I’ve hated Cwikly and Ford’s writing for months. Go back and look. I didn’t throw in a line. I love the Leo character, yes. Leo has been around for 9 or so years now. Leo was front and center when Ron Carlivati was writing the show in the early Peacock days and the show was in Peacock’s Top 10. Cwikly and Ford don’t know how to write Leo. Ron knew how to write him. Ron knew how to keep Days in Peacock’s Top 10.

Huh? Where did I ever say that viewership was up? I’ve been trashing Cwikly and Ford for months and continually point out that Days is not in the Top 10 on Peacock like it was regularly when Ron Carlivati wrote the show.

You know that Ron Carlivati made his mark when he’s been gone almost a year and yet he is still mentioned. Great Leo scenes today. I see why Greg’s peers nominate him for Emmys. Al Calderon is not the best actor. I hope Javi sees Leo before leaving town. As much as I detest Cwikly and Ford, they are writing Leo front and center because the character tests so well with the audience. They don’t write Leo the same as Ron, yet they know they have to write for Leo because of his popularity with the audience.

Why can’t we get news that Cwikly and Ford have been fired? They deserve it more than these 4 actors.

Greg Rikaart is beyond killing it! A soap actor has to take the most ridiculous script and make it believable. Greg is doing that. The scripts suck, Greg sells it. Love him!

Wonderful Leo scenes today! I hate the story but Greg always gives his all. Such great acting. He’ll get another Emmy nom for Lead Actor. Peter Porte said that he wanted to act with Greg again. I wish the writing was better however I do like Leo being front and center. He’s the best!

Days is not going to amend its taping schedule, so anyone hoping for that can stop watching. They will probably be a year ahead at some point in the coming months. It’s painful to think what’s ahead with these boring headwriters. I long for the ‘Days’ when the show was in Peacock’s Top 10. That doesn’t happen anymore. The show is so lifeless.

Days is a mess. Make it make sense! I’m glad Leo is front and center. Greg already has his Emmy reel for the 2027 Emmys but the story is weak. Too bad that Theo woke up. I liked him better when he was laying in bed sleeping.

These head writers really need to be replaced. They can’t write a story that is interesting. I dislike Peter Porte. And that hair. lol He and that Mark Greene guy go to the same stylist? Boring bad writing all around. None of it makes sense. Julie playing scrabble? SSH deserves better. Days deserves better than this crap.

Yes, Angelica ordered changes to the set after the negative feedback. But, she was a weasel about it. She viewed the hideous re-design of that set 5 weeks before it was seen onscreen because she regularly watched through closed circuit in her office the production of the shows on CBS. Between the 5 or so weeks that she first saw that set being used and the time it finally aired onscreen, she gave zero feedback to the show about that set. It wasn’t until the negative feedback came after the set was seen by viewers that she tried to backtrack and say she didn’t know about it. B.S. She watched that set being used for a few weeks from her office before it aired and said nothing to the show.

Completely disagree! They are not solid. They are dull headwriters. Family is nice but it doesn’t make the viewers tune in. The show is boring! And this was the WORST Horton ornament hanging ceremony ever! Cwikly and Ford need to go!

Cwikly and Ford really know how to screw up formerly entertaining characters. Leo was insufferable today. Bad bad writing for the character. It’s not Greg’s fault. Dee and Greg tried to sell the crappy script but they did not succeed. These headwriters are terrible. There’s no real drama and they are ruining well defined characters. Days used to be in Peacock’s Top 10 shows all the time when Ron was the headwriter and now it cannot be found in their Top 15 shows. New writers, please.

An impeccable source told me that the writers are constantly told to write for Leo. Leo and Zander are by far the most popular male characters.

Gotta love eccentric Bridget. Yes, GL was #1 at times, a week here and there, during their run, but not for months at a time. And no, Bridget, ATWT was never #1 when you and Jerry wrote it. Fallacies. But that was Bridget. She was out there.

So true. He is the worst recast. He comes across as very obnoxious, which is something that Theo is not. Very bad recast. Hopefully, Days has since recast they shoot so far ahead.

As usual with Cwikly and Ford, today there were just scenes with no real story. Poor Jackee. She’s on frequently but has no story. She deserves better. The Rachel/Sophia scenes are ridiculous. No one ever checks in on them?? Stupid. This is worse than what Ron ever wrote. I’d take Ron back anyday over this crap but since he’s busy negotiating with Peacock to get his own soap on the air, we’re stuck with this team.
