Finn continues his praise of Hope. It's unbearable to watch. So inorganic. Bradley is trying to make them flirt and be happy and giddy together and it's not working. At least for me it isn't. I am seeing some fans starting to praise Hinn and even rooting for them as a couple, but I am not... getting it.

And theeen he continued to give Hope massages. Steffy needs to re-train her puppy, since he is acting out! 

 And let me say one thing, since I always give credit where credit's due - Tanner Novlan was okay today. I didn't cringe one time. Maybe because he is not having to do any strong scenes or anything that involves nuanced emotions... Light, smiling, flirting... - it works. But I guess... a naughty part of me... still hopes Bradley gives him some heavy duty drama scene next week, so I can laugh.

AND PS - Brooke looked sublime. My girl KKL is shining. 

 

You need to finally join the Thope train. They have the best chemistry

Steffy looked HOT. Kinda retro, giving me Hunter Tylo 1991 vibes. Even thought it wasn't perfect - the hairdresser needs some help... I am not loving the hairstyles in this show - but yes, I loved the vibe and the idea of the look.

So Hope going there to ask Finn to go to Sheila's wedding - did Hope forget that Sheila tried to kill Brooke MULTIPLE times. 

1. She wanted to poison Brooke in 1992, she even planned to do it and was holding a needle in her hand.

2.She wanted to push Brooke from the balcony, but someone rang at the door.

Okay... these couple of times nobody, except us and Sheila, knew about this...

BUT

In 1996 Sheila held Brooke at gunpoint and wanted to kill the entire family. Brooke included.

In 2002 Sheila shot and nearly killed Brooke - and Taylor DIED, running to save Brooke. Most people forget that Sheila first tried to shoot Brooke and Taylor ran to stop her. It was Brooke that came out the door and triggered Sheila.

In 2003 Sheila once again held Brooke at gunpoint.

So... someone tries to kill your mother multiple times and you act like it's surprising you and her son can't go to the wedding... HM... What is Hope thinking? Annika is amazing, but... I am not liking this new Hope that Bradley is trying to stitch from nothing... This is not the Hope I've seen for now... 14 years. Not the same character. 

Everything in this show is subject to change when it works for the storyline - characters don't matter and their archetype or past history is completely ignored just to serve the new plot. Lazy.

I remember when the 2002 episodes were airing in... I think 2005 in my home country... Every single person that used to watch the show hated her. She was so universally despised when she slept with Deacon and gave birth to Hope... 

But I get not liking a character. Bashing the actor is a No no for me.

Is Brooke’s character more loved or hated? I see a lot of hate on social media. She seemed to be more of a fan favorite. Before Steffy fans took over social media & message boards.

I do think Jacqui is a good actress but she is overrated to me. I think Tk is good too. But he js acts like he doesn’t care. So I don’t know why he keeps getting noms.

Personally I think Annika and Scott are the only ones from bold who deserves Emmy. I just don’t think KKL had strong enough material last  year. She had a better year the year before.
So I think it will be weird if she wins over Annika Cynthia & Finola. Hopefully she gets something juicy soon. I’m rooting for Annika & Cynthia though.

This is something I second. RJ has great potential and is LEVELS better than the worst that is on the show and we all know... who that is. Won't say the name, since... we all know. Shhhh. Just say it in silence.

I thought Liam Hope Steffy was always badly written. But I would say the triangle was a success intitially during the Kim Matula years. The ratings were highest it was in years. When Scott Kim & JMW was front center. And it had everyone talking. I just feel it got overplayed
