Yes, especially during Jacob's call to his dad, he made it out that he had compiled this long list of names and people involved. Yet all we've seen Jacob do is stand at a wall and in a motel room. Moreover, all the digging he has done that we, the viewers, were privy to was Smitty giving him a list of names from the hospital that went nowhere and him finding out Lia was involved. I almost wished Joey's assumption that Smitty and Jacob were knocking boots would have had bigger ramifications, because Smitty would be stupid enough to keep his mouth shut even if Martin confronted him just not to let out the story.

I think Chelsea could have ditched the gloves and headband. I didn't hate the look, but it could have done with less. Now, Dani's I did not love. She looks like an old Hollywood star in her robe getting ready in her dressing room. I did love seeing all the women together, even Eva. It felt special. Same for the men. I think the show is missing more of these large gatherings, which I know aren't always possible.

Oh absolutely! I was stating more a personal preference. If I make it at home, I like a nice crispy crust on top, especially if it is made in a casserole. Like if it was stovetop Mac and cheese, then fine.

For a country so vested in the funding of Eurovision, you would think the UK would send something more appealing. I will say that I did actually enjoy UK's entry last year even though it didn't seem to be a favorite. Usually I walk away with a few favorites or at least a few tunes in my head, but this year did not hit like previous ones.

Congratulations! I really didn't know what to expect this year. I literally went in this year with no advance listening of the national selections and zero news about the event. I watched both semis and the final. I had no idea if Bulgaria was a favorite to win, but she was a clear favorite by the public and even the jury. I really liked Delta's song for Australia, but I may be biased as I do like Delta. Overall many of the selections weren't all that impressive and OUCH at Sweden's finish. That must have hurt for a country that puts so much into Eurovision.

Probably no one here watches Eurovision, but Delta smashed that final performance. Hope she/Australia do well.

That's actually a really good idea. Even the police station with some redressing would make a great temporary clinic set. Not like it gets that much use anyway. The blue walls and the flooring give clinic vibes already.

Someone can correct me if I am wrong, but Iast week we learned via Tomas to Kat that Lia was one of Lynette's victims. Kat then took it upon herself to talk to Lia about it to gather more information on Lynette.

Is it dropped? Or is this another case of a storyline going away to resurface again? I just said the same thing and went back and saw your comment. Exactly what I wanted to say. What purpose did it serve? I liked the nod to Blaxpolitation films in Dani's fantasy, but it was just filler. Also, Andre's acting reminded me of his early days on BTG and that's not praise.

I have to second what @Vee said. I assume very few longtime soap viewers believe Lynette is dead. Now, where writers intend to go with this, I'm not sure. I didn't mind the fantasy scenes with Andre and Dani. I thought there were cute and usually don't have a problem with such scenes. I was just confused as to their purpose. Not much has changed on the Dani and Andre front for a while. Grayson and those scissors were ridiculous. A switchblade or something would have been less silly. I am glad the Plasma story seems to be moving along and there seemed to be momentum. Overall, I think it was a pretty good week. On the fashion, that romper Kat was wearing was not flattering on the bottom half. Also, her undergarments were exposed when she stood up at the table with Tomas at Uptown. It was not terrible, but definitely a fail on fit. I am ready for this Cotillion to go down, but I don't want to have too much hope and have it turn into a Winterfest.

I wouldn't say it was boring that much of the time, but I totally get the treading water analogy. It does seem that stories seem to circle the airport for a long time. It's like ok writers, please move this a long. I hate to bring this up again, but a few sets would do wonders. Last Friday, Chelsea and Kat mentioned getting massages at the CC. There have been several mentions of characters getting massages or how incredible the massages are at the club. It wouldn't be difficult to create a small room with two massage tables and some other decor. The reception area could be the check in area where they tell guests which room to go into. That conversation between Chelsea and Kat would have had more visual appeal if they were doing it while getting massages at the club instead of the hundredth time we see them sitting at the club. The same could be said about Chelsea and Madison at the gym. Wouldn't be too hard to take a corner of a set and add a punching bag. Add a few little elements to make it seem gym-y. Some background noise and it would have been visually more appealing than Madison and Chelsea doing whatever they did in the locker room.

Same here. A few months back, it would appear as though I was logged in so I would begin a post, but as soon as I would submit, I would get a message to log in to make a reply. I would try again and would get the same result. I want to say I didn't post for a few weeks, because I just couldn't get around this issue. Eventually, I opened an incognito window on my browser and was able to log in and post, yet every time I tried in a regular window I would have the same issue. This was all on my phone btw. Not sure when, but eventually I was able to use a regular browser window again.

Really? I thought Smitty looked damn good, but different strokes... We have never seen Martin, because I have been curious and every love scene ends up in Martin not showing much. I wonder if Timon just doesn't want to get shirtless. Have to average that the shirt and jacket combo on Vernon today was tragic.

NuTed? I know the original Ted shirtless IRL pics were floating around but I don't remember if he ever got shirtless while on the show. I know we def got some more shirtless action these past few months from Carlton, too.

I don't care much for Deanna, but it would be nice to give Tyrell a new love interest. Even more reason for a Banneker set if Ty, Deanna, Donnell, potentially Jessica and the new love interest attend Banneker. Not to mention Izaiah and Vernon work there.

We need sets or they need to doctor some sets and work some magic. Madison taking a call on a hospital bed was not it. The idea of Chelsea and Madison boxing was cute, but of course we got to see the precursor in the locker room. They couldn't get a bag at least and set it in the corner of a room? Then we had Smitty shirtless and I kept waiting for Ted to turn into zaddy and give him lusting eyes. I mean at this point Teddy Bear can swing both ways and go for his son's man - at least it would be exciting. Also, I noticed that even though Timon and Teddy have had several love scenes we have never really seen either shirtless. Same goes for Martin. Is this intentional or...

Oh ok, I thought I missed it since I tuned in a few minutes late. A Coffee with Candidates would have been great at Orpheys tho. It would also get us to see Martin in action.

Did I miss something? Was any of the Coffee with Candidates shown? Or do you mean the concept is fun? As nice as it was to see Smitty shirtless, did they really need to save this moment for him to have a full on conversation with his father-in-law about blood plasma. We haven't seen this much of Smitty in romantic scenes with Martin.

Yeah, it's a big ick. It would be one thing if he said he always thought Nicole was beautiful or that he admired the person she is, but that's not what he is saying or how it is coming across.
