  1. You already did so much! People need to be grateful for what was already uploaded.
  2. @janea4oldI know I've really only deleted things in there when there was a space issue and I would usually just delete the bigger file if there were multiples of the same episode. If you do come across videos that have the hard coded captions that you need, you can save them from the vault by hitting the radio button next to the video name and hit download. I always recommend everyone do that anyway if there's something you like, even if it's from YouTube, or whatever. You never know what could be gone tomorrow if copyright becomes an issue. I keep a hard drive with my own local copies of things. The vault has been such a godsend as far as having a place to save things, as YouTube is so unreliable because of copyright. I had never thought about the impact that it would have on a hearing impaired person. YouTube would be a better place for you to watch videos because it can generate automatic captions. The automatic captions are not great, but definitely sounds more convenient than the system you have. Is there a particular era that you're interested in? I used to upload more to YT but recently been doing more on the Vault to avoid double work. @YRfan23has a ton of playlists for the 80s and 90s, and this channel has a lot of 2000s and 2010s https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCuJkTOrjRs3ygJNMk1dfm_A If the video on YouTube has no captions or the video isn't on YouTube, then you can just upload the videos for yourself on YouTube and make them private so you can just watch with the automatic captions. I did that with the German episodes so I could at least be able to read the English translation (as bad as it is). They are extremely temperemental and don't always work, so PM me if you have trouble with them, I've figured out some workarounds for when they don't come up automatically.
  3. A complete episode of the Lee Phillip show:
  4. Thanks! The quality looks great to me! Appreciate it.
  5. I'll take a stab: Back Thomas (drinking from bottle) and Amber? (red skirt) Nick Marone and ??? (holding wine glasses) Rick (shirtless) + woman ?? people in pool ??? 2 models Dayzee (white shirt with red scarf) Thorne? (in black) Pam and Steven Front: Man and woman in blue dress ??? Women fighting over man: Steffy, Oliver, Hope? Man with watch - Liam? Eric and Stephanie Ridge and Brooke Donna, Marcus, and Justin Katie and Bill
  6. Victor always held it against Jack and Billy that they were born with everything but didn't seem to appreciate it. Jack lost his father's company to Victor and Billy is a chronic underachiever.
  7. Our angels always come through even if it takes a while.
  8. I had no idea she had that story on Loving, haha!
  9. I always thought that they should do an eating disorder storywith her. Not as a comment on her body type, but it would be interesting to see a storyline play out with an adult instead of a teenager, and to focus on the inherent control issues of the disorder. She would rock that. See, I watch those Peapack clips and I think at least they went outside once in a while and the "sets" were nice and big (since they were actual places). I'm feeling him with Jill, Lauren, or, believe it or not, Nina. I don't see Nina with the character Ashland but I could see Tricia Cast and Robert Newman working well together.
  10. I'll just quote this because you said it better than I ever could!
  11. What exactly did she say? I haven't read her book. I heard it was something about an affair or sexual harassment. She can't get sued because in order to sue for defamation, you have to prove financial damage to your reputation and you generally cannot do that when the person being defamed is dead. She wrote the book when Bill Bell was long dead.
  12. I like both actresses a lot. I find the storyline boring, but that's not their fault, haha.
  13. Even better, Amanda will just TELL Devon that she spoke to Imani and Imani said she did all these things.
  14. Victor loves Nikki, but he doesn't respect her. IMO in his heart he considers her a child. He had respect for Lorie, Ashley, Hope, and Sabrina.
  15. You're welcome but the credit should go to the person who sent me the episodes, who wants to stay anonymous. I have had a few people see my email address in the vault and contact me with things to add, which is super nice There is another person too who reached out with more CALA episodes (they are not dated so I need to figure out what they are and if they are duplicates). Yes, there will be quite a bit of early 2005. This person sent me DVDs in the mail, so it takes time to upload them because I have to rip them one by one (I have stopped editing out the commercials now, to save time otherwise I will be even slower). I am doing it gradually. I can see from the labels on the DVDs that there's a bunch of January 2005 episodes. Ugh, I think I will stop adding the episode numbers then. I seem to always mess them up, and renaming things wastes space in the vault. Please continue to point out the inaccuracies though, so I can correct them.
  16. Some recent additions to the 2004 missing episodes from an anon angel: 2004-10-07 2004-10-12 2004-10-14 2004-10-29 2004-11-22 2004-12-02 2004-12-10 2004-12-24 better quality 2004-12-27 2004-12-28 2004-12-29 2004-12-30 2004-12-31
  17. There were some really brief scenes in the 80s clips hinting at Brad's past. In one scene he told Traci he was inviting his parents to the wedding, but then hid the invitation in his office drawer. Lauren found it, but it didn't amount to anything. Then there was a scene where he met up with his mother (played by Marilyn Alex who later portrayed Molly Carter) and talked about how the family was poor and he was sending money for his siblings. Bill Bell never picked up any of those threads, but I wonder what he eventually had in mind for Brad.
  18. @Paul Raven Wow! I've never seen a photo of them! Maybe on an old SOD scan but not in color. May I ask where you found this?
  19. So when Mariah finds out they're giving Devon custody after they banished her she'll just forgive them all, right?
  20. I am very grateful you shared them. Even when a long time goes by I don't worry because I know eventually someone will upload them. We have a great group! I actually have more stuff to share that people have sent me for the Vault, just been a little busy lately. I've been working on the episodes from 2004 and someone actually sent me a bunch of the missing Cala Classics episodes 1994-1995 I just need to figure out the dates and upload them. Life gets in the way sometimes for all of us.
  21. Thank you!!! I actually just added some September 2012 videos and will add Jeanne's last episode (May 3, 2013) that @Darn requested the other day.
  22. I would love to see them! Grazie!
  23. Ciao @Count Henrithe vault is linked here. It's best to open in incognito mode. https://mobile.twitter.com/yrvault?lang=en If you have any episodes or clips, please share!
  24. Jill bribed him to play pool boy at the Chancellor estate so he could seduce Nina. Edit: I am replying to Paul Raven. I have no idea why it has me quoting Khan and it wouldn't let me delete that. Sorry, Khan.
  25. @soapfan770 that's cool! I wish I had saved the map of Genoa City from Soap Opera Digest.
