ARTICLE: Valerie Bertinelli Joins ‘The Drew Barrymore Show’ As New Lifestyle Expert

As previously reported, Season 5 of “The Drew Barrymore Show” kicks off on Monday, September 9.

Hosted by Drew Barrymore, during premiere week and throughout September the daytime talk show will welcome “CBS Mornings” hosts Gayle King, Nate Burleson, Vlad Duthiers and Tony Dokoupil, along with numerous other cutting-edge guests and influencers such as Demi Moore, Chris Hemsworth, Zoë Kravitz, Eva Mendes, David Beckham, Stephen Colbert, Justin Theroux, Demi Lovato, Lucien Laviscount, Matty Matheson, Hilary Swank, Ms. Rachel, Tony Danza, Jeff Bridges, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, Aubrey Plaza, James McAvoy, Shailene Woodley, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Kate McKinnon, Brooke Shields, Riley Keough and Kathy Bates, among others.

As part of Season 5, the show will see the introduction of a new signature segment called “Wellsdays,” where Drew dedicates the show to tackling health and wellness issues affecting us all. Additionally, viewer favorite segments return including “Drew-Gooders,” “Design by Drew” and “The Weekender.”

Also new this season is Valerie Bertinelli who joins Drew’s team of lifestyle experts, which already includes “Drew’s News” co-anchor Ross Mathews, celebrity hairstylist Chris Appleton, interior designer Mikel Welch, chef Pilar Valdes, fashion and beauty expert Zanna Roberts Rassi and sustainable living guru Danny Seo, who will continue to provide viewers with valuable tips and takeaways. 

Bertinelli will make her debut on the Tuesday, September 10 episode, where she’ll take part in the “Drew’s News” segment and participate in a cooking segment with Drew where she’ll make a shrimp and veggie cups recipe from her latest cookbook, “Indulge.”

On Wednesday, September 11, Bertinelli focuses on “Wellsdays,” a new Wednesday staple, with Bertinelli opening up about her healthy lifestyle journey and prioritizing mental health.
