I was thinking as to what might have been a good story for Tommy Horton if the show been interested in writing for him, and the only thing I can think of is perhaps making Tommy and Linda endgame? Or perhaps Tommy and Linda being given more attention as a couple? 
 

Perhaps throw Sandy Horton in there and creating a rivalry between step mother and step daughter. Perhaps a custody battle between Tommy/Linda and Mickey/Maggie over Melissa (or Bob versus Tommy/Linda over Melissa). Throwing Linda back into the Horton orbit after things with the Anderson’s hit the fan would have given Linda some mileage and Tommy some meaning, especially if Linda wasnt seen as being on the best of terms with the Horton family. Heck, throw in some jealousy from Linda over Tommy and Marie’s “bond”, and it basically writes itself. 

Tamara Braun is a lot like Melissa Claire Egan. Both actresses flourish when their characters either are insane or have a bit of edge to them, but flounder if their character is a saint/sane.  
 

Suffice to say I’m loving TB this go around. 

That’s....weird. 

Still I’m intrigued as to how it will play out on screen.

And before EJ there was Nicholas Alamain. 
 

After EJ there was Daniel Jonas and Rafe. 
 

It would be nice if her pairing with Jake stood out differently from those past pairings, and yes seemed to be more long term. 
 

Other than Drake Hogestyn, the only other age appropriate pairing LK did well with and appeared to be different from her previous pairings  is James Read but unfortunately they painted Read’s character into a corner.

SFT, AW, and DOCTORS should own this thread.

SFT basically isolated Jo. Wasn’t Eunices death one of those that isolated her as character too? Suzys death was also unnecessary.

DOCTORS killed off both Billy and Mona towards the end of its run. Penny's death was also unnecessary. Virginia’s death...unnecessary. 
 

AW from Mary Mathews death, John Randolph, to Quinn’s death, to Frankies death. Just ridiculous. 

Emily OBrien is one of the few actresses on this show that can distract me from the cheap production, and mesmerize me with her performance: ie that scene with the poinsettias 

All the jokes in today’s show about ANOTHER person coming back to life were both entertaining yet annoying. It’s like RC knows he’s ridiculous with all these returns from the dead but just constantly does it because he DGAF

If Charlie is connected to Ava; he’s obviously her son and Allies rapist.

Emme Rylan started out well as Lizzie on GL, but over time she lost that spark and when she got on GH she was forgettable. It's sad because I really used to like her in the early days as Lizzie.

I feel as if Sasha, Dusty, Chase, Peter, and Willow would be the ones out the door before Rylan but it looks like I was wrong. I hope this is just the beginning though.

DeVry's exit has been a long time coming though, I have no doubt Sonny will take him out for his part in the baby switch.

Speaking of final years, with Guiding Light, who was responsible for Ross's death? Rick, Phillip?

The list would be ENDLESS for those who were sacrificed under Ellen Weston's disastrous tenure on GL. Primarily I'll name Ben Reade, Ed Bauer, and Alex Spaulding.

Yup it feels like a totally different show, disjointed between pre-Covid shutdown and post Covid shutdown. Hopefully things smooth out in the next few days or weeks as I was enjoying the show with the material shot before the shutdown.

This he said/she said storyline is as subtle as a bull in a China shop.

I'm kind of relieved, since it'd be under Josh Griffith. I can continue to have a reason NOT to watch.

The show missed an opportunity exploring Gabi and her fathers relationship. CB really excelled with her scenes today with the bitterness and resentment she has toward him. 

I guess that explains why they SORASED Allie so much by saying she's already out of college.
