Lol! That's the actress real age too. I remember her from Top Model, but I just assumed it was an early season and she was older. I am legitimately the worst at ages though. I can't tell how old anyone is. 🤣 I certainly think Sloan has more potential than Li Shin, but they need to give her friends or depth or something. JS is rough, but she doesn't make goofy facial expressions in serious scenes so there is some hope.

I believe Molly goes by Molly Lansing-Davis a hyphenate of her father and mother's names. Like @victoria foxtonsaid she's been appearing since she was a young child and her a TJ have been together for years. Haley Pullos is a very pretty girl, but about 20 years younger than Jennifer Love Hewitt lol. They do look a little alike though

I really need RH to stop smirking at the weirdest times. He really is bad and I keep waiting for him to improve or become more natural, but I fear it will never happen. GV doesn't look bad he's just not trying to look younger or dye his hair or anything. I like the more natural look (side eyeing Drake and Mo Bernard for dying their hair for way too long), but AZ looks younger even though she's really not. Also, when Nicole said she used to wonder how awesome it was to have Marlena as a mom to Eric I was like same, girl, same. I often wonder how awesome it would be to have Marlena as my mom.🤣

Lol! I think the actress just missed the mark at being hurt by Eric. I think she was supposed to be hurt or maybe she was hurt but hiding it. I think Sloan can be sympathetic. Her story is tragic and Chanel and Paulina were wrong, but her refusal to see her father is a total creep is weird. Her mother was a victim of all of them and I don't get the feeling Chanel or Paulina feel all that bad about it. And my apologies to Jessica Serfaty, who I thought was nearing 40 but is only in her early 30's. She doesn't look old, but she certainly reads older than that lol. And Greg Vaughn definitely looks older than both Nicole and Sloane. Still smoking hot, but not young lol. And regarding Li, I do think Gabi is gorgeous and hot, but I have no idea what Li is getting out of this arrangement. He gets the honor of spending time with Gabi? I know it's a classic Days thing to do anything to keep someone who doesn't want you, but even going back to OG Kristen/John/Marlena I have never understood it. Why do you want someone that loves someone else more?

Of all the story options to give Carly and Drew together or separately, GH chose the most boring lol. It doesn't even sound exciting on paper and it's certainly not onscreen. Isn't this something they both can get out of fairly easily? Mo wins just based on the longevity of him forgetting his lines and the extra stutters and wrong words he adds.

Maybe he could have done without resorting to violence, but someone needs to tell Li he's being an idiot. It's very silly when it's two professional woman in their 40's acting like that. Both should be above that.

I'd cut Li's father some slack. Li has to be a huge disappointment as a son and I can see why he wouldn't get the appeal of Gabi. She's a teenage single mom that's been to prison multiple times, been in several serious relationships, has awful schemes that have included trying to kill Julie and blow up in her face 100% of the time and is completely obsessed with a man that is not Li currently. I'd bitch slap Li too. Gabi is not even worth the hassle and I like Gabi. I can see why Daddy Shen is upset.

I think if RH was a stronger actor the grey aspect of his villainy would work better or they could just take him to full on psycho. I think RS's limited ability is hampering what Days is trying to do with Li. I can't believe they would cast Li's sympathetic sister and evil father if they didn't have investment in keeping him around. We were absolutely supposed to feel bad about Li's dad berating him and bitch slapping him, but the scenes came off campy and funny instead. I think BB is a decent actor. The whole Jake accent thing was a miss, but he was quite good on GH. I think he's sorta lost his way on Days because the writing is so odd for Stefan, but I do think BB is quite capable. @AbcNbc247I do think Sloan is written with some humanity. I think the actress is weak as well, but I think she will end up a heroine.

Definitely, but Li is especially puzzling. He is the villian, but I swear some days I think the show wants me to feel bad for him. Even the ending today. Are we supposed to care he caught Gabi/Stefan together? Sure she lied about where she was but she has been crystal clear about the fact that she loves Stefan and hates Li. So I don't get the cliffhanger unless tomorrow he starts strangling them or something🤣

I honestly don't know if we should think Li is a villian who's gone crazy at this point or if we should feel bad for him because Gabi hates him. The writing is so weird for him. I am not sure where they are going with him, but I doubt Ron knows either.🤣

Yeah this is a case where the momentum was killed by getting rid of BB/Stefan, then making him a new character, then bringing Stefan back to life. UGH....what a waste of like 3 years of my life lol. I also don't understand why Li is so mad. He literally knows exactly where Gabi stands on him and the marriage, so I don't know why he is so furious she's lying.

Marlena and John are pretty much always rootable to me. Yeah, Tripp/Wendy have much more chemistry and I like Tripp more than Johnny.

Clearly Guza hated Courtney and the Journey pairing. Jason had two other viable options going with Elizabeth and Brenda and it was very obvious Elizabeth was just pushed aside for Courtney although I did like early Ric/Liz. Courtney/AJ were the much more interesting pairing, but she ended up being wasted on Jason to her detriment. Courtney would have been much more viable in the end if they kept her in the Q sphere, but after Jason they just put her in random pairings with Jax and Nik and despite Spencer neither pairing made any sort of sense.

Rachel being a demon child generally cracks me up. Days rarely has children (besides young Ciara) that do anything but be quiet in the background. I am not exactly sure why John is the only one parenting her, but I just think Brady is overall useless. I don't think comparing Chloe to Marlena would make any sense to a child and it's not really the same situation at all, but at least John's trying. Sloan isn't exactly likable, but people do keep during her dirty so I don't hate her. I love EJ/Nicole together so much more than I anticipated. I liked Wendy/Johnny in the beginning, but Tripp/Wendy > Johnny/Wendy. Most days I wish BB would go back to GH as Johnny Zaccara and today was no different. I don't like him and Gabi and this whole story is stupid.

Sam fit better than Courtney. I hate Sam, but I hated Courtney more. Sam was forced on us, but KeMo did have chemistry with Burton and Sam has some likeable qualities. Everything about Courtney was awful from her chemistry less pairing with Jason to her being Sonny's sister and Carly's bff. It's telling Courtney was killed off the minute Guza was allowed to be rid of her. I do think both were replacements in the scenario for Guza's ultimate pipedream- the Brenda/Jason pairing and Brenda being the 4th member of the quad. I wonder if Vanessa hadn't left if they would have paired Courtney back with AJ because I can't imagine Jason/Courtney was ever the original endgame.

I would love for Tommy Jr to come back. I believe he is a Dr. because I think Liz has referred to him as such in passing or on the 50th anniversary episode. Great idea. Honestly, I can take or leave Tom Sr. because he was never very memorable with either actor. And if MA couldn't make him work I think it would require a whole new take on the character. I think Steven should be on the canvas. I just felt Scott reeves intro was so fumbled as Steven and it wasn't all SR's fault. He was pushed weirdly into the Scrubs mess and was completely incompetent as COS while sleeping with Lisa. Then he got lost in the Brenda show and got a dead end pairing with Olivia that could have been more. By the time he went to jail lol he was a total dud. Another character that needs to be revamped, but it would be nice for Liz to have some supportive family.

Felicia/Tom was an obvious mistake, but MA as Tom was a mess too. The show seemed to want to bring in some Jack humor to him, but Tom never had any direction. I am not sure if we are supposed to think he's jerk and a slightly bad guy or not to this day lol. And I agree with @Vee, Steven Lars/Tom are very similar characters that fill a similar role and Howarth would have been a great choice for Tom IMO. I did like MA/Tom with Sonny and Luke when they all faked Laura's death. He seemed to do well with those characters and doing a little adventure stuff.

I thought Garcia/Lily had some potential when they were hinting he had a crush on her during the Brenda hit and run era when Sonny was neglecting her. I find Guza's first run to be almost perfect too. I appreciated the action as well. Sonny/Jax/Brenda was the drama we needed after Labine's wonderful (but depressing) run. Although I have no idea what Tom/Felicia were going for. They were so boring yet weirdly sexual and cringey lol. Poor Matt Ashford.....

Sounds right. I thought it was 81 or 82, but I am not a Sam expert so I was just pulling dates out of air in my head lol. I just remember it was ridiculous considering her con woman backstory of being married several times and coming to town at 22 or 23 lol. But I guess that makes her almost 43 so I guess she is close to mid 40's I guess.

Kelly Monaco has always had strange diction and been very mumbly to me. I don't notice that much difference. I just think some days KeMo knows her lines better than other days lol. I think Sam and Dante are supposed to be younger than mid 40's. I remember the show giving Sam a birthdate that was way too young for her when Alexis found out Sam was her daughter. Your point is very valid though. They don't need more kids at all. I know Sam's broken baby maker was fixed, but is it fixed enough for her to have a pregnancy over 40? It feels similar to Carly and Sonny having Donna to....do nothing and bring zero drama to the show.

I guess I just don't see the need for Nina at all. I don't think Stafford alone tanked the character, the writing and changing backstory did her no favors. I don't find that CW has elevated the character to make her enjoyable. I find Watros's Nina to be weepy and annoying, but perhaps if she played a new character I would like her better. I do agree Watros has stabilized Nina, but why are we twisting so many failed characters around instead of cutting the losses? Obviously, this is more of a Howarth/Easton problem, but I would have dropped Nina years ago.

Agree to disagree. It seems like most people agree with you on MS's portrayal. I hate the character of Nina regardless of who plays her. I see a lot of praise for CW, but I find her more obnoxious and more lifeless than Stafford. I don't see how CW's Nina has more of a point than MS's. Nina is still useless and is now tied to her useless daughter. I know CW is a better actress, but I don't find her Nina likeable, rootable, or sympathetic. I am not a huge fan of MS or anything, but if we are ranking a horrible character on a scale of who bothered me the least in the role it would be MS's Nina.

I think Brady should have transitioned to be more like John years ago. Pair him with Chloe or Nicole for the long haul and have him be part of more of the adventure stories. Lord knows Steve, Roman, and John can't fight mastermind criminals forever. When Drake/John was the age EM/Brady is now he was firmly married to Marlena for years (on and off), had grown children, and grandchildren. I am not saying we should saddle Brady with grandkids, but he needs to get off the romance merry-go-round. I have never understood why they have concentrated so much on Brady/Eric's love lives and never had either of them more part of the action stories.

Agreed. They pushed the Brady/Kristen pairing for way too long and then paired Brady with some real random ladies (Eve, Melanie) as well. I like Chloe with both Phillip and Brady, but she's had some real odd pairings too (Quinn, Lucas, Daniel) and most writers had no real direction for her character. Sometimes she was evil, a prostitute, a cheater, baby stealer, etc and sometimes she was the heroine like she is now which I prefer. Unfortunately, I think Brady is a character that is pretty burnt out and could use a break though.
