She also gave away from big tea on why Brooks has been acting the way she has this season with Stanbury. Also sounds like Sara fell out with Stanbury, too, thus why her and Brooks are close. However...what happened...was edited out. Le sigh. I am just discovering a few things have been edited out. There's a party that Lesa threw that was in the S2 trailer that has been edited out according to all the ladies. And a scene with Ayan I believe.

Not you posting this when I've been listening to CD2 off of FINALLY ENOUGH LOVE-DELUXE for last week and a half. lol.

So...tonight is the night!!!! Tonight we should finally get some idea (unlike Production is pulling a RHOA/RHOP tv edit promo) for why Ayan and Lesa fall out? Any theories?

It does beggar the question...about the incoming writing team...it seems like someone who might be potentially polarizing. Or at least, someone doing the HW shuffle to be disappointing, BUT interesting. Things to make you go hmmm.

No doubt. Look at what's been happening with Captain America 4. I'm not even sure what will make it on screen Singles Awareness Day 2025 is even how it was supposed to be though I look per the trailer it appears to be tagging into what I love about Winter Soldier...the spy intrigues. Oh...? How cool!

Oh, don't get me started on the film industry. The things I've heard or read about in the last 2 decades, I would be shocked if I was ever to break into it because I don't think I could stand L. A. I also am surprised that I had any wide eyes about it and writing programs back when I was in college knowing what I know now. A reckoning for sure is needed. Hehe at 'the plantation.' It reminds me of why I winded up falling in with the techies in my latter college years when growing up besides wanting to be a writer, I wanted to be an actor. And where I come from in the South, it never occurred to me that the actors and technical crew were apparently supposed to be two separate classes. There were signs, but I guess being so young and oh so colorblind it went over my head. One day...it clicked. I'm sure if I was to sit down and really think about it, I could cite examples that did not make sense to me then what was really going on, but I can see it now in hindsight.

7-16 Ugh! All of that drama. All of that stalling. What good twists we had. ALL of that...for Anna to just blurt out to Val that she knows he's head of Pikeman and that HE SHOULD RUN. Oh, how I had to fight the urge to throw something at my tv. There was no need or desire to have Anna begging Jason to give her time before he revealed the Pikeman goods. And there was no reason to write it this way at all except to make Valentin look like a saint. That little bit of wiggle room so he could come back at some point. And all over Charlotte...who I at least was happy to see forgive Anna? Yeeeeah NO. That...was just the very definition of sucky writing. ON THE OTHER HAND...those Drew/Nina scenes. Mmmmm...from the great slaps on Friday AND Monday and Nina unleashing on Drew. To the two of them FINALLY acknowledging that they have started to respect each other. And more importantly, that they had moved past disdain for each other a LOOOOooong time ago. I was waiting for this moment, and it did not disappoint. I'm starting to root for them in spite of myself. I just found the scenes so mature and adult, and I loved to see it. It is probably not going to end well, but I would say this whole Drew/Nina storyline is another win with the exiting writer with a beginning, middle, and appearing with some end. At least for me, it's right up there with Alexis's journey back to her law license and Finn's exit storyline. For me, I was just speaking on the fact that Liz, Laura, and the Qs are all in pretty good positions on the current canvas. And while Guza might not be completely responsible or responsible at all for the times people have tried to mess with the above legacy characters, it's only naturally to be cautious if he was to come back since he was around.

Which would give me hope if he was to come back that the Qs would be okay. Well...some hope.

I have no doubt she is still on his speed dial, too. #thepowerofthebren But as I like to say we are just clowning around on the lovely tease given earlier. In a way, it would be well-timed since from where I am at...Jason could be looking at a new storyline. Sonny's gearing up for war with Ava. And Carly...is being Carly. ETA: Since I am talking about him, I guess I wouldn't mind Guza back now with stronger writers. As long as Liz and Laura (okay and the Qs) are okay, I'm good.

The amount of experience in theater from when I was in junior high right up until I graduated college, truth and believe that I very much would not be shocked too much by the unsavory. Or the scandalous. After all, my latter years of theater I became more of a techie (which saddens me now that I never followed my gut in high school and went out for being a lighting assistant which I enjoyed given I took classes at the local theater for it, but I also was/am scared of heights so I know I was a contradiction lol) only to wind up spotlight the star of our production of Hair who 1) had a baaad drinking problem and 2) was sleeping with my ex who happened to be my first real relationship. But yeah I can understand a love/hate.

My apologies for the late reply. Now that I'm getting major catch-up time getting myself to slow down... Bookworms unite!!! And really re: your interest in music? I also studied theater so I understand. In fact, it's been on my mind lately since it was my minor. Thinking about all the classes I took and how I don't seem to use it and pondering how I feel about that since I still have such a love of theater. The last time I was in NYC, I was there during the Tony Awards and I happened to be in a bar where the Tony Awards was a BIG deal. And that vibe among all of the theater folk stayed with me. Thank you for the PEI information. That is so cool. Perhaps I should break down and finally give it a look-see. Oh, those were the days, weren't they? And hahahah! get out of my head. My latest obsession has been YT reaction videos to shows I watch. I'll totally get around to that at some point.

Sorry for the late reply, but I was just always under the impression that barring some animation that S1 and S2 were done back-to-back. At least the writing. Perhaps I just misunderstood because Beau might be gone, but he stayed extremely active online with tea and hints. While I feel and understand what you guys said, I've also been of the school that when a showrunner who put their imprint on something leaves, it tends to suffer. IE. ANGEL, THE ORIGINAL when their showrunners left before their respective last seasons. Granted, it's animation, but I can't help but feel a bit of caution with someone new coming in. While the new guy could make it very cohesive, he could also be so into putting his imprint on the show that it becomes less cohesive so...waiting and seeing. Same.
