It's happening!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RHOA Well, it looks like I finally get some down time from my jobs. So I finally started to play catch up on this (and RHOM hehe). First of all, I did not realize how close I was to the finale when I had to stop watching. That said...still back in Portugal. And...the RHOP ladies the RHOA gals are NOT. I found the Portgual trip to be pretty basic. Perhaps it's the clear divide between the ladies...and it's not in a cute or funny Talls vs Smalls way, either. The fact that Team Coven Dos (aka Marlo, Sanya Teddi West, ShebySheBroke, Courtney) could not carry the show without Kenya or Kandi being around to bounce off of...at least Team Small could work outside of Team Tall. Same for Team Pretty vs Team Beast (Season 7). So their scenes were just...boring. And no attempt by Courtney The Wannabe to come for Kenya would do. Thank God for Drew and her drama. Whether it was with Kandi...who we all know HATES to be called a liar...or with Marlo, it was the only interesting part of the trip for me. Because the trouble with Ralph grew organic (or not with Marlo and Sheree potstirring) and we knew what was coming. And I loved every minute of Drew holding her own against Marlo and The Coven West Coast. Now Kandi vs Drew...hmmmm...well...it was NOT boring. And it led to an appearance by Latoya...who I was one of the few fans of her from Season 13. And Latoya hit that ground RUNNING. And had Marlo running, too. I miss her and her and Drew's quirky dynamic. And God, I missed Cynthia so seeing her in non-edited-out scenes, was awesome. Looking forward to watching more later. For now... KANDI. Darn it if they ain't making Kandi work for her peach this year. First Courtney. Then Marlo. Now Drew? That said...what was Drew thinking? Granted this is not the first time Drew and Kandi have had issues *cough*Season13*cough*, but it is just funny how deluded Drew was that anyone would believe her over Kandi when Kandi has a history of truthtelling while Drew...doesn't. And lest we forget...Kandi is WORLDWIDE. AKA She knows EVERYONE. So of course, Kandi went directly to Latoya. Of course, Kenya saw. Of course, even Marlo would agree. Wrong road, Drew. And WOW...10 years of Bedroom Kandi...yes, I remember when. I cannot believe how far that has come from the days when Kandi did Kandi Koated Nights. Just...wow. It's kinda inspirational. KENYA. In a way, it was cool to see Kenya activated. I don't like that it was Courtney The Wannabe who did it, but it was done. And while she put up a good fight, Kenya won that one in the end. She should have set there and ate her food. Meanwhile, Kenya was letting Drew know that was not at all her friend. Foreshadowing indeed from what I know now. On the OTHER hand, it should be one of the main girls activating Kenya. This season just proves how disengaged Kenya has become from it all. And I find that sad. Now sad for me though...seeing her and Cynthia make up. I was looking forward to it since they fell out in first season of ALL STAR and it was worth the wait for me. SHEBYSHEBROKE. Honestly? In the two episodes I watched, I continue to see so much potential in her. When Bone Collector Sheree popped up, she was on FIRE. In how she manipulated everything into a Drew vs the table catfight. Even more than Marlo was. And Kenya and Drew were gathering Courtney Wannabe, Sanya Teddi West, and Marlo easily before Sheree ran interference. So loyal...just to the WRONG team. MARLO. Well, I can't say she didn't do anything. That said...her fighting with Drew and throwing Ralph in was something. And then Ralph wanted to get messy by texting her? Just le sigh. That was REAL Marlo. Cuz this other one they keep showing...talking about marriage to the Chef...I was like Guuuuurl, we know you won't marry anyone poor. And then she ran from Latoya? Weak sauce now. SANYA. TEDDI WEST. As a Gemini, I loved every minute of her sister dragging her. Forget the flip flopping and being the calm one of Coven West. The REAL storyline is the continued drama in her family. It's a shame we do not see more of it. DREW. MVP of these episodes. Moreso than Kandi actually. Why? Because watching her unravel has been real and moreso fascinating to watch. So much now that she's getting her friends to have drama with her. Looking forward to seeing this shake out. On another note...there were so many times...while I enjoyed the episodes overall...it just felt like RHOP and I had to smh my head because what works for RHOP DOES NOT at all work with RHOA. Just le sigh. More later...

Hehe at @DramatistDreamer. I swear they are spying on your story about Daniel, Heather, and Lily now. My system has been in and out so I'm sure I've missed a lot of it, but they do appear to be playing it and loving Vail Bloom back and she DOES have a bit of chemistry with MG, too. The last time I regularly viewed Y&R, Daniel and Summer had washed their hands of Phyllis now that she was out. So watching Giggly Heffa ki-king with Summer was RME. I am very happy we are still seeing the Chancellor manison post Ashley/Tucker wedding. Speaking of that...where is Ashley?

9-12 One thing I do like about taking a break from B&B. It moves slow enough that I don't feel like I missed anything. Except apparently hot shirtless men. That said...no matter how jarring it was when it started...I am liking the Eric storyline. As I was playing catch up, I kept thinking it's a shame they wouldn't let Victor on Y&R play a storyline like this. But then again...would EB want to play it? It has gone slow enough and enough beats are being played that I do feel a bit invested. Eric vs Ridge with Ridge's impressive son in the middle? It could have legs AND we get a fashion show. And yes, I love the meet-cute between RJ and New Girl. She gave me shades of Allie over on Y&R. I just hope she does not vanish like she did. I know...wishful thinking. Awww to seeing Katie and Carter. But where did the triangle with Bill go?

Yasssssssssssssssssss!!!! I have not kept up due to my station being fun with Y&R, but good to hear Mamie and Jill will interact AGAIN.

SLC Well...two for two. I guess we are skating in Hades. And Trixie betta get that free publicity!!! lol. I always loved it when SLC is a slow burn and I felt that was what was going on here. There was the setting up of Meredith vs Angie K...something was building since last season so that felt organic. Meanwhile, Heather's attempt to be Queen Bee continues to annoy in her delusions. Guuuuurl, you will NEVER be Fabulous Ice. GET...USED...TO...IT. And bringing up the kids by Jack...wrong road, Boo Boo the Fool. Mary continues to be a hoot...and that phone call was LMFAO. Meanwhile, Monica continues to be a shot in the arm for this show with her transparency and humor...and light shade. One keeps waiting for who she's going to spill tea on next. It was even a decent cliffhanger given that Little Girl was pot stirring when she KNEW the majority of the cast did not want Angie K in Palm Springs. So of course she invited her. Says a lot about her talk with Heather earlier. So...Bad Weather ain't never going to be close again, are they? Another thing that stood out for me was how...strategic I felt they were being. Of course, Meredith and Fabulous Ice would reconcile...neither is leaving the show. Meanwhile, Meredith has Mary as backup. And she's on good terms with Heather by their Jen Shah connection so of course, Meredith could be the Queen Bee herself. Not that Fabulous Ice was not going to be outdone with Angie K on her side...nor Heather...thus her trying to reconcile with Little Girl. And then we have Monica as a wild card and still feeling people out. It was interesting to watch the alliances for me. Who is being real? Who is being fake? LISA. HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! At Lisa wigging out over losing her ring...only to see about replacing it all those hours later. And Monica's shade on that was on point. Cuz it's TRUE. And just for history sake it was nice to see her and Meredith getting along. I agree with others online that they are better off as friends than enemies. I also hope she gets Heather when she finds out that Heather has been speaking on her son. MEREDITH. She started a podcast with Seth? (mmmmm Seeeth). Well, I guess she does have to keep busy as her attempts to be Queen Bee. Make up with former BFF Lisa. Stay on Heather's good side. Remind Little Girl she ain't relevant. Consistently reminding Angie K she ain't relevant. Just....a busy little bee. And next week we get ACTIVATED Meredith, too. I'm done for the rivalry between her and Angie K made flesh by last season's reunion. As i've always said, an ENGAGED Meredith is a DANGEROUS Meredith. SHE...HAS...CLAWS. HEATHER. I'll give her this much. She had some humorous moments this episode. I'm just not feeling her anymore and her attempts to come for Fabulous Ice. And I'm over Bad Weather. Where is her storyline? JS. Everyone more or less have something going on. And even Monica can take up her Mormon shtick and be more real than Heather has not been since Season 1. Cuz that scene where Monica spilled her tea to Heather...lol. LITTLE GIRL. Lint. *Mary*I said it.*Mary* ANGIE K. I had to giggle at the fact they gave her ANOTHER introduction. I believe we had that discussion on her last season where I might have been the few that felt she had enough of a FOH introduction. But then again, I was distracted by the hot guy in suspenders and bubble butt khakis...that I found out a few episodes later was her HUSBAND. And he STILL looks hot AF. Let me calm down. LOL!!! At least she did more this episode than last episode. Dare I say it? There is potential in a feud between her and Meredith. Heather clearly being jealous a la Fabulous Ice could also have potential because I want to say Angie K had no problem stepping to Heather last season either. And then...don't she fall out with Monica at some point? The fact half of the cast is trying to ice her out and she is STILL going...yeeeah could be a fun mess. MONICA. IS...A...FUN...MESS!!!! lol. And she continued to let it all hang out. Her mother. Her father she never saw leaving for Florida with his man. Her call out of Lisa and the ring. The excommunication from the Mormon church over her 18 month affair with her BiL. Not to mention being upfront about her financial struggles and crying over that bag!!! I mean...she is the gift that keeps on giving cuz she's playing it SMART. And in that confessional when she was upfront about the fact she's playing it SMART. LOVE. Mary...is LOVE. Can't wait for Meredith vs Angie K (and hopefully Little Girl) and more Mary next week .

Oh how you just made me holler. Welcome we have cookies. And Production was oh so messy for that. I gasped and I...LOVED...EVERY...MINUTE. The bonus? NO ONE released that juicy tea AT ALL. So everybody online geniunely seem shocked. I bet Jen threw a fit from jail. Yeah, I was done after Black Eye last season, but hearing Mary was back changed my tune. And I was worried it would be a cameo. But WOOOOW...it was like she had never left except on a vacation or something. And it was so logic how they did it. And yes, if there is one thing (other than shade Jen) that Mary will do is speak the truth and ask the real questions. It really is wild about Monica. And now that you mention it...she DOES remind me of NJ Jennifer. Probably why I like her so far. hehe. But is Housewives even Housewives without a petty feud of some sort? Bathtub just makes it funnier. We ain't bored. We are already zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz...

SLC So is there a show without Jen Shah? That appeared to be ONE of the general themes of the premiere episode. And perhaps it's because it was a long few work days for me...or my desire to see THE Mary Corsby grace my screen again...but I sat down after work and watched. I said that I would watch the first episode at least. But I thought it was a really good premiere. It touched on how things were and you got caught up with the cast. You got to see the start of some feuds and the introduction of new wife Monica who is given Brynn from the (first) episode of new NY. And SPOILER ALERT...or not...Mary was in the very first episode...and not just for ONE scene. I loved how she was weaved into the episode. And if there is one thing Mary is going to do she is going to SHADE JEN SHAH. I'm going to miss that rivalry. hehe. Overall so far... MEREDITH. I think we all know that an ENGAGED Meredith is an interesting Meredith. And the fact that she is our gateway to Mary's return already has on the #winner side of things for me. And I felt the resident (IMHO) heroine was potstirring throughout by just having Mary around. And then she started a petty (the best kind on a HW show) feud with Little Girl. Hehe. So far, so good. LISA. Hmmm...I believe they showed it in the trailer, but it's nice to see the...authentic drama she is giving with her son and his distancing from her and his dad. I was trying not to read between the lines. But on the other hand, THIS should be the way that she should be going. For once, her emotions...the side viewers claim they want to see from her...shined through. But there was still enough of Fabulous Ice (cuz she's still in charge of Sundance don't you know ) to give viewers that self absorbed housewife people were used to. HEATHER. As expected by me and @Cat...he goes Heather playing the Betrayed Friend over Jen being gone. Meanwhile, I just felt she was on damage control because of her lying last season as well as her mess with Little Girl on the show and ALL STARS 4. She was not annoying me as much as last season, but I looked at her and just thought smoke and mirrors...right down to her trying to resolve her issues with Little Girl. Of course, she would. Just strategic. WHITNEY. LITTLE GIRL. I liked for her reaction to seeing Mary face to face. As ShebySheBroke would say...you betta get to running, B!! lol. That said...it seems like she is going to be the punching bag this season and I couldn't be happier. Drag her, Meredith!!! ANGIE K. Outside of Confessional looks and introducing Monica, she did not really do much. MONICA. So far, I like the new girl. She's a little firecracker. And the tea she gave on Jen was mouthwatering. Because could you IMAGINE if she had been around last season with what she was saying about Jen and the FBI. But that goes back to what Dana said last season as well so hmmmm about those SLC folk and what they knew? And like I said, she reminds me of Brynn. I still haven't finished binging the new NY, but that's her whole vibe and I liked Brynn's vibe. I can't wait to see how she does. So...good start. I am shocked. And Mary is STILL LOVE. Her shade was STILL on point.

Same. My player on my system has been all kinds of messed up so I've been missing episodes (and I REFUSED) to watch CBS player online. But I will definitely tune in to see Mamie. Hehe...'that Diane?' Loved that flashback.

Well...amen. Watching this story about Laura searching for Nik was going to be a moot point if Nik did not appear in some form. And while I did hope TC (though I know due to recent events will not be happening), I don't mind AH at all. Something to look forward to me. hehe. AH was DEFINITELY engaged and has a good mix. Can't wait for more.
