  1. date: Tuesday, November 18, 2025 | Jamey Giddens, Danielle Paige | Steven Williford Samantha, accept the fact you were in the wrong and do not deserve your digital devices. Do not like it? Go upstairs. Read a book. Do some knitting. Bradley and Martin's "we get it" to Tyrell was hilarious and absolutely a parent's thing to do. Loving a bit of history of both the Duprees (via Eva) and the Hawthrones (via Izaiah). So cute. Poor June. I am sure she did not purposefully mean to mess up; we have all been there working in customer service. Shake it off and keep on keeping on! Not twice a week for Vernon's cobbler order... Sharon must be using that as payment for their meetings. I appreciate that Ted still cares about the Duprees despite the end of his marriage to Nicole. Not Dana using Peaches' crisis as a way of taking Ted's attention away from a co-worker. Girl, do not be so obvious. Bradley is a man after my own heart with a simply divine chocolate milkshake. That is the way to go. Dana really needs to dial it back. Money will not buy her everything she wants and she will realise it soon enough. And I doubt Shanice is scared off by her idle threats, either. "With all due respect, Ms Thomas, this isn't a shopping mall." Oh, Dr Wilkes just owned Dana's arrogant ass. I love it. Wigs and personas? Okay now, Shanice ate with that read. I like that June assured Bradley that she will not replace him or Martin in the twins' lives. And that blood does not make a parent. Words never rang more true. Jessica reading Samantha was amazing. Dana would want to involve Ted. Her obsession is crossing beyond dangerous boundaries. Not Dana catching Vernon leaving Sharon's room at the country club. That is not good. Not good at all! Notes: Ugh. Not another breakdown from writer2. This week was going so well. Thankfully, Paige is an outstanding scriptwriter (one of this soap's best), and her words today are excellent. The food at Orphey Gene's does look bomb, so I do not blame any of the characters for uptalking it. I would eat there daily if I could. And gain hundreds of pounds, too. David Lami Friebe (Izaiah) continues to make me sick watching him, but he is nice to listen to. I still really like having June as the central person hub at Orphey Gene's. That familiar face you see when you walk in and have scenes. Dana wanting a second opinion means we could have an incoming doctor, right...?

  4. I agree. She said, "I do," and then decided, "I don't." I wish Nikki Abbott had been a longer duration. I wholly prefer Nikki with Jack than I ever have with Victor, and today's episode proved that. And I never minded Ashley with Victor.
  5. Seeing Peter Bergman (Jack) and Melody Thomas Scott (Nikki) act opposite each other really makes me mad that their short-lived reunion in 2012 was just that... short-lived. I've always loved the Jack/Nikki pairing.
  6. But that's not weird... nail polish is allowed in prisons via commissary. Same with general makeup, haircuts, and hair colouring products.
  7. It absolutely was; the narrative was there, and they followed it promptly. Maybe that's back when women had babies at young ages?!?!?
  8. I mean, it is called the Dr Tom Horton Free Clinic, so it was kind of... a given he'd be talked about predominately? No?
  9. I had not; thanks for linking.
  10. @carolineg Plenty of FF material today for you, especially where Sonny/Brenda-lite are concerned.
  11. date: Monday, November 17, 2025 | Sara A. Bibel, Cheryl L. Davis | Phideaux Xavier The banter between Bill, Caroline, and Tomas is nice to see... but Caroline is slapping it on thick about the concern for the con artist child bride. I know they have become friends (at least on Caroline's part) but damn. Not the con artist child bride eyeing her next sexual conquest... and here comes the spoilt, entitled bitch wanting information. These two belong together. They really do. So, Anita entrusted Dana with mailing out the invites to Winterfest? Oh, this is going to be messy house-down boots. I know it. I love that Mona is not letting up on her hatred of Dana on behalf of Laura; that is someone you want in your corner. So loyal and undying. I think it is cute that Andre is professing all of this to Dani, but she is going to run the moment Bill's situation is made known to her. Mater-D? That is not how you pronounce that word. Of course she would not know how to pronounce it... that job is beneath her. Welp... Jacob just dropped the bomb about Naomi seeing the text message about the birth control prescription to Bill. Let's see how this goes down! The con artist child bride really thinks she can sink her teeth into Izaiah... but I do not see him wanting anything from her, especially if he knows Bill in the way we are meant to believe he does. Of course Bill would jump to the immediate conclusion that Jacob cheated on Naomi. Not all men are cheaters. Looks like the con is crumbling under the Parkers... and I love it. Notes: I swear, the less green production model that coincided with the arrival of Tracey Thomson is a much-welcomed change of visual. It was carrying into Days of Our Lives' 50th anniversary territory at times, and now, it is so much more satisfying to watch. I appreciate the continued changing dynamics between characters as time has gone on; seeing Hayley and Katherine interact was not on my bingo card. David Lami Friebe (Izaiah) continues to bobble his head, and his mannerisms are just... not working for me. Good actor, bad habits/tics. The redesign of the "outside of Fairmont Crest" hotel room to be more L.A.-like over how it was during Joey and Vanessa's Puerto Rico trip. No one does love scenes like Beyond the Gates. NO ONE. The camera work in today's episode by Xavier is outstanding. So many great angles.
  12. I'm serious... Barbie was jealous. Yes, she is.

  15. If Gina Tognoni were still Phyllis, I would be behind her and Cane hooking up, but Michelle Stafford is subpar, and Billy Flynn absolutely deserves a better romantic scene partner.

  17. I agree, with the amount of soap Legends that have left us the past few years, it's remarkable he is still going.
  18. Doubt it'll happen; the non-photograph openings always sucked to update from a viewer standpoint. And the camera quality was never the same.
  19. Absolutely; at least with catfights, women were not dumbed down or weakened. It's a give-and-take process, I guess? Either women are bitchy and do nothing but fight, or they're submissive/weak, especially in comparison to men.
