It's disgusting, isn't it? That the woman always gets the blame. So sexist and so chauvinist. And it's so scary to think that.. in this world there are actually women cheering on men (Ridge) calling girls/young women (Hope) - nasty little bitches... I saw plenty of comments online and some of them... women... cheering this behavior on. Imagine it's their daughters some day getting spoken to like that by a man. It's so tacky. I'm not saying Hope is an innocent angel... I'm just saying - in the context of the show right now... and the situation on hand... this is not how it's done. But what can we expect of a character (Ridge) that has raped women twice. (Caroline and Brooke). And a writer that has constantly written women as some kind of demented sexually-starved monsters? It's not that shocking to hear it... in a junk show like Bold, but it's still tacky.

Also the writers have decided to forget that Ridge was a father figure to Hope for years and years... and years. This is just so absurd. Bad, bad writing... that makes me ashamed of how little Bradley Bell knows of human nature. It's 2024 and he's still writing in men calling women nasty little bitches. Whatever... it's just unrealistic. Ridge used to adore Hope back in the day and you do not talk like that to a kid you were a father figure to. You just don't. There is a certain boundary of how an older man should speak to a younger woman and that is just... pushing it into a nasty category. If Brooke continues to stay with this idiot, then she's the bigger idiot. But we all know... she will. Even if we have to watch another breakup. Yawn.

I think this is the creepiest, most badly written, disgusting episode of Bold's history. The strange music montage with Ridge and Bridget walking to each-other. Him caressing her hair and cheeks... and calling her - princess, after hearing from Massimo that she sees him not as a brother, but as a man... Bold should have been cancelled for this episode alone. And the one before it. This is legit disgusting and glorifying things that shouldn't be even... Ugh... I will throw up!

I'm 40 minutes in... and I'm gagging at the disk on Dorit's head! The mess is real. The episode is sublime so far. So much potential for drama and actual feud, that is not 100 percent scripted. ❤️

I'm 13 minutes in... and darlings, this season (BH) is starting sooo powerful! I love the editing btw, I had issues with it the past season. Everything flows for now. I have a feeling this will be gooood.

I don't even consider the show... The Bold And The Beautiful after 2012. But if someone hasn't watched 1987 to 2002... It's all on YouTube and I'm so jealous of you. That you can experience it for the first time.

Me and my husband have always been in disagreement about Sheila. He hated her ever since her first episode that we watched... And didn't like any of her storylines. He finds her cartoonish and he hates her catfights with Lauren. I, on the other hand, adore Sheila circa 1992 and 1993. I regularly re-watch her first episodes. And I especially liked when Sheila became Brooke's "confidant" and tried to throw Stephanie out of her office. Or that dream sequence when Lauren recognized her on the podium. I was mesmerized by that scene. My husband doesn't like psycho stalker characters and types like... Sheila, Morgan etc. He finds them annoying. I have no idea why. I love me some classic Sheila on a rainy day. ❤️

My picks would be somewhat different, but similar at the same time. Entertainment value. 1. 1993 - the show's ultimate top year, culmination of eeeeeverything that started from day 1. BeLief... and Brooke taking over Forrester is a masterpiece. Culmination of Brooke/Stephanie war. It lost steam slowly after that (with small exceptions and moments like 2005 for example). 10/10 2. 1991 - Brooke marries Eric, changing the whole scope of the show. Stephanie has a brain hemorrhage and becomes homeless. 10/10 3. 2002 - the show's ultimate trash year, culmination of Brooke's scandal era that started in 1999 with Thorne. 10/10 - just for the trash. 4. 1992 - Brooke pregnant by who knows who and terrorizing Taylor and Ridge, a wicked nurse called Sheila... working at Forrester... Stephanie vs everyone. Amazing. 9/10 5. 1999 - Brooke and Thorne, with Macy's life turned upside down. TRASH at it's finest. 8/10 and may I add 2005 and 2010 outside the ranking, just for the laughs. According to quality. 1. 1993 - iconic 2. 1991 - brutal and dramatic 3. 1987 (can't go wrong with the inception) it's like a fairytale. 4. 1992 - suspenseful 5. 1989 - comedic and just gold (Sally Spectra) I would not even dare put a Bradley year in this rank. 🤣

This scene... should be on repeat 24/7... playing on a huge monitor in the... Louvre. People from all over the world will come and stand and watch it... They will cry and laugh... And experience unprecedented catharsis.
