This Louise story is stupid. Since Tracy has most of it figured out, why wouldn't Brooklyn and Maxie just explain to her that they're doing this to protect the baby from Peter? That way Tracy won't spill the beans to everyone. Dumb. I love how Dante wants to hear all the details about Sonny and Nina. And I loved Ava's glee over hearing about what happened at Nina's trial.

I just can't imagine getting to write for Tamara Braun and Ari Zucker and not being able to come up with material for them besides scenes revolving around a stuffed animal. Like it makes me angry. Two amazing actresses and this is what we get. They really had Nicole thank a headless Duke for always being there for her.

That could be good if they actually play those beats. But this is the show that didn't let Liz or Jason's children react to his death on-screen, so I don't have high hopes LOL.

Kevin told Laura yesterday that he's totally cool with her being sad about Luke, so we're not even getting conflict there. And Tracy only pops in for a few episodes a year. None of his kids are on the show. So it's like, why?

I'm sure Luke isn't dead but we all know Geary isn't coming back so I just don't understand the point of any of this. I just started watching today's episode and all I can do is shake my head. Why is Peter getting all this story and airtime? A murder trial? He's getting a lawyer to try to beat the Franco charges? Kill this idiot off already. Literally nobody wants to see this.

Lucas is on so little that they could get away with him being paired with an off-screen Sami. It doesn't work with EJ. Now today they have EJ saying Nicole is the one he really wants. Everyone in this story just looks silly and it's all to accommodate AS bolting yet again.

AS has flat out said that she's not interested in returning full-time and that she likes doing her Hallmark stuff and what not. I don't mind her coming and going but they need to stop writing major stories where she's at the center. These stories are left hanging every time she abruptly leaves and her love interest is left in limbo. This kidnapping stuff with Lucas and EJ is a mess and all these characters have to be put on hold until AS returns again.

Well the picture was taken in December, so we don't know how long they might have been on contract prior to that picture. But yes the taping is ridiculous. I want them on the show now, lol.

Yeah, I think that's supposed to be Sonny's old penthouse. I'm guessing Sonny won't be going back home to Carly any time soon, because you know they didn't bring back the penthouse for one episode with Nina. I'm also very curious what spurred Luke's death. It affects very little of the canvas at this point and doesn't really generate story, so why?

I hate how the writing is all over the place to accommodate Sweeney's ATM visits. I love seeing her but it's a mess. Lucas is a kidnapper and Sami is declaring two different soulmates within the same week, and EJ is basically in limbo until she comes back again, all so Ali can be off filming her Hallmark movies. They need to just have Sami be totally single - no EJ or Lucas in relationship limbo waiting for her - and just go off to visit Sydney all the time or something so there are no story threads hanging when she leaves over and over. They revolve way too much story around an actress that they know is only around for a few weeks and then leaving again.

None of his kids are on canvas so I'm a bit confused as to what story this Luke stuff generates. It feels really random.

Same. To me Jarlena is a really solid couple and they're pretty much what I think of when I think of DAYS. I don't see the show ever splitting them up at this point (unless an actor leaves obviously), nor do I want them to.

I'm sure the writing will be nuts but I'm interested in seeing how Carson plays this story. It can't be worse than Deidre in those exorcism scenes (I love her but come on lol).

Johnny was trying to cough and sneeze the devil out of his system lol. Sami looks so pathetic crying over how much she loves and misses EJ even when she's convinced that he's the one who kidnapped her. Ben and Ciara never leave their bed. How are they going to raise a baby in that little room?

I wish GH would take a look at these episode counts. This is what balance looks like. Pretty cool seeing Lucas and Sami tied for the #1 spot this month.

Honestly I think most of the audience was living vicariously through Ava while she decapitated the bear. Rafe and Nicole sharing custody of that thing has been the dumbest thing ever. I thought nothing would be worse than when Duke talked to Rafe, but this giant bear will top that if it actually shows up on screen lol.
