Speaking of weather it was 106 today here and that wasn't even the heat index.

Compared to Wimbledon...The British Open final round had a 5.0 rating....up from last year's 3.6 rating when Jordan Spieth won it. Tiger's charge against the new stars including Spieth brought in the ratings....the ratings peaked at 6.7 in the last half hour of the broadcast.

Andy Murray has taken a wild card into Canadian Tourney. Ewwwwwwwwww

Do tell!! Watching the Atlanta tourney on ESPN 3 via Sling.......De Minaur is playing...

Btw Roger did play it last year losing to Sasha in the finals. Of course after winning Wimbledon.

Roger has pulled out of Canada. Guess he is still crying about not winning Wimbledon.

The French Open men's final had higher ratings than Wimbledon. That hasn't happened in a while. I knew the match up was doomed for disastrous ratings. The last time Kevin Anderson was in a final it was at the US Open last year against Nadal and the numbers were horrendous. I guess not too many gave a damn about Novak's return either. He isn't a ratings grabber on tv or off......LOL The 2017 final between Rafael Nadal and Kevin Anderson had a rating of 0.96 HH and drew in 1.5 million viewers.

Considering the ESPN commentators did so much yapping and showed little to no tennis and the winner/matches were awful....it fits that the final would be dreadfully telecasted.

After this.... it's going to be the same sh!t from ESPN and TC....the big 4 all over again.....I didn't even bother watching the men's final. I hate/loathe Novak. I see John Isner already pulled out of The Hall of Fame grass court tourney....hoping he pulls out of Atlanta tourney the following week. He's got 500 points to defend and already lost 250 by dropping out of the grass reject tourney this coming week. Ha....TC brought up Justin Gimblestob coaching and pretty much brushed it off...saying John was use to it because of college....did they forget it was illegal? Tennis Channel even said Gimblestob was his coach....when did that happen?? Late in his match they mentioned that viewers had stopped complaining about his coaching. I guess I was not the only one that saw it on TV. Too bad no one ever got warned.

I would love to see Justin Gimbelstob face right now.....hahahahaha. He was so smug during the whole match and coaching John again with no warnings at all. Telling him to swing out and motioning other things to him. The winner of Nadal vs Joker will win Wimbledon. Anderson has to be out of gas. He'll only make an appearance on Sunday. I doubt he would have any chance after this match and the Roger one. And John Isner.....LOL...had the easiest draw ever at Wimbledon and couldn't even make the finals.......he's finished!! It will take him a long time to recover for the hard court season and he has so many points do defend right after Wimbledon.
