I myself have stopped going to the gym, just because I don't have time for it. But after the dog is officially 1 year, I will go back to it. It's a great way to release some steam and distract yourself. There's the online version and I've bought weights but online has never appealed to me. Is the noisy strange men hot? Then I'm all for it. Sometimes I think they are the male equivalent of a disturbingly annoying aunt that comes and starts touching the food while you are cooking and telling you where you are wrong.
