouthed for not wanting to discuss it.)

Its ok for Jacqueline to put something Teresa told her in confidence on blast? LOL and the fact that Jacq tried to act like she never told Tre that Chris cheated on her was hilarious. Teresa is a lot of things but she wouldn't make that up out of thin air.
Yup. Her face said it all. Chris cheated on her. A lot of what these ladies don't say but what their expressions show tells us the truth (even if its full of botox).
Meanwhile, Kathy is an EXPERT at rolling her eyes. Way to stay relevant.

RHONY reunion was awesome! Just the right doses of snarkiness and fighting without there being all-out hatred, threats, and humiliation. Totally agree with Chris B and DaytimeFan. You bring up interesting points about Carole, and how she didn't come across as being so witty and quick-thinking without the help of editing and preparation. I did think there were points that The Countess looked a little defeated and like she had put her foot in her mouth. 100% agreement about Aviva and how she backpedaled due to viewer backlash, and loved that Ramona called her out on that. Then there's Heather... I grew to really, really like her. She really tells it like it is, and maintains composure and class. I think she was the clear cut "winner" out of all of 'em. And she's right: it's better to remain calm and just put a smile on your face when you're having a disagreement in a public place rather than to go off like a chicken with its head cut off.
Looking forward to next week's Part 2 and the Jill Zarin interview!
P.S. I love Alex's NY recaps!

What's ironic is how many of them phrase it, "you exposed Melissa being a stripper" etc. and other phrases that basically validate that Melissa was in fact a stripper at one point. Not that it matters, though Melissa keeps denying it, something she must've learned from the sister-in-law she hates so much.
It is sad to see Teresa sitting there with Joe. You can just tell that things aren't all "lollipops and roses," as Caroline would put it.
Funny how Jacqueline was going to take the high road, and then pieces of her own shady past started being mentioned, and she went straight for the jugular. These Jersey ladies are the very definition of hypocrisy.
And I'm sorry Caroline, but Teresa talking to former castmate and real-life friend Dina is NOT the equivalent to Teresa's sister-in-law and cousin going behind her back to get on the show with the promise to producers that they would bring her down.

Melrose Monday on Good Morning America this coming Monday, they're teaming up with EW. So we might get the whole cast. They had the cast of the movie Clueless on today and everyone was there except Paul Rudd and of couse Brittany Murphy(RIP)
Thanks for the info! Will be TiVoing that!
There must be a good reason Thomas Calabro wasn't included. And yes, he looks GREAT, remember him the in the reboot? Even better than he did in the 90's! I agree that Courtney Thorne Smith looks wonderful as well. Aside from a few bad haircuts, she was probably one of the most beautiful of them all.

Wow, they look amazing! Very surprised we don't see more of Laura Leighton nowadays, but perhaps that's how she prefers it.
I think they have all the right iconic people there EXCEPT Michael Mancini!! The one & only actor there from day one til the series finale. It had to have been a scheduling issue?

Her husband is apart of her struggle. I think his point is that what the mags advertise with Teresa is HER life. Look at the covers. The other girls are barely there and they dont make headlines out of the NJ drama to sell Teresa issues. With the other women, it has to be about throwing shots at Teresa to sell. They barely have anything intersting about themselves unless it involves Teresa
Yup.
I love the see-thru dress on Caroline, showing off her lovely white bra
Thank goodness there's a photo of Teresa covering her nether regions... -

Notable No-Show: The Irrelevant Kathy.
Teresa's previous and countless cover stories are not solely targeted at other castmates, but rather her own struggles, marriage, life's predicaments, etc. etc. Granted, a lot of it is fluff and poppycock, but I just find it interested that the only way for any of those 3 to get a cover is to devote an entire article around bashing Teresa. Only an autistic child will grant one of them a brief time in the spotlight. It's kinda sad how catty and trashy they've ALL become. No one is "better" than anyone else at this point.

I think NYC really gelled during the 2nd half, and I could see all 6 ladies staying, but I could also see various changes made in differing scenarios. One way or another, I do think they'll keep at least 1 of the originals (Ramona or LuAnn) with Ramona being the more likely choice to keep if they only kept one veteran. Sonja has gotten a safe pass for being Ramona's BFF, so I can't see them letting her go if Ramona is kept unless they casted someone who Ramona is already "real-life" friends with, cuz let's face it: Pinot Singer is an acquired taste that not everyone prefers

I think the Heather and Carole friendship that blossomed was a fantastic dynamic, and they were really the ones who could take a look at the bullsh-t outside of the box and be real about it all.
I think Aviva would be good for another season, but she looks kind of miserable overall.
Speaking of free passes, I know I give Ramona one since I enjoy her nuttiness, but Sonja came across bad this season. I haven't seen all of the past seasons, but has she always been so self-entitled, selfish, and unaware? If it weren't for her Pinot buddy, she'd have gotten the ax too.

Gotta agree wtih Cheap and Eric about last night's reunion. Wow, did Kathy even speak during the first half? So irrelevant. I guess getting bad cosmetic surgery and hurling insults about in-laws who aren't even of this show is her way of bringing something to the table? It was also funny when Caroline was saying she doesn't get cosmetic surgery and Jacqueline had a guilty lil smirk like, "I do!"
I do think Teresa would do herself a lot of favors by owning up to some things that clearly are truth, like mentioning to castmates that Melissa was a stripper. That's hardly a big deal, especially if she said it to Jacqueline/Caroline back when Melissa first joined the show.
Melissa is such a phony lil soap actress, even Charity Rahmer can do shock and awe better...
Caroline and her family are the definition of hypocrisy. Caroline ALWAYS would say, "Don't bring the kids into this!" (even though her kids are in their mid-20's, but I digress) and here is her a--hole daughter Charlie Brown Lauren going after Teresa's kids.
We may not all agree on who the villains are nowadays, but there's no doubt everyone will agree that Danielle Staub was one of the most delusional paranoid troublemakers ever (can you imagine if her and Kelly Bensimon became friends?), but just the idea of her returning for season 5 and teaming up with Teresa would be EPIC. Sadly, I doubt that'll happen.

It is part of their contract to write their own blogs and Teresa is the only (known) one who doesnt do it. She hires someone to do it for her because she knows she would fail miserable at it. Everyone has been saying she doesnt write them and she claims she does.
You mean she would fail miserably at it, Mrs. Guidice

I remember Martha Byrne (ATWT's Lily) being at the Posche Fashion Show and Tweeting about how it was more fake than the soap operas. LMAO!
I can see why she'd say that. That whole scenario was the worst set-up I've ever seen on one of these, complete with one-note actor Angelo who's conveniently got a microphone. It literally was like watching a poorly acted soap.

Also - for those of you interested in Miami ratings - not good this week

Real Housewives of Miami BRVO 9:00 PM 0.967 0.4
That's lower than the first two weeks... I'm a bit sad about this because this season has been much better and I can tell it's going to explode with drama all the way through. And Mama Elsa!!!
Thanks for the ratings update
Ouch, not good. They really need to have it on another night. Didn't NYC or OC used to be on Tuesdays? -

WTF? I already had my gif prepared for the announcement of Kathy and Jacqueline's firings (I don't like Caro but figured she'd be back since Andy loves the Manzos). All the bs aside why the hell didn't they get rid of at least Kathy? She brings nothing to the show, her jokes fall flat in her talking heads and her attempts to be relevant were so sad.
I can't take another season of a divide and sh-t talking about Teresa.
Totally agree. Very disappointing to hear all 5 of these bitter, spiteful shrews are returning. Will Kathy do a bogus baby story too, a la LuAnn? I can just see it. And her pervy husband will be all about trying to make babies. Meanwhile, I don't know if I can take another season of Caroline's bitterness and negativity towards one single person, her puckered lips and jowels hanging down to her kneecaps, I just can't do another year with the Manzos... And Jacqueline, my favorite hypocritical moron of 'em all...
I really am surprised. Hopefully 1 or 2 newbies will shake up the dynamic and put focus on something else, because this past season was too negative and toxic. It was just like season four of New York, and I would've thought TPTB would take note and make some changes, but I guess since they're still pulling in such healthy numbers, they figure they can wring out another year with the same ol' same ol...

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
in NBC | Peacock
YES!!! Those are my 2 favorite! Even better than the hilarious-but-overplayed table flipping shot.
