  1. And who caught when Marissa said "If I saw a tall, dark, and handsome man I would f-ck him right now" WTF? You make a big deal about the text and yet you admit you would cheat on your husband? That's why I find it hard to sympathize with her and Yolanda's face when she said that was priceless.

And DO NOT get me started on Faye's trashy ass. Just walking up to the convo throwing out baseless insults just so she could get some screen time. Even Marissa told her she didn't need back up but yet the coke whore, transvestite refused to walk away bc she knew this was her moment. Everything she said from "you ruined a family" to "no matter how many Chanel bags you borrow...." sounded scripted. Ugh

Agree with everything you and everyone else said. I love how Yolanda totally took Marissa to task for making a huge deal out of a lighthearted comment and then totally tried to backtrack when Yolanda called her out on it. And yes, the contradictions! She's "so offended" by Brandi's comment but then proceeds to say she would eff a talk, dark, & handsome man at that very moment. This woman... Useless.

Oh Faye... You can't expect me to root for you when you insinuate yourself in a conversation that are you are completely NOT a part of, and then refuse to walk away when people point out that you have no reason to be there? Nuh uh, OJ lady. Sit down.

  2. Yolanda grabbing Marissa and saying "Why are you asking us? Ask Brandi" wub.pngwub.pngwub.png Never leave RHOBH Yolanda!

I friggin loved that, when she grabbed her face! Yolanda was all sorts of win on Monday's episode. I really hope she comes back next season! It took her awhile to make her mark, but now I really want her to be there as another sensible voice of reason.

  3. I'm also loving Pamela Sue Martin as Fallon and Al Corley as Steven so I'm not looking forward to the roles being recast.

You should see season one when Pamela Sue Martin's Fallon is the main antagonist against Krystle. She played the vixen very well!

  4. I do know that I fell in LOVE with Bethanny and Ramona! Ramona is so hilarious and yet I can see why her daughter finds her embarrassing. I semi liked Jill and I found Alex and her husband to be weird. I'm still trying to find time to get Season 2 on DVD so I can continue to follow these girls. Interested in seeing how they go from here....

I just recently saw all of Season 1, too, and I felt the same way: Bethenny and Ramona are definitely the most entertaining! Even though Ramona can be wrong or just tactless many times, I still love her and find her to be one of the most entertaining of the NYC ladies. I love her relationship with her daughter, and I love how she teaches Avery to be independent and have a skill of your own so that she'll never be dependant on a man. Alex definitely came off as weird in the first season, with herself and Simon being such social climbers but pretending they were already at the top of the heap.

The first few episodes they were definitely isolated. They didn't all come together socially til the last few episodes.

  5. The OC marathons have been boring...no one is interesting to me. Has it always been like this or did it get interesting later on? I'm kinda surprised that it was the first RH franchise and the oldest (from what I understand that is).

I agree. OC is blah in general. It's interesting to know that this was the first of its kind.

    Embarassing

Bless you. LOL I love when y'all post these GIFS.

Why do I have a feeling they made up? NeNe knocks Kim down a peg, puts a wig in her place, and then they make up and both go after Kandi (since Kandi has had a LOT to say behind Nene's back).

That was my first guess too.

  7. LOL... I think Season 3 may be my favorite season. I think it's the only time NeNe, Kim, and Sheree all got along, Phaedra was funny back then, and Kim and Kandi's tour shenangians were fun. Not to mention the Miami incident which gave me some of my fave NeNe quotes and Kim's face on the bus when NeNe jumped up at her. laugh.png

ITA I think that season was the perfect blend of all the elements that were at one point great about this franchise. All the right players were present, all the right alliances and adversaries... and yes, those quotes and expressions were priceless! Like when Kim belted out that song "Ring Don't Mean A Thing" at that strip mall concert, and the look on NeNe's face had me rolling! And then the way she enunciated her words when she said, "that's like when they lip sync the words to songs at my son's school." Luv.

  8. I liked her in Season 1 and Season 2, tolerated/still enjoyed her in Season 3, couldn't stand her by the time she got with Kroy and started acting like she was better than everyone. When her ass sat in her TH and said this about Marlo : "Who sleeps with a man for money" I was sooooo done. But I do agree she is smarter than many think she is. How she hooked Kroy in I will never know.

I agree. I don't totally dislike Kim, but I do completely agree at how hypocritical she was in Season 4, and how she pretended like the past 3 seasons that we, the viewing public saw, didn't happen. And saying she paid for everything she owns. Yeah, she's fake as hell. But she's still one of the faces of Atlanta Housewives. I wouldn't mind seeing her next season in hopes of her getting called out on her hypocrisy and lies. But it'd also be really forced seeing them all have to hang out with her. Oh well.

There's a sucker born every minute! In episode 1 Kim let it be know that she's all about the money and she still managed to hook Troy. I can understand why Big Poppa went for her, but I don't understand Kroy. I actually like Kim, in the sense that I find her entertaining, but she is fake from head to toe. She also looks really weird to me, although I can't put my finger on it. At times she looks really good and then other times she just looks weird. She is close to being really pretty, but isn't actually.

I'm mesmerized (or maybe just bewildered) about Wig's boobs. Actually, seeing Mariah Carey on American Idol, her boobs are similar to Wig's. They are just HUGE. And the way they're all bundled up and packaged in those dresses (and on a rare occasion, a bra) I can't decipher if they'd drop to the floor when naked or if they're big floatation devices that bob in the air regardless of the laws of gravity. They're just too much. Would they drop down to her belly button? And yes, sometimes she has a clown-like look to her (all that damn makeup), but I think underneath it all she's actually quite pretty.

OMG. So sorry. I didn't refer to her as Wig. I quickly edited smile.png

lol...Bravo really dogged her in the last episode. I hope she watched it sober and realized just how ridiculous the show made her out to be. Even more so than last year! Its almost sad how she's fallen

It was fricken awesome, haha... And yes, her lighting a cigarette with a candle while talking about how classless Brandi is... delicious irony!

It's sad, but while watching Kim giving excuses about medication mix-ups, my husband who's a clinical therapist and deals with women with substance abuse problems on a daily basis, said "that's the exact same excuse my clients give me all the time."

  11. Kandi is a dummy b/c regardless if you're "old money" or "new money" ain't nobody dumb enough to let someone swindle 80k out of their pocket and this goes unchecked. Less than $100, maybe. But 80k?! Kim would be working that debt off if that was me. But my issue with Kandi is for someone that complains about Nene being too "new money," Kandi is too once you think about it. She always discusses money and how she spends her--yes frugally but still. She likes to toss her status in people's faces too, thus making her a hypocrite. And naming her baby "Kash" because she loves money is just screams "new money." Yes, Kandi's pocket are deep but they ain't that deep. Not Warren Buffet or Bill Gates type deep.

"Raise your hand if you ever won a grammy?" :)

I expect Phaedra to get chewed out by a lot of people. And if that phonecall debate with Cynthia is any indication, Phaedra is a TERRIBLE LIAR so it'll be written all over her face.

  12. On the subject of BH, I LOVE seeing Yolanda shut Faye down. I also liked the preview of her doing the same to Adrienne.

That looks great! I think Faye is a great [!@#$%^&*] stirrer, but even that comment is reaching! Yeah, Brandi's to blame for Adrienne/Paul's divorce. Right. Sure.

  13. She's jealous Brandi got promoted and that she didn't.

I loved how they did the editing of that scene. After saying Brandi doesn't belong they show Dana looking like a rough addict and Taylor looking at Dana like "the irony of that comment with yo messed up a--."

God, Dana was pathetic! Bitter, broke, and jealous! She came across AWFUL (or should I say the REAL her?) She is so jealous that Brandi got a spot on the show and her butt couldn't get more than 1 segment in the reunion show. And for her to say that Brandi was never a part of "their" group? Um, you're not a part of it either! For her to say Brandi is in a lower class while downing drinks, smoking, talking trash, and admitting her rich fiance dumped her sorry ass, wow... total hypocrisy and irony. But it was damn funny to watch!

I bet she sold those sunglasses by now.

  14. I remember when The View premiered... 1997... the good ol' days of soaps and daytime :) I remember hearing that The City's sets were used on The View. The most recent set change for the past couple years is way too small; I don't know why they decided to encase them in such a small surrounding.

I liked the years when Lisa Ling (although she wasn't right for this show, but she went on to be a fabulous in-depth reporter) and Meredith Vieira were on. And then the controversial Rosie season which put the show in the mainstream press on almost a daily basis!

I always liked Joy's personality, whether she had a valid point or she was just gearing up for a punchline.

Elizabitch just grated on my nerves. Not just because of her Republican viewpoint (I get that there needs to be other points of view on this show, hence the name), but because of the way she came across when discussing her viewpoint as though it was fact. And that voice.... Oy!!!! Nails on a chalkboard. Never understood what credentials she really had to be picked to be on this show. A Survivor contestant? Wow, what an accomplishment. Good riddance.

This is like a talk show version of Melrose Place. All the original residents are eventually moving out. Only Michael Mancini Barbara remains. :)

  15. LOL! I am not even trying to be funny but Taylor has literally nothing going for herself. I am positive she only got a Season 3 spot bc Bravo felt sorry for her but the grace period is over, she needs to provide for her child on her own and can't keep sucking Bravo's teet if she isn't going to be doing anything or using the platform the RH provides.

    Yup!

  16. Pitiful that the dumb eye candy didn't help Shady Phay! But I don't think shirtless Apollo would have helped. If women are going to buy that, Kenya wins by a landslide. She is rocking that cover, which means that men would buy it as well. Phay Phay??? Well, I think Carl pretty much covered that.

Agreed. Phaedra's is a gimmicky joke, whereas Kenya's looks legitimate... and hey, look at the results! She's got credentials on display...

  17. ΒΗ

I can't stand Kim. She reminds me of some old friends who were addicted to almost everything and they always acted like the poor victims. Claiming to have started a brand new life every few days and blaming others for their mistakes. And all these silly excuses all the time. I understand Lisa and it was their walk through Paris was so funny because it was so obvious that Ken didn't want her at all lol/

I noticed that too. Ken and Lisa kinda had a "oh geez, why did we get stuck talking to this crazy bum off the street" look. And that's exactly what it looked like; some crazy old woman who's all dressed up to go absolutely nowhere, and starts talking to random people on the street. At least that's the scenario I conjured up in my own lil mind, haha.

  18. She sure didn't. That b*tch did more damage in the long haul going out than she did while on the show. Betcha Caroline, Teresa, and Jacqueline would trade those days when they were feuding with Danielle rather than fighting with each other. People want to know why Melissa and Kathy got cast on the show. . . *points to Danielle* She tossed out the bait at the reunion and Bravo took it. If you're gonna go out, go out fighting like Danielle. That's why I liked her b/c she realized she was getting the boot, BUT she went out in a blaze of glory, leaving behind a mark that's still there. She brought us Kathy and Melissa. She brought us both Kim. Her presence still wreaks over RHONJ, and that is main reason why I feel Danielle should have a spot back on that show.

Agreed 100% I'd love her to pop back in for even just a couple epic "posche fashion show"-like episodes.

  19. Wow Camille and Adrienne are pathetic. MOVE ON. What's funny is that aside from A-listers that many people are thirsty to get a spot on RHOBH. They need to sit their soon to be irrelevant asses down. Nobody will be checking for them once Season 3 wraps

LOL at Andy laughing at them. I remember him saying he didn't even want to do RHOBH until he saw Lisa Vanderpump's audition. Coming for the queen was Adrienne's first mistake.

Camille and Adrienne have made total asses of themselves.

Oh Camille, how I miss your Season Two level headedness. Oh well. It was fun while it lasted. I expected this behavior from the mountain lion but not Miss Donatacci.

  20. Seriously. It veered into comedy a lot more than soapiness, but that's why I loved Desperate Housewives so much. It was probably the last fun, primetime soap. Now everything needs to be like Revenge with someone solving a murder or a bunch of conspiracies. There's no humor in them, no sex, really no one to root for. I've lost count of who I should care about on Revenge.

And Dallas has some fun double crosses, but I haven't watched any of this season yet beyond the premiere so... I guess that shows how devoted I am to it.

I agree; Revenge has become too convoluted and too much a clusterf#ck of twists and turns that most times I find myself not reacting AT ALL whenever the latest "big reveal" is shown, because half the time I'm slightly confused in the first place. I liked the 1st season a lot better. Once they brought "The Initiative" in, they lost me. (I still watch though).

I'd love for a campy delicious soap like Melrose to one day return, even if it was intentionally a throwback to the 80's or 90's where it takes place back then, back before iPhones and Google maps and whatnot.
