  1. I will! And I'm glad you enjoy them. The cesspool that is tiktok still has it's gems.
  2. I think a certain daytime show or two (especially now when I saw who supports who)... should cast her in a supporting role after this. Such a performance. Not enough for primetime though.
  3. Jesus, I didn't realize it was so bad till I saw it like this.
  4. Up to August 24th, 1992. 👁️ "Where have you been all day?" Victoria Buchanan is officially in her Anna Karenina era. 💙 Leanne Demerest and Jason are on the run. They are trying to evade the authorities and Kevin, who managed to track a phone conversation with Leanne to a cheap hotel in Philadelphia. Before the police could catch them, however... they managed to escape again. Now they have a bigger problem - Jason was robbed at the train station and they have no money. The suspense is killing me, but in a good way. I have a thing for storylines like this when characters are running away from someone. They remind me of the 1940s movies I love so much. 💙 Victoria slipped quietly out of the bedroom and disappeared. She spend the entire day with Sloan. There was this incredibly moving scene where Sloan was shown the piece that Andrew, Cassie and William's partner created - a beautiful piece full of memories about William. I teared up. It was like I was watching my own homophobic father look at me... When they showed the memory of little William when he was a child... I was sobbing. In the end Sloan couldn't bring himself to cut his son's name out from the piece, even though he threatened to do it. All of this was masterfully orchestrated by Victoria. She is the dark empath we all need in our lives. 💙 Then when alone together... Sloan couldn't contain himself anymore. He was tired of denying what he and Victoria have been experiencing for weeks. The attraction, the connection, the unspoken truth. I gasped when I thought he was about to kiss her. The inner struggle and conflict in Victoria's eyes and body language was mesmerizing to witness. This is not your typical soap opera affair. This is not Brooke Logan cheating on Ridge. This is a real woman that has dignity, class and principles. A woman that loves her husband, but is also a human being, torn by emotions and passion. This is not an easy cheap thrill. And that's what makes it powerful. When Victoria came home... Clint asked her "Where were you all day?" She started making million and one excuses, but couldn't say the truth. In the end, when pressed and questioned again... she did admit that she saw Sloan, but "only for 15 minutes". 💙 Talking about 15 minutes of pleasure... the sexual tension between Max and Blair culminated in one very hot scene in the woods. I think the fans of romance will be very happy with how this is going. The roles were reversed this time... it was Blair who was the aggressor. This is like every unsatisfied housewife's wet dream. Now Blair has to choose - she either picks real love and Max and goes to him before midnight... or she stays in her expensive prison and picks money and power. This is her second time she is in this situation. 💙 Last, but not least - Alex Olanov and Bulge blackmailed a judge into releasing her, so she is on the loose again. Overall - 10+ SUBLIME. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Clip of the day Sloan and Victoria dangerously close.
  5. Clint sort of reminds me of my father in these last few episodes. Some of the things he is saying are like copy-paste of conversations I've heard as a child standing by the door of the bedroom. In this regard IMO it's incredibly realistic portrayal of a straight homophobic man that is growing more and more paranoid about his family slipping away or being influenced by things he perceives are damaging or shameful. Add to this the growing jealousy... and you get the man that is Clint in 1992. My advantage in terms of overall enjoyability (and a huge disadvantage when it comes to knowledge about the show) is that I haven't bonded with the character of Clint at all. I didn't like or dislike him prior to this storyline. I've only seen him in probably 5-6 meaningful scenes in the period I've covered (October 1991 - August 1992). I have nothing to compare him to, while vet fans have their history with the show and its characters. They basically knew this guy for decades and making him part of the villains in this very sensitive story was a trigger. Me lacking the prior viewing of OLTL makes me see this as a completely normal story. Just another straight uninformed male that likes to undermine gays. Exhibiting the worst habits of straight men. Nearly 40 years later... they are still the same. The only thing that he hasn't done so far is to get drunk or raise his hand to Victoria. But as much as this can make an actor dissatisfied... in terms of how fans are reacting to him - it happens. It happens in real life and we've all seen it, heard about it and lived through it. And sometimes all it takes is a conflict like this in the show so that these cracks can show.
  6. Exactly. The context is very important. Maybe I'm just being too sensitive... But seeing how our community has been portrayed lately... it just rubs me the wrong way. We should be way pass this. It's 2025. I mean come on. The only gay guy also happens to be mentally ill stalker? Seriously Bell?
  7. Nobody wants saints... We just don't want a disturbed crazed maniac who makes deepfakes, stalks girls and almost murders them... to be part of the show's first gay male couple. It just sends a message IMO. Especially in this current political and societal climate. This just doesn't sit right with me.
  8. Yeeees! We need this back. I work for my country's national radio, so I'm really crazy about these things.
  9. Not my cup of tea judging by the pictures... but if he can act better than Crew Morrow... everything is alright.
  10. On second and third hearing - I love it. His voice is good... soulful and distinctive. I'm putting it in my regular playlist.
  11. That first Dani month... should have come with a box of xanax. 😂
  12. Maxim replied to YRBB's topic in Off Topic Lounge
He can work outside BTG too. 😈 😈😂
  13. God... I think this is a record for Brooke. She got married without even a proper wax first. Bradley Bell is revolutionizing the genre.
  14. I think it's THE day he broke it off. In the show's universe... it's like minutes after. Taylor is still probably sobbing and googling "broken heart syndrome - can it get chronic?" 😂 Bradley Bell takes risks.
  15. I just got the original script that was supposed to air today, but they changed it last minute. Carter - Dearly beloved, we are gathered here in the low budget Forrester office... so we can join for the 12th time Brooke and Ridge. Don't mind that I stole this company months ago and was the villain, today I'm not anymore. Ridge - You are my best friend, Carter. Doesn't matter we never speak or see each-other. Carter - Do you Brooke... agree to never sleep with any of your female relatives' husbands or boyfriends till Ridge is alive and breathing? Brooke - Yes, I do. I haven't done that in years. (chuckles.) Carter - Do you also agree to never question anything Ridge says and allow him to call your children - sluts, whores and bitches... if he feels like it? Brooke - Yes. Why not, they are used to it by now. (giggles.) Carter - Now you Ridge, do you agree to not break-up this marriage for at least 3 months? Ridge - Well... I'm not sure. Yep. Yeah. Yes. Brooke - Oh, Ridge... thank you! 3 whole months, Taylor must be so jealous. Carter - I pronounce you husband and wife!
