Same. Since he's been in this country for 30 years I assumed he became a citizen at some point, but you think Ingo would have celebrated that. I think he's a dual citizen of Germany/Australia so he may not want to give one of those up. Perhaps he's just very involved because his kids are citizens, but I don't pretend to know what goes on in that man's mind. I am half surprised the show didn't make Miranda Cody's mom because they actually had a murky backstory and Miranda could have easily faked her death because she was pregnant with Mac's baby and not Jax's. I could imagine Frank thinking she's part of the Sonny/Brenda/Jax triangle in the 90's and people will like that lol.

Lol. I am sure FH would do great in the role. The bottleneck of 50-year-old women on the show that are super talented is crazy. There aren't enough love interests or story to go around for them as it is.

I would change Cody's mother as well. Making his mother an unknown flame from his mercenary days makes way more sense than using Dominique. Dominique is long dead, Katherine's dead, Scott's gone, Serena is nowhere in sight, and Lucy doesn't care. At least with unknown mom you could cast someone down the road to stir up trouble for Mac, Cody, and Felicia. Of course the last thing the show needs is another 50 something scheming woman probably played by an ex-OLTLer.

He could be a citizen, but I haven't seen any evidence of that or evidence of him voting on his socials even before he got really MAGA. His kids and wife obviously are though.

Yeah, I wasn't sure if that was still the case. I still don't understand the Australian's MAGA stances since he's not even a citizen in any way I can tell.

At this point I think the show could do that easily. She's involved with Sonny/Jason, but she's not as enmeshed as she's been in the past. Jason and Sonny don't tell her everything and she doesn't tell them everything. Carly hasn't listened to a single thing anyone has said about Brennan before finding out the truth, so I think it would be viable for Carly to put Jax second or third (behind herself and Michael, of course). Jax could be a foe to Brennan, Sonny, and Jason even Drew Parent Joss Be in the mix with Nina and Ava Be friends with Alexis, Ned Scheme with Tracy (again) There's actually a lot of possibilities for Jax on the canvas for once, but, again, I don't know if Ingo's lawsuit is done/thrown out/still going, so I am not sure if the show could even make that move.

I am the only one here that's fine with stable Sonny/Carly like their last marriage for containment purposes. But I would consider recasting Jax. Idk where Ingo's lawsuit stands or if that's even a thing anymore. If you aren't going to bring back AJ I always thought Mesure would have been a solid Jax recast. Even Wagger would have been an okay recast if you just ignore the accent thing. And tbh, Ingo lost most of his accent by the end of his run anyhow. Jax is still relevant to the canvas in many ways. You don't NEED him, but you can use him in several ways (and also I would have paired him with Rena if she didn't leave).

Probably. I feel like Carly would tire of such a wimp in a minute, but I guess we are to think Valentin is the big bad. I know they haven't spent much time on Brennan/Carly, but Valentin/Carly would get play like once a week at the very most. At this point, I'd just cut losses and pair her back with Sonny.

I often wonder why JPS even stays on the show. I get that it's a sweet deal and easy money for him, but JPS seems to have plenty of other work. He doesn't appear to need the show nor does the show need to keep squeezing Valentin into stories for his once a month appearance. I suppose I am overthinking it and a job is job. JPS probably doesn't have deep thoughts about Valentin as a character as long as he gets to play piano at the Nurse's Ball lol.

I think there was a better base with Mesure due to chemistry and the role suiting the actor more. I still don't feel like they did much with the pairing even then. I suppose I am slightly interested in where the story is heading since it seems to have movement now, but I can't say I care about Brennen/Carly still. And I would rather they move on from Joss being a WSB agent entirely. It's just silly.

Joss becoming a WSB agent is silly in general, but I have no idea when Carly/Brennan fell in love. Not on screen lol. The plot lost me a while ago, but I was genuinely shocked when Carly/Brennan were acting like this was such a serious relationship. In the last, what, year they've been together none of these major emotions have been played. The show has spent more time developing Michael and the hooker lol. I can't believe anyone in the audience views this as more than a pit stop for Carly until the show figures out what to do with her. I personally could care less if they break up lol.

I only care for completionist sake. I don't really care about Jagger, who was barely anything like OGJagger. I also think it was unnecessary to have Sonny kill him in cold blood. Have the guy leave town, never to be seen again. There isn't any real defense for killing Jagger and I'll be honest I don't even remember why Sonny killed him. There isn't a right or wrong grey area with it. It's just wrong lol. It compromises Sonny even more than usual on something so unimportant. But, hey, if everyone's cool with him killing AJ and Jagger he can kill Britt or the DA tomorrow and I would turn a blind eye.

Did he? Sonny had a reason to hate Jagger, but to shoot him in the chest? No, he didn't have a reason for that.

I am the last person to care about Wagger and thought it was all a mess to recast in the way the show did. I am also someone who often defends Mr. Corinthos. The fact the show just let it all go without any resolution is crazy. I don't even need a good resolution, but the, 🤷‍♀️ does anyone care of it all is hilarious. Sonny murdered a man for no reason and the show just quietly moved away from it in hopes we would forget. I am not terribly mad about it. It's just exceptionally lazy.

I agree with it probably being a firing. Sasha could very easily be taking the Jacinda spot in a more believable fashion in this story with even more personal motivation. But I assume the Jacinda actress is probably much cheaper.

I am 50/50 on if it actually was her choice, but that's what she said so we'll go with that. I do wonder if that was the best way the show could give Robert an ending since I assume they knew his health was very bad. Anyhow, the door is open for Sasha to return whether she's recast or not. I am sure we will see Daisy sooner rather than later.

It was abrupt. SM said it was her choice to leave. Who knows? But it feels like she would be useful for once in this story. I always liked Sasha, but she was directionless for so long and now there is a story for her and she disappears lol.

So that's the end for Lois? What a disappointing return. Also, Britt telling Carly to leave the hotel she owns? Seriously, they aren't doing the character any favors at all. I don't know why the show is wasting time with Michael and Jacinda. The show could have done this basic story with Sasha instead. She would have been a much more believable alibi anyhow.

I think Sophia lit the candle, but Holly knocked the candle in the trashcan. I don't know if arson was Sophia's plan because a lot of things had to go right for that to work out lol. So, no, Sophia didn't start the fire. Holly's pity party about probation was odd. She took illegal drugs, OD'd, ended up in a coma, and had Tate take the fall, but this is worse. Holly was drinking underage before Sophia spiked her drink and she should get in trouble.
