I'm halfway through Nene's show and I'm bored I know it'll heat up though when the bridesmaids are introduced. But what a lackluster premiere!

Watching Miami and I meant to say this last week... But poor Lea has a terrible red eye in one of her confessionals. Actually looks like her blood vessel popped in the white part of her eye. It's creepy!

Dang, Miami fell pretty hard in the ratings this week... getting close to Season 2 numbers: Real Housewives of Miami BRVO 9:00 PM 1018 0.4 Anyone watching Tamra's OC wedding? It's actually pretty good... it's basically like an extension of the OC season. Heather and Vicki were on the premiere pretty significantly, and they talk about Lydia, Alexis, and Gretchen. Her wedding planner is black - very fun and different seeing a black girl on the OC!

I've always loved Luann -- I think she's gorgeous. If I were straight, she would be my type. There's something intoxicating about her... she's formal, knows what she wants, strong... I could go on and on. This is making me miss NYC so much - I can't wait for next season to start!

I LOVE Below Deck. Hands down the most interesting, creative, entertaining new Bravo non-competition series in the past few years... Sorry - back to Housewives now... OC reunion killed it in the ratings on Monday. They've basically been tying NJ over the last few weeks. Miami is holding strong with 1.36-1.38 million viewers week over week (0.6 in 18-49). Those are much better than previous seasons, but interesting how both OC and Below Deck have beat Miami, and Miami is in the middle of those two shows. Says a lot about Below Deck...

Don't get me wrong, I think Roman is hot overall... but anyone else bothered by the weird eye popping thing he does ALL THE TIME?

Ahh ok - well at least she's happy and hopefully moving on. Btw, speaking of BH... anyone watch Million Dollar Listing LA? The new season started a couple of weeks ago, and Mauricio and Marissa have made a few appearances. Marissa is selling that home that was featured last season, where she got married. I'm surprised they didn't spend more time showing how wealthy she and her family is... that house and land is worth over $20 million, with bricks handmade in London.

After watching Miami's episode, I'm totally Team Lea. Adriana is ridiculous. Lydia also surprised me - I didn't think I would like her, but I'm totally a fan now. Miami - WOW! I just watched the premiere and this show screams sex and glamour. They've upgraded the cameras or something, because most of those shots have this glossy look to them. I love how production is making this show into this rich, sexy, dramatic Miami soap opera. The long shots, wide shots, staged shots of the ladies getting out of the cars... it was hot and amazing! Kudos to them, really. Now, will they keep that up throughout the whole season... or was it just a premiere thing?

I also love that opening from Nene. If you think about the season itself, Brandi's opening line is actually pretty good. It's a direct hit at Adrienne.

Sad for Mama Elsa!!! Andy mentioned on WWHL last week that this season of NYC is bonkers and may be the best one yet. He was drooling over it... So that's a good sign!

Update to the Guidices --- apparently they have been released on $500k bond and their passports have been detained and travel is restricted to NJ and NY. Crazy!! I guess we all knew this time was eventually going to come, but man... crazy! The reunion should be interesting... won't they be filming that pretty soon? Isn't the season close to wrapping?

I think the difference is Miami Season 2 was basically like their first REAL season and a lot of the viewers still didn't know these women (half of them were brand new to the series). With BH Season 3, with the exception of Yolanda, we knew all these ladies from prior seasons. It's harder to start a series with 7 housewives (and a bunch of supporting characters) than having 7 housewives on an established series. The Miami promo is awesome though and I'm looking forward to seeing their new season!

I was also randomly thinking today that I miss my NYC girls... I can't wait for Season 6!!!

Damn - Kenya Moore is making some serious $$ this season.
