Fresh off the release of his first novel, “General Hospital” star Jon Lindstrom (Kevin) will be signing copies of “Hollywood Hustle,” which recently became a USA Today bestseller, at the Barnes & Noble Americana in Glendale, CA, on Saturday, February 17, starting at 2:00 p.m. PT The event space will open at 1:00 p.m. PT, however.

Lindstrom will be joined in conversation with his “General Hospital” co-star Michael Easton (Finn), who himself is an author known for the critically acclaimed “Soul Stealer” trilogy.

In “Hollywood Hustle,” readers follow Winston Greene, a has-been film star who wakes one morning to find his six-year-old granddaughter at his bedside—traumatized, unattended, and gripping onto a thumb drive. She comes bearing video proof that her mother, Win’s troubled adult daughter, has been kidnapped by a murderous gang demanding all his “movie money” for her safe return. But they don’t know it’s all gone, long gone. Unable to go to the police for fear the kidnappers will make good on their promise to kill his daughter, Winston turns to two close friends—a legendary Hollywood stuntman and a disgraced former LAPD detective who used to consult on Win’s cop films. There’s no easy way out for Winston or his daughter—the gang is violent and willing to do anything to get the money they’re after, and Winston begins to realize that to get his daughter back, he’ll have to beat the kidnappers at their own game. The novel is a propulsive and tense thriller that will transport readers to the seedier side of Los Angeles, depicted in bold prose by an insider.

To attend the book signing and conversation, keep in mind that space is limited, and to get a signed copy of “Hollywood Hustle,” you must purchase a copy at the Barnes & Noble Americana Store. A previously purchased copy will not be allowed to receive a signed copy of the book; proof of purchase at the Barnes & Noble Americana store is required with a wristband that will only be provided on the day of the event (as early as 10:00 a.m. PT).

On Valentine’s Day, Lindstrom revealed in an Instagram video that the book has recently become a USA Today bestseller, making him officially a bestselling author.

“I can’t believe it, but I’m going to try! I am OFFICIALLY a BEST-SELLING AUTHOR! I made the best-seller list of USA Today, which names the top 150 selling books from however many 1000’s that sold in a given time period. I debuted at #83, which I hear is quite a big deal. THANK YOU to everyone out there who purchased HOLLYWOOD HUSTLE!” said the actor in his post. You can watch what else he had about the accomplishment below.
